Amazing little tucked away Asian massage parlor the women are beautiful and the prices are reasonable. They definitely know how to rub one out just make sure you tip them well and they will treat you well.

This was my first time visiting this business. The first impression was that it was neat and clean, the room was a good a temperature for this time of the year. The person that gave me my massage was May . I felt she did an excellent job and worked out the issues I had with my shoulders and lower back. The great thing was that she use these hot rocks or they call stones, and didn’t charge me extra.The stones made a really big difference on my lower back.I just feel that the place is professionally run and all the staff members seem to be very nice.

I’m a senior and have been going to Spa Remedy for 15-months — over 25 visits. I’ve been to several massage therapists — the massages I’ve received at Spa Remedy have been every-bit as therapeutic as those received from the massage therapists — at a lesser cost — and more relaxing atmosphere. The Spa is clean, quiet, and the service the ladies provide is professional — this is a first-class customer-oriented establishment — I highly recommend it. Hot-steamed towels are used to remove excess oils or cream as needed. The cost for the service you receive is competitive. I request the 90-minute Swedish massage — that is 90-minutes on the table — we’re talking less than a dollar a minute — $70. I understand the 2-hour service for $70 includes a 1-hour session on the feet alone and the other 1-hour on the table — just make sure you understand what you’re paying for. I strongly recommend you call first and make an appointment — although I understand walk-ins are accepted — all dependent on available masseuses.

Do no go there!!!This place run by immature and crooks.We booked a couple massage with my wife for their advertised deal of 2h/$70. We booked an appointment and when we arrived they said they dont have time for 2h and offered us 40min foot + 40min massage for the same price.The therapies of my wife was the front desk person. She went away every time a customer entered. She left at all when another customer demanded his money back and my wife needed to wait till another therapist is available. My therapist took over the front desk and was going out several times during my massage as well.The treatment itself was absolutely terrible. The have no idea what they do!The were very rude when we didnt leave a tip for the terrible service we got and demanding a tip.

Great all around experience. Therapist are professional and Strong.The $60 special is fantastic. You start with an hour foot massage and the the hour back massage.Definitely worth the price.The mood in the establishment is also wonderful. The lights are bright with out being to bright. Great atmosphere. I even found myself falling asleep a couple times.I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great experience.

My friend and I went in for an appointment at 2 pm and when we got there we decided to do the 2 hour massage. They charged us, then the owner stated we couldn’t do the 2 hours. Then she walked out, the lady at the counter tells us we won’t be seen for another 30 mins. We come back and still don’t get seen for another 15 mins. Finally go in for the massage and it was actually pretty good. Unfortunately after they finished and refunded the overcharged amount they asked how much are we leaving for tip. The pure gall of demanding a tip did it for me. I only gave two stars and really wanted to leave -1 stars but the massage was great. Too bad the service is so terrible and how unprofessional to demand tips.

I recently got my first massage here. It was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Aches and pains I got from a car accident are great improved. Much more help than the chiropractic treatment I received. I highly recommend Ruby at Spa Remedy. The price is very reasonable. The facility is clean, comfortable, and professional.

I recently went there wondering if I was going to get a real decent massage, because I have been to some other places where you ask for deep tissue and it’s just not at all what I asked for. But here at Remedy, I was extremely satisfied with the massage, it was great and professional. I had asked for deep tissue and that I like someone strong enough to work out the knots that I know I have. I was very surprised that they were able to really work out all my troubled area’s with no problem. The pressure was perfect and the provider knew how to split up the time on all areas. The facilities were very clean and pleasant. And the provider really knew what they were doing. I would definitely go back and would recommend them to my friends or anyone who needs a real massage

The place is clean and the price for a 2 hour massage is very affordable at $60. The first 30 minutes will be a foot massage followed by the whole body massage. I found the foot massage very relaxing but the next hour and half a grueling experience. The massage therapist does not understand English that well and I had trouble telling her that what shes doing really hurts. I kept on saying softer please but she just kept on. Tips are also a bit outrageous since its already at the counter. Tip range from $10-$19 for a good service and very good service at $20 and above. The lady at the front counter did not ask me how the massage went, since she also cant communicate in English and just kept on showing me the tip ranges. I wouldnt have given any. My body ached more the following day. Not going back.

I have been to several spas and Massage Therapists but Ruby and Spa Remedy are the best in Sacramento. I have been there several times and have never had a bad experience. I took my mother to Spa Remedy last time she was in town and she was very happy with the facial treatment she received and it is very difficult to make Mom happy! Every time I need a massage, I have no problems driving the 30 minutes it takes to get there.

I had Ruby do my 2 hour massage for $60. Started off with a foot massage then full body massage. She takes her time and has strong hands. I felt rejuvenated and relaxed. The place was clean and they were very hospitable. They gave me two drinks one at the start of therapy and one at the end. I recommend Spa Remedy to anyone who wants a relaxing time.

STOP! DONT GO THIS THIS SH!T HOLE!They dont have a frond desk person so the therapists go out of your session when customers arrive or there is a problem. they walked out 5 times during my 120 min session.They advertise low price deals and when we came to our appointment they said they have not enough therapist and offer a shorter time for non discounted price. Eventually you pay more for less time.The massage itself was bad. Its like a machine elbow you most of the time. Feet massage is more of tickling and not massaging.

My husband and I walked in to get a quick foot massage without an appointment. The front desk staff greeted us warmly and took us right back to a quiet relaxing room. We were given refreshing fruit infused waters while we soaked our toes in warm water. During the 30 minute foot massage I fell asleep a couple of times as the massage therapist expertly massaged my tootsies. We will definitely return for another visit when we have more time to enjoy a longer treatment. Im lining up the sitter for the kids now!

I found a true massage therapist in spa remedy-Daisy. As others have probably noted she is a consummate professional and has very good technique and takes her time to understand what my issues are each visit and that is very important in longer term therapist/ client relationship.Most recently, I returned to see Daisy after I had recovered from a severe injury-accident and surgery. Once again her knowledge, professionalism, and her friendly comforting manner was critical in helping address my new problems.In all my experiences so far, Ive walked away feeling relaxed, well taken care of, cheerful, and I dare say feeling taller :).If you have the time and can appreciate a high -quality massage in a pleasant environment with a great masseuse then I recommend visiting Spa Remedy.Also note, the manager of the spa is also very friendly and easy going

Spa Remedy is a new Asian Spa that provides excellent services. This establishment actually gives you a spa-feeling. It is extremely clean,has comfortable rooms with pleasant lighting and a wonderful overall ambience. They offer nice little touches like cucumber or lemon flavored water and once on the table they gently lift your feet to be elevated on a pillow-roll.They also offer a stand up clean shower.They masseuse was pleasant, intelligent and a beautiful young lady, whom would engage in fluent English conversation if prompted and was quiet, if so desired. The massage was very giving. I prefer Swedish style with long slow strokes and this was one of the best I have experienced. It was very relaxing.Spa Remedy is a step above most of the Asian places when it comes to quality of massage and overall experience.

I never write a review for anyone but here I am doing it here and now. My motivation is simply to let all of you out there know that if you are interested in a very professional massage will make you feel like a new person then contact Spa Ready in Roseville and ask for an appointment with Daisy. I have been to several massage therapist over the last year in my quest to alleviate the pain in my hips, lower back and right shoulder. I have made great headway using a few other approaches but have fond the massage therapy still needs some improvement. I searched ,once again, and found Daisy at Spa Ready. I have been to her twice in the last month and oh what a difference is all I can say. Daisy seems intuitively to know just where to place the pressure and the direction of the massage to relax the muscle and joint. I have learned that she has 10 years of experience and has developed some of her own techniques to provide a ore thorough massage. After experiencing her approach I can say that she is a dedicated professional and really gets the job done.On a side note, the business premises are bright, clean and cheerful. The staff is very friendly and helpful.This is a place that delivers excellent value for you dollar. You will become a regular customer once you try them. I am sure of it.DKN

This place is HORRIBLE!! If you are looking to get a quality deep tissue massage, this is not the place. Price is too good to be trueI will never go back & Im trying to save you money! Im embarrased to say but Ive given them 4 chances and I can now confirm with absolute certainty that its not worth your time or money. First massage was a nice lady but not experienced. So I told the lady up front and on my next visit she recommended another lady for deep tissue. Horrible! I told the lady up front again and she said I should come back and SHE herself will massage me. Hesitant, after 6 months or so I talked myself into giving them another shot and went back in.☹ I got 3/4 of a mediocre massage with her spending quite a bit of time doing something outside the room. 15+ min of my 90 min was me laying on the table waiting for her. I even let her go do a gift certificate for a customer in the middle of my massage twice and she stopped my massage after 90 minutes like she had been there the whole time! Rude & unprofessional! DO NOT GET THE HOT STONES.... that is just another reason for them to leave the room for an extended period. Now my 4th visit was obviously me being naive & stupid! Needed a few elbows and wasnt thinking fully about all my experiences there until I walked through the doors. Deja vu & regret instantly. I was happy it was a new person but would soon have the same dissatisfaction! Literally no technique or pressure at all. I asked her twice to go harder and in my shoulder blades but was short lived. She was more focused on flirting with me and getting to know about my life then getting my knots out of my back. I will stay strong and NEVER GO BACK! Excellent Massage! Absolutely one of Roseville Ca. BEST MASSAGE establishments. If not the best. Always exceed my expectations. Been here multiple times, always professional, clean and amazing. Its about my wife... She hurts so much that I finally have to write this. My wife was coming from this place happy, she went to them four or five times. The two and a half weeks ago she came home from spa remedy and she wasnt well, she was in pain.She told me the massage therapist this time did what never before did. The massage therapist walked on my wifes back without asking permission to do so.We had to go to a trusted chiropractor for a check up, because wifes pain became intolerable, prescribed medication barely keeps her pain down. The chiropractor diagnosed wifes right arm scapula, whole thing was misplaced, and pinch rubbed the nerve. The affected nerve was the source of pain. The specialist says you have to apply quite a force to cause the scapula misplaced like it was. Chiropractor showed to see and it was super obvious right arm scapula was way down compare to the other side.I know this chiropractor is a professional because I had pain in my back for years, and finally went for a check up. Three vertebrae were found misplaced. The chiropractor put it all back, and I am a different person today. I know from this, that this is real, and true specialist.So next thing we called spa remedy... They said will talk to this particular massage therapist and call us back. Days passed, no call, no hi, no bye. Nothing. There is nobody to talk to there in case something goes wrong...Think well, you are running risk to get in the same situation by going there, and as they showed they care for your pocketbook, and not for you in case they need to remedy if they have done something wrong.Do you want to be caused to be in my wifes situation? Do you? I personally generally avoid all these specialists and I am better off at the end of the day. Stay away at least from this place. If they employ unprofessional, poorly educated, or negligent staff, then soon or late it can be you in my wifes painful situation, neither her, nor me wish you what she is going through, she cries every day, and i heard it so many times from her i cant do this, i cant do this.... She hurts that much, and the spa remedy doesnt give a **** about it.Stay safe.

I actually had an appointment booked online, as you can see it was for a 1 hour foot massage for $25. I received no phone call or email confirming after as the first request had stated.I ended up calling to confirm myself, they told me the time slot of 7:00 p.m. was not available but I could come in at 5:00 p.m. I then received a phone call at about 4:15 p.m. saying I could come in now if I could, I said okay Ill call my Uber and Ill be there as soon as possible. I arrived by 4:30 p.m. so it was a very quick trip over there, I was then told instead of $25 it was $30, and it would be $2 extra to run my credit card. I left without having a massage, as I only had little bit over $25 available credit on my credit card. So I ended up having to call another driver to take me back home. The one star rating is for not working with me, or offering to at least give me 30 minutes for me making pay for my Uber and waste my time.

I took my sister who had never had a massage before. We had an appointment that I had made a few days before. I also asked that women work with us when I made the appointment.Upon entering, the menu was different. Price changes were significantly different than what was pictured online from two years ago. Good thing is, she honored the price I was prepared to pay not the new upcharge.Once comfortable in room, my sister noticed that a man was working on her. She was a trooper but did not say anything, so I did.Once I made my request known that we wanted a woman instead they were quick to make adjustment as the man was replaced by a woman to finish the job. Half way through the massage though. Once the switch was made, two women working on us talked between themselves the rest of the massage. Disruptive indeed. Not to mention that my masseuse spent way too much time in one single area of my back and never touched my feet. After all, I did make an appointment for two body scrubs and full body massages. Not the best experience in my opinion. Not sure if I will return.

The lady at the front desk was rude. I chose the 90 minute for $60. She charged me $61. I had problems with my back , I was telling the lady to go a little easier. Her response no English. On the way out, she was arguing with me & demanding more tips (with her broken English). Very unprofessional service. Not going back!

Saw Ruby today at Spa Remedy for an hour massage I have to say it was the best I;ve had in a long time. evey bit as good as some of the high end spas. I have seen Tina as well a few times in the past both lades are exceptional. do yourself a favor and treat yourself, you wont be sorry.Thanks Ruby.R.

Beware the only thing they want is your money. They advertise a low price but when you ask, it’s much more and if that’s not bad enough they have no formal training. It was very uncomfortable. But wait it gets worse. When finished I left the business they followed me into parking lot yelling at me that I had to pay a tip. I told they it was not worth the money I allready paid but they said you must pay tip, when I gave them tip they said it wasn’t enough they wanted more. These people are real crooks and do not deserve to be in business.
