I was recommended this place by my besties and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. I’ve been to many massage stores but this one is the best. I was greeted by a soothing atmosphere and friendly staff, which immediately put me at ease. I opted for the deep tissue massage, and my therapist was incredibly skilled. She took the time to understand my problem areas and tailored the massage to address them. The pressure was perfect, and I could feel the tension melting away with each stroke. After the massage, I felt like a new person. My muscles were relaxed, and I had a renewed sense of energy. Cant wait to go back for another session.

I recently visited Up Massage and had an amazing experience. The ambiance was relaxing, and the staff was incredibly professional and friendly. They are the best in town, hands down! Very experienced therapists and are ysually available for walk-in appointments. I’ve been to 5-star top of the line spas and Up Massage is some of the best massages Ive ever had.

Great Local foot massage place in Roswell.I enjoyed my foot massage here because my therapist explained and addressed problems. It was cool how all of your body parts are in your foot.I went with two of my friends and we were able to sit next to each other and get massage.Walk in is not able and you have to call to make a reservation .They offered different styles of massage and time.

I have a frozen shoulder and a partial muscle tear. THIS GUY JOHN is legit good. First time, I got a 10 minute chair massage. Second time a 20 minute chair massage. After the 2nd time he suggested I get the Meridian massage to work out my knot/pain point on my back shoulder blade..... And the 3rd time a Meridian electronic massage (think a tens unit). Every single time, I have MORE MOBILITY in my shoulder after I leave. The Meridian massage is not for the faint of heart if you have a painful spot but let me tell you he has almost fixed my shoulder. I will go back probably at least one more time for this spot. JOHN IS THE MAN. He will find that spot in your arm/shoulder/back and work it. So grateful I tried this place. Gonna get my boyfriend to try a massage for his shoulder from working on a computer all day.

I have been a customer at this place for several years. About two weeks ago, I came in for a Head-to-Toe service. Before I even reached my chair, three different people asked if I wanted a body massage.They have a new masseuse who also asked me again. I kindly declined, but he suggested a 30-minute body massage and a 30-minute foot massage. I told him that Ive been coming here for a long time, and I know exactly WHAT I WANT. I made it clear that I didnt want to discuss it any further. Just five minutes into the session, he had the audacity to ask if I wanted CBD lotion (heads up it’s $20 and $10 for coconut oil. LOL). I firmly said no.I returned this Friday and encountered the same masseuse. I thought we had sorted this out last time, so it should be fine. But NO, he started pestering me AGAIN! I told him that if he didn’t stop, I would leave. Despite this, he continued to push the body massage. I couldn’t believe his freaking insanity! I got up and left.Its totally disgusting, unprofessional and unacceptable, and they’ve lost a loyal client because of this.

I should have known it was going to be bad when they were arguing in the beginning of massage- it was very uncomfortable. Left in more pain than I came in with. Had a full body massage on Wednesday it’s Saturday and my foot still hurts with a pain I didn’t have when I walked in there. I’ve had many massages and soreness is expected with the knots that I had but this is not sore this is actual pain. Would not recommend.

If I could give this place a million stars I would. I have had chronic pain since I carried my children (the oldest is almost 18). I wont bore you with all the modalities Ive tried over the years to get out of pain, but OK, since you asked...many different types of massage, including 3 hour lymphatic drainage, deep tissue, fascia release, acupuncture, acupressure, tapping, endless amounts of supplements, going gluten-free & dairy free, epsom salt baths, Himalayan salt cave, red, blue, & yellow light therapy, steam & dry saunas, Stretch Zone, stretching on my own, yoga trapeze with inversions, dry needling, diet and exercise (all types), Hydromassager, Christian meditation, binaural beats, talk therapy, Holistic transformation & transmuting the cause therapy, support groups for trauma, chiropractic, and using essential oils, just to name a few. The first time I stepped foot in here, JOHN got me out of chronic pain in 30 minutes! The following day, I tried meridians treatment. There are no words. He broke up the tightness and fascia adhesions in my low back, hips and glutes, as well as my shoulders and traps. I am on my way to true HEALING and forever grateful and WILL keep coming back!!

I’ve been going here for over a year and every time is fabulous. They are very knowledgeable and professional. This is my “go to” gift certificate requests for birthday and holidays.Highly recommend Gohn to have your meridian aligned with electro therapy. Google it! My lower back and sciatic nerve has had me in so much pain until they recommended this treatment. So much better now that it’s hard to even believe.Nice people that really want to help people live a better life…pain free!

I am so happy I found Up Massage! The staff was professional & welcoming. After reading so many good reviews, I requested Wendy and she is exactly what everybody said she’d be. It’s evident she heavily studies the body and Chinese Medicine - she knew exactly where I was hurting and why. On top of that, the intense, but perfect pressure she uses is insane! This is the first true deep tissue massage I’ve received and exactly what I was looking for. She said I’d be sore the next day and was not lying! She gave me all types of tips and basically “homework” to start healing my body. It’s very clear she is passionate about what she does and wants to help anybody she comes across. She even recommended I try other masseuses there as well because of how good everybody is. Wendy is a very kind, knowledgeable and genuine person, I cannot wait to return!

I’ve been here about 4 times and every time has been amazing. All of the masseuses are very knowledgeable and skilled. They apply the right amount of pressure. They also suggest the proper types of massages once you tell them your challenges. Best massage spa I have ever been to.

Had a quick walk in; no previous call so some of the chaos was reasonable. Amazing deep tissue and sports massage, I could not have been happier. They are hard working, and will tend to your needs. A bit of frustration due to language gaps, however, if you can explain what you need, I dont think you will be disappointed. They are welcoming and dedicated. :) Hope this helps, I havent found a therapist who would put so much effort in. Going back on a frequent basis.

Very professional, nice and clean atmosphere. I have had a lot of massages, but none as good as the lady that gives them there. She is very detailed in her work. Shes the best!!! She doesnt talk the entire time. She asked about pressure and then quiet. Prices are great as well. If you want a nice, professional massage this is the place

Man! This place is amazing. Got a pregnancy massage and got into every inch of my sore spots, with perfect pressure. I’m definitely going to finally get good sleep! Everyone is so friendly. We are from out of town, but will definitely visit this wonderful place every time we visit!

My husbands lower back seized, on New Years Eve, and I needed an emergency appointment for him. UpMassage was open and had availability so, I brought him in.I feel so lucky to have found this place. They have trained Chinese Acupressure therapists that have an anatomical understanding deeper than the typical surface Swedish massage. She could tell my husband had knee trouble from looking at his back.If you are in pain and need a massage place that understands how to compliment medical needs you may have, I strongly recommend UpMassage.Its more than just oils and hot stones, its the real deal. Additionally theyve been under new ownership and management for the last 2 years so if you had a different experience 3 years ago, its safe to return.

The best massage place in town, tried different masseuses, and they all really know how to get those stubborn knots out.I love that their opening times are long, so you can always find a spot or time with them.

I love this place. I went in today for a 60 minute full body massage without an appointment. They were friendly, the place was clean, and smelled very good. The blankets and towels were freshly laundered as well. I received the deep tissue massage because of pain I’ve had and they were able to point out why this has been happening. I will definitely go back to them for another massage. Also, the price was cheaper than I expected. They really could charge more and I would still return.

I tried UP Massage after a recommendation by a trusted friend. I will not leave! If youre looking for a lavender mist experience this might not be your pick but if youre ready for the real deal at a reasonable price, youll find it with Wendy. She takes your care to a new level. She is knowledgeable in both reflexology and deep tissue massage.

I have been a patron here for over a year and John is really good. Today I made an appointment with John for 1pm and waited and waited. He told me he still had 25 minutes left on the previous massage. Why give me an appointment if you cannot honor it? I am very disappointed and will not go back. I have had several massages where they try to pull John into another massage while in an appointment with me. Unprofessional and stressful when the very reason I am there is to de-stress. John is great if you can get him for a whole appointment. There are many massage places around, find one that will honor their appointments and start on time.

I am so grateful to have found this place. I’ve been to many therapists and there’s only been a handful of therapists that I really love, but Wendy, she is so special. When her hand touches my body it’s like she knows exactly where to treat. She is well-versed in all pressure points and really educates on what your almonds are according to your own body’s map. From her I’ve learned that your body can talk and can tell an educated therapist exactly what your body needs she really does care about your health and well-being.What once you get to know her you understand that she loves to study the body, she is very intelligent, she has an extensive educational background behind her and it shows through her work. She has magical hands. My visit with her is always pleasant and I look forward to every meeting we have. I highly recommend Wendy she is the best!

Up massage is the absolute best! I have been to many other places but Up massage can not be beat! And Wendy is beyond knowledgeable! She finds every stress point and cares so much about making you feel better!

Wendy is a Pro. If you want a LEGIT, fantastic massage to help your body recover, feel better, etc. - then this is the place and Wendy is your girl. Strong hands and very thorough - she knows what shed doing. I have a terrible lower back and shes the only one in Roswell I have found who takes the time and energy to heal my body. 10/10

Up Massage is the best that Atlanta has in terms of general, deep tissue and reflexology. A friend who is a trainer recommended that I try Up and he wasn’t wrong. Very dedicated and knowledgeable staff!

Have been searching for a massage therapist since the one I used moved inside the perimeter. Well, I finally found one. UP Massage is in the strip mall where Stony River is located (corner of 92 and Alph Hwy). The therapist’s name is Wendy. Very competent at deep tissue (will make you say “Uncle!”) but, overall, just really good at working out the knots. Prices are great and she has some very complimentary reviews on Google. Went in for a foot massage last night with John. He was amazing. Applied the perfect pressure and I walked out of there feeling great ! Definitely will be my new go to spot. And for only $40 for an hr! Cant beat it

I had been thinking of trying this place due to it being close, having a great price and seemingly well reviewed online. I was NOT disappointed. Today I had the pleasure of meeting Lin (I believe how she spelled it) who welcomed me, told me about the pricing and packages they offer, as well as additional services for future visits. She was very accommodating. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere was relaxing and quiet. They even had a heater in the room because it was a colder than usual day to make sure that I could stay warm and relaxed for my massage. My masseuse was Ava, and she was so nice, so caring and just generally a very nice person. She was very professional, and we even joked about the weather and such, I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep. I have chronic issues with my lower back and my legs, so she was able to relieve all the tension I had built. Ive been here since March, and I am sad I didnt try this place sooner, there had been a few other local places Ive tried and they just didnt give the attention to the customer like they do, and the price is so low compared to everyone else, especially for what you get. Ill be back to see Ava again in the future, that is for sure!I cant recommend this place enough!

My husband and I are in town for the weekend and decided to get a massage and wow!!!!!!!!I cant even imagine why this place is not booked up for months. Ava was amazing my husband was with lin and he said she was as well. The service was outstanding. Ava even walked us out to the car with an umbrella since it had started raining when we were done, not part of the service but wow what customer service!Hands down the best experience my husband and I have ever had. We will definitely be back here and we are from Florida.

Wendy is probably the best therapeutic masseuse ever. She understands much more than technique. She understands how the different parts of the body interact. This is a therapeutic massage (strong manipulation of the muscles) which will likely feel uncomfortable, but trust me, you will feel better in the long run.

Loved our massages. Much needed after a long run. Our therapists pinpointed all our knots effectively with the right amount of pressure, leaving us feeling relaxed and even a bit taller. We will be back soon!

I go to get massaged regularly from Wendy and get the Ying Yang massage. It is always a great relief, so relaxing and therapeutic. She is very sweet person and the place is clean and the staff is friendly. Greatest massage of all time.

I walked in never before having had a foot massage. Oh my goodness it was amazing. Helen was so good. My legs and feet havent felt this good on a long time. And a plus is the reflexology also helped with other issues . So glad I took a.chance on the.place.

My kids booked me a massage here for my birthday. Gems, my kids. They dont take advanced payment over the phone, FYI, so this gift ended up on me. Funny how that works. Lin(t?) gave me the most fabulous deep tissue massage I have ever had in my entire life for a great price. Magical, strong hands, this petite Chinese woman from Hong Kong has! She was so good, and I had so many muscle knots, I upped it to 90 minutes. She did upsell me on a more luxurious massage cream for an extra $10, which is a little steep IMO, but my body is soft as a babys bottom today. The room was stuffy upon arrival, and they turned the air down for me.Nothing glam about this joint, and I do wish the hole for your face was bigger, as I think I have more pronounced nasolabial folds post-treatment; but it is close to my house and the absolute best bang for my buck and therapy for my clustered fascia, tight muscles, and joint pains. Lin is a lovely girl, and we had fabulous girl talk. I plan to become a regular at the UP Massage Spa. Recommend to all who need some UP in their day. :)

The massage therapists at UP Massage are the best., truly. I have been to some of the best spas in the world and the best massage I have had has been a few miles from home. Prices are also great and I love the staff.

If you are looking for a ‘proper’ deep tissue massage - this Spa is fantastic! The masseuses here are all great (particularly Wendy and Helen) and really know their stuff. I recommend the back walk and Gua Sha!

Just got a body and foot reflexology massage combo and it was AMAZING!! Mike is really good and got every spot in my back. Qould definitely recommend and way cheaper and better then those big company massage places. I will be making this a part of my monthly routine :)

Unprofessional sums this experience up. I scheduled an appointment, showed up and was told I couldnt get the services I selected because a couple scheduled a couples massage right after me and she needed to be available to help with that service. She kept stopping our conversation to answer the phone. I definitely wont be back.

I just left there and the air doesnt work it was hot as hell but they did bring in a fan. The lady that was massaging me stopped to take a phone call. And stop twice to assist other customers she was nice but I wont go back I could not relax because I was so hot

Requested a deep massage and barely got a Swedish massage. On top of being told it would cost $50 and being charge $82. Such a rip-off.
