Very clean and quiet. The staff are chill. Massage went well. The masseuse did great with applying enough pressure during the massage and did well with aftercare. She communicated with me about what areas needed more attention, what I should do after the massage, and she gave me a cup of water.

I enjoy getting a deep-tissue massage at Zen Spa because of its excellent massage therapist, Richard, who is knowledgeable about human anatomy and has a strong background in massage therapy as well as yoga. Richard has healing hands and I truly appreciate his expertise and extensive experience in massage therapy. The place is also very clean, has a good ambient and courteous front-desk service.

One of the top two worst massages ever. I’m not a mean person and my massage. Therapist was nice. But she barely touched my legs. There was no pressure. She lost contact with the Massage several times, which was distracting. She should never be paired up with people needing Swedish or deep tissue. A couple of times I felt her fingernails in my skin on my back. The point she thought she was on really did nothing. I didn’t even feel she was on any knots on my back. I felt like she was going through the motions to get it done. We started the massage at about 3:10pm and ended at 3:59pm. I wasn’t late. My husband does a better job. It’s really sad because I got this as a gift from my friends. The rest of the staff is friendly as well, and the place was clean. I am a bit disappointed.

Sarah gave me a wonderful facial, the Pumpkin 🎃 Enzyme Peel was fantastic and left my skin feeling so smooth and clean. Sarah had a gentle yet firm touch to remove all the dead skin and massage my face. Sarah’s friendliness put me at ease and her professional knowledge left me feeling confident that I was In good hands In the care of my skin. Thank you, Sarah.

I have had a gift card for 15 months. Have not be able to use it because there is never any weekend appts. The lady who answers the phone (she calls herself the manager) is so unprofessional. She really couldn’t care less about this business. She gives false information like when appts are available. She advised me of the weekend that was open, called her back 20 mins later to book and magically the weekend is all booked in 20 mins! Thanks for selling my husband a gift card that I will never be able to use! Regifting is not an option because I wouldn’t want to subject family or friends to the unprofessional attitude the manager has.

Sarah Morris is an amazing esthetician!!! She explains everything beforehand which I love. She is super sweet and made me feel so comfortable. 10/10 would recommend!!

I had a horrible experience with Zen Spa today. I was treating my daughter to a full body massage for her birthday. My younger daughter and her husband also were with us. I confirmed all four messages both via text and phone call. I asked for 3 masseuses for the females in the group and a male masseuse for my son in law. They messed up our arrangement that caused my daughter/ the birthday girl not receive her massage. The manager showed no interest to follow the reservation. She could not be any more indifferent. She was rude.She showed lack of people skills when she asked about my son in law’s age with a disrespectful attitude. A 27 year old man cannot be mistaken for a 16 year old. Never ever going back to that place.

This place was so much better than I hoped for, employees at the desk made this a great experience, easy and relaxing. From the minute I walked in, to the minute I walked out I felt so much better. Facial and massage left me floating as I left. 💛

Sara Wong was amazing. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I appreciate the consultation before massage to ensure I get one that specifically meets my needs. This was my first prenatal massage with my first pregnancy and a wonderful experience. I told my hubby Ill be going back monthly cause it was just that good.

I was looking for a facial place in Roseville that will help me with my dark spots, suns spots, discoloration etc and I found this place. I was over the moon of how friendly the people there! Serah was my girl!! Best facial I ever experienced and I went home with satisfied heart🥰 I can’t wait for my next appointment. But I am booking a facial with Serah again for my teen child! 👍

I received a gift card to get a couples massage on for Mother’s Day. I’ve tried booking a couples massage for months now, and they never have anything available. Why offer couple massages if you aren’t able to provide them? I’m really upset I even have these gift cards now because I don’t even want to go anymore. I just gave them to someone I know but I will not be going there.

In but left without one 😳 idk how she did it! Just skills I guess! I’m pretty sure I fell asleep but I have no clue my brain just went quiet after a certain point during the massage which never happens. I work all the time so I am stressed a lot and this was just what I needed! This was my bf’s first ever massage (I know.. wth???) and he said he enjoyed it also. Is already talking about when we’re going back and what other massage types there are 🤣 (We had Swedish ones btw.. don’t ask me what the difference is bc I have no clue but baby!! This did the trick! & also, they have heated massage beds!!! WHAAAAT! So bomb. Never ever had that before! & they use warm towels & the oil smells so good. I could go on and on and on but if you are contemplating booking it… stop & just book. That massage is life changing. I wanted to hug her after 🤣 I didn’t because I’m sure she would’ve found me to be weird so I just weirdly said “thank you so much thank you” because I was belligerent and out of it afterward. Thank you zen spa. We will be back 🩵🥰🙏🏽‼️

Terrible! They do not give massages. All they do is rub oil onto your skin. No pressure at all, even if you ask for more pressure they apparently don’t know what that is. Not relaxing whatsoever.Story: My wife and I booked 1.5 hour appointments for the same time but separate rooms. We both had the same experience of getting oil put onto our skin and then moved around with no pressure despite asking for more. Joe Schmo off the street could do the same thing. Despite being in separate rooms we both walked out of our “massage” 1 minute apart about 25 minutes into it. Not planned I guarantee. We were both appalled and at a loss for words for how bad the “massages” were. How do they charge money for an oil rub down? Calling it a massage should be offensive to actual massage therapists. It’s almost comedic the experience we had.They still charged us for a 1 hour “massage”which was ridiculous too! 🤦‍♂️ WORST “massage” EVER

Me and my husband just went for a couple massage. It was his birthday gift, i don’t know about him, but I loved my masseuse ,It was soooooo good. Unlike some Asian masseuse trying to tear you apart, my experience at zen was very good, the pressure was not too light, not too throng. It was just perfect.

Very inviting atmosphere, professionalism is great especially by Isaac who Ive had 2 massages with so far. As a woman it can feel awkward having a male therapist, but Isaac is great. Very respectful and professional when it comes to your comfort in all aspects and where you need his focus to be. His technique and pressure are perfect. I suffer from painful psoriatic arthritis and pain from other inflammatory disorders and he takes that into consideration. Zen spa also has you fill out forms that ask the important questions unlike most Asian massage places that rush you in and out plus they dont take the time to find out what injuries you have etc. Its also helpful that they understand you perfectly as well. Ive had experience with many massage places over the years and this place is by far the best. I only take the time to write reviews for very good places or bad. As a business owner myself, I know the importance of an informative review.

Zen Spa was fantastic! We just got a deep tissue, hour and a half couples massage and we both enjoyed it very much. The location is beautiful, calming, and clean. The therapists were nice, professional, and great at their job. I would recommend this place to friends and family, and would even dish out some gift cards for birthdays! We love a good Asian massage and have recieved them many times but were looking for an American location and here it is!

My Wife and I received 1hour massages from Kim, who was amazing! Warm and comfortable environment! We were then treated to a one hour facial from Leah. Again, warm comfortable and relaxing! Very impressed! Thank you! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Zen Spa if you’re looking for rest and relaxation. My massage therapist, Katy was amazing. I feel so much better and don’t know why I didn’t do this sooner.

So far every time weve gone the massages have been great. We always do the couples massage. Wife always says shes shocked how they find all her painful spots and works them all out.Its well priced compared to other places as well, which keeps it affordable to visit monthly.Definitely worth a visit if you need a massage. No clue about what other services they offer.

I have been coming here since it opened. I have arthritis in my neck and bi-monthly focus massage helps with pain. I also come here for my facials since they are well-priced and very good. If youre looking for an experience this is not the place. It is, however perfect if you just need a good facial and a good massage in a nice clean environment, at affordable prices.

Visited the Zen Spa and was paired with Cindy for my Swedish Massage. Cindy was great! She found every spot that needed some attention. Highly recommend. Then, I relaxed with Leah for my facial. She was very gently and took care of my face so perfectly. ♥ them both and would recommend these two ladies. Will be back.

Michelle is an amazing massage therapist. Very professional and knowledgeable. She focused on my problem zones and used very good massage techniques to loosen up my muscle tension. I feel much better now. Very thankful🙏

Loved the deep tissue massage. I work a very stressful and physically demanding job. The next day after I felt a little sore and would like to come back on a monthly basis. My masseuse was very knowledgeable and struck thr right balance of talking enough but not too much. Will try to go back as soon as I am able.

I was very uncomfortable with the male massage therapist that I had. I will never go back to this place again. I do not know how that woman are here, but i am sure they were not as inappropriate as the man they have working here. I felt that i was touched very inappropriately by this person and not professionally at all. Uncomfortable and I would not recommend a female going to this person. He was also making heavy breathin noises and saying things like Oh ya.. as he massaged me. So weird... Did not have a good vibe about this person.

I’ve had all great experiences at Zen Spa. I’ve gotten the 1 hour deep tissue massage, neuromuscular therapy massage and sports massage. They are effective and affordable. The therapists are professional, friendly and attentive to your needs. It’s also a clean, nice relaxing environment. I highly recommend this place!

Called stating I was a brand new customer and looking to book 3 services. Lady told me she was booked for the next week and I said that was fine I was looking to book about 2 weeks out. She said oh were booked then too. You probably want to just go elsewhere since we only have like 2 people working YIKES

The negative comment about the male therapist is obviously bogus. The same male therapist is the one I go back to see all the time exactly because he is extremely professional and knows what he is doing. Please do not believe that review. I am a customer who usually does not post reviews, but i had to stop here to make clear that the concern does not correspond to the truth. Zen Spa is the best!!

I have never been to this facility but based off of a confusing mix up with Roseville, MN and CA and how proper the owner was is resolving this issue, I would give them my business based off of his professionalism. Many times I’ve called to schedule an appointment,they are never available,even left a message and no one called back,absolutely poor customer service,I went in twice and the woman at the front said they were booked up for the next couple of days,the place was empty,I say take don’t waste time leaving a message,they won’t call back and take your business elsewhere
