I cant speak highly enough of my experience @ Elements Massage. I needed a massage so bad. The young lady who answered the phone was so kind and was able to get me in with Quida. It was last minute and my 1st visit. Quida was knowledgeable, professional and did a great job. The muscle tightness was gone when she finished! I will definitely visit again. Jay, at the front desk, checkin and checkout, she was very kind, professional, customer focused and represented the company so well. Great facility, professional receptionists and easy to make appointment on line if thats what you prefer. My massages are tailored to my individual needs.

Mina was simply amazing. She had me feeling refreshed and relieved after she finished my massage. I highly recommend her over and over again. Not only did I leave feeling physically relieved but also mentally relieved and ready for what is next to come.

Love this place! Laquita is the best for sports massages. I’ve been a member for about few months and don’t plan on going anywhere else. I always leave stress free and feeling better.

Marcie was very knowledgeable and flexible. I thought I came in to focus on my shoulders and she was able to pinpoint the real cause behind my tension. I left feeling refreshed and I can’t wait to return! The rooms are clean and the ambiance is very relaxing.

This Elements is very clean and welcoming. The staff is always friendly and courteous! The massage therapist are all great! I’ve tried three so far and have been pleased with what each one brings to the table.

The front desk staff was very welcoming and informative. The lady at the front desk very patiently walked me through the benefits of membership, and because of how she laid it out I saw how it was a no-brainer and immediately signed up for membership. The massage therapist was on point with her techniques and stretches. I also really appreciated that she took the time to explain to me why the pain I am experiencing may be happening, and even shared a few at home stretches that I can do myself each day. She communicated with me every step of the way, and the massage itself relieved so much tension.

This is my second visit here with my mom but I have called several occasionsWe received 4 one hour massage sessions as a Xmas gift. Mom had a massage with Ashton whom I highly recommend. Ashton is very knowledgeable about the anatomy and circulation which was amazing given my mom is diabetic and experienced back pain. Ashton is amazing and professional.However the most memorable experience we had was with the receptionist Mercedes. From answering the phone to arrival for appointments, Mercedes is such a pleasant energy a true asset to this establishment. She is polite,informative and has shown exquisite customer service with each encounter.Not to forget her patience with my barrage of questions. Being in the service industry myself, I can honestly say having Mercedes as an initial point of contact is why I will will continue to come back and suggest to my friends and family.We all have bad days and get frustrated from time along the way, having a smiling face over the phone or arrival to an appointment are small details that truly contribute to a memorable experience.

When I set the appointment on the phone, the woman was very nice and made sure to explain things to me. She also made sure I knew where the building was located. When I first walked into the building, it was very calming yet welcoming. The aroma in the air and music playing was also very calming and subtle enough for you to not feel overwhelmed and be able to hear. Jessica was very welcoming when I came in. She got me the paperwork I needed as well as answered my questions and reminded me of somethings before my massage happened. Quida, made me feel very comfortable and made sure I knew not only what she was doing but why she was doing that particular thing as opposed to something else. It was my first professional massage ever and she made me feel like Id been having massages for years. My overall experience was very great. 10 out of 10 and would definitely return (after all I did get the membership after just 1 visit).

First, from start to finish the customer service was great! The ladies that scheduled me were so nice & understanding. They even made some suggestions, which I appreciated very much. My massage was done by Niki. It was so good I had a hard time leaving the room.

I treated her to a massage this weekend and you helped her get over her fear and trauma. Very good service. No pushy sales. My concerns were met and my therapist really focused on my needs. They give you the option to add an additional 30 minutes if the time is available. I purchased a package to return once a month as my therapist recommended. I’ll pay the introductory price each time. Well worth it.

The staff is the BEST I’ve ever interacted with at a massage studio. The masseuses are the most respectful, knowledgeable, and effective. The front desk is always so friendly and makes the visit all the more better. I’ve taken my sister here twice already for her very first massages and she loved it!! 10/10 recommend

I had a membership here for about three months. I needed to cancel due to moving out of the area. When I went in to the establishment in person to cancel my membership the receptionist seemed knowledgeable about canceling the membership. I signed a lot of paperwork in order to do this but never saw anyone actually type anything into their system. I continued to get charged for another 3 MONTHS and called to ask why this was happening and the receptionist told me there was no cancellation paperwork that was filled out. I was FURIOUS!!! They said I had to come in IN PERSON... AGAIN... to fill out the paperwork. I had moved away and there was no way I could make it there to cancel. They also told me that it would charge again because you have to fill out the paperwork 30 days in advance, which I had already done. I wasnt getting anywhere with them so I called my bank and told them about it and my bank made it right. I use Wells Fargo and they did an awesome job of getting me all of my money back because I hadnt been back to the establishment since I canceled my membership. Please do not sign up for said membership due to theft. My friend had the same thing happen to her. SAD!!! I loved my girl who I got services with but the establishment I would not recommend due to management issues.I own a business in Woodstock, GA and would never treat my customers this way... It makes me sad to have to write this review because I know how hard it is to run a business. With that being said, I hope they will take better care of their paying customers in the future and that they will learn from this mistake. This effects the massage therapists getting more customers. In my experience, they did an awesome job with there service renderings. The management, however is what I have a problem with.I write this review to warn customers of theft by membership... not because I was unhappy with my service.

Each therapist customizes your massage to your individual specification with just the perfect amount of communication so your massage is relaxing and personalized just for you. I would recommend Elements Massage to anyone.

Yesterday I went for a massage at Elements Roswell and it was a wonderful experience. I had a 90 min with Mina. It was exactly what I needed. She took her time and spent a lot of time on my problem areas. She seems to genuinely love her job and that is always nice when receiving a service like this. I highly recommend Elements and Mina!!

Mercedez is wonderful! She does an incredible job and you cant help but love her. The massage therapists Ive seen so far are caring, personable, professional, and go above and beyond their responsibilities to be a massage therapist. I only wish it were closer to my house.

From start to finish, it was a pleasant experience. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy, checking in was easy and the wait was very short. More importantly, I loved the massage! Vasti was wonderful. She got all the knots out of my shoulders and back. I am feeling so relaxed!

My husband and I always have a great experience when we come here. We got our first massage using a group on and ever since that we decided to join as a member!! Best decision of our life❤️❤️ . I just recently had a massage done by Eric and he was amazing gentle and got all my knots out!! I will be back to see him!!

I had my 1st massage ever back in September. The massage therapist was Eric. He was wonderful, very professional, and gentle. The pressure he used was just right for me. He asked about my problem areas, and where to focus his attention. I highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for an enjoyable, relaxing experience.Thank you Eric!!!!

Best massage ever from Eric. Dont judge a book by its cover, he is a gentle and smart person...but strong and will do wonders for your body. I couldnt move my shoulder for over a month without crying in pain, he was able to help heal it so I could do my job. Best neuromuscular therapist around.

I love how Elements Massage puts clients’ safety first during these times. They limit the traffic to only one client in the lobby, take your temperature, change linens after each client and added extra 15 minutes between appointments to clean and sanitize EVERYTHING in the room. Everyone wears masks. With a little baby at home, I needed massage for my back maintenance but was hesitant to go outside given the social distancing guidelines. The staff at Elements made me feel VERY SAFE and my therapist Mayna was amazing, as always. I’ll definitely come back soon!

I had a 1 hour session booked and the therapist decided to leave before my session leaving me stranded after I drove 40 minutes to have this massage. The manager didnt seem too interested in fixing the issue, instead she booked another session with another client right in front of me after my massuese left me high and dry.

Amazing!! Best massage I have had! Today was mine and my husbands first visit and we signed up for the monthly massage membership. I love how flexible the program is and it really makes wellness a priority!If you haven’t tried this location yet you are missing out!!!

I dont like sharing bad news but I highly recommend trying somewhere else. Save the frustration. Ive had 3 bad experiences here and I just dont want you to waste your time. They cancelled a massage on Mothers Day, they kept charging me after my monthly sessions were up and it took 3 phone calls to have it resolved and refunded and now this time, after giving them one last try, they scheduled me for a 60 minute when I called for a 90 minute and could not accommodate. Maybe youll have better luck.

I would highly recommend Gabrielle. Her deep tissue massage had the right amount of pressure in my troubled areas. Three days after my massage my body feels great. I was so impressed, I even signed up for a membership.

I went to see Tara the first time with my neck so stiff I could barely turn it one direction. After a few massages she had me feeling so much better and back to normal. I am so glad I found her! Highly recommend.

Best massage I have had in years. The atmosphere is totally relaxing and the staff is so helpful. I plan on going back again. Their membership packages are excellent and I like them better then massage Envy. Their therapist are much more consistent then other places I have visited.

I like Elements, because it is easy to book an appointment and Eric is GREAT! He really understands the body and how to help with any issues you may have!They are currently practicing safe guidelines and I felt very comfortable there. place. My visit was with Eric and he was amazing!

After a mediocre first visit to Elements, manager Andrena more than made up for it on our second go round. Not to mention that both she and Winston have magical hands :) This experience completely changed our opinion of Elements Roswell and we will gladly return. It was definitely the most exceptional customer service Ive ever received. Thank you!!

My wife went in for a free massage given to her for relief of some stress. The massage itself was good, but somewhere along the way they got her into signing a contract where each month we have had money taken out of our account since Feb . We live in canton/ballground and there would be no sense to sign into an agreement. Now they aren’t willing to reimburse the money. I know first hand running a business and to always take of the customer the best way possible without being taken advantage of is rule of thumb. I will continue to post further reviews on any possible website there is, so no other person will be taken advantage of. Yes it took to June to figure it out because I though Element was a homeschooling thing we enrolled in til they called one day and asked if I wanted to pay the past 3 months because for some reason the credit card wasn’t going through. Shame on these places that do the little bait and switch especially during these times when a lot of people are hurting and financially beat down. I’ve read other reviews and it sounds like it is a common thing. Putting a complaint in with the BBB next week and will continue to leave reviews where I can.

Very first massage that Ive ever had. It was a prenatal massage and wonderful. Debbie was so attentive to my needs and very gentle with me and my growing tummy. I was relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Thanks Debbie.

There is a man there named nicknamed Scorpio who is honestly one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen. Dont let the biker appearance fool you (although he does ride) he is one of the jolliest teddy bears I have ever met. I came in with a hurt shoulder and after talking with him for a minute he already knew my problem, worked very carefully as to be sure that was the case, and fixed it in less than 15 minutes. He is upbeat and passionate for his career and helping people. I can not gush more about this man. If you go here ask for him and he will do you right. Also he does home visits with his own massage company too if that suits your preference.

Won’t ever go back! Had my appointment at 4pm showed up at 3:45pm and next thing you know it got canceled because the massage therapist didn’t show up! Waisted my time..The ladies in the Front were super sweet! But won’t ever go back.. sorry

Excellent massage therapy. They employ more seasoned and experienced therapists compared to places like Massage Envy or Lavida Massage. This place is great especially if you have a medical condition that requires physical therapy as some of the therapists are trained in medical massage and pain management.

Natalie Goodwin, they did the same thing with me too.I went to this establishment twice and on the 3rd massage I decided to cancel my membership I called in and been told that they will cancel my membership and asked them If I need to sign anything I been told no and that they will email me a confirmation letter to my email address I never really went back to check for the confirmation letter until I noticed that I been charged again this month , I called in today and the receptionist told me that I have to fill out a cancellation form knowledgeable about canceling the membership and told me that it would charge again because you have to fill out the paperwork 30 days in advance, which I wasnt told about when I called in last month .I would not recommend this establishment due to management issues and bad service.

A complete waste of money. Therapist did not review intake form before massage so not sure why its required to be filled out. My first visit and it will be my last. She basically rubbed oil on me without any pressure or consistency. EDIT: I got charged again! If the “issue was resolved” then when why Am I seeing ANOTHER charge on my account!? No one sign up for their subscriptions. Don’t do it.I had been going to elements for a few months and everything was fine. In December I decided to cancel my subscription. After reading the reviews I knew I had to physically go IN to elements to sign a form to cancel. I did. I signed a form saying I wanted to stop my reoccurring payments. Today I got charged again. This is not okay. I guess they plan on taking my money for the rest of my life.

Sherrie is hands down way more than a massage therapist. Her knowledge of the muscles is second to none. She is knowledgeable and asks questions. Makes the massage about you! Definitely not your average therapist.

Bought a groupon for a 90-min massage. It was probably the best one Ive ever gotten. Sherri was very in tune with my trigger points and would lighten up when it was too much. I would definitely recommend this place.

Booked an appointment for some back pian Ive been having. They messed up my scheduled time and the massager went home. Im very annoyed as I drove 30mins to get here and they didnt even apologize. Terrible service, nobody was even at the front desk. Go literally anywhere else.

Quida was amazing. Miss my girl Charmaine but Quida made up for that. Have had horrible back pain and Quida used her clinical experience to help me. She seemed like she truly cared about me and went the extra mile.

Best masseuse award goes to Mr. Ron! He always listens to my concerns and knows exactly what to do / which techniques to use to relieve my pains/aches. I used him pre-pregnancy, during pregnancy for prenatal massages and then now post-pregnancy...and always feel 100% after the appointment. Thank you RON!

Overpriced for hands on time advertised. Frankly its false advertisement! Its advertised as a 60min massage... you pay for a 60 minute massage, yet you get a 50min hands on. And its NOT full body like I know a full body massage. Freaking rip off! Will not be returning or recommending🙅‍♀️🙅‍♂️
