Such an awesome experience. My wife found this place for us last minute as we were visiting Charlotte and I’m so happy she did. They were attentive, sweet and very patient. I would definitely recommend anyone to book a moment of relaxation at this place.

We got a 1 hour deep tissue couples massage for my wife’s birthday. It was incredibly great. Oils, heated stones, heated bags, heated towels, … overall an incredible massage.So relaxing. Best massage we have ever had. Atmosphere is fantastic, staff is very professional.We will definitely return.

Catherine and Jessica gave us a couples massage unparalleled in my experience. Very, very caring, very, very skilled and sweetly personable, too.When you walk out you feel calm, complete and fulfilled in having had your body luxuriated and lavished.

Got a couples massage and 1 hour foot massage for the wife. I had a great experience with the lady who massaged me, but my wife did not have the same experience with the young guy who massaged her. He seemed to be very sluggish during the massage and stayed in one place for an extended period of time. After the couples massage it became clear why! During the foot massage, he slept more than he worked. We have video of him sleeping for over a minute without any movement and this happened over and over. After the foot massage I confronted him about sleeping and he responded “Did I?” Zero dignity

Purchased a couple’s massage and was not satisfied. They take us to a back room that was next to the bathroom that you could hear everything from. Then the first thing one of the ladies say while starting on my back is “couples massage $110 plus $15 for oil” in a rushed tone, I got a “nail salon” vibe. It was not relaxing at all, the massage felt rushed and was actually pretty rough. I felt worse going out than coming in. I had to take two muscle relaxers and headache medicine after because of the massage.

We had such a nice, relaxing couples massage a few days before our wedding! And it was very affordable compared to other massage spots. Will definitely come back

Went in for a couples massage, the man that did my massage spent so much time just leaning on me with his forearms. I asked to focus on my mid back and calves, he barely touched my calves, and spent over half the time digging his elbows and forearms into my shoulders. Hardly touched my mid to lower back. Never touched my thighs or glutes. The lady that did my husbands massage on the other hand pulled his boxers down and was massaging his glutes with her fingers between his cheeks. And massaged his thighs. We received completely different massages.

My partner and I recently visited Emerald Beauty & Relaxation for a massage, and unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. We were taken aback by the massage therapists technique, as it felt like they were using excessive force with their fingers and elbows, rather than providing a gentle and relaxing touch. We were also surprised that there was no initial communication or inquiry about our preferences before they began the massage.To add to our disappointment, during the session, the therapists engaged in conversation with each other, which was quite distracting and took away from the tranquility we were seeking. When it came time to apply oil, they poured it directly onto our backs without considering the temperature or giving any warning, resulting in an uncomfortable sensation.Furthermore, the room itself was noticeably cold, and it seemed that there was no dedicated front desk staff available. Each time someone entered the establishment, the therapists would leave our room with the door wide open to attend to the newcomer, without offering any apologies or acknowledging the interruption.Overall, this was the most unsatisfactory massage experience we have ever had. While we understand that not every massage can meet the standards of a luxury spa, we expected at least a subpar level of service considering the price we paid, which was $130. Additionally, we were surprised by the use of a hot towel to wipe down our bodies after the massage, as we have never encountered this practice before.Furthermore, I would like to mention that during my massage, the therapist sat down on the bed to massage my leg, but neither myself nor my partner received any attention for our arms.We believe it is crucial to provide honest feedback to Emerald Beauty & Relaxation so that they can address these concerns and improve their services for future clients.

I absolutely love Emerald Relax station. As a massage therapist myself it’s hard to find other therapist to give me what I need. They get the job done every time. Very convenient booking options also.

I went in with a migraine, couldnt even open my right eye due to the pain. I walked in and was immediately greeted, she even closed the blinds when I expressed I had a bad migraine. SOON AS MASSAGE STARTED, THE MIGRAINE WAS GONE. I inquired about as many services before leaving, because this place is heaven sent

My second time going! My previous was a hydrafacial that left me glowing for almost a month. This time I went back for a massage, Aijiu, and basic facial. Their pressure point massage is NOT the gentle swedish massage or even deep tissue you usually get. They are serious about working through knots ( learn from my suffering and let them know as soon as you think you need less pressure).The Aijiu was the highlight of my session and really helped me detox. I loved how warm it made me feel afterwards. Almost like a pumpkin spice latte for your back (figuratively speaking, doesnt smell or taste anything like it). Facial was good as always, especially the steaming.

Experience was horrible! We did a couples massage and the guy was yawning the whole time! I really only got elbow as the massage! It was an odor where you put your head at and i told them i couldn’t keep my head down there! Didn’t get the full body massage! So we are checking out and the lady is trying to make us leave a tip she wanted but the service wasn’t good! I should be able to leave what i want to leave! I wanted to come for a facial but want be returning.

Just had an amazing 100mins hydrafacial service in this beautiful spa!! They use this top of the line Dr. Oakes Hydro dermabrasion machine from Israel that I have heard a lot of good things about. The whole experience was really relaxing and enjoyable. In addition, the cosmetologist was professional and knowledgeable to take care of my skin. The unique Chinese face massage was on point. I feel like a different person after the service!! My face looks more rejuvenated and radiant. Definitely will become their regular customer in the future!

Paid $200 for a couples massage. If these massage therapists are certified or licensed they need to go back to school. There are certain techniques and modalities you expect a good massage therapist to use. These folks used forearm, elbows, fingers, hands & hot stones but it was not relaxing and didn’t trigger any pressure point releases at all. They massaged up through the cover for the first 30-40 min. The sheet was too short where my feet were exposed the entire 90 mins. The temperature in this place was too low and I was cold the whole time. The body parts that were not being massaged were exposed and could’ve at least been covered by the thin sheet. The table was lukewarm, never heated up. The therapist assigned to my fiancé was a man. They never asked him if that was ok. We had to switch so he would be more comfortable. It was just not a good experience. Totally not worth $200.

Man listen! These people are the absolute best. My wife said I started snoring during our couples massage! That was the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this place and we will be back

I went here today to get a hour foot reflexology massage and 30 minute back massage. I was excited to come here based off the reviews. Unfortunately my service was not so great. I was so disappointed in my foot reflexology massage. The young guy who massaged my feet kept falling asleep during my massage. I could not even enjoy the relaxation because he kept stopping and dozing off. I mentioned it to him when he took me over to do my 30 minute chair massage and he apologized to me and gave me an extra 10 minutes on the chair massage. The chair massage was great, but I definitely feel shorted on my service as a whole. I did pay and tip because it’s a small business, he did apologize, and the chair massage was good. Had he did my foot reflexology service better, his tip would’ve been greater. I took pictures of him sleeping, but won’t post it to save his dignity. Highly disappointed in part of my service and probably won’t return based off this.

I had the 1 hour reflexology foot massage. It was relaxing and helped to work out some sore spots. If you have an area on your foot that especially tender, dont be afraid to ask them to work on that area more. It is a sign that there is stress on a specific area of your body. I had an area and it turns out it was a sign of insomnia. And I just had a very fitful night of sleep. Very sweet ladies and now I want to get a massage. Just which one is the questions. Everyone should try them out.
