I have been coming to this location for 2 years now and never had a message therapist as hardworking, dedicated, skillful, gentle and effective as Sol is. She is VERY knowledgeable of what she is doing and in identifying and explaining muscle groups. She has helped me in moments of deep pain and immobility. SHE IS THE BEST! Don’t underestimate her strength because she can really get in those deep spots! 20/10 recommend you try her if you come to this location.

First time actually going to an actual massage spa and let me just I was throughly impressed with the service. Please ask for crystal she was amazing!

Bad Customer service, a rotating staff that constantly doesnt know what to do, say, or how to answer simple questions. They make and break promises.The massage technicians are there for a month then gone.Everything at this location is about chaos, having no integrity, and causing havoc in peoples lives.Dont go here, they dont care about you, all they care about is signing you up as a member so they can get their bonus points, then your worth nothing and made to feel like your a problem instead of a customer.Buyer Beware!You have been warned!

Alma is the best! She is super friendly and professional. She knows what she’s doing and you won’t regret going with her. She applied the right pressure and always made sure to check with me.

Really disappointed with the customer service. Tried to go for my first time yesterday, my fiance scheduled a couples massage for us at least a week in advance. We showed up for our appointment and was told that we would be in separate rooms. The front desk asked us if we got a call to tell us it wasnt in the couples room. Apparently they called me a few hours before the appointment but didnt leave a message. I had no clue it was massage envy trying to tell us the same day of the appointment that it wasnt going to be a couples massage. I kept questioning when the next availability would be for a couples massage so we could reschedule, and was told the couples room is always available? I never got a clear answer as to why we couldnt be in the couples room. She tried to offer 20% off our session. It defeated the purpose of scheduling a couples massage. She tried to call her manager but manager never got back to her so we left. We ended up going to Magic massage spa retreat and got an appointment immediately to be in the couples room. Im so glad that massage envy didnt work out. It was awkward, unprofessional , and extremely confusing why they would do that to us. Especially since it was our first visit.

Save your money. Not a serene and peaceful environment here. The staff are very loud and unaware of how their voices carry from one room to the next. I have been going to this Massage Envy for a few years now and this location seems to be getting very loud recently. I scheduled a 90 minute massage appointment but I left after 50 minutes due to another therapist talking to their client the entire time. Corporate Massage Envy needs to invest in sound proofing between the sheetrock walls so my therapist doesn’t have to turn up the “tranquil” music and put a towel over my head due to so much noise.

Jessica is awesome! Ive seen my skin improve dramatically since Ive joined Massage Envy. Shes very skilled and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.

I didn’t get the name of the girl who checked me in but she was so sweet and kind, Danielle was amazing. Made sure the pressure was good for me and was checking in with me throughout the massage. Danielle had amazing energy as well and I love that in my massage therapists.When I left the receptionist was a different girl, who was also nice and wasn’t too pushy with memberships. Even though I could use one it’s just not in my cards right now so I appreciated that she respected that. I would Definitely come back.

Galina is an amazing massage therapist. I’ve been seeing her for a few years now and she has never disappointed. I have tight shoulders and neck muscles and she takes her time to really work on those areas consistently. I don’t see any other therapist, she is the best

If I could give no stars I would. I have emailed your team I hope to hear back asap. I arrived to my appointment with plenty of time 30min. I stood in the lobby for 15-20min no one was there. Mind you this was an evening appointment. It was scary anyone could have walked in and to be honest with the theft problems lately I was scared. Finally someone came out after so long. I was checked in asked to go wait in the waiting room. My massage therapist came and got me at 7:05pm my appointment was at 7pm so much for getting there early because my appointment started late. I was never offered tea or water before or after. This was my first prenatal appointment ever and was I so looking towards it. I paid extra for an enhancement and we’re literally a waste of money. I’ve been a member for so long and honestly I’m so disappointed in ME. The rates are higher and the service is so bad. Also please consider thoroughly cleaning your carpets and restrooms.

Jess is great! Very thorough and gentle. She’s very knowledgeable about the different types of skin care products and how they help your skin.

Sol did a great job very relaxing smooth hands great job on deep tissue was perfect. I really enjoyed her massage. She was quiet. Allowed me to meditate fall asleep and it was one of the best massages I had.

I did my first firm massage with Alma. I must say it was great. She was attentive and checked in with me because I told her I do not get these type of massage. The massage went well and I am going to do another one with her because I believe she helped relieve some pain that was knitted in my shoulder back area.

Victor is the best! No one compares. The only massage therapist I will go to. Truly gives the best massages!

The entire staff is incredibly thoughtful and kind. Sarata is an amazing massage therapist. She is very attentive to my needs and provides excellent massage at every visit.

Keith and Galina are outstanding massage therapists. They both give excellent deep tissue massages and have helped my shoulder rangebof motion and relieved rotator cuff pain. Both provided effective use of cupping. They really know what they are doing.

Danielle was very personable and made me feel seen and that my body mattered. Ashley Lima at the front desk was wonderful. So friendly and welcoming. Both women made me feel relaxed and very well taken care of

Ive been going to Sarada for almost a year now. She is great, can do all pressures but I finally have a masseuse that can do deep tissue that actually feels good. I always leave refreshed and relaxed after my appointments.

I started my membership last July. I wanted to experience massage envy for the first time. A few months into my membership. I finally met my massage therapist Alma and Jessica my aesthetician. I’ve been EXTREMELY pleased with both of these ladies if it’s not for them, providing me the wonderful treatment and experience. I would be canceling my membership. My routine is as follows i meet with Alma for 90 mins then to Jessica for my facials.It was during my yesterday session i learned that one of these ladies did not receive their yearly raise due to a higher up making a huge mistake and cost the company money.I have three questions::1. Is the person that made the mistake being accountable for the mistake2. why should these ladies and other staff have to suffer a consequence due to someone else’s negligence.3 I lastly did, corporate or upper management take a pay cut?I’d like to end my comment and review with this Jessica brings in a lot of money for your company I spend three to $400 on product at a time if it was not for her I would not be buying the product. She is the only aesthetician at that location. And lastly, the moment that I lose either one of these ladies, for any reason at all, especially because they are not being compensated, you will lose my membership. You can tell that moral is very low in the store, and it is unfortunate That inflation is going up however, their pay is not. Make that make sense to me. Best ME experience so far. The space was clean and welcoming. Fast and friendly service. Galinda was amazing. There is a location a couple blocks from my house but going to this one is worth the drive. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I hate to share my secret, but Victor is, BY FAR, the BEST massage therapist I have ever seen. He’s thorough and attentive to what my body needs.

Danielle is just an all around Phenomenal Human who has a passion for healing. I have been living with pain for years, within a few sessions with her I regained mobility that I havent had in a long time, the chronic pain is now gone. She is one of the most observant MTs I have ever had in 18 years. Its hard to get on her schedule, but if you do, my biggest advice to you is to fully relax, let go and TRUST HER, let her work her magic, everything she has suggested thus far in our sessions has made a world of a difference.

Just had a two hour session with Sol Mendoza. As always her sessions are relaxing and help with all my aches and pains. She always uses the right amount of pressure and works out all my knots. I always feel so much better after a session with Sol. 😘

Sol Does a great job , I deal with alot of back pain and have trouble sleeping at night after a massage I get my best sleeps and feel like my back problems are not there anymore. I been to alot of therapist and she works the best for me.

I have had a lot of massages in my 6 years with massage envy. Sol, from the pocket area massage envy offered stretching, hot towels during and after the massage.

Danielle is a body artist! She exudes such a positive, soulful, and kind energy. Her hands are magic. One of the best massage therapists I’ve ever experienced.

Great massage by Sol, but the front desk was so rude and incompetent I won’t return.There was an issue with my credits, which this same issue had already happened when I called to schedule (and supposedly had been resolved), so I was familiar with what was happening and tried to explain to the front desk staff but they refused to listen. Instead of working with me to troubleshoot and resolve the issue, the front desk was incredibly rude to me, condescending, argued with me, kept repeating the same thing, which I acknowledged and explained why that wasn’t the case but they didn’t listen to what I was saying, and instead insisted I pay for a massage that was ALREADY PAID FOR.I ended up paying simply to end the argument because it was clear the person “helping” me wasn’t going to listen to me, and was planning to call back and resolve the issue later. Only a few mins after I left, I received a call saying they figured it out and I wouldn’t be charged - but no acknowledgement of the frustrating situation, no apology (for the situation or their mistake), no explanation for why it couldn’t have been resolved when I was there in person explaining, nothing. The staff was so incompetent that they ruined my massage experience for literally no reason. Zero customer service skills.After a 90 min massage (that was for my birthday, too!) I should have left feeling relaxed and pampered, instead I was left frustrated and unhappy over the exchange with the rude front desk staff. A total bummer because I loved my massage therapist and was planning to rebook with her, but the front desk staff made the experience so uncomfortable and unenjoyable that I won’t return.Editing this to add that management contacted me after this review… to offer me an opportunity to rebook a full price appointment! Lucky me!Then when I responded with a polite follow up question the manager simply never responded.

I had a 90 minute massage with Alma, but left feeling disappointed. First, Alma ended our massage 6 minutes early. I feel misled when I purchase a 90 min massage and only receive 84 min. Second, I had book this to be a custom massage, but when I tried to tell Alma what I wanted, she insisted that she has her routine. After a few attempts, I gave up and let her do her thing. It resulted in me not getting a thorough back massage that I needed! If I wanted a mediocre masseuse who follows a standard routine for every single client, I would just go to the cheap Asian massage parlors and pay much less. Lastly, I asked for some kneading on my back, and she told me that she had broken her fingers and cant really use them for massage. That was super frustrating to hear. Overall Im not going to return to Massage Envy! I will find another place that actually cares about their clients needs.

I have no problems with the massage therapists, but their business practices are unfortunately questionable.I signed up for a “wellness plan” over a year ago. I called to cancel in August. I submitted the cancellation form 3 weeks later in September, and now 2 months later in November, I’m still being charged. I’ve called several times and apparently the manager is supposed to take care of processing cancellations, but their manager is no longer there after we spoke in August, so my cancellation has been sitting in an email inbox that no one actually checks. The staff at the front desk can’t do anything to help because again, it’s a manager thing. They said a manager from a different branch would reach out to me, but when I asked for their information and number so I could contact them, I was told “there isn’t a number” lol.I don’t understand how you can express desire to cancel, do what’s necessary to cancel, and still basically just be left hanging for as long as they want. Unacceptable.Avoid them at all costs. Again, the therapists are good, but it’s a bad business and leadership model. It also used to be a decent deal ($60/mo for one credit which equals a one hour massage), but they recently upped their charge with no warning and now they’re automatically deducting $80/mo)

Had my first massage with Maritza and signed up for the monthly plan , as a chronic tension holding in my neck and shoulders she has done wonders already! Going for my 3rd appointment on the 31st for a 90 minute massage and looking forward to it. The relief is amazing! 10/10 would highly recommed. ( If your looking for a gentle touch Maritza is your girl.)

Jessica always goes over and above to make me feel cared for. I moved to a further neighborhood but will travel back to the Pocket area location for my appointments as long as she is there.

A person working the front desk on 11/5/22 at the shift during the 2 to 3pm shift shouldnt be interacting with humans. And a truly incompetent group of people. No owning of their mistakes. Our massage therapist has had issues with these front desk workers.Issues always happen at this location because customer service doesnt exist here. Massages have been great. Front desk needs to go.

Wonderful experience! Staff was professional, polite, informative. I physically could not get up from a chair after a long day at work.. when I left I was relaxed, rejuvenated most of all on the up side of healing. Great job! Cant wait to return.. Im 38 and I have been receiving massages since I was a teenager. KEVIN!!!!! Speechless! He just know what he is doing. He gets in all the nooks and crannies. The neck, the chicken wing (shoulder blade) yes what I call it. There are people who are gifted at their profession, this is the case. A coworker recommended him, and am so glad she did.

They are fantastic! My mom and I have both been members for about 18 months. We enjoy our monthly massages and Chloe is a wonderful massage therapist! The only area I feel could be improved (and this is my one and only experience there) is with their facials. I got one during their intro when I first signed up and the person I got talked the whole entire time about products and techniques. It was FAR from relaxing. But, that is just one of their team members. Give them a try for sure!

Super upset with setting up a well over due appt for a massage inwhich a friend gave me. Same day appointment set up and had to cancel due to my phone breaking an hour prior to my appointment. I ran to a neighbors house to use the phone as I didnt want to be just a NO show, just for the attendant to put me on hold and come back laughing asking me so your phone broke we will take 50% of your next visit voucher. Thats just plain WRONG. They can keep the whole thing is thats how they feel about it. In which NOT ONCE when they booked my 1st time appointment did they ever even tell me they had a same day cancelation policy. I should have just NOT even courtesy called them if I knew they would be JERKS!!!!

If you ever go to this massage envy you have to ask for SOL she is very good and has lots of experience and I always feel relaxed after a session with her.

I have been getting massages for more than 30 years. Kevin is the best masseuse I have ever had.

This used to be a great place. I no longer live here and its a huge inconvenience to get a massage at any location that would be worth it. I cancelled my membership and they are still charging me. I know Covid has changed the standard of living but this is ridiculous.

GREAT therapists and great front desk staff; even though they routinely go through the good ones (a sure sign of upper level mismanagement). The owner has to be a crook; they forged my signature on a contract and me, a loyal customer with Massage Envy for YEARS, was strong-armed over this. Again, great therapists, but they would do well to leave them on mass and start their own therapy practice.

I have been getting regular massages for years and this was not a great experience. I felt rushed from the time I got there till the time they knocked on the door rushing us out of there to make sure we had our clothes on so they could get us out and clean the room. My massage was mediocre. My husband still feels worse and more tense than when he went in. We also paid for a 90 minute massage. Apparently that includes the time you sit down and talk to them as well because that certainly wasnt 90 minutes. I do understand that they have to try and sell their packages, but we told them from the beginning we were not interested and they still pushed it on us.

The massages have been fine but I am highly disappointed with the inflexible use of massages during COVID. I had 7 massages left and I wanted to gift a massage to a neighbor who was dealing with death in the family and they told me I couldnt gift any more because my contract had expired. I told them it was not my fault that they were closed in December and numerous times of the year. They said the computer wont let us schedule one for a friend. I was so disappointed and of course they suggested that I could pay for it. Seriously?? I just paid you $700 for a year membership, I have 7 massages left over, I need to use my benefits by March and you want me to come out of pocket, $65. So I purchased a membership for my daughter at DIFFERENT store and Ill just go to the one in Elk Grove now. Soooooo DISAPPOINTED what horrible customer service!!!

Hit or miss on getting a decent therapist. The good ones are overbooked so you have to wait a long time for an appointment. So to get a nearer-term appointment, you take what therapist is available. There are reasons that therapist is available, and a lot of times the massage they give illustrate the main reason.

This location is amazing. Their staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The massage i had there was the best I have had. Tyana is a phenomenal massage therapist. The experience was surreal.

No problem, they were booked until Saturday. I really didnt want to go there but Ive been holding on to this $65 gift card since last year😣

Message Envy is my way of regaining that feeling of excitement and refreshment. I exercise six days a week and my feet and calves are many times tight and sore. A trip to Message Envy provides that wonderful feeling of renewal, rejuvenation. When I leave my session, my mental health and body are so light and clear I am ready to do something creative. As a writer this is very important to me. Thanks Message Envy for giving me an experience that only you can give.

I pay 70+ monthly. I was surprised to have to pay extra because I didnt have enough credit for the service. I wasnt told I didnt have enough when I booked. Just a lack of communication.

Three of us went. Looks like we got jipped off because our 1 hour session was like 45 minutes only. I shouldnt have offered to tip. No one there seems genuinely excited to be there but good try.

Masseuses are morally horrible, you sign paperwork stating no sexual favors, which at first I thought was crazy, but some get your personal phone number and they do crazy stuff ! Dont go!!! Waste money, they massage slow and water time.

Steer clear. Unskilled workers at all levels and high turnover. I cant WAIT to get out of my membership. Not worth it. Hard to get an appointment too.

Women at the front desk is extremely push and did not let me enjoy my waiting time, and once the massage was over she kept bothering me and tying to rudely shove the membership down my throat, but the massage was good

I just want to know who has all gotten the chemical peel &&’ if it’s worth the money ??? I have oily skin &&’ large pores due to very bad acne break outs when I was younger I was told chemical peels help with acne , shrink large pores and bring back new skin . Is all this true ?
