Went to this one because the one on main is worse. Got a dairy to dank disposable since they are sealed, black opening push in bottom already shoved in, unsealed. Pay the employees more so they dont have to smoke off our products. Its crazy we cant trust dispensarys anymore. She had black hair.

Where is dispensary in Roswell do not stand by their products. I have a 72 hour return policy on their front glass. I purchased a three pack of seeds last night for $40 and notice the Middle Seed has giant crack in it. I took the package in this morning unopened and they told me that I was screwed they will sell you false products

This dispensary is by far my favorite, they have a wide selection to choose from as well as the friendliest staff! They always greet me with a smile, especially the bud tender Ryan Miller, he is of much help when it comes to choosing strains!

This morning I checked the website and they said they had a deal for Labor Day buy 1 gram cart and get the 2nd .5g cart for a penny. I went to dispensary they did not honor this advertisement. I called the service line and the lady was extremely rude to me screaming and saying the deal is no longer available I said I’m calling to let u know to change ur website because ur not honoring what’s being advertised and then said I won’t argue with u anymore and hung up. I checked the site they’re now changing it but the bad taste in my mouth on how I was spoken to will linger. I don’t think you should have people working in your customer service department that scream at people there are a lot of people who have PTSD or stress induced illnesses like lupus. You need to have kind people who listen to the customers instead of screaming at them in defense. I wish your company the best. My advice is honor your advertisements and don’t let your employees scream at customers who are just calling to give u a heads up to change website ad. I didn’t deserve that

Yes ! Ryan Miller (Ram) in the Roswell Main Street Store is always suggesting items and his explanation of new products and that helps me to decide whats best for me. So far hes been right on target with it. I still prefer OG flower and prerolls over anything but Im willing to try everything Pecos Valley Production sells and only when I can afford it.

The girl wearing all black that thinks shes a security guard was incredibly rude. Opened the door, and shes just standing there, glaring at me, with her arms crossed. Says nothing... Then finally barks at me YEAH IM GOING TO NEED TO SEE SOME ID. She was a new addition since the last time I was in, and I didnt know this was the new procedure. If you are going to be there to check IDs at the door, maybe lead with that? Instead of being standoffish, and rude. I have spent thousands at this store over the last couple years, and will not be spending another penny because of her poor attitude.

I love Pecos! Its a great place. All of the employees are very kind and courteous. During my visit today Rudy did a great job along with a new girl. I didnt catch her name... By far one of the cheaper options in town and Reanna, Myka, everyone who works here really, are always extremely helpful.Ive tried Greenleaf, Ultra Health, Bryans, most everyhwere else in town and Pecos remains my favorite.
