Atmosphere is ok.Service is great! Very attentive and nice staff!The food looks good, but the taste is just horrible!!!! They need a New Chef!!!!! We ordered the prosciutto pizza with arugula 🤢 They added this honey glazed and flavors just don’t match!!! It tasted too sweet, with cheese 🤢The ribs and wings were Ok.We also had the penne a la vodka it was soooo buttery, you can taste the butter in it!The margarita pizza was not it 🤢 The calamari was so tiny! it was just horrible as well!I changed my drink twice!! First i ordered a Margarita, it’s like i was drinking Cayenne Pepper in vodka 🤮, then the new drink was a pineapple one, even worst. Not sure what happened to this place but we walked in for lunch and it was empty, now we know why!! The flavors don’t match!!!!!

It felt more of a sports bar, but there is another section - which was not available at the time - that may convey a different atmosphere. The food was good but the drink is okay. There are football specials available for food and drinks.This location has a rooftop available. I ate indoor, which has festive decorations.

Visited Kaseys on Sunday night so not many tables occupied. But the service was excellent... waiter and bartender very attentive.Everything we had was really good. The chicken pot pie egg roll...first time seeing this amd they nailed it. Wow. Big pieces of chicken... flacky egg role crust that held together with every bite. Bavarian pretzel was not pretzel dough but actually flajy and buttery which didnt fill you up.I had a super tender and flavorful skirt steak, the chicken sandwich and burger were big and juicy, then there was the shrimp and chorizo burger (think crabcake)... chuck and good flavors. All the fries (sweet potato and regular) were crispy outside with soft inside... and they had SP tater tots which were awesomeBig beer and cocktail selection. Ny Brooklyn lagers on tap were cold and crisp.

I threw my friend’s bridal shower here. The owner Danny and bartender Brandon were extremely accommodating and sweet! Excellent food and cocktails! $30 per person for a party of 46, not bad. I’ve been here several times before the party, just for dinner and drinks with my food friends. Love this place!

This was my first time going to Kaseys. I was there to celebrate a friends birthday. Theres a choice of where to eat... indoors on the street level, or outdoors on the rooftop. The service was amazing and the food was exceptional. We both ordered chicken tacos and house made guacamole with chips as an appetizer. The guac was superb in taste and consistency, and the chips werent greasy. The chicken for the tacos were seasoned nicely without spices overpowering the taste of the chicken. We learned that Kaseys offers a Ladies Night every Thursday throughout the summer. A group of us are planning to take advantage of this offer more than once. Looking forward to going back!

Excellent drinks, good food and there was a slightly raucous din in the bar area due to multiple mini celebrations going on which added to the fun vibe and ambience. This made it temporarily impossible for me to converse however after a few cocktails magically your voice grows stronger

Food was good and the waiter was very friendly and made suggestions on what to drink and eat. The terrace have a nice ambiance that is perfect to socialize with others.

Honestly extremely disappointed, I own a business. my friends and I walked in for 2seconds to check on the vibe, paid the cover charge then saw that it was still empty and decided to leave the place just to find out we couldn’t get our money back for just walking in and out the place. This is not how you conduct business. Definitely will not recommend this to my friends. Neither any of my clients.

Several years ago I was here and the food was just meh. I thought, not worth coming back. BUT I won a gift card so we revisited. And this trip, the food was absolutely healthy and delicious and the service was great. Well definitely be back!

Bouncers here really think who they are, actually miserable people. Asked for a manager and was denied multiple times. Real power trip over here. Horrible beard and attitude. Spend so much money here to be treated like garbage definitely won’t be returning

Had my hospitals holiday party in a private room. Had a blast! once it was over it was too crowded and someone started a fight with my husband and we got kicked out. Wont be returning unless its for a private party. Im getting too old for the nonsense

We hosted our sons first birthday here yesterday. We had about 60 adults and a few dozen kids. In short, we were 100% satisfied with our experience. From the staff, to the space itself, to the food, to the price we were very happy. I am not an easy man to please, and I would go so far as to say that I wouldn’t even consider any other venue for any similar parties in the future, I would just go straight back to Kasey’s.Special shout out to manager Danny and assistant manager Kenny, who were both a pleasure to work with. Thank you for showing my wife, my kids, my guests and myself how much you valued our business by being so attentive and accommodating.

My sister held her engagement/bridal party at Kaseys, 70+ guests. We had an excellent bar (beer, wine, mixed drinks), the food was awesome, and the DJ was phenomenal based on the genres my sis gave. Service was also amazing with friendly and attentive wait staff. Would highly recommend for parties, and heard there is rooftop access when in season, so may also serve as a non-traditional wedding venue too!

This man is rude. Left me at the bar waiting for my credit card for 20 mins. He even said I shouldn’t have left my credit card. Is this the type of person you’re allowing to work behind the bar? I’m not spending my money here ever again.

Very disturbing bouncers here…they’re on some weird power trip. After having my girlfriend grabbed and thrown for accidentally carrying out a canned beverage I did some research to find this isn’t the first time this has happened. We tried multiple times to get into contact with the owners but they seem to think it’s funny to have staff that hit women. A simple “hey don’t bring that out” not a forceful grab until she’s screaming and bruised would have worked.

Came here with a couple girlfriends last night and it was pretty quiet. The bartender was so nice and helpful! I feel like if it was more packed it would have been a great vibe but it was a Sunday and football was on earlier on that day so it was cleared out by night. If im ever in the area I would come here again!

Loved it. Its fairly new but it was the perfect spot for a girls night. Their drinks menu isnt extensive but definitely has the potential. Food was absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that the server threw away our leftovers instead of packing it. I dont think he heard us when we asked for to go boxes.

We had a wonderful Mothers day brunch with the family. Staff was great, extensive buffet selections, very welcoming atmosphere. Will definitely return.

This is the most aggressive security I have ever witnessed. After years of coming here I have seen security start multiple fights. Recently, I have seen the front door security try and instigate fights and arguments. Really sad to see, $10 cover just to get harassed by staff every weekend is not something my friends and I will be part of.

Horrible food and drinks. We went to the rooftop on a Friday night and the music was so loud, we decided to go down to the restaurant level. We ordered appetizers including potstickers, spinach and artichoke dip and nachos. All were deep fried abs tasted horrible but the worst part is for a place claiming to be a craft bar, they couldnt make an old fashioned or a proper margarita; they didnt even have single malt scotch. The servers all were fantastic especially Tommy but I will never go back or recommend this place

The wings were great and the portions were good.Music on speaker was a little too loud. Was not busy at all and waiter could not be found. So i’m here for my friends birthday celebration and getting inside was very inconvenient. first, we couldn’t use the front entrance then we had to go through an alley to get to the back which had so many stairs. we get inside and are escorted to a private room. our waiter checked on us every so often but didn’t take our order until an after we’ve been seated. there are also people walking though the room to go to the other part of the building. they were knocking chairs over and staff just watched, didn’t tell them to stop. it’s just a bad experience overall.

I must say there are not too many options on the menu, at least for us as latinos, we had the BBQ steak tacos, not bad. But, but, we LOVED LOVED THE AMBIENCE ON THE ROOF TOP, very nice and cozy, we will definitely be back!!Make sure you check the list you sign in for a table once in a while, maybe there is an opening before you know, it happened to us, we went to sit at the bar to wait for our table at the rooftop and had some appetizers and drinks in the meantime, but after about 45 minutes later my husband had to go and ask when we were gonna get a table, I guess we got lucky, a table was gonna be available in 5 minutes, so, just in case, check every 10, 15 minutes, even if they dont call you.

The food, atmosphere, and decor was pretty good. However, we did have to wait 20 minutes to even see our server to get drinks. Overall, this is a decent place to go to if you want to hangout, go to happy hour, or dine-in.

We had our high school reunion on the roof. Drinks were good. There was nice seating areas. I wish they had sun sails though. I was hiding from the sun by the bar the whole time.

This Place is HUGE. As clean as a polished whistle. Staff is friendly, personable and attentive. The Food....O M G. Weve had their sandwiches, salads and steak. The Mashed potatoes and mac and cheese are to DIE for. Highly recommend. Will always come back. Thank you for always giving us a wonderful experience.

We were part of a large party with a buffet layout. We were sitting near a curtain which separated us from the rest of the restaurant patrons. Children (not belonging to our party) were playing, running, pulling on the curtain, and their volume was too distracting. Behind the bench seating was the bar, which was very loud at times because there were several football games broadcast at the same time.The food was just okay. The potatoes were overcooked and too hard to cut with a knife. The salmon was dry, the chicken lacked color, and the accompanying vegetables were limp. The eggplant parmigiana was very flavorful.The service was very good.

The worker at the front was on it bad. He was not trying to let us in because he said my friend New Jersey Id is fake. Then tests to see if it’s fake by bending it up and down. Terrible service

Came in for dinner and I must say that the price is not worth the food you receive here. The service was slow and un-attentive. I requested a medium burger and it was well done. The meat quality was not good and the burger all together was dry. My fiance got the pasta 32 and though it was delicious, it was also very greasy. She got sick throughout the night and could not sleep. Overall this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be coming back.

This place is ok no parking, street meter only for about 80 minutes. We found the food just ok, my son didnt like his truffle french fries, said they smelled like gasoline. My cousin said her lobster mac n cheese needed seasoning and then proceeded to eat it all. But my older son whose B-day it was enjoyed his burger topped with mac n cheese. So at the end he was happy and that made me happy, since I paid the bill. Waiter was nice and friendly.

1st time here. Like the ambiance, outdoor rooftop. My wife had dinner here before with her friends. Better lighting needed at tables at night also plastic cups take away from the classiness of the place. Overall I loved the food. Fix the negatives and 5 stars 👍,

Space could be a bit better taken care off. Outside of that, great ambiance, location and food had was great!(we had the chicken teriyaki pot stickers, fried pickles w fried hot peepers, fried zucchini, some kind of spreads and pita platter. Penne a la vodka, sizzling steak, soft tacos, some other items and soft pretzel. Wine was decent. Cosmopolitan decent. The American mule seemed to be our group favorite. Go for the cheesecake or chocolate cake if dessert is necessary. We tried a few options and those two are worthy a bite, otherwise forgo).

Last night was our first time going there and it was pretty nice although they were very busy but a busy business is a good thing. My husbands hamburger was thick and juicy and the French fries were perfect. I had the pan seared scallops and mixed vegetables and that was good. My Apple martini was to strong . It was pure alcohol burning my throat but I guess another waiter noticed my facial expressions and came over immediately to inquire. He apologized and replaced my drink with another apple martini that was the perfect balance of apple flavor and alcohol. He also informed our waiter Dominick of the situation. Dominick came as soon as he had a moment to follow up and I really did appreciate that service. Dominick also checked on us through out our time there to see if everything else was ok, clear off our table and to see if we needed anything else. He was extremely polite and offered another apology for the drink before we finally left. We look forward to going back during the summer.

Great rooftop in Rockville Center! Excellent food, drinks and service. The entrance is hidden, you have to go through the downstairs to get to the rooftop. Highly recommend! Note: it get crowded after 7pm and they don’t take reservations for the rooftop.

Went to Kaseys to enjoy dinner and drink specials. Couples next to our table had buckets of beer. I asked waitress. She said Im not allowed to have buckets. I said why. She said those are special customers. Also theres ads all over walls with bucket specials. I complained but got nowhere. We were left sitting waiting for our food order for 50 mins. I gave up. This used to be a great place.Thank you.After this I spoke to the manager who contacted me. He said he would get to the bottom of this. I Never heard from it again. I dont recommend this place

Went due to the reviews stating the food was good. Must have been pre-Covid because once we received the appetizers we asked for the bill. The boneless wings were disgusting they looked beautiful but tasted like fake meat. The mozzerella sticks were undercooked inside and the sauce tasted old. The coconut martini was okay.

Came on a Thursday night around 8pm with the hubby. There were 2 other customers sitting at the bar. They were fully staffed, 3 people behind the bar and 3 busser/waiters. We came into the restaurant and saw everyone was on their phones or sitting and chatting to each other. When we walked up to the bar we were finally greeted and told we could sit any where.Service was strangley bad. There were so few people but it felt like they couldnt be bothered. At one point the restaurant received a phone call and no one moved to get it, after 9 rings one employee finally went to pick up but it was too late at that point, the customer already hung up.Food was good but nothing amazing or special. I wouldnt go out of my way for okay pricey food and meh service.$14 calamari$14 mussels$15 short rib quesadilla$17 penne alla vodka+ $6 tax+ $12 tipTotal Paid $54. Saved $24 because of Groupon, otherwise would have been $78.

Sometimes the music is perfect and sometimes its basic, I do like their beer selection and specials when they have open bar. It does get crowded though, and and people become more intoxictard they get more rude and push around. And theres long bathroom lines of course, so I always stay like an hour and a half because I get tired of the crowd. This is for after 11PM, for dinner time I dont know how it is

Went here many times for a fun night out in my younger days. Music and drinks were always on point. Recently went for a communion party. The food was excellent and service was too.

Delicious food! Friendly atmosphere. Best bartender, Mike. Server Tammy very attentive. Definitely try the pulled pork mac and cheese and penne al la vodka. We love this place!

After dinner we decided to go for drinks on the roof top of Kaseys. It was a nice day for the roof .Staff is so pleasant at the bar. Drinks made well. Calm and relaxing atmosphere.Bathroom stalls were a bit tiny.

I just had a wonderful late lunch with my friend. My burger was perfectly cooked. The sauteed mushrooms and onions were piled high. Service was excellent! Ill be back!

The restaurant being traditional american food you can expect a wide assortment of fries burgers wraps etc. The food taste standard except they charge a premium price for a burger that doesnt even taste as good as your local five guys. The food isnt bad to say the least but when you pay near 13 dollars for a burger i am expecting a home made seasoned pattie with (whether it be sirloin or chuck or a mix) that signifies why i am paying a higher price and the quality simply wasnt there. The drinks were reasonable and strong. I will go again for the drinks its a must. This restaurant seems to garner the slightly older more mature crowd so keep that in mind.

$10 cover charge for an overcrowded bar is far too much, especially when paired with rude bartenders, weak drinks and sub-par ‘club’ music. I’d strongly suggest you go somewhere else (literally anywhere else) for a late-night bar experience.

Had an unfortunate memorial type dinner after wake for a beautiful 30 year old woman who is my girlfriend of 12 years ,daughter, Jessica Melandro ,it was done, reservation for 50 plus, rather quickly and it was a very good experience, the food, service and the establishment was perfect for all that attended , they know what was expected and were very empathetic to all of is during a sad celebration. Thank you guys!

Though Id been to Kaseys before for drinks on random nights, I recently decided to choose them for a private event in one of their party rooms. The staff and experience could not have been any more perfect. The drinks were always delicious and the bartender always friendly, the food was all fantastic, including the pasta bar we went with, and the staff as a whole were all really great. Everything we asked for we got (random things like the perfect music station and volume, extra seating possibilities, and even saran wrap for some leftover birthday cake). When the event was over at 11, I was apologizing for not getting everyone out in time as people were still saying goodbye, et cetera, but the catering manager just smiled and told me to take my time and not to worry at all. Bouncer(matt) at the door wouldn’t let us back in without a stamp meanwhile my whole group and I had credit card receipts that were proof we were just in there a hour before. Bouncer (matt) was making comments on how we only bought one drink on our credit card receipts and wasn’t enough. A friend of mine who was a cop was trying to explain the situation and matt didn’t care at all and kept insisting we re-pay the $10 cover fee.

Its a good place to meet people and drink seems popular with the twenties and early thirties crowd. Loud music and plenty of drinks some of the Red Bull and grey goose were watered down. Very upset about that otherwise good place

The food was uniformly excellent, the staff was attentive and very accommodating ( . . . we have a very precocious 20 month old grandson and his 7 year old sister). Theres a childrens menu as well as a wonderful selection of appetizers and entrees.

My daughters bridal shower was held at Kaseys Kitchen, Rockville Centre on September 25th and it was the perfect place to hold this celebration!All the guests enjoyed the delicious food which was seasoned perfectly and everyone devoured their second or third helpings! The servers and bartender were respectful and courteous throughout the affair and the day was topped with the most satisfying whipped cream cake that was light and fluffy! People are still raving about the cannoli filling!The most important and positive element of booking with Kaseys Kitchen was the cooperative and positive attitude of the manager Danny. He was sensitive to all of my concerns about Covid-19 protocols and had a masked staff work with us since some of my guests were not eligible for the vaccine yet.Yes, I highly recommend Kaseys Kitchen for your next affair.Hellen TaiOctober 5, 2021

Roof top bar and restaurant sat at the bar the was just there for drinks but the service was so good by the bar tender Mike we ended up staying for dinner food was very food rightly price theusoc and ambiance was great

Ive only been here once but the chicken dish I ordered was Great!! Loved the buttery risotto. Yuuum! The background music choices were ehhh. lol. But I think its a digital Jukebox and the other people there were the reason for the corny bar music. lol

Its not my kinda place. They make you pay as you go sitting at the bar eating lunch/cocktails. They dont trust their customers to pay the bill after they finish their meal? Ridiculous?

Catered buffet party. Service was excellent as was the food. Particularly the eggplant parmigiano and rigatoni ala vodka.

I like this place for the most part. It can get pretty wild which is good and bad depending on your mood. They have a large bar and its not too difficult to get a drink even when busy.

Literally didnt let our friend in because he was black wearing a white t-shirt, while 4 other men walked in with white t-shirts. He is the sweetest guy and didnt fight them, but it was so wrong.

If youre 21 this is heaven, the energy is amazing BUT Im not 21 so I couldnt stay long, felt like the old man in the club 😁.
