I can’t recommend this place enough! You definitely want to ask for Joshua to help you out at the counter. He has a ton of knowledge on the subject & was SUPER SUPER helpful + friendly. We stopped in on our way to CO & made sure to stop in again on our way back. We will make sure to always stop here when driving through!

I can’t say enough positive things about the service and the warm welcome that we got when we came in but I will try! Firstly, Kim was excellent and she provided exemplary customer service to my husband and I and helped us choose products we would love! Way to go Kim! Second, I didn’t catch his name but the owner of the shop was so kind and we learned about the history of the company and we just love what they are all about! Highly recommend and I can’t wait until they come to TEXAS! 😆❤️👍🏽

Jasmine W. Was awesome!!! Spot on, perfect service, smile and knowledge. However, company policy is trash. A debit payment system that does not work, a wait outside policy is horse dung. 103 degree weather!?! Glad to live in arizona where the government is smart enough to make that kind piss poor, dangerous policies, illegal. Awesome staff, awesome price, disgustingly terrible business sense and policies. Garbage. 1/10 only returning in an absolute emergency.

Amazing experience here at PVP once again. Ive been to several and even this location once before and always have a good interaction. Today, Joshua H. helped me out and went above and beyond answering all my questions. He was incredibly knowledgeable and had such a great attitude and was so kind. I HIGHly recommend this place! Prices are ridiculously good too!

Love this dispensary, always have great staff, great product and most of the recommended products have been worth it. Kimberly recommended a new disposable I purchased today and 2 more I will try later. Easy online ordering and a drive thru, not to mention anytime I search for a lower price this is still the best offer. The only dispensary in roswell I use.

Jenna was awesome but her supervisor was very rude. Ive been dealing with PVP since it was first opened and I have never been so degraded. The supervisor was very rude. She didnt let me explain what happened. All the employees in both stores are very courteous and nice. I didnt like the way I was treated.

Went for the 4/20 celebration today. People started lining up and stood there for about 15 to 20 minutes before they realized that there was no line; it was just that vacant. A merch booth that seemed barely set up, a beverage truck that was parked so close to the curb and trees that people cant properly queue for it, and a giant empty stage is all that was there. Inside was a little bit of free food that most people seemed too awkward to touch. Id say the celebration starts at 4:20pm because that makes sense, but nowhere on any of their ads for the event does it post a time, so we just went with store times. Smoothies were great, staff that helped us at the counter were nice, but outside checking ID was polite and friendly. But overall... kinda meh experience.

Just a customer that uses the convenience of making a online order and pick it up at drive thru. Employee at drive thru window is always a great greeter, always asks for my ID cards first. Confirming my online order confirms items in bag. Reads total gets cash and then gives me my product and receipt with how much change back . It’s always a great experience. If I do have a concern with a product they are always very knowledgeable on who I can speak to regarding any concerns.

I’m always impressed the courtesy that I receive. Aaron was extremely helpful and introduced me to some other items I could try. My knowledge is limited so I really appreciate when I’m heard and because Aaron listened he was able to guide me to some other things I might like. He’s a heck of a salesman also.

Being that it was my very first visit to a dispensary, Vanessa has set the bar very high 🤭 she was extremely polite and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain every detail and it did not go without notice. Vanessa gets a 10/10!

This location is usually not as good as the CC location because the budtenders disappoint in comparison (not bad, but usually not as knowledgeable). Today was very different thanks to Jenna. She was aware of which strains were best for my back pain and also a good mind high. The wax she suggested hit the spot! This location is shorter so I think I may go to main st more often.

Kimberly deserves a paid vacation, raise and a 11/10 star rating even though there is only 5 stars available! Shes so far the only employee that fulfilled our wishes and showed sativa or sativa hybrid strains to us because thats what we strictly asked for!! So all in all she was amazing!

Julia was my product specialist for this visit and she was very personable and helpful. We knew exactly what we wanted/needed as we had looked at the website prior to visiting. The store has info posted about terps and the different benefits as well as the benefits that cannabis has for your body. It’s always a great experience when visiting as everyone is kind and professional. I love the variety that this location offers as well. The drive thru is a great convenience, too.

Update: We’ve been back twice to this location, because the new place was out of what we wanted there for a couple of days.We like PVP but didn’t like being turned away after waiting in line with so many others for so long, especially without time to get to any other dispensaries in town.PVP has some great strains and specials. We just prefer the other location on Country Club after the experience noted below. Changed to 3 stars. The Country Club PVP gets 5 stars imo.WARNING: DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IF THERE IS ONLY 25 MINUTES OR LESS UNTIL THEY CLOSE!! You will be turned away before they even legally close!!!Last night, my husband and I arrived at this location about 15 minutes before they closed. There was a line. I stood in it. At 7 minutes until closing time, when the woman came out, she said she was only taking the first 3 people in line and everyone else would have to leave because she wasn’t staying late. The people in front of us had already been there ~ 15 minutes before we got there. Multiple people in front of us and two behind us had to leave with nothing before the store was even closed.Since every dispensary in town closes at 7pm or earlier, we all had plenty of time to figure out where else to go next time.My husband and I will be taking our business elsewhere. It is HIGHLY UNLIKELY THAT WE’LL SHOP THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

I had a great visit!!!! Only thing I didnt like was they didnt have any list printed out like the other pvp place does although the list isnt allways very accurate sometimes. I still enjoy pawing it over but the girl was super helpful so I didnt have any problems at all. They also had tablets to use to browse so I guess I could have just looked through one of them.

I don’t consume cannabis. But I have a medical condition in my back. And Ryan Miller, has helped with understanding, what cannabis is. And the different types salves that will help me. In all honesty, I knew nothing about cannabis. But with Ryan’s help, he had taught me that it’s whole world of info. And it sounds really vast and daunting to an outsider. But Ryan makes learning about cannabis fun. I don’t consume it, but I’m educated in the area. Now it doesn’t seem terrifying. I think Ryan is pretty awesome. I wish more people were as patient as he is. He is really nice guy.

I really wanted to like this place. The employees were friendly, nothing wrong there. The store felt set up more like a fast food restaurant than a dispensary. Maybe some like the convenience of a drive thru, I like to throughly check out flower before I purchase it. I checked the menu right before I went in and made a list of 7 strains I was interested in. Of those 7 only 2 were actually in stock. She then starts naming the ones they do have in stock. No other info than name and none are available to look at or smell before purchase. I’ve been to a lot of dispensaries in different states and have never seen this. Only one I was interested in was actually on display to look at. Price on website said $18 an eighth but that one was $25. They only had about 6 other strains on display to check out and most of those weren’t in stock either. Make it easier on the customer and your staff and just have everything on display that customers can check out before they even talk to anyone. Also not a fan of dispensaries that don’t add the tax into price beforehand. Of the 2 strains I got one was pretty decent, nothing spectacular. It was their “Dairy to Dank” premium cannabis. The other one very mediocre. Both were pretty dry. If you’re a tourist whose looking to try out cannabis or a grandma trying to relive her hippie days this might be an alright spot. If you’re a long time smoker looking for that super good I’d try somewhere else.
