Love Zenergize, they are very pleasant, its quiet and peaceful and prices are reasonable. I would recommend them for massage and facials.

I have been going to Zenergize for years but my overall experience with Nat lately has been AWFUL! Every time Ive contacted the spa to schedule a massage or even when I am there, he has been incredibly rude and insulting over the simplest things. Multiple therapists have told me in the past years of his attitude towards them and now I am finally experiencing it myself. Zenergize has amazing deals but its not worth Nats unnecessary and unprofessional attitude. Once my prepaid massages are over, I will not be returning. I truly hope he changes his approach to future clients.

This place y’all!!! My daughter of 10 has been hurting for months from sports and growing. I was nervous about a massage for her because she’s so young and you know, there are creepy people out there, but this place was wonderful!! They made us so comfortable and she walked out a new person. We now plan on coming weekly to help with her growing pains and sore muscles from sports and such! It’s not surprising they’ve been in business as long as they have. What a lovely place!

My massages with Lisa have been phenomenal! The first time I went, she listened carefully to my needs and preferences, as well as to my experience with my former massage therapist in another state (I moved here last fall). Im a cyclist so I need a lot of work on my legs; my back, however, tends to be sensitive. She used her expertise to give my muscles exactly what they needed.

Love this place. I originally had a Massage Envy membership when I found a great Groupon for Zenergize. After the first massage I cancelled my membership and have been going here for 4+ years. I have had 3 regular massage therapist and they are all amazing! I was even able to have prenatal massages. Nat, the owner, and Jemille are great and very personable.

Zenergize is a wonderful spa tucked away in downtown Roswell. The owners and staff have been very kind and always accommodating! My massages with Lisa are always fantastic. Having arthritis, it is important that my therapist be strong and able to get into the deep tissue areas . She covers everything without making you feel like she’s rushing. It’s always a relaxing time at Zenergize!!

I loved my experience so much so that I called the next day and scheduled a massage for me and my husband. The location was close to downtown Roswell which is a really nice area. The atmosphere was bright and clean. I had talked with the owner when I got there (since I was so early). The spa has been in business for 7 years. My therapist was great and very experienced. As I said... Ill be going back again!!

Recently visited Zenergize for the first time to redeem a birthday gift certificate. The owner was working the desk with another employee and made me feel very welcomed. My massage by Lisa was just what I needed and relieved all my aches and pains. Pricing was also very reasonable and they even offered discounted treatments at checkout which I would have purchased if I did not have a few other certificates to move thru. Would definitely recommend and plan on returning.

I love Zenergize. I have been going there for about 5 yrs. and dont really like to go to other spas even with free gift cards. I love Jeanetta, whom I use as my massage therapist. She has amazing hands. It is a very peaceful spa where I feel very relaxed and at peace during my time there. I also use them for my ear candling experience which has been very helpful. I love Nate and always love going to Zenergize and highly recommend this spa.

I love Zenergize and my massage therapist. You cant get a better massage, or a more cost effective massage. You are not rushed, everyone is friendly (Ive tried Spa Sydell and they were downright rude!) The atmosphere is lovely. Its really low key, high quality and just blissful! Book well ahead - they stay busy.

I received a Groupon for my birthday for a 60 minute massage. The massage was very nice however the older lady at the front desk was very rude to me when I was leaving. She tried to sell me a package deal of massages for promotional special they had going on and I kindly declined then she went on to say that she would like for people to usually purchase it before they leave. She then asked me if I had already left a tip before I even got a chance to give the tip to her to pass on to the masseuse. After I handed her the cash she decided to tell me that the tip I was leaving was not enough because the massage itself is more expensive than what you purchased on Groupon. I could not believe my ears. I work in the service industry as well and tips are greatly appreciated no matter how much and they should never be expected nor should clients be harassed about how much tip theyre leaving! I did enjoy my massage but I would never return to this place just because of the receptionists behavior!

Zenergize is a classic small Roswell business and Im always happier to support local rather than the big box chains. The location is tucked away at the end of a strip mall, but is nestled in the trees and you can feel yourself relaxing as you reach the door. Front desk staff is always friendly and accomodating. There are often monthly specials or discounts on return visits which they point out, but Ive never felt pressured to purchase. Prices are very reasonable. Ive had several different therapists for massage and am never disappointed. Before each massage the therapist takes time to find out what your needs are or any special areas needing attention. Ive recommended to several friends and gotten plenty of thanks for introducing them.

Ive been going to this spa for at least a year now. I really enjoy the massages. The owner, Nat, is very welcoming and has a great attitude and customer service. I always cash in on their monthly specials which are a great deal. My only concern are the thin walls on the main side of the spa. I prefer being on the opposite side when I get massages.

I originally tried Zenergize thanks to a Groupon deal. But, Ive stayed a customer thanks to their return specials that are offered at checkout as well as the phenomenal massages I receive from Laikin. The atmosphere is very relaxing and quaint. And a 90 minute massage lasts AT LEAST 90 minutes! I love that fact. Always a pleasure to go and always relaxed when I leave.

I always have wonderful massages here! Ive had several different therapists as I dont go regularly enough to get in with one person consistently, but Ive never had a disappointment. The experience is always therapeutic and relaxing!

I started coming to Zenergize about 5 years ago via a Groupon. I had purchased 3: one for me and 2 for my parents. My dad had never had a massage and my mother being quadriplegic, rarely receives massages because most of the areas are really not handicapped accessible. My parents loved it. The staff is so kind, friendly, and accomodating. This was my fathers first and last massage before he passed; but he raved about it! My mother and I try to go at least 3 times a year.I live in the Lithonia area so I pass several places but always come back for the wonderful services and the loving staff.

I have been coming here for a while for massages, because they are awesome and a great price! Yesterday I decided to do my first facial. She was great. Explained everything she was going to do first and made sure I was comfortable. We all need to remember to take care of ourselves!

Zenergize was a very welcoming place. Everyone was warm and inviting. The atmosphere was clean and calm. My masseuse, Nervily(sp) was very nice and the massage was great! It was just enough pressure for me. I would definitely recommend this place and come back sometime in the future.

I bought a Groupon(1 hour massage) because Zenergize was recommended to me by a friend. I wasnt impressed with the atmosphere when I walked in, everything in the lobby is old and needs updating. The massage therapist was a lovely lady BUT she did not stop talking the whole time. She had music on but the music had ads that kept popping up, she didnt turn down the lights, and to top it off she pushed really hard on my sternum. I asked her what that was and she said my hands were drawn there. What?! She finally turned me on my stomach and literally massaged for 10 minutes and she said were were out of time. I should have said something when I checked out but she was there the whole time and didnt want to do it in front of her. I wont be going back.

The staff was very impolite when I needed to reschedule the massage due to having car problems the day of my session. He threatened to redeem my Groupon coupon and charge me 30$ extra for services not provided.

Great place for a Massage! I have had about 3-4 massages here & they have all been great! I had my last one with Jeanatta (SP?) She was wonderful! I highly recommend this place for a massage. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming, go get your massage today!

Place is nice. I wasnt too impressed by the therapist. The massage was rough and too deep. Therapist never asked how the pressure was. Even when I asked to lighten up, the therapist didnt. The next day I was so sore from the massage. I could hardly. Also the therapist smelled like smoke. I might give another chance but a different therapist.

Super sweet owners, three consistently awful massages with three different masseuses. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but this place wasted my time and money multiple times without one attempt to make it right after sharing feedback. Avoid and go for places with more rigor to the new hires, cleanliness and less turnover.

**Update since owner response on 2/20** Unfortunately sir, your facts are incorrect and clearly you have missed my point regarding customer service. I have taken the liberty of posting pictures of the series of texts to the google page for Zenergize that I received, they are also on Yelp. First, with my original appointment scheduled at 10am and second, the request of Zenergize to switch my appointment time to 11am to accomodate your masseuses schedule. No where in these texts was the instruction of a 10:45am arrival time, nor a 9:45am arrival time for my original appt at 10am. You ought to look into this, as you do seem to be misinformed regarding your companies automated booking system. The texts just show confirmation of the appt time. I was instructed on the phone, by you, to arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork. Most importantly however, is that my appointment started on time (11am) and was unnecessarily cut short for no real substancial reason offered by you. It sounds like the real reasons for my sub par experience had to do with overbooking and your masseuse trying to squeeze in an errand between appts. I was a customer willing to be a repeat one, but your behavior towards me proved to be anything but calmly attentive and reasonable... the complete opposite of Zen. For a business to expect clientele to be flexible regarding scheduling to accomodate its employees, only to turn around and demonstrate rigid inflexibility over a few minutes is abhorrent. A paying customer was snubbed and feels ripped off, that should have held more weight than your so called facts, however incorrect they are.**Original Post**My massage was wonderful at Zenergize Wellness Spa, given by Lisa. However, I am giving a rating of 2 for my overall experience with Zenergize. The day before my visit on 2/19/19, I was asked to move my appointment up an hour to accomodate the masseuses schedule. I accepted this request as I could be flexible and accomodate it. I only wish that my flexibilty was repayed in kind or reciprocated. Upon my arrival, I was promptly admonished by the owner for being a few minutes late, however, I was still about 6 or 7 minutes early for my appointment time at 11am. I was told that some minutes may need to be shaved off my time . . . not exactly the relaxing start I was envisioning. I admit to my slight tardiness having arrived for my appt 7 min early rather than 10 min, however, I did not create a late start time for my appt. There was a large digital clock in the massage room and my session started promptly at 11am, the scheduled time. My 90 min session, however, ended at 12:15pm. A whole 15 min early! I was also told, by the owner Nat, that the masseuse had an appointment scheduled right after mine, however, as I was checking out at the front desk, I watched her leave the facility in her car. I will reiterate that I greatly enjoyed my massage, given by Lisa. The facility seemed very clean and serene as well. Unfortunately, the overall relaxing experience left something to be desired. I am not certain if this hurried atmosphere/treatment had something to do with my using a groupon or if this is status quo at Zenergize. I visited this spa in order to relax and escape the busy hectiness of life, as Im sure most people do. My recommendation for this business would be to focus on creating a relaxing atmosphere in which clientele will want to return, from the moment they walk in. This certainly cant be accomplished by shaming the clientele for a few minutes of tardiness (still early though, and started appt. on time!) and taking an unwarrented and exaggerated amount of time off from a massage session. Unfortunately, I wont be a return customer, however, I hope this honest and accurate account is helpful to the business/prospective clientele.

I have visited Energize for quite a long time and have had spa services with several different massage therapists and estheticians over the years. I have always enjoyed my time spent in this peaceful space. The therapists are well trained and very good at what they do and the environment is perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation - who can’t use a little of that now and again?!?!?!...I highly and heartily recommend Zenergize Wellness Spa!

I have been coming here for years, and after trying many other spas around Atlanta, its still my go-to for facials and massages! I love the small, cozy atmosphere and how peaceful it always is, unlike a bigger chain spa. Everyone who works there is super sweet!

I always get the full 90 minutes of my massage, Jeanetta has healing hands. She is wonderful as an aesthetician also. Ive gotten facials there too, not just massages. It is a real treat to visit Zenergize. See for yourself!

I came in yesterday with intense lower back pain and, Lisa, and her wonderful and sensitive hands worked their magic. She is so intuitive as to where the muscles are tight, knotted, and tense. She is truly a miracle worker and I would recommend her to anyone, even if its just for a relaxing massage, or something geared to helping relieve pain like mine.

Zenergize is a wonderful day spa! I have used it many times for massage therapy, and every time is like a mini-vacation. The staff is professional and supportive, always providing a therapeutic massage experience that is personalized to what I need.

Zenergize is hands down the worst spa in Georgia. I feel extremely bad for the employees that have to deal with the owners racist, unprofessional, demonic, and rude ways. After my massage ” I was overly - pressured into purchasing a gift certificate, and she quickly got an attitude when I said “No, Thank-you.” I am a hardworking college student with chronic neck pain, so decided to get a Groupon to treat myself with some extra money I received. I accidentally left my wallet at home because I was rushing there from CLASS and was unable to leave a tip. BOTH of the owners began yelling and cursing at me and demanded I give a $20 tip for a $32 massage. She then said “YOU WILL RECEIVE BAD KARMA AND I HOPE IT FOLLOWS YOU BECAUSE GOD IS ALWAYS WATCHING.” She then made a extremely racist comment and said “this is exactly why I’m trying to protect my masseuses from people that look like YOU.” (Me being an AFRICAN female). Pretty racist remarks. I have never in my life been so uncomfortable and disrespected and I do not recommend this joke of a “spa” to anyone. I’d rather drink bleach and kick rocks then walk into that hell-hole ever again. All I can to the employees that get there….GET OUT!

Looooove this place. The atmosphere is so relaxing and soothing. I will say that some therapist are much better than others though. The last therapist I saw could definitely use a lot more training because the 1st one I had was superb! Shes the reason Im giving 5 stars and not 4.

Massage was average, nothing over the top. However, my visit eas a gift and even though I tipped the masseuse with the cash I had on hand, the lady and gentleman at tge check out went so far as to ask me to go get my credit card to finish my tip. This was as they reminded me my visit was a gift. So much for relaxing!

This place is horrible! The location is disgusting and the owner is disgusting and racist. I went to schedule an appointment here after purchasing a deal on Groupon (you get what you pay for) and I felt a little uneasy because of the look of the location. Its hidden in a weird, run down shopping center. Because I had driven so far to get there, I went against my gut feeling and just scheduled an appointment anyway. Worst decision of my life.These people took my money for three massage services after I had to reschedule my appointment. The owner, who is incredibly rude, told me that he was going to redeem my certificates whether I showed up or not. I questioned if that was legally possible to do and he basically said Im the owner, I can do whatever I want. Wow! I asked him if he treats all of his customers this way and he said Just the ones that cancel/reschedule service then hung up the phone in my face! Unreal. Ive never experienced anything like this in my life. I was completely taken back. Thankfully Groupon refunded me my money back.The owner Matt is a real jerk. Hes very argumentative and doesnt deserve to have a business. Definitely take your hard earned money else where.

Im giving this one star due to their lack of compassion or principal. The masseuse was fabulous, but due to the owners policy she is losing repeat business. The owner talked me into purchasing a gift certificate to use towards my next service, as it was much cheaper and it kept me coming back... great! However, I could not make this appointment due to a family emergency and did not call, completely my fault. However, they did not care to help me in any way, just a reply of, you did not show so you cannot use your certificate or any of the money towards a service. Its just a way of the owner making extra money because they do so poorly. By the way, my certificate does not say anything about this policy. I understand their time is of value and they need to be paid, but its principal. You, the owner, would want the same courtesy if you walked into my place of business.

This is the only place I would consider returning often. Joann listens very well and delivers a great custom massage. I am so happy to have found them initially through Groupon.

My family and I have been getting great massages for many years. The owners are truly caring and they have carefully and intelligently created an awesome team that cares for your well being. Highly recommend it.

I had a great experience here using a Groupon. The massage I received was from a lady (cant remember her name unfortunately), but she was very good and kept me relaxed for a long time after the massage (this is coming from a student who studies about 12 hours a day and has very hypertonic shoulder muscles).

Warning read all reviews before booking.While it may be possible to get a good massage here I would say odds are 50/50.I called because I was in pain from right hip flexors being tight and my regular therapist was booked out a month in advance. To my surprise he could fit me in right away. (A bad sign)I requested a hot stone because I knew it would help relax the area.I get there and get the sales pitch which I might have gone for but this happened.I went into the room explained I was there primarily for the hip flexor pain. Asked for hot stone and the lady Navria or something said she did not do that but showed me some roll on pain killer that I already had and she did not know the name of it. (Big hint)(Biofreez)I said ok the deep tissue should loosen it up.So she leaves the room and disappears for a long time and comes back with her trusty squirt bottle on her hip.I explained that I’m face up because it’s painful to lay face down on the hip area. Well that blew her mind and she seamed like a deer in the headlights.For the 5th time I showed the area in my hip that was tight and she said she needed to start on my legs.I knew then that I was dealing with dim bulb.I told her to forget it before she ever touched me because I could tell she was incompetent.I checked out and was told no problem, well of course no problem. I mentioned that I could not communicate with her and she was unable to do the hot stone I requested. I was admonished for not giving her a chance.Well I didn’t because I knew it was not going to be worth my time or money.Part 2Being in the carpet cleaning business I noticed the carpets had never been cleaned and the massage table was hard and lumpy like a left over from the 1940’s which would fit with the pattern of racism I see in the reviews.Extreme marketing and discounts are not needed when you offer a Quality service, there no need to undercut the competition.As I noticed in the reviews I fully expect a argumentative comments back from the owner.

This is a family ran business and takes pride in the services they offer. The therapist are excellent with years of experience. I have been going to this Wellness Spa for 4 years and highly recommend this spa..

Far more competitive prices than your typical chain spas. However, what you get in value, you might lack in other amenities. This is pretty much the only place we go for massages.
