I love this place. Very knowledgeable and helpful, they embody exactly what you want in a salesperson...honesty. They tell you your options to getting the best vaping experience, even if it cuts into their bottom line. I would definitely recommend this place. Their hours of business are very convenient.

Cool atmosphere! Very friendly staff! They were able to answer all my questions about hardware and difference in e-juices because Im new to vaping and had a lot of concerns... they know what they are doing and they have a HUGE VARIETY ! And the prices are great and I would recommend to all of those who would like to start vaping and need to know more about it come to this place!

Beast Coast is a great shop located here in Queens right on Sunrise/South Conduit. You may not see him much cause hes usually busy in his office, but Mark the part owner is a great guy thats always down to help you out with whatever questions you may have... Unfortunately, Matt just left the shop to take care of personal stuff hes dealing with, what an amazing guy he was/is and is super knowledgeable when it comes to all things vape ( e-Juice, mods, tanks, making could, CBD products and everything else in the store) Hes a HUGE LOSS to Beast Coast, but Im glad I got to meet him, spend time with him and now consider him a great friend... As for the other employee thats been there for awhile now, well Jay is equally an amazing dude.. He is just as super knowledgeable regarding everything in the shop, hell do all he can to help you out and send you in the right direction, vaping wise. They are/were both really great dudes and I consider him a good friend as well.Beast Coast has everything from Ejuice, mods, tanks, CBD in all forms, a ton of different coils, and even a pretty nice selection of Kratom. They also have a huge showcase the size of the whole wall of the store that literally had everything ( pipes, rolling papers, grinders, air fresheners for what you may be smoking on etc etc... Too much to list 😂Almost forgot to mention, but they also have a large selection of pods ( myle, juul, disposable e-ciggs) as well as RDA, RTDA , battery chargers and a large selection of salt nics as well..Sorry if this is all over the place, but Im just listing things as they come to mind. Also, sorry that this is novel like and so long. Anyway, Id absolutely recommend Beast Coast to anyone for your vaping - or other needs.

I live 25 miles away from this store and happened to be in the area so i stopped in. First off i think the shop looks great. I bought a ECAPPLE Miracle from this store before it was actually carried and on shelves for $50. After me and Igor looked online we found it cheaper so he droped the price to $35 and refunded me $15. Within three days I had a problem with the coil of the product and explained to Igor and Mark. They didnt carry the product at this time so they couldnt really help me much. I then contacted Jane from ECAPPLE and received little help saying go through the store. Speaking to Igor again he reassured me he would give me another coil, i would just have to wait till they got them. I had to wait a little over two months till I finally stopped in the store to find they have received shipments of the product but Igor refused to give me a coil. i left empty handed upset and contacted Jane about the problem. I then contacted Igor one more time to see if i can figure out the problem before taking further action. After speaking on the phone Igor agreed to reimburse me the coil he offered. this conflict did cause me some frustration, granted i did purchase the product before on the shelves and living so far made it an unusual situation. Overall i have a product i enjoy and the problem has been handled.

Best shop in queens hands down, the staff really know their stuff and were extremely helpful. I send all my friends and family here and these guys never let me down.

I like the place it clean good variety of mods and juices staff is helpful but don’t expect for the store to open at 11 like they say I’ve been out here now 15min and there still not open 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️

It’s 12:30 on a Saturday they open at 12:00 and there is no one here.. and their phone number doesn’t work. Not only is this place is a TERRIBLE area in queens but then they aren’t here to do business. Terrible shop.

I went to pick up a upgrade they didn’t have the mod is was looking for but I picked up something else and my service was fairly slow they didn’t have a great selection of e juices that I was looking for but overall great place good vibes

I love the way their customer service, I totally like the way they guided on the devices from their experiences or company experience. The products are affordable.

The carts are weird the bubble moves way too fast making it look fake and its cbd oil it should give me a relaxed body high feeling but instead It did nothing and barley taste like the flavor described taste like burnt oil

I dont post lets make that clear. I came got great advice, they didnt sell me anything I didnt need, very helpful and well stock with anything you need. I highly recommend!
