Very unsatisfactory experience -- especially for the price. I booked a 90 minute massage and arrived 10 minutes early for intake which was just answering a bunch of questions - including your occupation. Why is that necessary for a massage? The actual massage part only lasted 80 minutes. Most of it was done face-down which was not like other massages Ive had. The bed was not very comfortable, especially the headrest which felt worn out and unsupportive the entire time. They ask a lot of questions up front about what areas to focus on but it didnt seem like any of that was actually considered during the massage. The therapist was very nice and tried her best to accommodate all of my needs, was very responsive when asking for changes in pressure, etc so it wasnt the therapists fault. I honestly dont know who this place caters to because I dont know who on earth would pay $90/month for a membership just to get a discounted rate, which is maybe 5% cheaper than a massage elsewhere.

I’ve been coming here for years for massages and facials. Savannah is the best esthetician and always makes my skin look and feel better. Today my massage with Angela was amazing!!!!!!! Front desk helpful and kind. Appointment reminders are a perk with emails, text and phone call.

I am usually not one to write a bad review, but this place is unbelievably unprofessional and the management is extremely rude. They refuse to provide basic important information about the credentials of their massage therapists and how long they have been working for and which school they went to which is important. When asked they get defensive and refuse to talk about it. It makes me wonder if they are even hiring trained therapists. There is a reason all good therapists have left and its hard to find someone who knows what they are doing. Poorly trained or untrained therapists can cause damage to the body. This place is risky and dangerous. It is unsafe to go here. Believe it or not , happy day spa has better service and therapists!!!!

The front desk people are very professional and kind, the masseuses are great, and the facilities are very nice. I always get a good parking spot.Right now I see Yantiece, and she’s truly an exceptionally gifted and experienced masseuse. Love it here.

Massage Heights is fantastic! I’ve been a member for years and always look forward to my appointments. Excellent ambiance, great and skilled massage therapists (be sure to specify what you’re looking for), very clean, neat, friendly staff. I’ve been to a number massage places before and can confidently say this location is the best for all things listed above.

New ownership has changed how our membership was. Nothing against any of the masseuses here but we will be cancelling our membership and going somewhere where they value long term customers and stand by year long commitments.

Updating to one star, five star to the workers though. Whatever changes in management and ownership that has recently happened has made this an awful business to have any payment or membership issues with. Total lack communication or follow up. It’s been months of back and forth and being ignored. Trying to contact corporate. Took me changing my credit card number so they can no longer deduct. I still have credits that should be refunded but might just have to use them within 90days at this point since no one can help me at any level. Update got the response below, same number I have being calling for months, no answer today so left a message, hoping to hear back from management soon. Jack said there was a check in a mail for my refunds, ya right!

Had a 90 minute facial with savannah. she was very personable and gave a great facial + massage. the staff was friendly and the space was clean. they have special pricing if its your fist time which I took advantage of. I see myself returning for a massage.

I purchased an annual membership for a monthly 60 minute massage with hot stones. Since purchasing the membership I’ve had two massages each less than an hour. With my most recent massage it started 10 minutes late and ended in 45 minutes. The first time I didn’t protest but this time I did and I was reminded that I couldn’t cancel for 9 months and the manager would provide me with a free service. Additionally the massages have been good but not excellent. I would not recommend Massage Heights and definitely not any of their plans.

I have been a member at the Roseville location for 1 year and Im super happy with the services that Ive received. Im sure that most people wouldnt like the fact that it is membership-based, but that is one of the reasons why I like it. It forces me to go. Without a membership, massage didnt take any kind of priority for me. Now Im going every month and enjoying the benefits of massage.And Kaley is the bomb. I LOVE her. She always customizes my massages to what I need the most. I cant imagine life without her now :). Ive never had a disappointing experience and look forward to our sessions every month. They are Thiefs! I purchase living social voucher for this place, they did not honor the voucher, I talked to someone name Julie explain Living Social was purchase.... she did not help as good faith to resolve the issue and honor the vouchers. JUST BAD Business, bat people (at least the person i talked too ) in my View

I booked an appt for my wife for Mothers Day...it was very unsatisfactory. However, the director reached out to me and was very helpful. She compensated us for the services that were not satisfactory and even offered to help make it right personally. I would try again just because the resort manager was so kind and understanding.

It was my first time here and did the introduction massage as a gift from my mother in law. I came in and the receptionist was great. They were nice. I got my massage, but I felt like it wasn’t an hour yet when the massage therapist said our session was done. She was in a rush to leave the salon. I didn’t feel she was there for my needs. I notice the time and it was less than hour. It was about 45 minutes. I am probably not coming back for more massages if I’m not getting money’s worth.

I been going here almost 7 years, seems like everytime I meet a good massage therapist, they end up leaving for another place to work 😩 the estetician Savannah here though is incredible and I hope she stays. Whatever you do, DO NOT SEE LOU, their massage therapist!!! She is very unprofessional, rude, and not cut out to be a therapist. She walked out on me in the middle of a massage because I gently asked to focus a little more on my shoulder, left me in the room with no explanation, absolutely unacceptable!!!! Do not waste your time or money on her. I wish I got this warning!!!

DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY , Ive entered an hour and havent even completed half of it. Massage so bad that I told her I don’t want to continue. I paid $80 to feel comfortable. But my money is gone for nothing, if you are looking for a massage, dont come here and save your money and go to places other than that. I went out in the first quarter of an hour and the receptionist didn’t say anything. I give you zero stars not a star

Friendly and helpful staff. I had a good massage. Three stars because I booked the massage with a particular masseuse because she had been highly recommended and I waited two weeks for the appointment as she was booked up. I arrived to find I had been switched to someone else and they hadnt bothered to call me to let me know. Its a small thing in the grand scheme of things but it was disappointing.

DO NOT JOIN THEIR MEMBERSHIP! After my six months I requested to be canceled for their monthly subscription. I was told in person that my membership was over in Feb, 2020. This was told to me in March. What wasn’t told was that I need to cancel in writing, which I would have don’t immediately. We hit Covid and they continued to charge me, as they were closed I waited until June to call in asking why they were still charging me a monthly membership? I was told it was never cancelled and that there had been no response back from the email they had sent me along with all their customer to defer payments through their three month closure. They then realized they had sent my request to someone else’s email, thus explaining why I never had a chance to stop my payments during that time. I requested the money of $339 to be refunded as I neither thought my membership was continuing or was the option to place those payments on hold. I was denied either. The bank has since seen it otherwise refunding my money. In this time of Covid, why on earth would a company treat a customer this way?

Made an appointment earlier this week. Got an automated reminder call in the morning a day before confirming my appointment time. Later that afternoon I called to double check the appointment and confirm the therapist. So far the communication was great.Show up a few minutes before my appointment time to find out that my appointment (which was confirmed the day before!!! twice!!!) was several hours later?A business like this needs many simple things start on the path of success. One of first ones is probably scheduling. Wont be back...

Front desk will give you the wrong information. You will get stuck in a pay cicle as they not only try to make it impossible to cancel a membership but will ALSO have the manager not respond to emails. Not worth the price, too close to scam behaviour. Go any where else.

After I ended my membership with this location, they continued to charge me for 6 months. When I noticed and called them about it, they keep saying their owner will call me and they haven’t. Every time I call they make up an excuse that the manager cannot take my call because she’s in a meeting. They have stolen over 300$ from me without my consent and are not resolving it.

I had the privilege of seeing Angelo. You have to know I’m elderly and was in shock when I found out a man was going to give me my massage. I was cranky to the staff. But I have to tell you I went in with such back pain from my hips to my neck horrible spasms just horrible! Angelo my savior thank you thank you for the best deep massage . You are so professional put me right at ease and walked me thru exactly what and why you were relieving my excruciating pain and discomfort. Two days later and I am a true testament to your quality care you gave me. Thank you for making me pain free! You are my go to massage therapist from this day forward. You are truly a blessing. Really amazing first massage since the stay at home order ended. Believe my massage therapist was named Lorraine, she did an amazing deep tissue massage. Hand sanitizer right at the entrance and therapist wore a mask the whole time. Muscles feel great!

Incompetent booking staff. Lost my business. I received a call the morning before my appointment to confirm the time. I called back that afternoon to confirm it was not with a male masseuse and got the name of the female masseuse, to confirm I knew who to ask for, and I confirmed the time. I arrived on time at the hour they confirmed. I was told I was not on the schedule for that time and it was now several hours later. I had booked other things in my day and this new time would not work. I waited two weeks to get my confirmed appointment. They offered an immediate appointment with a male masseuse, which I specifically stated would not be acceptable at the time of my original booking. They were not able to provide the service at the time, or with the staff, they had confirmed with me. Very disappointed.

Ive been a member of Massage Heights in Roseville for over 4 years. They provide professional service in everyway from the initial welcome, greeting from the therapist and final Thank-you when you finish. Ive worked with many therapists many of which do an outstanding job. Lita is a favorite as well as Vera! James is excellent for neck & shoulder tension relief. They have great hours and a convenient location in Roseville. Give them a try!

Extremely bad customer service, made reservations for two with two weeks in advanced in same room and one week later had a call to let me know that they had made a mistake and could see us but now in separate rooms. Which I didn’t like but agreed. One hour before our appointment received another call saying now that they had made another mistake and could only see one of us. I explained how frustrated I was to the receptionist and told her I already had paid baby sitter and she said she was sorry but couldn’t help me.Wouldn’t recommend this place...👎🏻

At Christmas time my minor daughter bought a Gift Card from the Roseville Massage Heights location. I heard that they had a new location in Folsom and just recently visited with the gift card. They proceeded to honor the massage but in the end said that the gift card had no value on it.We researched the payment for the gift card and it was paid by Safe Credit Union in December 2012. The gift card says that there is no expiration etc., however, I believe that the management purposely brought the gift card to zero as a retaliatory move for me not to continue on as an ongoing client. This left me to have to pay for what was already paid for by a little girl, my little girl.I think and I know that the greed and mean spirit behind such a move is not only a real class act but also illegal. The girl at the counter who flew to my car to give me this disturbing news is named Stephanie and she was equally an accomplice.It does not matter how much money you will spend there, it wont be treated with a thank you. These are people who even though they give massages, will try to stress you out if they dont get their way. I give them an F.......................and I think they need to be audited since the charges/credits are disappearing in thin air???

I had a HORRIBLE experience here! I got a massage 4 days ago, and have been in severe pain ever since. The pain in my back, neck, and shoulders is so bad that I have been unable to sit, lie down, or sleep at night. What is the most disappointing about this whole situation is how their management handled the situation. After calling and requesting a refund (with tip I paid $85), they said they will not reimburse me unless I pay out of pocket to go to an urgent care facility or emergency room to get a note saying I was injured. This was really poorly handled, and could have easily been handled in a better way. NEVER going back, and I will be writing a letter to their corporate office too.

Its the only place that keeps me sane each week. Im usually in a lot of upper and lower back pain. Nevertheless, my therapists at this location do a really good job taking care of me and I always feel a lot better after my massage session. Give them a try!

I got a 90 minute massage and it was great. My massage therapist is trained in deep tissue treatments and it was a little painful, but I needed to have it done. I was in pretty bad shape and deep tissue massage is the only thing that helps me. Ill be going back there.

Got a couples massage and Didnt love it personally. Honestly the worst massage iv ever got. I guess it really depends on your masseuse though because my wife enjoyed it. There indoor pictures on there website though are not of theres . Im guessing they are the folsoms location photos.

Rebecca is my favorite, she does a great deep tissue. I work in the service industry and she works out all my stress knots and pain from standing all day.

Good experience she was kind and welcoming. I asked for extractions she did only a few and she shouldve explained the products and facial tools she used. Other than that...I would go again

My girlfriend to me to the Roseville location for Valentines. We had a nice massage together. A week later I find a charge on my card. I call them about it twice now with no return calls.

Great service, sweet staff. But whats a guy got to do in order to get a deep tissue massage. Really could have used some serious pressure during massage. Still reccomend.

Our doctor said stop the massage to prevent further injury. Manager said she would cancel contract with a letter from the doctor. Two months have gone by with continued monthly charges. The manager is not calling back anymore. Buyer beware.

Great massages of all kinds. They have memberships and offer them to you but dont push you to be a member. They are all about healthy living as well and will help you for what ever you like. Very friendly staff.

Ive only been to two of the massage therapist but they really have a grasp of the human body and knew what they were doing to make my body quit aching. The massages were excellent.

It might take you a bit to find your favorite therapist but its a great place that offers both facials and massages.

This place has made a huge contribution to my quality of life. Ive been a member here for several years and I like to think of it as a sort of fountain of youth. Ive regained the flexibility and mobility that I had more than 10 years ago.

Happy with Vera for TMJ treatment, love the aromatherapy, love the heating pads in room, wish volume could be controlled on music in room with massage a bit too loud, need a Massage Hts. in Sacramento area to!
