This shop has lower prices than anywhere in the area. There breeze vapes are way less here than any place or gas station in the area. It’s very neat and clean and all the employees here are extremely friendly. They also have more breeze flavors here than any place around. Gas stations sell vapes close to 18-20 each and here they are for 12.99 and sometimes even less if they have a special

Horrible products some of them are used and he still sells it all of his electronic vapes don’t work. Really rude and disrespectful all of his product is expensive just a horrible store don’t go here.

Went there to buy a Mr vapor pen, the prices were a little too good to be true. These are not legit mr vapor products they are selling FAKES. The flavor of the mint is way off and tastes like mentol. Moreover it doesnt have the Scratch verification on the outside of the package and when you open them up you can see clearly that they are using a different cotton for the mouthpiece, (which doesnt even fit in place they put it inside the stick instead) which the old one must have been taken out and replaced. I have included a photo so you can see the difference. Even the coloring is different on the stick. I have opened many sticks to see what is inside and never have came across cotton like this, clearly a fake.

Smoking Bear Tobacco was a very amazing place a business. I had no clue about Vapes bc I don’t like them nor do I want one. The Manager took the time to explain different brands to me & what would be better for my money and what I was looking for. So if you need a tobacco shop go there plus there prices are too bad at all either. Good Luck You Guys!!

Got a Disposable Vape from here, Cashmere and Hannah were very helpful in helping me decide which kind I should go with. Not only did they make me feel comfortable and happy about my purchase, but they gave me a great deal and gave me 10% off. I was a regular customer here. I bought a breeze and opened it at home and it malfunctioned. It lights up like you’re getting a hit but nothing came out. Spoke with the manager who I purchased it from less than an hour previous. They refused to replace it. They’ve lost two very consistent customers. I’ll be going to wild bills from now on.

Always have my carton stocked up for me when I walk in. 9/10 times I walk in and they already know what Im coming in for. No matter who is there, its always friendly and always making small talk. Ken and Hanna are very knowledgeable about what theyre selling, always very helpful and kind. Its honestly the only place I stop when I need to get my smokes.

I’ve been going to smoking bear for a couple years now and I’ve never had a complaint. Today I went in looking to buy a rig and a nail. The 2 girls there, cashmere and Shannon (sorry if I spelt it wrong 😅) were amazing helps! Cashmere helped me find a beautiful piece that was even cheaper than what I wanted to spend AND it was 25% off. They even helped me find a new torch to use, the first one didn’t work unfortunately (it happens) But they were so quick and happy to exchange it for the one I’m using now! Thank you so much you guys, you’re the best! Never gonna stop coming here or talking about this place!

Ive been going here for years. Theyve always made me feel welcome. They go above and beyond what I need every time. Matt has always shown exemplary customer service. He and his staff have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I have to add that my device had a manufacturer defect and Matt gave me all of the information and paperwork to fill out to send it back. Smokin Bear does sell Devils punch bowl and another peach mango salt nic now, which is great. Matt has a wonderful variety of juice and everything I need for my vaping needs.

Bought multiple teams there was new to herbal pens. Asked if he could help me understand it to see how it worked. The employee was getting frustrated. Found out from another shop that the YoKang was defective and Kept having coils go bad to fast. The other employees are well and knowledgeable but after that experience I wouldn’t go back.

Spent $80 on 4 Esco Bars and two had a shortage in them. Called less than 24 hrs from purchase and they refuse to replace the product. Officially lost a loyal customer, let alone a big spender.

Love coming to this location because I always get good advice on my vaping needs and they have a lot of other amenities that keep me coming back. Stopped in on May 30th and had the pleasure of working with Ken. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Steered me in the right direction on the different types of vapes and liquids. I picked up the Lost Vape Orion and after 24hrs I must say Im completely happy with the purchase and service from Ken at Smokin Bear. Highly recommend.

I had great experience during the day shift when the owner was in the building but today I came in for a good cigar and I felt like I was being racially profiled by the weekend night shift! The girl at the counter was saying watch the corridor even though I was out of the corridor and just kept saying it repeatedly stating at me! If the owner can see this please retrain you’re night staff they are going to cost you business I usually come in and spend 30-50 dollars on cigars but I will not put up with this nonsense again!

Went in there to get a couple coils for my magneto pen. The shops I stopped at were all out and told me just keep stopping in to see. I went into smokin bear with not much hope to find some. They didnt have any either but the gentlemen in the store opened up other pens to get the coils for me that I needed. No other stores even offered to do so. Great prices as I paid less for them there than anywhere else. Will be the only shop I go to for now on. They have everything and anything you could need.!!! Awsome place and only a few blocks from me. Found a diamond in the rough.

Just so everyone knows you can’t trust any of these reviews. The guy gives discounts for people to write reviews and obviously they’re going to write something positive for a discount. Compared to other places everything is overpriced. The kratom is also overpriced and garbage if you’ve ever had quality kratom you can actually get for cheaper. He also ripped off another well known head shop with nearly everything, even the logo, and is notorious to that head shop branch for it. I have no idea why but the owner was also a complete a**hole to my mom anytime she went in and completely looked down on her for absolutely no reason. Definitely never plan to go here again only to be ripped off and support this type of person.

They have a great selection of vapes, attys, and accessories plus all sorts other tobacco products they keep up to date with the latest products and the prices are fair as well.But what keeps me coming back is the staff, they are friendly, knowledgeable, always willing to help/teach and if you have issues they practically bend over backwards to make it right.

AVOID!!!!!Place sold my sister a defective piece, refusing to exchange or replace product after spending over $75 just yesterday on said piece. We woke up to a puddle of water under the water bong, to find it is cracked around the piece where the glass is melted together. Which is an obvious manufacturer issue. The manager is refusing to give higher up information to report the problem or fix said problem. All we wanted was an exchange on pieces. This shows the true quality and care for their pieces AND business. STAY CLEAR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DEFECTIVE PIECES.

Usually this place is good but I went and had a visit here to purchase a tank for my mod and to grab a new bottle of juice didn’t mind the selection they had but they charged me an extra 19.99 for nothing had to leave and get change I don’t know what the extra charge was for and needless to say I’ll ever go back there and ask why cause I won’t do business there again

I went for cigars. Humidor was not properly kept. It was colder in the humidor than in the store. No humidity. The cigars were dusty, so you know they have been there to long. Go to Wild Bills across the street. Wild bills has a beautiful humidor and cigar selection

Was told this was a good place to get cbd and i had been interested in trying some. They have a huge selection of many vape juices, cbd gummies and others types of cbd items. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, i got a cbd pen and the cartridge wasnt firing, so i took it back up and after a short test they happily replaced it and got it working for me. Ill be sure to come back here for any more of my cbd needs! 5/5 place

The owner, Matt, is a genuine character who will help you with whatever you need, from a new vaporizer to a cigar fit for a king. If nothing else, the shops worth visiting to see for yourself how nice the staff are, and how enjoyable they make the smoking/vaping hobby.

Not exactly cool place to go. I went there to buy a pod for my device since I needed a new one, workers let me buy it without IDing me. Came back couple hours later because my device wasn’t working so I was gonna buy a new one and they they IDed me and said I had to be 21 because of the ban. The ban was filed back in September and it was a 6 months ban, it’s been over 7 now. So my question is why let me waste my money and they as I’m about to buy everything I need ID me and use the ban that’s not in affect anymore

Purchased a blink torch. Didnt work. Brought it back the next day and was informed there are no exchanges or refunds. If you buy anything from them beware you are screwed once you walk out the door and it doesnt work.

Place is ok the owner I think is a younger guy seems to think he know alot about his product but really doesnt all the employees vape in there and smoke weed in the back. Which I think why they vape so much in the store . Anyways I try not to go here unless I have to. Well over priced for sure . One day .they get busted Im sure of it wouldnt be surprised one bit. Until then party on . Lol.

I went in there to get some vape liquid. Immediately I was shown the cheapest liquids they had. After expressing my wants for a full flavorful lasting liquid. And after expressing that I was much more interested in quality over saving a couple extra dollars. The liquids recommended too me were “justjuice” brand. 2 for $20 which I should have known better. My fault. I was told by the employee that these were they best liquids they had to offer. Well they taste like nothing. I didn’t save any money. I infact lost $20 and have two bottles of flavorless liquid to show for it. I will definitely not be returning. Wild bills is definitely the better shop for the smoking accessories I’m after. My only advice is to maybe listen to what they customer says they want instead of pushing a subpar product.

Bought cbd zilla pods, they were junk immediately when i plugged em in, guy behind counter who sold em to me would only offer 25% off my next purchase instead of returning my money or actually making it right by offering me something that wasnt complete trash. Congrats, none of my buddys, coworkers, or family will be going in there anymore. Useless staff, unfriendly, wouldnt do anything for me, good luck staying open with business ethics like that! This place has changed alot. The tobacco part is good but the vape part is slacking. For opening another side for vapes and juice its mediocre. They have alot of breezes but not many vape juice. I buy vape juice from them and lately everytime the juice isnt really tasty at all.

I had a great impromptu experience at Smokin Bear Lounge today. Had a meeting in Roseville although I live in Westland and had never been there before. Wanted a cigar on the way home and the design on your name sign is what caused me to stop. It’s very similar to the local Westland cigar spot Wild Bill’s Cigars sign. Anyhow I was very happy that my brand (Tatiana Groovy Blue) was available. Richard’s customer service was spot on. He showed me where I could find them in the store and explained the rewards program before ringing me up. I declined due to distance and the unlikely chance I would frequent regularly but I was very pleased with the pleasant energy he had. Add some chocolate bars to your establishment and I may just come back. :)

I quit smoking and switch to an evod vibrating pen. Going from .27 nicotine two .04 nicotine is great and it is easy not to use it all the time. The downfall about this is now that they have got everybody doing the evod they keep switching their brands so they can charge higher prices for their equipment if you ask me when they first came out are the best ones that they had and I do mean had they no longer have them. I refuse to go to the bigger battery and more smoke. Time to quit totally. If you ask me theyre purposely losing their business by providing cheaper Evods add charging more this will stop people from changing from cigarettes to this method. I do thank them for helping me quit and showing me that theyre all out for money and not to help people stop smoking. Allan

Giving them a one star is to much the owner is insane and will not work with people the prices are out of control its a one man store he tried to lie he had a corporate because he couldant help me at all i would not give this business a dime anymore he actually screamed at me and punched the table like he was a crazy man no costumer serivce its unprofessional and just disturbing to know any idiot could run a business. THE HOOKAH WAS NEVER USED.

Bought a vape pen the button stuck on it. I returned it 2 days later not a scratch on it and they told me no returns so be careful they sell broken stuff and tell you tuff and the girl was extremely rude 😔 will never return

Ive bought coils from them on three different occasions and each time the coil has been bad. Ive been vaping for 4 years and I primed the coil properly and the coil goes bad after the first day

Horrible experince just like inline vape. Total crooks sold me a shity kangertech. Had problems first day went back and would not help me just gives me an attitude and acts like Its my fault .

They have everything you need every single time you in there. Not a lot of places are willing to go above and beyond with pricing and product availability but smoking bear knows what they are doing. I will go there as long as they are open!

Best place around, specially if your into vaping......most up to date smoke shop I know. Sure, you can go to wild bills, if you feel like getting your stuff, paying bunch of money and dipping out with quickness but this place has much better friendly environment, they arent just trying to get your money and then ignore you til you leave, they willing to inform the people instead of selling you and wasting your money. Its not a vape lounge, but at Times, feels like one with a few people chillin, vapin with the guys there(unless they are crazy busy from such low prices)no one rushing you out the door.... All around just a great place to involve yourself with.....one other quick reason I go there is cause if they dont have what your looking for, all you have to do is ask and they will find it for you if available.

Wow went there a month ago to pick up some coils for my vape was charged 2.50 apiece or 5 for 12.00 so i bought 5 today i got charged 3.00 apiece. Was going to go back to get a new vape but now i think Ill go some place else.

I like this place but itd be nice if they opened on time, several people waiting in the parking lot most mornings, Ive been waiting for 25 mins now and some of us are on a tight morning schedule

Every time I go into by us smokeless smoker e fluid they always change their stock and its never the different. Since Ive been going there I have had the switch three times I thought I was supposed to save money and not spend so much money

Bought a $30 vape pen it worked for 2 weeks and would not work anymore I went back to the store they would not exchange it I will never shop here ever again and I suggest everybody to not shop here ever again cuz anything that you buy from them is not even exchangeable
