Fantastic service and a great selection of merchandise! The staff really know their products and give excellent advice. If youre new to vaping the technical details of the products can be overwhelming. The folks at Haze Roswell really helped explain the pros and cons of different options and showed me how to use all the equipment. On top of that everyone is very friendly and patient. I cant say enough good things about them!

Fantastic store! I purchased their new Square Pro during an early release. Of course I knew there might be a problem getting a prerelease model. Brought my unit to the store and was WOWed by how clean and professional they were.No stupid hipsters hanging around. I was free to browse almost every vape on the market without someone shadowing me. Advice was given when asked. That’s a sign of quality.Quality comes at a premium. If you can’t afford a few extra dollars for a pleasant experience, you should buy juices where someone who doesn’t not understand chemistry or electronics but can blast lit clouds works.I have worked customer service a LONG time. This place is classy.Ignore the low rated reviews, those people are like school in the summer time. No Class.AND Hazefixed my vape overnight!Awesome place!

I read the 1 star reviews but decided to stop by and see for myself. I was very pleasantly surprised. I needed replacement glass for my Subvod tank. They search both the store and online and found glass that fit my tank. Then they took the time to help me take apart the broken glass and replace with the new. The price was reasonable and I cant say enough about the service. If you need vape supplies give them a try.

Love the e-juice and CBD flavors. They have a great selection of mods and smiley faces. My new go-to store although it is 5 miles away. Prices are pretty good too.

Horrible this is they have the worst customer service. When I sent in my my order online it clearly stated they had 12 left in Stock but 2 days later I got a call saying they was out of the item I wanted and a shipment will be their in 2 weeks which mean I would have waited 3 weeks for the product. Not to mention how rude the representative was on the phone I immediately ask for a refund. With no have a great day or anything she hung up in my face. I waited 5 business days as told and I got a email stating my order has been cancelled. I went to go.check my account and still no money. So I called again and found out that the day I called my order wasnt cancelled. It had got cancelled 5 business days later and then I had to wait another 5 days for my money. Just terrible I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone dont waste your time or money.

I ordered the Lost Vape Orion 40W full kit as described on their website & was shipped device only with no pods included. Sent numerous emails about the matter & havent received any responses. They dont answer the phone. I had to file a report with the Better Business Bureau. False advertising at its best. Suggest buyers shop at MyFreedomSmokes for the best vape supplies & free shipping. Haze are theives. If you want to get robbed shop at Haze vaporizers. Beware of their online site HazeKits. Total misrepresentation of the products description. What you see is not what you get. My invoice even stated full kit & got device only. BUYERS BEWARE, BUYER BEWARE, PLEASE ALL BUYERS BEWARE. Leonard Carter

I dont know if this store is affiliated with haze vaporizers, but i had a problem with a square pro i got in the website (which is now down ) had to send it back because upon arrival it did not worked. received another unit which was very sloopy, it does not fit correctly and does not produce vapor like it was advertised, either it burns at middle temps or does nothing on low, i asked via email if i was doing something wrong and requested tips, but never got an answer, im kinda worried because i got this on the offer of the 10 years warranty and the upgrade, but now it seems like the company went rogue and left a lot of people high and dry over this. i hope im just a bit paranoid and the company settles down any beef they had and make a comeback, since i paid a fine ammount for a square pro and a shipment to mexico. giving 2 stars because bianca was very kind when i was purchasing and managed to give me a good deal, and i got a replacement, a non fully working replacement but hey, a least it works.

Not the best vape store. It looks nice (which is why it got 2 stars) but it’s over priced. I paid 10 more dollars for juice than I would have at other places like Big Bang (just a couple miles down the street)

It feels like you are in an Apple store. So many brands to choose from and great juice selection too. I will be a repeat customer. Rewards program is also a killer.

First vape shop Ive ever been to that doesnt give the option to sample liquids, their clearance prices are still more expensive than other local stores. I left without anything and went to a store down the street that I know and trust.

I walked in and was greated then puled out my mod then the women say s icant do this in here what the actual f**K I cant vape in the vape shop unread of I almost walked right out. I looked around a bit some prices are high like the smok alien is 120 for kit its85at big bank I cant get over how i cant vape in here that total bs I will not be coming back just avoid I still cant get over this
