From the moment you walk-in the door until you leave, you get treated with utmost kindness . You get greeted with a Friendly welcome and not just that, you get a teaching lesson to things that you may not even know about. The lady was very knowledgeable on the questions I had asked. She help me understand the pros and cons of which battery would work be best for my pen. I usually go to different smoke shops for other things but decided to check this one and sheesh! Definitely not disappointed!! I’d highly recommend going to this smoke shop if you’re looking to experience a different good vibe! These reviews do not do its justice so you guys definitely should go and check it out!

Girl with the glasses had a very warm welcome as I walked into the store. She asked me if I had any questions and needed help with anything. She has a bubbly personality and is very approachable. Recognition for her service should be recognized

Just needed a globe so I can smoke my own wax from a pen. They told me they didnt have it, then I said there was one on hold for me. Then they found them. Couldnt answer any of my questions on how to use this version. Then tried to show me how to attach it to a pen, Couldnt figure it out, said sorry then ignored me and helped everyone else in the store so I left. Not coming back here

The guy that works there today clearly doesnt know nothing about Vape juice

For years honey was the premier shop in citrus heights area, good employees good service and okay prices. Ive bought 3 mods over the years and all were great, bought my 4th today and the employee(fat girl) waited until after i swiped my card to tell me all sales are final, get home and what do you know.. mod doesnt work. Call back and she has 0 customer service, well i told you blah blah. So i ask if i opened it while still in the store and it didnt work youre saying you still wouldnt return it? Nope, hangs up on me.Plenty of other shops now and days where you dont need to deal with employees like her. Take your money elsewhere.

Today was my third time visiting this outstanding business establishment. The owner is OUTSTANDING. He takes his time to explain the differences between each CBD product. His products are top shelf and does exactly what expected. What I genuinely appreciate most about the Owner and his establishment is that he is honest and shows general concern; taking his time to make sure you are educated about what you are purchasing. He is not out just to make a “quick buck”. If you are seeking relief from any condition you are managing; go see this establishment. You can also accumulate points and save money off of your purchases . I will definitely continue to happily purchase.

The employees here refused to believe that the man who walked in after me was not with me. They refused to believe that I only wanted one battery. at least for trying different times I told them that I only want one battery. I saw that they understood that until I looked at the receipts later. They rang me up for two just because they refused to believe the guy who walked in after me, was not in there with me and had walked in separately. I really dislike that this review keeps getting taken down. The people to know that the employees here Rob customers there because either they are friends with the the man who walked in after me or because theyre morons who think that its OK to make an assumption and run with it and refuse any kind of reality.

The girl that worked 12/7/23 does not have customer service skills and being short with clients. No hello no bye, when I asked for what I wanted she pretended that she doesn’t know what I’m talking about, even though there’s only one option of the product I asked for. She asked “which one” with an attitude

My partner and I have been going here for a while and weve always have had great customer service. Even the last time when the machines made a mistake and took the full amount from my card, and I was paying with cash and card, they quickly corrected the error. In my opinion, they are a great company with excellent customer service.

Great vape spot. I usually order most my coils and parts online, but if Im in a pinch they always have what I need in stock. Also picked up this new Krave strain Trainwreck, I havent seen it at any other smoke or vape shops. Highly recommend it if youre into kratom.

Good selection, but bro with the red hair is unreal rude to people and charged my wife more than he charges me for the same product. He charged over 30$ for a 10$ juice and 3 times the price for coils too. Avoid this place and save your money and avoid the attitude.

Poor customer service. The guy that was helping us had an attitude when I was asking him questions. You would think for a business that had just opened and has a ton of competition would be friendly and helpful so they could build a solid foundation of return customers. I will never shop there again. First impressions are everything.

My favourite smoke shop hands down in Sacramento. Employees know everything to talking about and will spend hours helping you if you need it. Ive spent over $10000 there not dont regret one bit. They have the best products from top to bottom

The inside of the shop was very nice. They had some great glassware. I needed a 2v 510 battery. Tried to sell me the $45 only one with 2v battery until I glanced in the case at the other batteries and saw another. Should have been $12-15 w/charger, was actually $21, then another $5 for the free charger that normally comes on every battery Ive ever bought.They did have a jar of scissor cleaner which made me laugh. And I didnt feel like driving to J Street, so I guess theres a service fee. Im sure Ill be back, just not for a battery 😁 (only knocked off stars for pricing)

First time here and excellent customer service. Bought my first vape and they walked me through the entire process.

With the Rewards points I get for each purchase, I was able to buy a new vape and get a $30 bottle of menthol fluid free!!! This is hard to find in other stores. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and theyre open late every night, a big plus. I am a loyal customer and have been since before the owners first re-opened their business in this newly remodeled larger store in a great location.

I think the original owner of this shop sold it. Customer service has consistently gone down hill. The cashier today (tall white guy with a red beard) was very rude and acted as if he had better things to do. Edit: I hit the hyppe bar I bought once and it stopped working. Was not told to smoke it there to see if it works. No refunds are issued. Do not come here unless you like wasting money.

Ive been here multiple times and no matter who is working that day, theyre always helpful. Everyone is knowledgeable on what theyre talking about and will get you what you need. They have a huge selection of flavors, vape mods, and whatever else youll need. Since going their my 1st time I dont even bother going anywhere else.

Ive been in this place a few times asking about different things here and there (pipes, vape juice papers, ect) and everything Ive seemed to get the same tall guy with glasses redish hair beard and beanie and hes not even remotely helpful when I ask recommendations he said thats like asking your favorite soda then he said if you ask me personally im too old for that sh*t how about some customer service?? Rest staff seem okay but I wont be coming back and will be sharing my story.

Place is very chill and located very close to my house so I tend to go here for my alternative needs.There are tons of CBD products ranging from edibles that look like buds but are made of chocolate all the way to a wide selection of paraphernalia.I tend to go here more so for the CBD cigarettes because I have quit smoking tobacco.The staff is super friendly and informative and the atmosphere is quiet as well as there is a bunch to look at so save some time for this place.Ive been here multiple times so its a testament that they satisfy me enough to come back again and again

I have visited this place many times and the best thing about this place is that they have new, different merchandise to choose from EVERY SINGLE TIME Ive been in there and I go every couple days. Its unbelievable! The variety is Awesome as well! Ive been to many shops like this but never so many NEW goodies to buy every time! The staff is really helpful as well . Alot of customers are there all the time but luckily they have 4 or 5 people working there so your in and out pretty fast. They are knowledgable as well so feel free to ask a question or two they are down to earth and friendly. Damn... I should be getting paid for this review. Geez... I act like I have stock in the company or something. Lol!

Has a lot of selection, but they were very rude! I had two questions about a vape flavor that comes in two different brands and the man acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to have to help me! Their prices are rather high, but with the only place that carries some of the flavors I guess thats why they do that. I will never go back though, customer service is everything and when you wont answer questions, ignore customers, and try to rush people to just pick something and get out, I will take my business somewhere else.

I got over charged for my purchase and almost wrote it off as a loss since all sales are final and I hadnt realized the error before I left the shop. Instead, I went back with proof of the error and spoke with Chris and the general manager, Joe, who resolved the issue with a refund for the difference. They were both fair, friendly and professional. They also saved our business relationship. Thanks guys, Ill be back!

The staff here was absolutely amazing. They listened to what I wanted and steered me I the right direction. I love the vape setup he sold me. After I left I accidentally left my wallet on the bus stop outside. The gentlemen at the shop saw it and picked it up for me and kept it safe until I came back a few hours later.

Nice place big selection. I have bad back problems, this lady tells me about a product called Red Hulu I guess they get these leaves from trees that thrive near rivers that are enriched with alkaline.It tastes like drinking hay.read up on it it seems to give me relief from the pain without Opioids.zI think that it called Kratom.

Theyre extremely friendly here. Awesome selection of glass. Many vape mods. Not so many atomizers. They have you covered for Smok Cloud Beasts. GREAT selection of juices. Prices are average. Lots of sales going on all the time.

DONT COME TO THIS PLACE!!! I have been to this place twice and BOTH times these guys acted as if they were much better than me &I was such an inconvenience to help then LITERALLY TOLD ME TO GO TO A DIFFERENT VAPE STORE when I had a couple questions . I’ve never been treated so horrible. Since then a couple of my friends told me they wouldn’t refund defective items bought with their receipt in hand & that most of their items are off brand &still over priced. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time/money

This place has a large selection of smoking accessories. They have all sorts of smoking implements as well as lots of gear to accompany your selection. You really should stop by and check it out to get a full understanding of all they have. Its a very nice shop, cool and clean with a knowledgeable staff.

There are vape shops that are super friendly and affordable. And then there are the rest.I wish this place fell in the former category, as it is a super convenient location with great selection. But high prices & staff that tends to appear inconvenienced by my presence makes it less than ideal.

Got a great deal on a Nitecore battery charger, best price in town (I legitimately checked/called every vape shop and electronics store from downtown to Roseville) but noticed certain items were overpriced though. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Big selection of hardware. I cant comment on the liquid selection or prices because I wasnt looking for that on my visit to this shop. Parking lot is awful but thats not the fault of the business. In all, not a bad place to go for vape supplies, just have an idea of average prices before you buy.

I purchased some batteries at this shop. It wasnt until i got home that they sold me damaged batteries. The people were nice but the product was damaged. I asked if I could do a return or exchange the next day and was refused. They wouldnt do an even exchange because my batteries were now used. Time to find another shop.

Way overpriced and not impressed. My wife and I were interested in picking up some juice and vape supplies and the guy that we approached for assistance was not helpful and seemed disinterested in helping us. I will not be back. There are several better places in the area.

If you guys have been purchasing your supplies from anywhere else in town you are doing it wrong Tony and the rest of the staff here are excellent laid back and just downright cool. I have never received false information and they have always taken care of me no other Vape shop even compares

One the best smoke shops in the area. Mods and mod kits are expensive, almost twice the price as buying online. But the employees are helpful and knowledgeable. They have nice ejuice selection.

A good shop but be careful if the indian lady rings you up she shorted me 5 dollars in my change today and it is not the first time. She also tried to do the same thing with my mom. She acts like she is new and doesnt know what she is doing but she has been working there for a while now and i understand sometimes mistakes happen but she has done it to me twice and tried to do it to my mom once but my mom counted the change while she was at the counter. Like i said I like this shop but that is just not cool. Also it has been 5 dollars all three times that it has happened

I stopped to see if they had a product I was looking for which they did they definitely have a lot of products but the staff on the other hand very rude and short tryed to make friendly conversation and considering that was buying a $100 worth of product they were total fin douchebags for whatever reason Im not the type of customer they want their store I guess..... I was planning picking up a couple of other little things that I had some questions about but considering they pretty much were trying to push me out of their store so they can continue whatever their conversation that I apparently interrupted that must have been way more important than making a couple hundred bucks from now on Ill take my business the alien Vape over in antelope instead

Went in as an inexperienced vape buyer expecting help, and was met with arrogance and a bad attitude after explaining what flavor we were browsing for we were id’ed by the shaved headed employee who has a red beard and wears glasses named David (i will not be going back based on this individuals attitude) after scoffing at my age on the id its and old id we were greeted with more attitude and belittling remarks after stating clearly we do not know much about vape juices. Overall i would give the experience a zero out of 5 its disappointing to see old employees let new treat customers this way. I honestly hope the company will get back to me and let us know this individual was disciplined/ talked to about his unprofessional behavior.

Open to the public. Wide variety of beautiful glass smoking devices. Have a variety of CBD products available in liquid & powdered products to be consumed by mouth only, none for smoking. No THC products available so a Dr. Recommendation/Prescription is not needed to enter the store or to purchase products.

Bought a PAX Vaporizer last week. Not happy with it for a number of reasons. Went back ready to fight to get my $168.00 back. Met some resistance at first from Joe, until he understood me and offered me a far better PAX 2 and could not have been nicer. It was my attitude at first that was wrong. He made thing right. Excellent customer service. Atta Boy, Joe! Thanks for keeping calm in spite of my being confrontational.

Went in last week and bought a 150 dollar vape and the service was amazing. Went in today for some help with my vape and received horrible service. Guy changed out my coil and didn’t prime it now it tastes like garbage. Spotty customer service.

Fast and friendly service. A 500 gram bag of kratom for $100, thats a good deal. Compared to $29.99 or more for ~100 grams elsewhere.

Went there a few months ago and purchased a yocan evolve plus... Approximately three weeks later it wont charge anymore. I called and talked to a gentleman who informed me that I need to contact yocan for a replacement... Contacted yocan and was told the store front is responsible for it.... So Id say the lack of accountability for the products they sell is dissapppinting. Just make sure you get something that wont break otherwise you will have wasted money like me. Thanks for nothing!

Anything you need for Vapes you can find here or they will help on how to get. Still Juice online is roughly $10-$15 100ml each and here is 2 to 3 times more expensive and coils are up there also but at least they have possibly what your looking for

Excellent selection of various vaping and smoking products. Looking to quit smoking so I went in for a vaporizer. The staff was great at explaining all the differences in the many vaping options. I left completely satisfied with my experience.

Definitely had bad customer service and was asked if I was using my “stimulus” money to make my purchase; I don’t recommend spending money in bulk here as the cashier James specifically will begin to become really short and agitated with you for getting multiple items.

The staff was awesome. As I am new to vaping they help me with the right pen and a really good chocolate e liqid. They taught me how to inhale with the vape. I have never smoked but used snuff and went through a can and a half. I bought the Aspire K4 and love it.. This will be my vape shop from now on. My goal is to quit the skoal completely.

Not a lot of space to social distance. Some products do not have expiration dates. Had rancid product, returned without receipt for store credit so that was good business but they should double check quality.

Staff is more in to taking ur money and selling bongs than vape. if ur looking for an informative and worthwhile vape shop this is not it.
