Got name brand gummies 2 weeks back and after using them i thought they seemed off but also wondered if i had maybe grown a tolerance to them, because they didnt feel like they ever really kick in. I can feel low dose gummies, and Ive had good results with certain brands before. But when i shop here, i dont feel like Im getting genuine product. These familiar brand names arent giving me the same results as before, and thats upsetting considering they charge you the same full price. I have just taken half a gummy from somewhere else in a lower dose and now that its hit it is a night and day difference in effects. Gives me the assurance that my money is not wasted when i shop elsewhere. Will not be shopping here in the future

Good customer service but for the return policy for vapes is very flawed me and a friend went and bought 2 vapes and after we tested in store and left happy cause they both worked fine but a couple hours later we found that after getting the vapes one of them contiues to fire after hitting it so we go back in and they say that they cannot help us cause we tried the product in store. Just overall was a bad experience for me.

BUYER BE AWARE. This company is selling fake items. They’re not buying from the manufacturer. If you buy a hype bar that reads “TERRA” on the side. It’s a fake and did not come from “HYPE BAR” factory.I confronted the staff about selling fakes and told them I’d write a review and he said I should write a review. I think its important to let people know when your going here you’re buying fakes.They also over charge, I told them Im getting the same bar for $17. He gave me that the price and said moving forward dont worry about the price. Next time I came in the guy charged me $25. I told him the other guy charged me $17, and said dont worry about the price. He said sorry, $25 is the price.Not only the price over charged by 25--30% but its FAKE. Ill never go back here.

We love this place. People are awesome and always helpful. Prices are great. Have a great variety of bongs and pieces. Definitely recommend to everyone who enjoys smoking 😉

This place was a life saver. I went to 2 other smoke shops & called 5 others & Utopia was the only store with the pieces I needed. The service was great & sooo helpful, couldnt have done it without Abdul. This will be my go to smoke shop from now on. Try them out, you wont be disappointed.

I’ve purchased two dab nails, and a battery pack from this store. Every item has broken within a week or less. Last nail broke first day. Alex is rude and has a lazy attitude. Omar has no accountability to his product or customer service. This place overpriced.

Absolutely LOVE this shop. Staff knows their products and were super helpful getting me set up with a new vape and helped me pick a new flavored juice. 100% would reccomend to anyone in the area!!Came back for a second time they were put of stock of a juice but got my info down and notified me when they had it back in stock.

I have been a loyal customer for over two years. My last couple vapes batteries burned out and leaked everywhere. I asked them to show me the UT stamp on my vape before purchase because of the issue and they refused. They are selling fake vapes. I do NOT recommend this business!

My go-to shop for any need or remedy. They have an extensive inventory. Operated by a few gentlemen, one of which is a nice guy named Ali, willing to answer any questions; I really recommend them. If you have time, look into their herbal vaporizers. They are an essential remedy that promotes a healthier lifestyle.

As soon as I walked into this place I was impressed by their display of glass pieces. The walk to the register feels luxurious somehow. I was able to get ¼ of CBD for $24 vs ⅛ for $25 from another down the street. The prices are hard to beat and the quality is great. I will DEFINTELY be coming to this place again and letting others know about this place. 🤙🏽

Theres a problem every time i go. From employees never being on time (upwards of an hour late) to last time the dude wouldnt let me swipe my card myself. And kept telling me it wont go thru. He very obviously didnt care at all (It was because he was running it as credit instead of debit and i told him it is debit only). Still really strange he wouldnt let me swipe my card myself. There must be new management here because they USED to be a fabulous smoke shop. I went to 3 monkeys down the street and what do you know. My card worked just fine. Wont be coming back unless they make serious changes in staff.

I have visited Utopia for various items including Christmas shopping for my sons, cigarettes, tobacco and have always found the staff to be very accommodating and helpful.

They sell FAKE products and they sell fake illegal psilocybin mushroom bars. Beware they are scammers selling fake illegal drugs.

Bought a new dab rig, banger, and dab tool here. They have reasonably priced glass and cool designs. Clean shop with a lot of cool stuff.
