Massage Envy

This Massage Envy location does not participate in the intro rates. I wasnt told until after my massage and was charged 50$ more than I was quoted when I booked my appointment. Ive tried emailing customer service four times, its been over a month now and no one has contacted me back. The massage was great, but the business practice is lacking in transparency and honesty. I will not be returning to this location.

I haven’t been back to massage envy in a few years but I received a gift card so I used it. The massage therapist was a nice gentleman, however, he dozed off about 6 times while giving me the massage. I was underwhelmed by the service and when I told the gals at the front desk they just giggled. For a non member price of $130 it is definitely not worth the money.

Highly recommend - have been coming here for over 6 years. This one is owned by a single owner who owns just this one salon rather than the others locally who are owned by corporate overlords. Amy has been there since the beginning and she is my favorite - very experienced and professional.

Massages are good when you can get them. Both my wife and I have tried for months to get in but they are always booked but continue to take our monthly dues. We tried the pause for a lower fee to get caught up on the credits, but have not been able to get in. Unfortunately, they refuse to refund for massages we have purchased but cannot use.

I even take my son here to get facials. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The club is really affordable and worth it. You have to plan your massages a 2-3 weeks out is the only complaint.

The staff at Massage Envy East Roseville is amazing! I can feel the zen upon entering & as I wait for my turn, I chat with others waiting in the quiet room & all agree how nice this location is. The decor is very warming, clean & homey. Front desk are refreshingly welcoming & they know how to match the needs of a client to the right therapist. Ive always been happy with services provided whether it was a facial or massage. I HIGHLY recommend this location.

First time coming to this location after moving from across the country and was not disappointed! Leanne was a great masseuse and paid attention to the problem areas I noted before we began, in addition to making sure I was comfortable and having my needs met. Atmosphere and building was very clean and peaceful, and to top it off they even honored a coupon I had received from a different location because I had just moved upon receiving it. Will definitely be coming back for my future massage needs!

The sheet on the bed was pretty flimsy and gross. The environment is super Sterile with poor ambiance. They dont even have iPad for the therapists to work on.Everyone was friendly and I liked my therapist, but the establishment itself is not my favorite after going to at least 20 throughout the country. I think the franchise or management should invest in making this more spa like than a doctors office and may be able to secure more business. If in the area, I highly preference and think example should be taken from the Eureka location.

Took my wife to another location several years ago while dating, and have come to this location twice in the last couple months. The therapists are well trained and very good at what they do. The staff are all friendly and helpful and cheerful. If you are looking for a good massage, this is the place to go. You wont go wrong here!

The appointment was for a facial and overall it was a good experience except I dont remember hearing any soothing music. I am a member and have had very relaxing massages. It is a very clean facility with nice staff members.

Worst massage ever all this lady Lisa did was rub her knuckles across my back really hard and put me in more pain! And good luck getting and keeping and appointment to be disappointed, way too expensive to be so bad!

The front desk female with the long blonde hair was an absolute nightmare. I called and made a reservation for my Veterans Day massage which I was told would be complimentary. Well, upon walking up to the counter to checkout I was told it was $55!! And she gave me some fake apologies for all the confusion. I will NEVERRRRR go back to this location and will continue to tell anyone and everyone I know to not visit this location either. Get some customer service skills.

Eh. Its alright I guess. I can think of 3 Asian massage places around who are cheaper and better. Ive only found one masseuse at an M. Envy that Ive liked. Massage envy is a total money mill chain. Your massage is never the full hour long (mine wasnt even quite 50 mins tonight) they always push long and slow instead of working hard the whole time, and they always try and sell you afterward on a membership so that you can have the membership prices. Please.. Youre membership prices are still higher than anybody elses walk-in prices. For a shorter massage. And its usually not that great. Like the guy below me said, they usually pull and stretch you in weird uncomfortable ways and dont hit the right spots. Tonight I about got my scapulas pulled off my back. Only went cuz someone gave me a gift card.

Horrible. I went in with a sore neck. The guy who worked on me, stretched my arms damaging tissue in my back and around my shoulder. The new damage has left my back, shoulder, and left arm in extreme pain for over 3 weeks now. Wouldnt do anything to help. Didnt care and denied doing anything wrong. Look at Better Business Bureau before going to these places. Massage envy in general has a long history of injuring people because they hire people who are Inexperienced.

Went to this location for a scheduled appt on 4/15/2021. They turned me away because I would not sign their covid tracking form. Our medical information is & always has been private as per our HIPPA law of 1996. I told them that their covid tracking thing is not a law, & then she yelled something at me & I walked away. This place has permanently lost my business.

It is the best place to have a full body massage. It is a very special place, quiet and soft music is playing through the entire place. Sometimes I might fall asleepI take an hour and half every time I go there.

I came 37 miles for massage and they cancel my appointment at last minute.

Dont buy a quarterly massage package if you are going to get pregnant, no way to freeze ymir through your 1st trimester, and massages during that time are a no-no.

I love this place!! Its bigger than most & has alot of rooms!! Its nicely decorated * atmosphere is perfect! I left happy!!
