You cannot beat the value of this place! I visited for the first time a few days ago and had an hour massage with Lisa. She did a great job focusing on my problem areas (left shoulder and left side of my lower back) and unlike a lot of places, spent much of her time on my back, neck, and shoulders. I felt significantly better after leaving and will absolutely be visiting regularly.A few things to note: this is not a high end, fancy spa. However, it’s clean, neat, and inviting, and as I mentioned, an amazing value for the price. The rooms do not have doors, but instead have heavy curtains. This wasn’t an issue for me, but I also think I was the only person there, so I didn’t have any problems with noise or disruptions. You change in your treatment room, which I prefer to a shared locker room. Parking can be a pain, so I parked across the street at the train station, but just check the signs to make sure you aren’t there during enforcement hours if you don’t have a permit.

This is the best massage place to go to. They care about their customers to make sure everything is right and they care to make sure their customers leave satisfied. Cathy did an amazing job. We will be returning. They have us as customers for life. Thank you for the amazing experience. The walk on the back massage is the one to go for. My husband said it was phenomenal and he felt so relaxed.

This place is perfect. Reasonably price, often available last minute and a truly outstanding massage from skilled practitioners.

What an amazing place. I have received both a massage and the acupuncture therapy and was extremely happy with both. The place is very clean and comfortable. Cathy, through acupuncture, was able to relieve the pain I was experiencing in my feet. Cathy and her staff are courteous and responsive to your needs .

This place is amazing! My brother goes here for his massages weekly after having an accident. Jen takes care of him and also does acupuncture on areas that he has pain. He always leaves the place saying he’s going to keep coming here even when he gets better lol. The place is clean, quiet, peaceful and Jen is just the sweetest person! I highly recommend!

We have the most amazing experience at this place for massage and acupuncture. They are so kind and professional. Ive been to places in RVC before but this is by far the best experience place for relaxation! Thank you Jen and staff! I recommend this place this to everyone. Its definitely worth it!

Best place to get a full body massage done. I have severe back pain due to long term office job and having a full body massage is a must. I have came here several times and it never disappoint me. I would always have a good night sleep after coming here.The staffs are super nice and friendly, always knowing where my trouble areas are. Very professional,I will definitely be back again.

I really like the employee service and the Acupuncture helped a lot with the back pain I felt for weeks. When being massaged it gave a type of relaxation.I would highly recommend going to this place.

I have been going to Serenity Relaxation Center for almost 2 years now. Prior to that I have visited other spas in Nassau County. Cathy is the best licensed Massage Therapist I have ever had. Her spa is clean and relaxing. She takes the time to get to know her customers and the services are priced very competitively. Its an experience that is worth every penny.

I found Serenity Relaxation Center by responding to an ad over three years ago. Once I had a 1 1/2 hour massage session with Cathy I stopped looking for another place. Without being an expert, I receive a mix of Swedish/Shiatsu/deep tissue full body massage. Throw in walking on my back and the hot stones, and I am out for the count. Pure relaxation. Whether it is my back out from shoveling snow, or a body part from too aggressive gym workouts, Cathy listens to my issues, and makes them go away. Whether you have an hour or 1 1/2, it is worth the time to call and make an appointment that meets both your schedules. Highly recommend this location, and Cathy. By the way, her two massage therapists are both excellent also.

I had the most incredible, relieving full body massage here earlier this evening. I have chronic back/neck issues, including a spinal fusion, so I rely on massage therapy to manage my pain. Well, now that I’ve found Cathy, I see a higher quality of life coming my way. I’ve never had tension relieved to this level before. She is magical and incredibly strong!!! Come here; you will not be disappointed!

Cathy is amazing! She does a great job at helping to ease my neck and upper back pain. I’ve been going to her for two years and always leave feeling relaxed and better than before. I live in the city and can’t find anything that comes close to Serenity. Always need to make a trip here when I’m back in LI.

Its a nice little place, however there is no sound protection whatsoever. there are also curtains instead of doors, which also allows sound to disturb your experience. the massage was overall pleasant, however the sound ruined the experience for me. you can hear people talking as well as sounds from the outside. it was overall nice, but not what I expected from the previous reviews. the staff is friendly and nice.

I have been to other massage places before, and I feel that it is the most warm and professional at Serenity Ralaxation Center. I have been here twice recently, once for a 90-minute Swedish massage, and once for a hot stone massage. Let me forget worries and stress, it is a good place to relax emotions and relieve stress! I will tell my family and friends and let them come over!

Serenity Massage is excellent!!As soon as I entered the salon I felt welcomed and very cared for.I am a middle aged man who travels for work, exercises most days and has an active and frankly stressful life. I try to treat myself to the outstanding massage services weekly. I have received massage all over the country and the best I have ever had is right here at home in Rockville Centre.In addition I have injuries from a car accident and other aches and pains from long term wear and tear from exercise. My masseuse is very knowledgeable and sensitive to my injuries and worked within my muscles and joints to help relieve my discomfort.The cost is very reasonable and an outstanding value.Add to list Edit

The staff at Serenity Spa are talented therapists providing excellent massages where I always leave feeling much better than I walked in. Professional courteous service and small touches make for an awesome experience from the comforting warm massage table, the use of hot stones, a tension busting massage then finishing up with a few minutes of stretching can’t be beat. Highly recommended.

Very pretty, and clean establishment. Massage was excellent plus they used hot stones at one point, which felt so relaxing. I was asked what level pressure was preferred and it was done perfectly. Not too hard and not too gentle. Will return.

Serenity Relaxation Center is a great place where I’ve frequented many times in the last six months after I moved nearly. The place is very clean and welcoming, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. I’ve tried all massage therapists here, and they all delivered very relaxing and awesome massages. I’m happy to have such a good quality massage center nearby my place where I can come over anytime when I’m in need of relaxation.

The place is loud there isnt any real ambiance. The massages were too hard and rough. I didnt feel relaxed at all at the end. Sad to say I wouldnt go back. It feels like a reflexology spa but twice the price.

This place is my go-to place every month. The staff is so welcoming. I feel so relaxed the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a massage center that offers the best service for every buck you spend.

The massage was as good any big box spa. I was asked if i had any special requests and they were addressed completely. Very professional from start to finish . This is a case were small is HUGE. If any one asked me were to get a great massage my answer from now on will be Serenity Relaxation rvc of course.

I had a terrible pain in my back. Cathy gave me acupuncture and a great massage. The pain was gone!

Finally got a 90 minute well deserved massage - and it was glorious. My husband and I feel completely relaxed and will be returning! Also they are very sanitary which is key.
