Its extremely hot in there not much room to dance you guys need an open area where we can breathe fresh air i was almost guna pass out

On social media,( Instagram TikTok) It shows like this club is lit nooo The rooftop part was dead at times only 2 to 3 people as soon as we got there, we had to wait about 30 minutes to get in even though we were on a VIP list when we got in, we waited about 30 more minutes to get our bottle even though the club was empty, and when we needed more mixers, we had to go to the bar to get them because our server never came out to us Would not recommend this club

The nightclub itself is very good. However, my issue was with the bouncer, in 2019. The story goes like this: My friend and I went to leave, got outside and my buddy tells me he lost his glasses. So before leaving, I went to go bsck in to find it and out of nowhere the bouncer (without a word) clotheslined me, my hit hit the ground, and he had his hand around my throat and had me pinned to the ground. Not only did he injure me, but also humiliated me. To make it worse, he threatened to have cops come if I didnt leave. So, I just left to not have to deal with anynore humiliation. That was completely unacceptable. He could have just stood in front of me and told me that I couldnt re-enter the club and he would find staff to look for the glasses, or something.

Extremely Anti-black. The dress code is so strict you might as well dress like youre going to a funeral. No jordans? No ripped jeans? No Yeezys? Very odd selection of what not to wear. Seems targeted to a specific group of people. Wouldn’t recommend..

Place is decent, but the dress code isnt. Seems that every nightclub wants you to look upscale. Decent food & drink. When I DJed here, there was a more traditional top40 setup. Open floor and bar, good experience. May have changed since new management has come in. Recommended anyway.

On 8/5/22, I was at Social and had a fabulous time. I wanted to say that the workers were wonderful. The bartenders Amanda and Julio were fantastic. Thank you all for making a good night even better 👏

I would give it 0 stars but it won’t let me. Went to social to have a good time (I am an army vet with a broken hip) when I went to change my shoes the owner said you have to wait in line and be back before 1 am so we got back in line and when we got to the door (after 20 mins due to club capacity) we get to the front and the bouncer said we couldn’t reenter after being told what would allow us reentry. Bar owner is an ass

Stole my money. $20 cover .I Ordered drinks with cash and the guy ran away.Pregame before going. Don’t buy drinks. I won’t anymore

It was a decent good first club experience for me. Was able to meet amazing girls while there. I saw mostly early-mid 30s and younger. It starts getting busy and packed around 1220, just to let you know. So plan on getting there a bit early or youll be in a long line. Drinks were strong, for me at least. I suggest a midori sour, its not too bad. Music was good, had the crowd vibin and dancing.

Rented a vip section for the first time for a birthday party of 20 people and got rejected entry because of some other people were drinking outside of the club. The people that were drinking outside were Asians, and we were Asians ourselves, so the bouncer assumed that we was with them. Ryan and Darren were the bouncers that denied our entry. Very horrible service and felt discriminated. I will NEVER EVER visit this club again. First time bad experience and it will be our last. Save your time and money with another club. We ended up at the park ultra lounge down the street and we all had a blast!

My group and I got stopped for a suspected fake ID. We stood an hour outside waiting to get the ID back from the rude uncooperative security. My cousin and I have been there a few times with no problems before. Thanks for holding the ID for us and keeping it warm. Im glad our DMV issued ID was fake enough for you to keep it warm for us.

Really great spot! We were there yesterday with my brother in a VIP section. We had a good time. The security and waitresses were on top of everything and incredibly professional. Will definitely be returning.

The mixer in the big room had bad mixing went to the smaller room with a different DJ that they should’ve had in the big room and some of the bottle service girls were so rude walk right in front of you at your own table without saying excuse me and running into you without a care in the world never going back there again the only good thing was the bartenders were nice and Ryan specifically was really good other than that nothing really stands out for this club

Horrible would give a 0 if possible. Won a free booth but when we got into the club we were told there was none available. Dont give out free booths if you cant accommodate. The security guard was starting trouble and pushing people who were dancing around him totally unprofessional. Drinks were water downed and a waste of money. Overall horrible experience. Dont recommend if your trying to have a fun night 🖓

They have a terrible dress code and Security was not welcoming in any way. I highly dont recommend trying to come here. They only care about your money and looks. Its not worth coming here!!!!

The bald guy out front had the worst attitude hes racist and not a good look for this club. Rude closes line before 12:45 I drove from far for my cousins 21st birthday and he would not even let me in and I was a cute girl by myself. Mind you there is barely anyone in the club.So disrespectful un acomidating guys at club. Ive been around the world and never had such bad experienceNEVER WAIST YOUR TIME ON THIS PLACE.

If I could give a 0 I would. My wife and I spent $500 on VIP bottle service on Halloween. We didnt get VIP treatment at all. When we arrived the security was more concerned about letting in girls in skimpy clothes who were just on the guestlist rather than my wife and I who paid alot of money to be there. When we got to our table, the security was not paying attention so we kept having random people come into our VIP all night or standing the steps in front of us blocking our view. Obviously Social doesnt know what VIP means. In good clubs people cant even get close to the VIP area. To make matters worse, our bottles were watered down and we ended up getting some of our things stolen from the invaders. Such a waste of time and money!! Will never go here again.

RACIST CLUBI was discriminated against on New years and kicked out after I had denied two white women a dance several times. Next thing I know they are calling me mexican this and mexican that and a security guard claimed I was harassing people. Never felt this level of racism (the security guards also made racist remarks) but I guess it is the times we are living in. I tried explaining what had happened and that the women were angry with me but there was no reasoning. Spent $44 dollars on a ticket only to be kicked out for not dancing with any random chick. Disgrace of a club. Go anywhere else Sacramento is full of better places that treat their patrons with respect.If you are Latino or mixed race I suggest you do not support this club that so easily believed false accusations from two offended women who didnt know how to handle rejection. The bartender was cool thats about it.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

We were denied entry because of our dress code. One guy in our party had on Louboutin shoes. Apparently, Tommy, doesn’t think Christian Louboutin shoes are nice enough for Social. Lol no one wants to party on K street anyways. Took all of our money to The Park and had a blast.

I like to consider myself as an experienced club go-er, not that Im bragging about how many nights out Ive had, but I think I know a good club when I see one. This, however, is not a good club. Ive been to Social twice. Once was during a night of club hoppping when a group of us had a party bus and the second was this past weekend for a friends birthday. Both times Ive gone, I felt like a sardine stuffed into an overly full sardine can. Its not that this place is super packed with people (because, trust me, this place isnt that popular), but the dance floor is ridiculously small so it just feels crowded.Pretty much, if you think of the layout of the club as a big rectangle, around the perimeter are VIP tables and booths. In the middle is a big wrap around bar, and then on the far edges inbetween the bar and the VIP tables is the dance floor. Seriously, my bedroom is bigger than the space provided for dancing. Of all my nights outs, Ive never been stepped on so many times before to the point that I have bruises from drunk girls who cant hold it together.To top it off, even if youre on guestlist for Social, if you dont make it to the register in time, they make you pay $20. This place is not worth $20. Atleast at The Park, if youre on guestlist, despite their cutoff time, you get a discounted rate of only $5 instead of $15.My Recommendations: if you want to have a great time, a spacious dancefloor to get your groove on (without having to worry about some drunk spilling a drink on you), and a more upscale club experience, hit up The Park Ultra Lounge instead. Straight up, this place just reaffirmed why I love the Park so much.

This is the worst place to go, my daughter left her purse there with her phone and keys and they wont let her go get it, she isnt from there, cant get home, shes stuck there until Thursday, what kind of place is this that they cant help her out, I told her to call the police or there has to be something someone can do to help her. Thats what you get for trying out a new place and its the worst place to go.

I came in to watch a dj play and this place was way too crowded. I couldnt walk anywhere without bumping into people. Hardly anyone dancing at all. Almost everyone was drunk and way too dressed up like they were going to a formal event. Nothing but pretty fake faces and skinny bodies here. Not really my scene but very good music.

Disappointing. Place seem small for a nightclub. DJ keep mixing random rhythms from techno 2 hip hop. No place to sit unless you are paying 4 vip area. Cover is $15 N vip goes up to 300. Although outside in the st. Its comforting to have cops watching on others and the sushi place next door gives it a plus. This place would do much better if they get a new DJ and have a couple go go dancers.

Terrible. Im banned from social untill 2088, and everywhere else, because they determined that I started a fight, that I did not. Guess they need to get their facts straight. Cameras dont speak, victims can tho. Over priced for a sweaty environment, not worth the entrance fee.

Bouncer/ door people were very rude to the people in front of us in line saying they werent good enough to get in. Not my kind of scene, left before paying the obscene cover charge.

Great time sushi is really good and their miso soup is bomb

The community is shattered w/the situation that unfolded at a place where people gathered just to simply indulge of a night of enjoyment. $20 for some lame DJ playing random music from his laptop for basic drinks that any bartender should know but doesnt know. Double charging for drinks. Messy bathrooms.

Social Nightclub is SUPER DUPER WACK. Coming to attend our brothers bday. The bouncer said that Vans and Chucks are allowed but Phillip Plains arent. Theyre apparently too fancy (Google the shoe) My husband and I couldnt get away from them racial mfs fast enough. This club gets 10 fingers and 10 toes down.

This place is TOOO hot. Paid hella money for a VIP booth and it was the hottest place in the dam club. The DJ played the same songs OVER AND OVER AGAIN!

Super lit! Definitely coming back when I return to Sacramento.
