Healing Touch Spa

Last night I was a customer at Healing Touch for a massage. From my initial greeting upon arrival to my walk out out the door I was treated with respect and professionalism. I was shown to a meditation room to relax and then was warmly greeted by the young lady who would be working with me. Her skill was clear from the start. We had a conversation regarding the areas of concern on my body and she did a wonderful job treating those aches and pains.I highly recommend Healing Touch. They do a fantastic job and are skilled professionals.

Healing Touch was the perfect birthday retreat. They were able to get me in last minute and the service was amazing. I will definitely be back in the near future. Thanks again for the relaxing afternoon.

Sumetra provided an amazing facial experience! She was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgable. She listened to my skin concerns and needs. The products felt amazing on my skin. The facial was relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and glowing. Overall, the experience was exceptional from start to finish and I look forward to my next visit. Highly recommended!

Amazing!!! I got the tension zone massage and I feel great. It includes facial and scalp massage, as well as shoulders, back, and hip areas. It is an hour and 20 mins of pure bliss. Hot stones and mud are used as well, and I would highly recommend. Shelly was very professional and talented at her job. I would use her every time I go. Thank you so much and I cant wait to go back.

I had a student apprentice who did my massage. The student was pleasant enough, just very green. The reason for the 2 star review, is I was charged a $175 for a therapeutic massage by an inexperienced student. This is not well advertised and if a student is doing a massage it should be half the price. By no means did I get a therapeutic massage worth $175.

Best massage I’ve ever gotten. Extremely professional and friendly.I have brain surgery tomorrow and it’s safe to say I am ready to go after that!!Also my first time getting a facial, she explained everything so well and was very smart about what and what not to use on my skin as it’s very sensitive.

I love Healing Touch, they always offer a stellar experience from the services to the staff. I was here today for the Date Night experience which came with a couples massage, Prosecco with fruit, and access to the pool/hot tub/sauna. My partner and I had a wonderful experience.Kayla at the front desk is always so friendly and helpful. Our massage therapists, Stewart and Nikki, gave an experience that was calming and pleasing to the senses. All around great experience.

I have had lots of massages, at numerous places, including here… but my past massage from Shelly this week was incredible!!! I explained I had been experiencing headaches and she did a lot of work on my head, neck and shoulders. Cannot wait to book another one. Highly recommend!

Nice facility. I wanted informed the therapist I liked very hard pressure. They chuckled and said let’s see what feels right. He was using very soft pressure that wasn’t effective. As he was working on an area that was causing me problems I asked him for more pressure and he made a snicker like he could try but didn’t think it necessary. Pressure was only slightly stronger. I was looking for a deep tissue massage and this was more of a relaxation massage. I didn’t feel listened to and he never checked in with me to see what I might need.

My favorite spa in Rochester! They are so professional! I love booking the relaxation room with champagne and fruit for a girls day! When you book ask for Laura, she’s the absolute BEST!

I booked my first ever professional massage here and I honestly cant say one bad thing about the massage itself. The part that threw me off was that I got a 30 minute massage when I paid for a 45 minute massage. My massage started at 4:18 and I was quite surprised when I was told to redress and get ready to go at 4:48. I understand that you need a couple of minutes to clean the room or whatever but cutting the service 15 minutes short just doesnt feel right. And then being asked if I wanted to leave gratuity at the end to top it off just left a bad taste in my mouth. I am not one to complain about much but today I genuinely felt like I did not get what I paid for.

Everyone was very kind and helpful. The facility was clean. I added on the “sweetheart” package to our couples massage and it was very nice and well worth the price if you’re going this Valentines weekend. I was actually there to celebrate a birthday and was even provided a gift. Thank you for making our day relaxing and enjoyable!

I was looking forward to my first massage at Healing Touch, as it came recommended to me by a good friend. I booked for a 60 min massage with Alice and added the option to use the hotel sauna / hot tub + pool. Upon arrival, doors were locked, which was odd. I found it to be very awkward trying to get the attention of the lady working the desk. I phoned her and she came to open the door. I should have seen this as a red flag. Still was excited and asked if there was a spot I could put my things away. The lady offered me the option to use the lockers on site. I occupied a locker where I placed my clothes and winter coat. After my massage, which ended at 12:00pm, I notified the staff I would be using the sauna before heading out. I went upstairs to for about 30-45 minutes to utilize my pass. Later, when I went back down to collect my stuff and change back into my clothes, there was a sign that said staff would not be back until 2:30 (it was only around 12:45, which meant I had to wait only 2 hours for staff to come back). I was mortified. Not only were all of my clothes and belongings still in the locker, but now I would be late to my next appointment. I called the hotel staff to see if they could graciously let me in, however they noted they did not have access to the spa as it was a different business entity. I had to cancel my next appointment and wait it out in the hotel sauna area for staff to come back for the next 1hr and 45 min. What was supposed to be a relaxing spa day quickly turned into a stressful day. To make matters worse, I asked the staff why they did not inform me they would be closing the spa, since they knew my belongings were in the locker, and Alice blamed it on me, a paying customer!! It was a really big bummer, since I had high hopes this would become a place I would go to regularly. It has left such a bad taste in my mouth I find it difficult to say so. :(

Excellent. I went specifically for neck pain & stiffness, so Laura focused on my neck and shoulders. She did a perfect job! Medium pressure, just as I asked, and incredibly soothing, smooth method. The music was beautiful, the atmosphere lovely and relaxing... Everything was awesome. My only complaint is that it went too fast and that I cant go every day! 😄

I loved my massage! The therapist was very kind and open to feedback, and very careful about me being pregnant and avoiding pressure points.

Massage was wonderful! Felt relaxed and the toxins were pushed out of my body.

I had an excellent relaxation massage experience. My therapist was an apprentice but you wouldn’t have known. He was knowledgeable, professional and very kind. Highly recommended.

Nikki is definitely one of the best! I have had her multiple times and every time has been a great experience. She knows every spot to work and it honestly feels like all of that bad energy is just being pushed out of your body. I always feel relaxed during the massage and like a new person coming out of it. Highly recommend her if you come here.

Sumetra is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. She explains her plan and answers all questions thoroughly. She gives great recommendations and has a warm, welcoming personality. Sumetra makes sure you leave feeling your best! Highly recommend her!

My husband and I had a couples massage here and it was amazing. Both Kevin and Stina were great. Very friendly and made us feel comfortable. Kevin was very understanding about my medical oxygen needs. We definitely left feeling more relaxed. Will be back again next time we are at Mayo Clinic.

I needed a massage quickly as my migraine was hurting so bad. They got me in within 15 minutes and the apprentice was fantastic. I left feeling so much better

I have not had much success in recent years with massage, but this experience after a disappointing visit to Mayo was most helpful.

My husband and I had a couple’s massage & it was fantastic!! We booked the same day, so it was really nice being able to get in.The room was kind of small, but my husband and I weren’t necessarily next to one another - he was at my feet. I wouldn’t say it was necessarily a “romantic” experience - but we were there solely to relax and work some knots out in our backs.

Great massage!The spa was wonderful! Very inviting atmosphere. The whole staff was great to work with. My masseur, Tom, gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. I definitely recommend.

Had a facial with derma-planing and massage here while at Mayo Clinic. Excellent. Loved both. Very clean, punctual, friendly, professional. I will be back every trip to Mayo! Highly recommend.

I got a 60 min prenatal massage from Nikki last week. It was fantastic! Ive had massages, but never with a pregnant belly! Theyre was a pillow to lay on, so I could lay on my stomach and she could work on my back. It was perfect. Ive seen reviews for here where the massages seem expensive- however you get what you pay for. Ive already booked my second one, its worth it!The only regret I have is not booking a longer time!

Shared the Girls Getaway package with my niece. What a great experience! We received excellent service from the moment we arrived at the Hilton treated to valet parking until the time we left through their 3:00 pm checkout the next day. The spa service was excellent, and the staff there made us feel like VIPs. I will be planning another trip with my husband and girlfriends for sure!

My friend and I were on a girls weekend and this was the perfect way to end on. The ultimate escape massage is so worth it. Nikki was amazing. She used the perfect amount of pressure that I asked for. I haven’t been that relaxed in a very long time. I will definitely go back when I’m in town. Everyone was so professional and friendly.

Went here for a birthday treat with my girlfriend and they did a great job! Very clean and calming atmosphere. Was not as hard to find as I thought it may be as were from out of town. Our massage therapists (did not catch their names) were definitely knowledgeable in what they were doing. Really happy to have spent the rest of our day feeling loose and relaxed!

If you’re debating if you should get a facial or not? Stop debating. Just do it. I dragged my heels when my wife said she set up an appointment for us. I later apologized for it because it was a great time. It was relaxing, my face felt amazing afterwards, and Sumetra did a great job! She was professional and knew what she was doing. I got the manly facial which came with a massage for your everything above your collarbone and your arms. Sumetra did great! I can’t wait to go again!

I had a 10 minute chair massage last week. It felt good! I may try to get a massage this week while I’m here at Mayo. I like that they specialize in so many massages. The woman that did my chair massage was kind and the atmosphere was comfortable and clean.

Excellent massage after a long day at the clinic. I treat myself to a massage every time I am in town. Staff are professional and friendly. My massages have always been exceptional my last one was with Kevin. Kevin worked my shoulders and neck, thank you Kevin I have never had such flexibility. I have been using the stretching exercise he suggested.

Laura was absolutely wonderful for my prenatal massage. She was incredibly gentle in areas that felt tender and sensitive, while also working out the stiffness in my neck, shoulders, and back. She also offered tips on stretches that would help relieve future tension. I have already noticed a change in my posture and ability to move and I’m beyond grateful to her!

Wonderful atmosphere caring staff and my therapist Tom did a great job. He listened to what areas I needed focused on and adjusted as necessary for my comfort level. I felt great following my session with reduced pain and felt very relaxed. As a veteran LMT of 12 yrs, I highly recommend!

I had a massage appointment with Shelly and she was amazing! I went with the Ultimate Escape for a bit more pampering- Shelly started off by telling me all the parts of the experience and what to expect. She also listened attentively to all my concerns of where I was chronically aching (upper back, shoulders, neck) and she made sure to focus her time in those areas per my request. Her pressure was perfect (I usually like a bit more pressure), she did a fantastic job releasing the tension in my neck and shoulders- it was definitely one of the best experiences I had! The knotted like pain/tightness I had in my upper back was gone! Shelly did a fantastic job, I absolutely want her for my next appt!Also of note Shelly kept her mask on the entire time as did the check in desk personnel which made me feel safer as a client.

I have never had a massage before so I was very nervous. I suffer with chronic illness and pain so I was apprehensive about people massaging muscles because of my pain. This place really relaxed my nerves! All the workers there were so friendly and walked me through every step that was going to happen! I have never felt more relaxed! They kept asking me if the pressure was okay which I really appreciated! They hit all of the focus spots I wanted and it felt so good! If I wasn’t just here for Mayo and I lived around here, I would come everyday! This place deserves more stars!!!!

Booked a couples massage and the next day got a call regarding one of the masseuses being sick. I cannot take away credit because of this due to the pandemic. I ended up going alone for a 75 minute massage with one of the apprentices (30% off when booking with one of the apprentices). When I tell you that this was one of the best massages I have ever had, I mean that it was the best massage that I have ever had. The environment is very relaxing and private. Very professional. I also found out that I have a pinched nerve and something else going on in my lower back. If you want to be relaxed on a whole different level, I would recommend.

Had 2 appointments scheduled back to back. 45 minute reflexology and then head/face 45 minutes with the same provider. Was on the table by 507 for a 5 oclock appointment. No problem there. They always chat you up right before to see where your problem areas are. She combined both massages and it was over by 610. My first appointment was 5-545 and second was 6-645. Feels like I came up short on my time. Services in itself was good. But would have been nice to get the time i paid for given it is a pricey place.Update: Received a call from the owner. Very confrontational call to say the least. It was more of an attack than her trying to get me to understand the service timeframe. When I said well must be different than what Im used to. She said no not sure how she would know every massage Ive ever had. (Im used to getting a 45 minute massage for 45 minutes that includes a few minutes of speaking about problem areas then the massage THEN 15 minutes to redress and exit. Im not used to getting charged for a 45 minute service and receiving less time than that to redress and exit). She seemed more irritated at the review than willing to calming explain and clarify any misunderstanding. Had to end the call it was going nowhere fast. Try another spa. That call really pushed me to not return or refer people here. Very confrontational, very rude.

One of the most healing experiences I have had during a massage. I took my then terminally Ill mother here back in May. It was her first and last professional massage. For 3 weeks I have been experiencing severe pain in my back, neck and shoulders...and havent slept. Thanks to Deb I left feeling RELIEF!! She listened to my concerns and zeroed in on pain points. She even provided ideas on sleep positions...which did give me a better night sleep that was much needed. From my initial inquiry call to the end of my visit my experience was extremely positive and professional. The entire atmosphere is soothing and serene. Nikki is the best massage therapist I’ve ever seen! I experience chronic pain and have ptsd so feeling safe enough to get a massage is a rare occurrence for me. Nikki makes me feel so safe I actually fell asleep during the massage! Plus my pain has significantly decreased since seeing her regularly. I highly recommend booking with her!

I had a 25 minutes chair massage with a lady who looked like a fairy. She was very efficient and helped me a great deal. When I go back to Mayo, I will for sure stop by for another treatment.

I left a review 4 years ago that was not great because of a poor experience I had, today I decided to give them a second chance. I 100% take this review back and was blown away with my experience today… Nikki was great! I have had some serious issues with my sciatic on my right side the last 3 months and she made a HUGE difference in my pain level today, couldn’t recommend her more! We had car troubles and could not make it to our appointment. They were not understanding and did not even mention rescheduling. We were going down for a bachelorette party and I felt horrible for how they treated my bride. Even after called and trying to work something out they were not graceful and not willing to work with us. They are all about policy.

Brysia was so amazing that I came back and saw her a week later, this time bringing my husband in for a couples massage. He was very impressed with Rochelles pressure and technique. The rooms have great lighting, music is perfect, and everyone is professional and sincere. I love the extra touches during the session like a warm pillow and warm socks after the foot massage. I wont be going anywhere else!

I was gifted a spa package from my significant other. I have had the pleasure of going to many spas in the past, but Rochelle was the absolute best. We talked for a short while, then she was quiet during my massage only checking on me occasionally to make sure the pressure was right. It was pure bliss.I do have one bit of feedback for the desk, this was purchased as a gift, but once I got there I was told I was the client so they deleted all of his credit card information and contact information so I needed to pay with my credit card. I do believe there needs to by a better system for gifting as I had one unhappy boyfriend when I got home.

I have been coming to healing touch for 4-5 years . Deb is great and the only reason I even come . A few months ago my dad had a massive heart attack. I called several hours before my appt and said I was heading to the hospital and they still charged me for my appt. I have been coming for years and never had missed or skipped/ canceled my appts.I set that aside and still wanted to come back because Deb is just the best . The front desk staff is incredibly rude and short . Kathryn specifically . They always seem super inconvenienced when you call. Prices are really expensive and parking is a pain.

Healing touch had wonderful service, from the front desk to the massage therapists. The spa was so clean and aesthetically pleasing. I really liked the option to book an appt with a student orNon-student for price point desires. I will absolutely be back!!!

Spa was Very calming experience. My Masseuse was very good- hit all the sore sorts with the right amount of pressure. Used hot stones where she thought necessary for my sore shoulders and lower back which was a nice touch. Loved that they used towels to wipe off lotions as they went along. Would definitely recommend and go back when Im in town

Very disappointed. It was very expensive and the two therapist that my friend and I had were very inexperienced. I haven’t had a massage in years so I was willing to pay the high price thinking that a hotel spa was going to be the full relaxation experience. My girl sent a half hour on my neck without touching it. What happened to the good old fashioned massages where they rub your muscles. We were both very upset. Would not recommend or ever go back myself.

Conveniently located, friendly, relaxing atmosphere, professional, high quality massages...so all the good things!I got a prenatal massage and the masseuse was highly attuned to my needs. She had special pillows so I could lay on my stomach and have a full body relaxing massage.My only complaints is parking can be tricky, with virtually no free parking options during the day. It would be nice if clients got free parking possibly...

One of the best massages I have ever had! Deb hit every problem area and I left feeling like a million bucks! It was super easy to make an appointment. I have always been able to schedule for the same day or the day after. It is a nice way to end a day of appointments at the clinic. I highly recommend it!

What a great experience at Healing Touch Spa. My first visit was with Rochelle for a 45 minute back/neck/shoulder deep tissue massage. It was extremely relaxing and effective. Two weeks later I came back for more of the same for 60 minutes adding the arms to the session (Rochelle’s recommendation). It was amazing.

I got a therapeutic massage from Nikki. She was exceptional! Definitely recommend Healing Touch Spa. Was very easy to find as well, you just park in ramp 6 and walk into the 2nd floor of the Hilton from there and it is right down the hall to the left.

I was treated very well by the staff from the moment I checked in with the front desk to the moment I paid and left. My masseuse was very friendly and I immediately felt very comfortable and relaxed with her. She listened very well and followed my directions on where my trouble spots were and where she should spend more time on. She even spent time to teach me some stretches to help relax and stretch my trouble spots after my massage was done. I will definitely go back to Healing Touch Spa next time I am in town looking for a massage. Loved it

I had not experienced a therapeutic massage before, so I was a little nervous despite constant suggestions from friends. Everyone was amazing at making me feel welcome, and it was way less awkward than I anticipated. Ive already scheduled follow up appointments, because boy do I have tension and Im feeling way better.

My husband and I really enjoyed our massages. We felt very relaxed and it was long over due. However, we do feel the pricing for an hour was a bit high. They could have given us a discount of some sort. We did go in for a couples massage. They did give me 10 dollars off for my Birthday. Which I thought was very nice. In comparison to other places. This massage place was very expensive. We really thought it would have been a little better experience, for the price. With tip for the 2 of us was 288. That is almost the price of our hotel room for 3 nights. I doubt we will return unless you offer any specials. Other than that we cant complain!

Wonderful massage! Heated stones. She knew just where my tight spots were and worked them out. She asked about my comfort level of pressure and did it just right. She was knowledgeable of acupressure and used it well. I would highly recommend this place!

I was told by number of people that this spa was amazing, so I decided to treat my spouse and I to a couples massage. So I like planning things ahead of time, and since itll be a holiday Im guessing they would be booked (July 5th), I called to book a month out and Katherine told me all the discounts and perks and made recommendations that I added to my serive, she let me know they dont have that schedule yet but she would take down all my information to give me a call back. Heard nothing and I called to verify my appointment a week before, to my surprise there was no information on my appointment and I was not given any options. Im extremely surprised that this popular fine establishment had disappointing communication. If they didnt want my business they should have denied me at that time so I could have brought my business somewhere else.

Set up an appointment with my fiance for a couples day. The ladies that greeted us were friendly and made us both feel very at ease. They were able to set us up together in the same room and the decor was absolutely wonderful. The room was just perfect. It was warm and inviting and the music was extremely relaxing.My fiance was worked on by Hannah and she was able to work out all the kinks and knots that usually plagued him. The lady that worked on me was professional but laid back and always asked to make sure she was using the right amount of pressure or if i was comfortable with what she was doing.We left the place feeling more refreshed then we have in a long time. I would recommend this place to everyone! They even offered tips to help with our problem areas. :3

Laura is amazing she did a massage and luxury facial. I already feel less stiff getting out of bed a day later. The prices are steep but well worth the experience!

I have visited this spa many times and always have a good experience. The Hilton location is gorgeous, clean and very peaceful. I shared a massage with my daughter and therapist Nikki was caring and thoughtful ensuring my daughter had a great first experience. This spa is my top choice in Rochester.

I was looking to get a massage to finish out my summer vacation. I checked out some local spas and Healing Touch had many great reviews and services to pick from. I also got in within a few hours of my call which was fantastic! Kelli did my massage and it was wonderful. I have lots of trouble with my neck and back due to being hit by a drunk driver in 1988 and with my feet and hands with my work. Kelli was personable and professional. I am always looking for that something extra with customer service and their entire staff is friendly, professional and I felt they really wanted me to enjoy my experience. As a first time client, that means alot and I will return for future massage services.Thank you!

What a great experience! I had the Sports Massage last week by Mary. I was greeted warmly upon arriving and offered some water before she started. The massage was great; Mary made sure that she used a comfortable amount of pressure but still enough to make sure that she got results. Afterwards she reviewed the areas that she thought I could use some future work on and how to stretch those areas to help make the massage more effective. If you book an appointment at either location you will not be disappointed!

Deb is an amazing massage therapist. She truly has such a talent for healing. My neck and shoulder tension melted from her techniques.The spa itself was very clean and everyone was super professional and welcoming.

Beautiful and relaxing spa. Rochelle was amazing and is very intuitive. She has a wonderful ability to find all the kinks and sore spots and works them out. My only regret was that i was only able to schedule a half an hour session. Next time it will be 90 minutes.

From the time of booking my appointment to days after receiving my massage I have been impressed by HTS. The quality, professionalism and communication was elite. I received a massage from Zoe and am so appreciative of her! It was just what I needed in a busy week.

Always love coming here. Have been a happy customer for years. I’m horrible planning messages weeks in advance. I love that I can call healing touch the day before or day of and get in. Not all the time but usually 80% of the Time they can get me in. This does mean I get a new person every time but that is ok. I have never had a bad or even an ok massage at healing touch. They range from great to AMAZING! I’ve been worked on by the experienced staff and their new people and it’s always been wonderful. I’d list names but anyone you get will treat you right. Healing touch trains there staff to high standards. The new location in the sky way is beautiful as well. Always Highly recommend to my friends and family.Update 8/2020- with Covid 19 this has been my first time back since the pandemic started. Even with the extra measures in place it was still a great massage. I wore my mask and the masseuse wore hers. The mask did not interfere with the massage and it was still a wonderful experience.

I was to a point where the knots in my back were out of control (haha) but the massage therapist at Healing Touch helped me so much. The massage itself was just what I needed. Although it wasn’t a completely serene one because of the intense knots, it was what I asked for since I knew a deep tissue massage would improve my back in the long run. Afterward, it drastically helped and I felt like a new woman! It’s slightly more expensive than some other places around and I’m not a huge fan of the location (mall doesn’t scream calm to me, especially with construction) but overall they did a wonderful job!

I had an amazing experience at Healing Touch Spa. The staff was very attentive, and listened to my needs prior to starting my session. I had an hour long, full body massage and it was one of the best Ive ever had! The only downside is that you have to pay for each extra youd like with the massages. Ive been to many places that utilize hot stones during their massages, but at Healing Touch this was an additional charge. This didnt diminish my massage, but is something to keep in mind. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend Healing Touch Spa!

My three stars are not reflective of my massage therapist, Nikki. She was absolutely amazing and gave me a wonderfully painful sports massage :) she gets five stars! my dissatisfaction is with the facility/pricing. Currently, this place is not a spa. When I think spa I think of a place that is relaxing; I can have a tea, come read a book before my massage, stay and relax in a robe following my massage, etc. This, currently, is a massage parlor. I understand they are changing locations and that these issues will be resolved but for what this place is currently, I was shocked at the pricing. A sixty minute massage is $120. If I would’ve known this going in (and that’s totally my fault for not checking) I would’ve gone elsewhere. I hope they don’t increase these prices more once they change locations. I would expect (and gladly pay) that price for an entire spa experience, but for what this place currently is, I believe it is overpriced. Will consider returning once new location !

I always have a good experience at Healing Touch Spa! Their massage therapists are great and I always leave there happy with the treatment I chose and with how the massage therapists work my muscles. Its the perfect combination of relaxing and also working out the tough knots I inevitably get from a stressful job.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Healing Touch Spa. I loved the cozy slippers they encouraged you to wear as you deposited your shoes at the door. The massage therapist was very nice, explained everything to me in detail and made me feel very comfortable and heard. They have a great introductory rate for your first massage, however I feel that their massage prices are a little high after the introductory rate. I look forward to visiting them again, but probably not at the same frequency I would if the prices were cheaper.

Laura was AMAZING! So sweet, knowledgeable, and really took her time in the areas I requested. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone interested in a relaxing massage. Can’t wait to go back.

Went in for a facial with Laura and had excellent blackhead extraction added on. Also Kayla at the front desk is very helpful!

My massage was wonderful and made a huge difference for me in that my headaches were significantly reduced and muscle tension was gone. I always love the time Tylyn takes to let me know different stretches and exercises that can help with my problem areas. Also loved that late night appointments are an option! As always, a wonderful experience.

The whole place impressed me. Clean and very relaxing. The massage I received from Laura was the best i have ever received. Not only did she help with the areas I was having trouble with, she gave some stretches to do to help the areas. I can’t wait to come back!

My massage was wonderful, more details than most, ie., warm booties for my feet prior to massaging them, warm compress over my eyes after facial massage. The environment was beautiful and very peacefully relaxing.

I had a very nice 80 or 90 minutes massage from Danielle, one of the best ever really. No painful, but effective, relaxing and worked out quite a few kinks. And Covid safe, and blessedly quiet and free of small talk. thank you Danielle

My co-worker and I had blissful foot massages because we are on our feet all of the time and really needed some physical therapy! Of course it was much more than a foot massage. The spa in the Hilton is beautiful and clean, and the accommodations are comforting and soothing. The massage therapists knew what to do, and we are so thankful.

I had the most ahhhmazing massage with Deb! Her technique was fabulous and she has such a warm and inviting personality. She even showed me some stretches afterwards to help me continue to work on areas that had a lot of knots. I can’t wait to see her again!

Great communication and such kind knowledgeable people. They made me feel calm and very welcome. Nikki, my lady, in particular, I was beyond grateful for. Her calm demeanor and years of experience helped us get a game plan and where to start to help me with my back, neck and hip pain. The 1hr was magic! I will be returning!!

The couples massage was wonderful! both did an excellent job and we were very pleased. Thank you Rochelle for the added calf exercises for my husband. The massage therapist Nikki did great! My only regret was that my massage was only a half hour! My rec would b to do the massage at the end of the day or tell the therapist if you need her to b careful as I had a bit of lotion in my hair. It was a great massage though!

I have gone to healing touch for a while. Its great as I can go over my lunch hour. Their new facility is great. The therapist are amazing. I like deep pressure massages and they make sure the pressure is right.

Amy was great! She is very experienced and was able to help my low back and shoulder pain. I only had time for a half hour, but I am so glad I called. The difference she made for me was amazing!!

My massage therapist Deb really listened to what I had for concerns and what I needed most attention for. She not only worked those areas but she also took the extra time to do all areas even for a little bit without me asking. She did wonderful and I will be seeing her again!

Great experience at HTS. When I first checked in, I was greeted by a very nice lady at the front desk. I waited no more than 5 minutes before my massage began. Tylynn was very professional, nice and has some great massage techniques!! She had my body feeling really good afterwards. I am so pleased with the discounts that they offer also. Finally made it back after a long COVID-19 detention. They were able to work me in on short notice with a nice new therapist, Zoe. The whole process--appointment, greeting upon arrival, the physical space--was excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed a much needed back tune-up by Zoe, who I will be going to see again.

Excellent! My BFF and I went for a specialty 90 minute treatment for Christmas gifts. Clean, private, professional, relaxing, and the staff, from the front desk to the massage professional, were awesome. There is no restroom in the spa, but the mall restroom is close by. Undress to you comfort level and they will make it work. Smelled great everywhere and no malodorous hands (i.e. cigarette smoke, onions, etc.) that I have experienced in other spas. They have hydraulic-powered massage tables, so you wont have to jump on to the table or use a step-stool, which could be a game-changer for the pregnant, elderly, injured, or anyone with mobility problems (or that doesnt feel like jumping naked onto the massage table). Very comfy cozy!

This was my first time at this spa and I was so happy with the services that I had. I had the Tension Zone Treatment and the Blissfull Foot Treatment. These two treatments go well together and were just as they were described.

Rochelle is an AMAZING and knowledgeable therapist!! I dont go super often, but when I do I know I am in great hands (no puns intended) The environment is always welcoming and warm. Never want to go anywhere else!

My experience at Healing Touch was amazing! I got a a balayage treatment by Aleisha and she was fantastic! Really understood what I wanted for my hair, took her time and chatted with me with her bubbly personality, and styled it when done. I would definitely go again. Great quality all around.

My massage was so relaxing and just what I was looking for. I was offered water when I arrived and to use a foot massager. The rooms had dim lighting and felt very peaceful. Afterwards I was emailed with stretching recommendations which was a cool bonus to get!

Destination Zanzibar and finally a break from my tension and pain. I am feeling so good a couple of days after my treatment and thank Nikkie and the Healing Touch Spa team for the comfort and repair I seek. This place is the real deal, expert level.

The massage by Krista was good, but the overall experience was awful. This was at the new Orchid Salon in the new Hilton. I am not from Rochester and did not know that there are THREE Hilton hotels within a 2 block area in downtown Rochester. I ended up going to all three before I found the salon. It was super frustrating, and parking was not easy and was not reimbursed. I realize its a new location, but I dont understand why there were no instructions given for location or parking, especially since I said I was not from Rochester. I specifically asked about parking when I called to schedule, but I couldnt find the ramp they referred me to. For those staying at the new hotel, it would be perfect, but that was not the case with me. Also, it was raining which heightened my frustration since I was driving and walking in the rain for about 45 minutes before I found the spa. Note also that the Orchid salon was not listed on google maps and I didnt see any signage in the new hotel, so once I found the correct hotel, I had to inquire again. I was so upset and stressed by the time I actually had my massage, that it took me at least half of the 75 minutes to unwind. Still I am upset by the experience.Post review note: It would be extremely helpful to let new clients know that there are THREE Hilton hotels in downtown Rochester within a 2 block area, and suggest where to park if they are not staying there. The address listed on the reminder and calendar invitation did not show a building on google maps, so I typed in Hilton, Rochester and was directed to the wrong one. I went inside and the concierge directed me to the 2nd wrong Hilton. I cant be the only one that has been, or will be, confused. I hope this is helpful.

Healing Touch is friendly, professional, and helpful to give you exercises to extend the massages healing.Deb is incredibly intuitive working on tight muscles and sore areas. I find resting the rest of the day after a massage adds to her healing work.Deb helps with stretches to help healing and strengthening of sore muscle areasAdditionally, a hot bath at the end of the day, helps to extend the work Deb has done to my many tight muscles.

My massage was excellent (Thank you, Deb), and all staff were very careful in explaining and following procedures to reduce COVID risk.They also e-mailed me personally to share some cool resources for those visiting the area (: very impressed all around!

I did not have a good experience whatsoever because I couldnt even get a massage. I wanted to surprised my mom with a massage for her birthday, I booked the appointment, I paid for it.. for one reason or another my mom couldnt make it, I called and canceled, but the lady on the other end never told me that I was going to lose my money if I canceled... she even said to call back when I was ready to reschedule and that she was sure my mom was going to love their massage. When it was time to call back to reschedule, turns out I couldnt.. my money was gone because they have a 24hr cancellation policy which no one ever told me about, so I ended up paying for a service I never got and thats pretty upsetting. ...

Focused on areas where I know I held stress. Listened to my needs. Good recommendations for stretches to improve tension areas.After seeing Rochelle my arm no longer falls asleep at night. Its been two weeks and Im not experiencing any of my prior pain.

I had just started working out again and my muscles were super tight and very sore! Went to healing touch and told Nella what was soar and that I liked a lot of pressure. She did an amazing job and I left feeling loosened up and soarness was much better the following day. I give her 5 stars! Great job.

Superb massage before a major surgery (hip replacement) allowed me to be more relaxed for the surgery. Really a great thing to do with someone as knowledgeable as the nice lady who did me. Sorry I cant remember name - too much anesthesia! We have recommended to friends too before surgery.

Deb gave me an awesome 90-minute massage. This spa, in the University Square building, is so very relaxing. Warm towels, essential oil scents, the best of relaxing music--ocean waves and woodwinds. I am finally able to relax fully during a massage.

Tylynn was fabulous. She is very sensitive to energy and met me exactly where I was at. She even added some helpful education/ recommended stretches at the end. I highly recommend her and have already told my mom she should go in!

Clean and professional spa. There was a lot of extra comforts provided with the massage like aromatherapy, hot pads and towels, warm eye pads. Would book again if I was in Rochester.

Unprofessional..I asked the lady at front desk if i could get one of the treatments in their menu, andshe started asking the other girls working there if they knew how to do that treatment! shortly after that I was declined, because i needed an appointment. I totally understand the requirement of having an appointment, however I felt l was mainly rejected because I am a young, foreign looking guy.Regardless of their true reason, the whole interaction gave me a strong impression that they are Prejudice and Unprofessional.

Very professional and the perfect spa experience! I was worried at the location at the Shoppes at University Square that it wouldnt feel like a private spa experience but they did a great job of making me feel like I was in a spa retreat, even during the busy lunch hour during a week day.

Nikki makes sure she understands your concerns and discusses a plan before proceeding. She checks in with you during the treatment to make sure the pressure is good. She also discusses her findings and exercises.

This place is very professional. They really care about improving your health. I highly recommend the Healing Touch Spa to anybody, eventhough thier prices are higher then most. The extra cost is definitely worth the quality.

Requires masks worn at all times even if vaccinated. The more places with these policies which are avoided the less prevalent they will be. We found another business that met our needs.The response this business gave with information that should have remained private is also telling of their professionalism. Becareful not to upset them or they may be vindictive and violate your privacy.
