Received a gift card from my husband for Mother’s Day and I was so excitedGot a pedicure at 1p and that was great but then I got my nails done here . fake nails with a French manicure (wanted a design but she wasn’t able to do it so I kept it classic) on Saturday around 2p and we are on Monday afternoon and one nails is cracked 5 of my nails have chipped nail polish.All I did was wash dishes yesterday and relax. I’ve had nails last 4 weeks and these didn’t even last 2 days. Very upset about this.

The person I spoke to on the phone, who I presume is the new manager/owner, was very accommodating with making appointments for my sister, mother, and myself the day before. When we entered, we were greeted, and then asked to sit. My mother and I received regular pedicures, and the two techs were very nice and friendly. They took their time. My moms tech was very careful with an issue my mom was concerned about in regards to her foot. Rosa, who did mine, even noticed I had shaved the day before and was gentle when exfoliating my legs! They used new files and buffers which came pre-packaged and which they opened in front of us. I am honestly not sure if the nail clippers were also in that package, so I cannot speak to that.My sister received a spectacular gel manicure; the only thing she complained about was that the paper towel on the wrist rest had not been changed, so she had asked the tech to replace it. Once it was replaced, however, she said the manicure was good.When we all left, they addressed me by name with big smiles and see you next time-s! We all agreed after leaving that based on our experience, we would return.

Today was first time - everything was clean and sanitary. Everyone was very friendly. Most importantly my nails were well done and I left happy. Definitely will make an appointment to come back

I came a little before 9pm and everyone was so nice… Lisa did a wonderful job and took her time although they was closing at 9 I would highly recommend coming here and it was my first time here . Thank you again Lisa I will be back.

One of the best nail salons in the area - the new owner is so sweet & the place is clean. You can always get an appointment & they are very accommodating !

One of the cleanest nail places I’ve been to. I was here few years ago and I decided to visit again after hearing there was a change in management. It definitely feels better, most significantly the cleanliness and professionalism. I think I’ll make this my go to nail place from now on.

Worst nails I’ve ever done EVER! Came back after not living in america for 3 years. I was looking for a million places to do my nails. Found this place (don’t let the pictures online fool u). I said there for 1:30 hours doing nails that came out the worst I’ve ever had. I kept instructing them on what to do and they didn’t listen and filing my nails for an hour and the uv gel was so crooked and they didn’t even out any of the base. Every finger is a different length and different shape! I’ve never been so disappointed and yet they have the audacity to ask for tip. I got home and started filing my nails for another hour and a half bc of how messed up it was and now the nailpoileh looks ridiculous. Oh just so u know it was 70 dollars. Very very disappointed

The nail technician cut my cuticle and I was bleeding during a gel/powder manicure. Should not have been charged for this at all. Unsanitary.

Ibis Nail Salon is Amazing!! My Mom and I go here and are loyal customers. Doris is Amazing and does all of our manis, pedis foot and leg massages which are Fabulous!! James also is the best and gives awesome massages as you wait and relax. The entire staff are great and so very friendly. The salon is under new ownership and the new owner is also very lovely and friendly. Very clean establishment, relaxing and comfortable. We always have a great experience and are always treated so kindly.

I highly recommend this great salon! Beautiful manis and pedis done by lovely and kind staff. My daughters and I were treated with so much hospitality and the attention to detail with our nails was top notch. So convenient to be able to go in the evening!

Personally, I love it here! The people are very kind especially Yuni! She was gentle and welcoming which I can always appreciate at nail salons. Recommend to try getting your nails and toes done here!

Huge salon! They had absolutely no problem accommodating my last minute appointment. I did one of the spa pedicures and it was devine. The staff was super friendly and the establishment was very clean. While my nails were drying I spied a childrens spa menu. I will definitely be back soon and plan to bring my daughter with me

Went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure became frustrated with me because I wanted my nail and toenail polish colors to match. She also did a terrible job painting my toes; the polish was sloppily applied and not clean at all. Another nail tech tried to assist but was also rude because I wouldn’t accept the mismatched colors she brought me then told me to find the colors myself. I had a bad experience before with the male owner saying “we don’t need your business” as I left but I give them more chances. Never again. I paid exactly $23 for a piss poor pedicure and left with my nails still wrapped in foil. I will not support a business where the customers/clients are not valued. We’re still in a pandemic. The recent increase in prices is also not worth it.

The entire was friendly and courteous. They made you feel comfortable as soon as you entered their establishment. I was impressed by both technicians that did my mani/pedi sessions. This nail salon was recommended to me by another customer. Most nail spas, Ive given my business to in the past, never took the time to properly give me the excellent service that I received at Blossom Nail & Spa. I will be a regular customer.

Horrible job after paying $65.00 for a UV gel fill that was redone twice. My nails are not smoothed, irregular thickness, flawed polish coverage and smudges under the top coat. Under Meath mail clean up was not done. Horrible experience.

Owner overcharged my credit card for services I didn’t get, so rather than refund me she offered a store credit. I insisted I get a refund because it was her mistake and I did not want a store credit. This made her very unhappy, she took the cash out of her draw and slammed it on the counter at me. Completely rude and unprofessional. The 2nd time I went there (decided to give it another chance), I was getting a mani pedi. To save time, the owner came over and started prepping my hands while the technician did my pedicure. I did not ask for this nor was I in a rush. The technician did a good job. When I gave her her tip, she thanked me then asked me “what about her?” Meaning that I tip the owner. Unbelievable, the owner probably skims off their tips. I don’t know but this place turns me off with their attitude, would not want to give them anymore of my money and I won’t.

Been going here for about 6 Years and its very good. I have my favorite mani/pedi person she does work. I am able to get the appointments I want and that gives me great flexibility time wise. The place is very clean and sanitary. There are also necessary precautions to protect against Covid. There are air barriers everywhere for client and staff, and masks are required of everyone. Also, they have proper air circulation and a door open to let in fresh air. Of course I feel a bit safer, since I was also fully vaccinated, so that helps. They also have very good massage chairs at the pedicure station, that I really look forward to using. I have never had any issues with them or the products. Now I have to figure out if I want my nails coated with nail polish, chartreuse, lavender, purple, red or blue. What would you suggest? Decisions...Decisions...Decisions...🤣

I tried a few nail salons in RVC before settling on Blossom Nail. Ive been going there every 2-weeks for my mani/pedi and have never been disappointed. Everyone is polite and friendly. Cant wait for them to re-open.

I went to get a gel manicure last week. My manicurist cut me 3x. The last time she cut me she was not attending to my nails, rather having a conversation with another staff member. I now have an infection. I will not be coming back to this salon.

I live down the block from this place and this place has never disappointed me. Friendly staffs with clean environment. Ask for any designs and they are willing to do it. I love this place! That’s why I’ve been going here for over a decade now. I wish I can give 10 stars!!

Person that helped did not understand service requested. Nails looked horrible. They tried to fix but they still looked horrible. I asked for appt to fix. They told me to come back at a time and was not ready. I would not go back
