Had a nice chat with the gents running and working at Dewey Ave Smoke.That place has it all. Theyve been around longer than most places who share a clientel, and I can see now why that is.Experts. Experts at their products and uses and histories. Up to speed on current proposed, or the possibilities for the ideas about the future int the industry and all the adjacent fields, revenue streams, taxation, and context for these things being either historically beneficial for a society, as well as a magnet for the predisposed for corruption. The irony wasnt lost.on.my.new friends behind the counter at Dewey Ave Smoke, either.Maybe it was because I couldnt help but to buy four new pieces I totally do not need, but were way too gorgeous to pass by. Or that there was a bubbler and a hammer that looked like they came in a set together. Or maybe it was because I end up breaking all my glass eventually, and they stocked some of the heaviest, thickest hand blown glass wall pipes Ive ever seen that small. Maybe it was all those things. One thing I do know for sure. I wouldnt have gotten FOUR new pieces if their prices were similar to everywhere else. I spent the equivalent I would have at any other location in order to buy TWO from a competitor. I call that half price.Go see for yourself. Tell them what you like and want. Theyll have it. Theres a LOT in that store, and it can be overwhelming to attempt to just find something. So ask. Theyre happy to help you. Almost as if they like their job. Crazy, right?!Check out the twins in the pic. I mean... I couldnt resist. You go in there and try NOT to get a bunch of stuff. Its damn near impossible.

Nice glass. Prerolls are trash!! Taste like Reggie & barely feel anything.

If you are a cigar or pipe smoker it has a great selection and the staff is very knowledgeable

Great place to go, for all your smoking needs. Whether it be tobacco or recreational they got it all. They also have products you cant find anywhere else in the city. Fine tobacco selection. And you always get treated with respect and friendliness

This place reminds me of an old fashion general store that you would find out West somewhere. I don’t know the owner’s name but he makes you feel like he’s known you for years. Great selection of cigars and accessories, that’s the only side of the store I visit but the place has a whole lot more for other crowds. A true gem and I will continue to support this local business versus buy online.

Yeah this is the best shop in Rochester NY for tobacco products (maybe even the whole state.) The customer service is top notch! And everyone is so friendly and helpful there. Dont go anywhere else! Trust me I have been to all of them here, trying to get the best deals.

Great place to go with no clue of what you want and need help because the staff especially the manager. He is super nice and very knowledgeable in everything in the store its crazy how much he knows. Very good experience and with no pressure to buy it was very enjoyable.

The employees are fabulous and always ready to help me figure out what I need when I try explaining something that may or may not exist. I quit smoking and they are stocked to the gills with vapes and every flavor juice you could imagine. They have a huge inventory of everything smoke related. Go see for yourself.

Recently bought a herbal cleansing for a drug test they advised me to buy the biggest bottle for 60 bucks and sold me a pee test they told me if the pee test came out negative I was ok to get an urine test I just received a call from a doctor I went to take a urine test came out positive I called the smoke shop now asked for a return policy they told me there’s no return policy per health law? Do not recommend do not waste your money in this product detoxify mega clean herbal cleanse

_I come in about every two days to retrieve Peach Primetime Cigars, and I truly consider this specific smoke shop the best from my perspective... I just wish that this smoke shop was open on Sundays because theyll always make a profit everyday of the week.
