Always rushed, even with a scheduled appointment. Overbook themselves and the owner always says yes to walks in. Putting the walkins over booked appointments. My nails always break within 3 days of getting the powder gel, never cut short enough.. even after asking multiple times to have them cut. For spending 45-55$ each time I’d hope my nails would last more than 3-5 days at a time when they’re supposed to last 2-4 weeks. Good color selection though.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars for how unprofessional and rude the staff was. I usually go to a different nail salon but since I work in the area I decided to come here to just fix one nail that I had messed up. I honestly should’ve waited and just have gone to my usual spot. Immediately the lady tried to argue with me saying my nails were gel. I’ve only been doing dip powder nails for the last 4 years and get them done every 3 weeks so I would like to say I’m very aware of how the process goes. She ignored me when I told her that it was dip powder and proceeded to do gel. When she’s done she tells me to put my hand under the UV light and I told her that with dip powder you don’t put your hand under the light. Once she realized I wouldn’t let her apply gel and actually had to do what she was supposed to she rushed and didn’t even apply the proper steps for the dip powder. Once she finished I paid $6 for my nail and as soon as she gives me my change back she holds her hand out almost demanding for a tip. This was 2 days ago and my nail broke and chipped. Save your time and money. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I ignored the reviews about this place which it partly my fault but wow. Worst experience ever.

Went here a year ago service and quality was magnificent. Went this past weekend & less than a week later my sls powder is chipping at the base and the tips of my nail. Its a no for me. Never again.

Just got my nails done here and I love them. The girl who did my nails was awesome. She really did a great job. I got the olive oil spa pedicure and acrylic nails with sns powder. My feet feel super soft and nails came out perfect. Place is modern and very clean. Prices are a little high but it’s definitely worth the money. Just ask for pricing before you get your nails done this way there are no surprises. Would recommend this nail salon to all.

Very pleased with my first experience at this place. Got a gel mani and pedi. The staff is very professional. The atmosphere is relaxing. And very happy with the results. My nails are very long and all natural. Hoping this manicure will help maintain my nails for longer.

Got my nails done, did the sns dip powder and my nails started chipping the next day. I went back 3 days later and they fixed it and it literally started chipping the next day, again. I was going to go back but I was just annoyed at that point they charge way to much money for your nails not to last at least a week. I paid $133 for a gel pedicure and sns powder. Literally a waste of time and money I was so upset.

This is the worst nail experience I had in my life. They gave me an infection and never clean their tools. The lady who was working on me was very rude and kept pushing me to do more services when I only wanted a gel manicure. The worst part is that she grabbed tools from the desk beside her and it had leftover skin (cuticles) from a previous client and she used it directly on me. I stopped her from using it on my cuticles and asked her if it was cleaned and she looked at me and said “oh.. no.” I can’t believe I am writing this. She was kind enough to grab a clean one, but I did get an infection a few days later and my cuticles are so raw. I’m not sure if the second cuticle cutters were actually clean either. I never write reviews but I feel like it’s only right to let people know.

You get what you pay for. Their a little pricey but its worth it. Great quality and customer service. I would highly recommend

Ever since new management took over, this place has never been the same. My nails get ruined two or three days after they are done. I pay alot of money to do gel. This time, after I fixed them the next day they were chipping. Time to find a new place!!!

So disappointed and such unsatisfactory work from this place. Although the staff is very friendly, it seems as though they do not thoroughly pay meticulous attention to details. Not only that, but the owner on more than 1 occasion, took someone in before me when I had an appointment scheduled! I’m not just talking a 5-10 min wait, it’s more like a full on service running 45min! last week I went and got tips done by the owner and she did a rush job! My nails were all not the same shape and they felt rough ( I got the powder gel). She was in such a rush she didn’t buff my nail out good and then tried to charge me FULL PRICE on a busted job. To add insult to injury she tried to say it was MY FAULT for somehow having my hand to close to my other hand that she was applying powder too. I said ummm no I had my hand hanging off the chair far away from my left hand. Ridiculous and so I will not spend another penny at this establishment. Save your money and go elsewhere people. All the owner cares about is having you do the more expensive service even if she doesn’t have the time to do the job correctly.

I came here once for a coffin set. I’ve been here a few times but i usually get a regular mani or sns. I usually don’t get tips but my fingers were burning and she kept telling me that’s fine it’s normal and kept doing them.The shape came out wider and rounded on the sides where it should be narrow to the tip. She couldn’t do the design I asked her for even though she said she could. When I asked her to add a little more or the bottom of my nail she told me it would look ugly. There are plenty of places that would’ve charged 50 or less for what I got. OH and to top it off when you’re getting a mani a man will walk around and massage your shoulders at the same time. They ask if you wanna pay for a full massage in the back but I declined. At the end of my service I tipped the lady $5 JUST TO BE NICE and she looks at it and then looks at me and says “what about him?” Don’t have someone walking around your salon providing a complementary service and then ask them to pay that person. Totally unprofessional. A tip is a nice gesture for a job well done and I didn’t even get that. They’re overpriced and rude do not recommend

I only went for wax, so can not speak for the manicure service. However, the waxing was a great job, they were gentle and meticulous. The waxing rooms are downstairs so its private and they are clean and relaxing.

Terrible experience. We had an appointment so they started my pedicure and had my husband put his feet in the water while waiting for someone to be available. Then the next person available started someone else’s pedicure. 30 minutes later they were going to start on my husband. Never going back.

Awesome! Evan does my nails always he is the best, but everyone there is awesome! It is a little pricey but, you get what you pay for! He takes his time with you and is meticulous ..Definitely worth it..

This was the best mani and pedi Ive ever had! Evan, the gentleman who did my nails, was meticulous, gentle and so attentive. The salon was immaculately clean and so relaxing. The whole experience was phenomenal and I will absolutely be back. Thank you Evan and H2O Nail & Spa!!

I came here for simple mani pedi and they could not do that. The person that did my nail was rushing for no reason. I’m the middle of doing my nails the two girls switched and someone else started doing them. I do not do my nails often but when I do I expect to get what in pay for and this was not what I paid for. Because others were coming in and out they were more focused on that. The only thing they know how to do is take your money. Do not go here and waste your time and money. Now I am going home and I have to redo my nails because it is just so sloppy. There is nail polish all over my cuticles and my cuticles aren’t even cleaned.

Lady was on the phone the whole time scheduling appointments. She did a bad job. I am a dude so I don’t ask for much but this is not it. I would not go back. Also - Gel looks cheap.

Horrible experience! They completely rushed doing my full set extensions. They are expensive for the cheap work they provide. Got my nails done on a Thursday, by Monday they all were popping off.

Ive been going here religiously since last summer. Staff is super friendly and very caring. Theirs ample parking out back. I feel they take great care in making sure your manicure/pedicure comes out perfect.

All i have to say is if your looking for good work, do not come here. The lady rushed my nails and on top of that didn’t even do a good job at all. & don’t get me started on my “pedicure”, nail polish all over my toes. I went with my boyfriend and they charged him different yet we got the same thing. Horrible experience.

Wanted to try a new place, looked nice. Called ahead for an acrylic fill which they said they did, it is also listed on their website and on the menu in store. Got there and they wouldnt stop pushing the uv gel. I stood there telling the manager no multiple times before he stopped. Its no different then the acrylic powder at least for me. So he sends me for my pedicure first. When I sit down for my nails the girl tells me they dont have the acrylic powder and starts pushing the uv gel again. According to her they wont be getting it because it smells. I was quite annoyed but needed my nails done and went with the powder glue fill in which is very smelly by the way and acrylic is not to me and not the same quality. They are also more expensive then the other salons in town and I dont nees to be badgered over what I want and be lied to about having it. Sneaky strategy. Not impressed. There are much more friendly salons in the area that have better business practices.

Love this beautiful nail salon. So clean, neat. People are so nice. Always love my nails and toes when I leave there. You wont find any better within a 10 mile radius.

Do not waste your money here. I’ve been getting manicures for years and this is by far the worst manicure I’ve ever received in my life. Uneven lines, did not cap the tips, nail polish all over my cuticles and skin, and a completely uneven application of color. This is my second horrible experience here with 2 different individuals. I will not be going back.

They are so clean and great ! I wanted UV gel extensions & UV gel color and I was so happy with the result. I also have gotten pedicures & multiple massages and it was fantastic. I recommend them to everyone in the area

I tried getting a pedicure here... The lady said 15 min wait. I waited on their couch for 25 minutes. They ignored me and I walked out. Very rude workers.

I was a loyal customer until my daughter got a terrible infection in her toenail after a pedicure in this place the other issue is they always rush for any reason don’t go to this place your health is not priority here.

Very bad massage. They do not understand English well. $70 bucks for a full body one hour and it was 50 minutes on my back alone. Really terrible experience and Im so unhappy with this place.
