Very good, very professional. Deep tissue. I dropped in there last November to see if I could get some relief from my lower back muscle issues and I have been a fairly regular customer ever since.The therapists are all excellent and everyone there is friendly. The place is super clean and comfortable.Highly recommended.

Have always had a great massage when I come here. Always pay for deep tissue and never any issues. Tonight I did not get what I paid for. Paid for deep tissue and I felt like I was just being rubbed and not massaged the whole time. Definitely not anywhere near deep tissue. After wards I was very polite and gave her a tip. I was then yelled at because I didn’t give them what they think I should have tipped. I have never been yelled at there before even when I didn’t tip $15. Sometimes I tip $20 and sometimes less if it wasn’t the best massage.

So grateful for YoYo! I was specific about my massage, and she nailed it. Affordable as well😁

Its my birthday and i came in hoping to get a good massage, WRONG. first walked in no common courtesy of hello, paid $60 for 60 minutes~cool, she demanded i tip her a minimum of $15 before i even got the massage, ughh okay? we actually start the massage and its terrible, felt like i was being rubbed down the entire time and no actual massage of the mucles. mind you im a nursing assistant/server and i work 6-7days out of the week working 12-16 hour shifts. and the gag of it all is that she stopped a total of 8 times 2 of those times were to get the hot rocks the other 6 she stopped bc they have no receptionist, so now my 60 minute massage just turned into a 50 minute massage for $75 😐.so disappointed and upset on MY bday. please avoid them

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE. I came in as a walk in. I was placed in the room immediately and YUYU was my massage therapist. She had released so much tension in my neck/shoulder area. I walked out a relaxed new person. Im coming back here! Worth every dollar. Customer service was excellent.

Loved that theyre no frills, they start your massage right away, not upselling you on other things. Ive been to Massage Envy and other places several times before, and hated that they were all about selling you on a lifestyle. I just want a massage. Not a questionnaire on my entire life history. Here its just a simple I would like a 60 minute massage. Focus on my shoulders please. No fuss.Ive been here twice now and have been very happy with the massages I got. The first time was 90 minutes, the second was 60. Both were great and they WILL get that knot out!

Money hungry place for a less than exceptional experience.I went in to get a 30 minute chair massage and was up-sold to a 60 minute table one. Turned out to be a mediocre massage that felt like I was a piece of dough being violently kneeded and for which I was forced to pay in advance (first red flag), I still decided to leave a tip after it being suggested in every wall of the place. I gave the lady a $20 bill and asked for $5 back. She started to mumble and grumble and shake her head telling me I give you good massage, you give me good tip. I told her that I was leaving her $15 and she was just nasty. I wasnt in the mood to argue, especially since I came to get a massage to ease stress so I just gave her the $20 tip and left. As I walked out, she had the audacity to tell me see you next time.Lady, I wouldnt come back to that place if the massages were free or if you actually knew how to give one. Didnt bother asking for her name since Im sure that they wold only give me a fake one.Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable place with certified professionals.

Amazing experience and massage session was phenomenal! I did an hour massage; Deep Tissue & Swedish Beauty Massage plus the Hot Stones Massage! Totally worth the money...60$ & tipped her 40$. Thank you so much for a memorable appointment and I will be back soon, for not only myself, but my Mother too! Coming back next week to purchase a Gift Card for an hour massage; this will be a wonderful surprise to give my Mother for her birthday. I left today after my massage feeling relieved and relaxed! First time we tried a couples massage at this place. Was okay only did back not front. Paid $120.00 then when we were leaving pulled out a card saying 1 hour $15.00 tip for both ladies.. I feel ripped off and felt obligated to tip u a big tip is ridiculous. Never again

Have been 3 times so far and each time has been great. The first evening that I walked in to talk to Shannon about my shoulder, she was able to see me and I have been going back at the same time each week. I have been taking medications for my shoulder (after 3 surgeries and multiple doctors telling me that there is nothing else that they can do for me) for multiple years now and this is the most mobility I have had with it in years. I would definitely recommend going in and talking to Shannon; she listens and is happy to make suggestions and switch things up depending upon where the pain is and what needs more attention when you go in.

Have been here several times for acupuncture and have always found Dr Shannon Wang as attentive and professional. The facilities are neat and comfortable. Dr Wang listened to my pain issues and carefully designed a plan to help. I am very pleased with the results so far. I highly recommend Dr Wang to anyone who asks. Her care for patients is second to none.

First time at this place. It was a last minute idea. Fit me in and did a 1 hour deep tissue. I feel excellent. My upper back carries my stress. She worked every inch of my back, hips, legs and arms. She kept working the bad spots and I am extremely happy I went. I’ll be back. Thank you

Very money hungry. They quote a different price over the phone than what their actual price is. They also feel entitled to a certain tip amount regardless of the service they provide. They tried to tell me I had to give them a $15 tip.The massage was decent, but the customer service definitely needs improvement.

I needed a last minute massage and they were able to schedule me in same day for an hour massage. It was amazing, I will definitely be a returning customer. They are very professional, the facility is clean and peaceful and the masseuse had great technique.

Where is doctor wang ive been to wrc more than a few times and ive havent saw her for a while. i went today and wasnt satisfied the girl didnt massage my feet nor my chest and that was a huge disappointment Shannon always get me taken care of. I will not be going back i kinda felt ripped off especially since they raised the prices and she had the nerve to ask for a tip i think not. You got to put in work to get this $20 tip. I asked for a full body message not a partial body message and last time i checked my chest and feet was apart of my body. I never had this issue with Shannon.

First time visit. Very satisfied with the quality of service. As good as I have had in the area. Ladies were friendly and profession. The strength of the massage was impressive. The spa was clean and well kept. I’ll sure be back.

The best in Rock Hill in my opinion. Jen was my last masseuse and I recommend her massages with the highest regard.

Edit: Last time I visited, I came in with a neck problem that had been effecting my sleep for 2 weeks. It was gone that night! Great knowledge and can do many types of massage, including Chinese Cupping. Well worth about a dollar per minute!

Shannon is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job. If youre looking for more than just the typical Swedish style massage then this is the place. I would consider Shannon an excellent massage therapist especially for those with chronic muscle tension and those who deal with medically related muscle issues. In China she went through extensive medical training, much more than most go through in the states which I feel only aides in her inner workings of the musculoskeletal system. Yes, she works alone and this can sometimes be hectic but like I said, this is meant to be a treatment for aches and pains, more of a medical massage if you will, than a place for a girls spa day. As far as changing prices Ive never had trouble with this. There is a slight language barrier, so people need to be clear on what they want but her intentions are always pure in my opinion. Would highly recommend

I am a chronic pain patient after several back surgeries. Since meeting Dr. Shannon I have had so much relief, I have even been able to take much less pain medication. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND WRC Massage to anyone!

I went in a spoke with lady and she still too refuses to honor the gift certificate that state expires 6 months after date of purchase. I will be logging a better business complaint. I asked for the Manger and she stated that she does not have a number for him and doesnt know when he will be back. This is most in unprofessional place I have ever been.

Shannon changes the prices, adds things while you are laying on the table and does not discuss this before hand. Because she works alone, she is always in a hurry and running around. I was waiting for change, but she kept as a tip. It could be good, but im not rich either.

Doctor Shannon has been very helpful with my stiff shoulder. She is so sweet and caring. I have tried cupping, acupuncture and massage.

Since being open in November 2016 constantly changing prices, and for everything she does it is not worth it. She is very slow to make you pay for more time. She acts like she has your best interest, but really it is about the money, begs for more tips, she thinks she is worth 30 to 40 %, for tips, I give 20 %. Very unappreciative and shady person.

I tried acupuncture for the first time with Shannon and it has been life changing. I was soooo nervous and she did such a good job and made me feel comfortable.

They don’t tell you until after that they charge you to use a debit card and you have to leave a certain amount of tip before even getting the massage.

I had my first massage with W.R.C today and when I tell you I can’t wait until the next one. Sophie is the best hands down!!🥰
