At 1:30pm I made a online booking for a 1 hour body massage at 2:45pm for $60 and was sent a confirmation email. I had clients refer me here for a good massage. I arrived early at 230pm. I told them I made an online appitoment for 2:45pm and was requested to sit down. It was 2:47pm and Im still sitting. I get up out of my chair and stand at the front desk with the manager there on his phone. He sees me. Im standing there for 15 minutes. At 3:00pm I look directly at him and I ask why am I still waiting. He says he was confused if I was waiting for someone else? I said no. He then says go into this room and I get ready for my massage. Lady comes in, asked how I was and started the massage. She stops 5 minutes short of 4pm and says shes done and I get dressed. I come to the front. They asked how it was. I said it was okay and it truly was okay. Nothing spectacular. The man at the desk tells me its $80. I booked for an hour $60 massage. He sees that I have cash and requests for me to pay cash. I did not want to use my cash but insisted anyways. My massage therapists is waiting for a tip at the desk while I pay, I give her $10. I did all this because I wanted to leave as soon as possible. It wasted my time for a mediocre massage that cost me $20 more. I will not recommend this to place to any client and Im am severally disappointed for the experience I was expecting. Please take down your online scheduling system if you are not going to use it or care to verify my appointment or confirmation code.

Fabulous experience here with a group for my birthday who all received really great foot massages. Such a fun spot too because they were able to host us all together. Im local and ill definitely be back with my husband.

Terrible, I booked my husband a massage and 20 minutes before the appointment they wanted to push it back. My husband was already 5 minutes away and turned around. This location is 30 minutes from us. Instead of a relaxing day planned by me he was driving for nothing. And look at the customer service. TERRIBLE. All they said was sorry for wasting my husbands time and gas.

Came in after work for a for massage and ended up with a whole body massage. Had an amazing experience and can’t wait to come back!! Thank you guys so much!!

Unfortunately I did not enjoy the massage I received and was also scratched due to long fingernails. Also, the price was slightly higher than Ive paid at other places. We did a couples massage, and my husband felt great with his. Maybe just depends on the massage therapist.

Greeted upon walking in and the ambience was everything! I got the 1 hour foot massage and then an extra 10 minutes on my back. The massage was really good and overdue. I was a scared that I wouldn’t get my full hour because some places you go to will try to cheat you but they did a GREAT job and did the full hour! We will definitely be regulars!

This place was great. Called and made an appointment this morning. Walked in and we were immediately taken to our room for our couples massage. We only did 60 minutes because we had never been here before but we will definitely do 90 minute from now on because it was fantastic.

We have been coming here for about a year now. The hour foot, neck and shoulder massage. It’s wonderful and legitimate! My favorite Sunday treat.

The massage was lazy and painful. It felt like I was just getting oil rubbed into my back extremely hard with elbows. She spent no time on my feet or head. Just did the same harsh rubbing with her forearms and elbows into my back almost the entire time. I didn’t even feel fingers being used like that at all… she also asked if I wanted coconut oil which is a 10$ up fee which I said no to and she still proceeded to charge me for that. When I asked her why my total was 92$ instead of 80 she said bc of the coconut oil which I told her I said I didn’t want and she was just like “ohhh okay well it can go towards my tip.” Like huuuuh??? I was going to be nice and tip 5$ even though I didn’t enjoy the massage and she just took it upon her self to tip herself 10. When I asked to speak to a manager she said he wasn’t there. I was just like whatever and left bc I didn’t want to do the most over 10$ but I definitely won’t be coming back and I’ve never even left a negative review in my life. It’s just the way she looked at me and was like “well how much were you gonna tip me 10??? 5????” Tipping is not required especially if the service was not to par.

This is an amazing place and we really enjoyed the massages. Very professional and peaceful. I have been to many places and this one is top notch. The people are soooo sweet and we will definitely return. 🥰

The massage is fantastic! I have leg and lower back sore for one year. I went to doctors but basically they let me take pain killer, which didn’t help much. But after I came here for several times, my sore is gone! Highly recommend the therapy massage and acupuncture. Best of the best!

I had a couple massage with my husband.I felt like there was a hidden fee because in the middle of the massage they ask me if they can use the coconut oil and I said sure.When I was at the register trying to pay, they charge me and my husband each $10 and I was disappointed that they did not let us know about this at all during our treatment.For your information, there is a charge of $3 if you are paying with credit card. If you want to avoid it, pay with cash.We both enjoyed 90 mins couple massage but the next day, there was bruise all over my back.. :(

Had the couple massage special yesterday and it was a great experience! The staff is very welcoming, kind, and relaxed. The woman I had made sure I was comfortable and was very thorough throughout the entire process. My partner also expressed how much he liked it and that he was happy with his experience!

Im disappointed in my experience here today. First after walking in & saying I have an appointment the guy at the desk was trying to find my number in his phone to see if I called him, he didnt see it he said. I had to pull up my call log for their number & show that I called 1/7 for prices which he texted a pic of them, then I called 1/9 to make my appointment for 1/27 for my bday. I told him when I called I even asked if he needed my name & he said no I got your number. Im sorry but looking up someones number doesnt prove anything when they come in,you dont know my name nor what service I wanted. I came to relax not show you my log, look through your phone & call you from my number right there so you can see my number. I should walk in,give my name & take a seat. You need to take customers name, number, date & time. Next I asked for a woman masseuse but was today their were none that day when clearly I saw a lady. Ok I let that slide. Next thing, the masseuse says he has to go get coconut oil to massage, I say ok but its strange & a disruption of relaxation to leave out the room for something you should have in there TO MASSAGE. He left again for hot towels. He then says its $10 for extra 10min, I say no thanks, he asks again. He also tells me the coconut oil was $10 extra. Excuse me? I dont like being nickled & dined or sneaky business, if its extra say that when you offer to go get it. I dont assume a massage place is gona make me pay extra for oil to massage my body! The guy at the front desk points to a sign that says essential oils $10 Coconut oil is not an essential oil, its a body oil that masseuse use to massage. Also I didnt ask for essential oils so dont include something during my service without telling me its extra. That is shady business. He did take off the $10 at least. There is also a $2 fee to use a card if youre paying solo. All this left a bad taste in my mouth. Ive been needing massage for years now & have kids home with one being almost 2 & I left out of here feeling worst & more irritated than I did coming in. I feel I wasted bday money for nothing, I got nothing from this visit but irritation. The masseuse wasnt horrible, a little rough but he wasnt bad but trying to blindside me & all the other cons ruined it for me. No one has money to waste these days.

Ive been going to New You Massage off and for the last couple of years. My last visit was a month ago. When I walked in for my appt today, I saw that they raised their prices $10 across-the-board. There was no mention on their website about any price changes. I asked the manager about it and all he did was laugh. Decent business practice usually calls for a gradual increase, not a whopping $10 price gouge. Their new rates are higher than the competitors in the area.To make matters worse, my regular masseuse Bella did not do a good job. She seemed to be just going through the motions. My massage was very underwhelming. This was disappointing because she is usually better than that.So, Whats going on? They raise the price and the service gets worse?!There are so many other massage therapy businesses in the area. They need to keep this in mind. I will not be returning.

Excellent massage/spa place. The place is very clean. I felt relaxed as soon as I entered my massage room. I was sore and my muscles were so tight that I was in pain. I didnt know which massage service to pick. But when I explained all that to Tiffany, she understood my need and volunteered to customize my massage treatment. I felt so good during my session that I requested if I could increase my session time. She was able to do that after checking her schedule. I was feeling like I was getting a true 5-star massage treatment. I left the place happy and with a smile on my face. I wish that place wasnt so far from my home. I will definitely be going there soon. I highly recommend that place to anyone who wants to get a quality massage. Customer service is excellent. I cant wait to go back even though its a long drive for me. Its totally and absolutely worth it.

Ok. So it feels a bit sketchy when you go in. BUT the massage is fantastic! Traditional Chinese massage technique mixed with trigger point therapy and Swedish massage. Using heat and friction to pull blood to the surface which promotes healing. Value is good.On the con side: the linens and massage table are cheaply made. The walls are thin and the therapists have to leave the room to get hot stones and towels etc. the same song plays on repeat and the therapists sometimes chatted with each other. All of that could pull you out of your relaxed state.We are willing to overlook the cons because the price is right and the therapists are solid.

I really enjoyed the experience.Pros: firm massage (good for working out those knots!) hot towels (aahhhh, lovely), they check frequently to make sure Im OK. They do gentle motion to circulate the blood and the foot massage was heavenly! Ive never had between my toes done before. I nearly went to sleep on the table which almost is the highest praise I can give!Cons: language barrier. They were a little concerned about my asthmatic shortness of breath. I had trouble making it clear it was asthma, not covid.Location makes it a breeze to get to in Roswell!Prices are very reasonable and they have many options.

Surprisingly DISAPPOINTING… went here with a friend to get foot massages. The woman who massaged my foot barely touched my left foot and was rubbing my shin the first 20 minutes and talking to the lady next to her. She did my right foot wayyyy better. They woke me up twice to ask me about my sandals, wanted to know where I bought them and how much they cost. I went here for a relaxing foot massage, but left very unhappy. Management should tell the staff to not talk during massages, people go here to relax and have peace and quiet.

I was so appreciative and pleasantly surprised they were so accommodating!The staff is so friendly - they all greeted me with smiles upon arrival. Right away, I was ushered into a quiet, clean room for my 90-minute massage. I communicated my trouble spots to the massage therapist. Chinese is the primary language spoken here, but we were able to understand each other well enough - smiles are universal, too, right!?! I wanted more of a therapeutic massage versus relaxation and that is exactly what I received. I walked out of New You feeling like New Me!I paid $90 plus tip for my session. Thats very fair. The prices were clearly displayed at the counter, but also I confirmed the price when I called to schedule. There were no surprises.I have a membership to a local massage business, but it is difficult to schedule massages. Once I conclude that membership, I will not renew and pursue therapeutic massage through spots like New You.

The massage was okay, however they do show favoritism towards Caucasian people. If you’re black i would recommend somewhere else. They talk about you, and after being done with the massage they will watch you and hover over you to see if you pay and leave tip. I peeped they only do this to black people. I didn’t see them do it to anybody else.

Me and my husband visited this massage Spa as a walk-in. The staff was very professional and kind. We both received the 60 minute deep tissue massages. The massages were great! Both of our masseuses were experienced and knowledgeable. They worked out so much tension my husband and I had in our shoulder and neck area. The prices are too good to be true for the level of service. We will definitely be back on a regular basis!

As others have noted, the place is clean and welcoming with a variety of massages including chair, foot and of course your classics like deep tissue or Swedish.Jessica always has a smile and she’s very considerate to make sure the massage and the pressure is good.

I had a 90minute deep tissue massage here with Michael. He was amazing! I came in with pain in my shoulders a left feeling so much better. the person that worked on me is extremely educated in Chinese medicine and it was so affordable.On top of the wonderful massage the customer service was professional, and They had a lot of thoughtful small touches.

The environment is good and the technology is professional. I did an hour massage and a 50-minute sauna. The whole service process is very professional and very good. After the treatment, it is relaxed, the pain disappears, the mental state is greatly improved, the cervical spine and the lumbar spine are relieved, and I have received good help here!

This was my first time at New You Massage and it was absolutely an amazing experience. From the moment I called, the young man that answered accommodated my same day appointment that I wanted. When I arrived and entered the ambiance was very relaxing. I was quickly taken to a private room where I received a 60 minute body massage from Michael. He was AMAZING! He Immediately started the massage the moment he walked in. I have had many many massages throughout the years in many different states but this was definitely one of the best I have ever had. Michael was very attentive, wasn’t distracted and very good! He made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I will be back next week and recommend this to anyone who wants a good quality massage at a great price!

I have been having body pains all over my body most especially my neck for years now. I have been going for massages at times twice a week for years now but I have never gotten any kind of relief. I could not turn my neck to any side without excruciating pain. The left side of my neck feels like two wires twisted when I turn to my left, I cry all the time. My first time of going to new you, I don’t know what they did, the two twisted wire like untwisted and I have not had that feeling again. After many years. I cannot wait to go again. My husband and I called in last minute for appt for body massage. Overall experience was wonderful. It might not look like much from outside, but inside is a two story calming oasis. We had deep tissue massage. It was THE best massage i might have ever had. We will be back soon for more. They also offer acupuncture. The person at the spa is a trained ( in China) medical doctor.

Horrible experience. The lady gave zero pressure even after I asked several times. I asked for hot water for my feet before when I sat down...and minutes later she brings me a cup of hot water followed by lukewarm water for my feet smh.I was supposed to get a head to toe foot massage but halfway in I told her I only wanted the regular foot massage because I could tell it was gonna be a horrible experience.She looked surprised I said that and gave 2.5% more pressure to appease me. She still tried to sneak in the head to toe with even less pressure mind you... until I stopped her.Another annoyance was that she kept looking all around at every person around even talking to them. Her body language alone showed me she would rather not even be serving me. Zero focus, attentiveness, or care for doing her job.As I begin to pay I see there is a $2 charge for using a credit/debit card. The lady who did the massage is hovering right by me to peep my tip amount. She really should pay me for wasting my time. But I gave her a 10% tip anyway.Im sure other masseuses may be much better. She may even be ok herself, but I truely got the feeling that I wasnt the persuasion she prefers to deal with if you know what I mean. Sad but true.

I got a 90-minute combo foot and body massage. Well worth the money! I asked for hard pressure and she delivered! Everything was also clean and relaxing. I left feeling really great. I will definitely be back every month! 10/10 for the atmosphere. They keep the space very beautiful.

I called and made an appointment a hour before coming in . I was told they could do 2 foot massages for me and my fiancé at 9 PM. We showed up at 9 PM on time and the company turned off the open light sign. I called them and a man answer and he informed us he could not take us. He only had one person and told us to come back tomorrow. Did not apologize or offer a disconnect for us to come back. Did not open the door to explain or seem to care. We were regular customers and we not be coming back.

I cannot recommend this location enough, we had three different massages today and everyone left feeling amazing . The staff were kind and professional and were very accommodating of the needs of each person. The prices are great, especially considering how high quality of service is and the talent of the providers.

I come here every two weeks and treat myself because the service and massages are top notch. I feel light as a feathers when I walk out due to a awesome foot/back and pressure point massage, clean atmosphere and great customer service from the moment I step into the door. “Tiffany” and “Jessica” are incredible here. Amazing techniques and both are specialists in giving a comfortable “deep tissue” massage.I love deep tissue but often elect for Swedish because there are few masseuses who can work into the appropriate pressure for each person and for each muscle group.The relief I’ve gotten here from muscle sprains, general stiffness in neck and back, (from working from home) and other pain in body is amazing.Thank you Thank you Thank you, New You!

The massage itself was fine. They charged way more than what I expected to pay based on the pricing listed on the website. Due to the language barrier, they could not tell me why the pricing was different. Website showed $90 for 90 min. I ended up paying $120 for 90 min.

Ive been getting massages almost weekly for over a dozen years and I had the best one today here. I have terrible back issues and severe spasms and I met Mary today and she was terrific. I feel so much better after our session (90 minutes), I am looking forward to seeing her again! I highly recommend Mary.

Honestly I’ve been going to this location for the past year and a half. The ladies have been delightful and very respective and always ask during the massage how you’re doing. I did not catch his name from yesterday but he was very rough and did not listen. I told him multiple times to lessen the pressure and he would for that area he was massaging. Then he would ask if I was OK and when I would reply back yes he would add more pressure and then when I tell him to lighten up he will laugh. Massages for me are to relax and to loosen my muscles due to what I do for work but I walked out of there completely tense then I was before and in major pain and I’ve noticed today that I have bruising on my upper back that should not be there from a “body massage”. I do have a background of massage therapy and the man who did mine yesterday was absolutely horrible And had no consideration.

Absolutely incredible massage. Went in for a couple massage and it was perfect. The spa was beautiful and so relaxing. The massage was the perfect pressure and was getting out knots I didn’t even know I had.

Kevin was awesome! I wasnt even looking for a massage but decided to go in when they advertised foot massages. The woman who checked me in was very welcoming and sweet, the chairs are very relaxing. They are beyond affordable and Im really happy I decided to go in. Will be back again to see Kevin.

When i found this place on google i was very hopeful. the place is beautiful and they got me in same day. when i arrived there was only one man there who didn’t speak a lick of english. i was already uncomfortable. now getting into the massage, he was using way too much pressure. i asked him several times to adjust the pressure, be more gentle, lighter pressure but he clearly didn’t understand me and i actually left feeling worse than when i went in. it was just very aggressive and i could not even relax. i was very disappointed. i will not be going back.

I don’t think the person is experienced. I initially mentioned I feel uncomfortable at my neck and shoulder, but he didn’t care my neck and shoulder at all. I choose 1hr full body massage but he did not foot massage at all. For legs, he just touched, not massage. I have not felt refresh nor have my muscles relieved. Don’t waste your money.

They provide very professional massage and acupuncture treatments, and Dr wang treats patients very kindly and caringly, with top-notch techniques! His unique medical skills make patients recovery well! Thanks!

Jenny helped me feel so much better. My hips had locked up and I could not even lift my left knee. When I finished the massage I could do a deep squat and lift my left knee high. I was is in so much pain when I arrived and after 90 minute deep tissue massage with Jenny I feel good & energetic again. Now I can go back to doing CrossFit which I love to do.Thank you so much Jenny!

The massage was great. The only thing I didnt like was being over charged. Got a couples massage, sweatish massage 60, deep tissue 70 thats 130 why was I charged 150? But I will go back.

Massage was wonderful. We did a full hour for $60 in the private room. Very quiet and calming atmosphere. The girl did wonderful with massaging and stretching me.

Amazing experience! I literally left feeling like I had new neck and shoulder muscles. I did the 60 minute foot massage. This included a hot stone foot massage and also shoulder/neck/arm massage. Seriously can’t say enough about how awesome it was, I’ll definitely be back!

Healing. The attendant was very receptive to feedback and checked in regularly. Everyone was kind and the entire experience very relaxing. Note if you’re sensitive to smells to bring a mask bc faint incense is in the air. Wearing a mask helped me avoid a fragrance induced headache.

First time was ok. The second time my masseuse was clueless to what she was doing. She kept applying pressure on my bones instead of muscles. Quite painful. And since they do not speak English there was no way to communicate how wrong it was what she was doing or walk out without paying. I suffered through, left $10 tip and left with a thank you. Oh well...
