This store is amazing! I am a fairly new customer and came for the incense. However the gear selection is excellent and meeting Jordan several weeks ago we discussed building me a special bong. Today I came in and unexpectedly got the best thrill watching Jordan build it in front of me ! And the pricing was very reasonable, including the protective case. I highly recommend this store for those looking for quality, selection and service.

This place has all of the things you go to a smoke shop for. The aesthetic, the knowledge and the deals. Packed into a nice little corner shop the floor plan uses the space well and every inch is filled with toys to choose from. The selection isnt just for show, this place stocks just about everything you could need from tiny one hitters to multi perc rigs this place has it. Staffs great too every single employee here knows what they are talking about. Personally I went in to buy a peak pro and not only found it under the normal retail price but was also given a wide range of information on this piece and its competitors. Left without buying anything that day and only ever felt welcomed.Being totally honest youre always gonna be able to find a little bit of a better price online at one of these amazon warehouse-esqe smoke shops online. What youre not getting there is soul and thats one thing the Outer Limits carries in droves. I love this place, I love the people that work here and I love the community they have crafted. I will always feel good about spending my hard earned dollars here and you should too.

This is one of the oldest and most stopped vape smoke shop in Sacramento county. The owner will make deals with you as long as theyre reasonable they also can build things for your rig or bong if they dont have them. They also are very accommodating and very nice at giving you information when it comes to certain things before you buy. They will also give you a discount if you take a item that has already been open but never used or that was on the showroom floor.

I have been a happy customer for about 10 or more years. The owner is very cool. Hes a funny guy who knows his pipes. Bongo selection is fantastic also. See you soon.

This place has a great inventory; great selection of torches, oil burners (great prices on them too!), all kinds of glass at reasonable prices, tattoo guns and equipment, really cool nectar collectors of all shapes, colors, and sizes too. They carry basically any cigarette brand you could ask for, tons of kratom and different strains/formulations of it.Best part is the friendly staff who are relatable, knowledgeable, and approachable. They even carry some drinks and snacks.The one con I can think of about this place; their Bitcoin/Crypto ATM, while it IS a 2-way (meaning you can buy AND sell your crypto ((at reasonable prices too 😀)) is not only only KYC (know your customer, meaning you have to show ID and give them your phone number), but I could not, for the life of me, get the machine to accept my bills. The staff wasnt much help with it either. So if youre desperate for Crypto, maybe look elsewhere.Otherwise, 5/5. Objectively.

I love this place. I have been a faithful regular customer since 2005. I recommend this place to everyone. My ex and the father of my son and I would purchase everything from pipes to t-shirts and posters for our walls. I have even purchased all of my Christmas presents at The Outter Limits! I love the name! Anyway the owners are awesome and the staff is friendly, funny and helpful. Back when my ex and I shopped there more frequently the owners were always giving us deals on our purchases, which made us fell good to know they recognized how much we would purchase from them and how often we came in. Recently I hadnt been in the store for a long time; seriously a few years. I had a son,got clean, moved and was not longer able to even buy my tobacco at my favorite store. I was bummed. Then, recently I moved back home and my son and I are staying with.my mom; which happens to be not very far from my favorite store. So, I talk my mom in to taking me there for my tobacco supplies (I roll my own cigarettes.), I also have sent my nephew there a few times to get other supplies, and the few times I had my moms car for a minute I ran in there real fast. Then about 2 weeks ago I ran in real fast, (I had my nephew drive me), the owner happened to come out from the back and I am not sure why he came from behind the counter but, when he did, he was looking right at me, with a big smile on his face and he said Hi, I said, Hi, its been a long time. He said,yes yes it has been a long time. We both smiled and I ran back to my nephews truck and with all the excitement I felt, I told my nephew what had just transpired. I thought it was so awesome and it made me feel so special that he remembered me like I remember them. I have aged, my hair is different, I have gained weight, and yet with just one glance we remembered. That is what sets this place above all the rest; They care!! Thank you!

The guy is really nice and informative and I would highly recommend going in with cash, but he has a tray of samplers that I dont think he cleans or tosses ...Im pretty sure he lets just anybody puff on the bars after each other.The neighborhood wasnt great either, so I would recommend going straight in and leave immediately after you make your purchase.

Came in on 10/03 not really knowing what to expect. Smoke shops are always hit and miss, but this shop seriously blew me away. 3x the inventory of most stores, large quantity of custom glass pieces (even local Sac Artists!), affordable/fair price points, and so much more. I think I found my new go-to smoke shop! Brandon at the counter was down to earth and very up front. Prices were extremely reasonable and he took the time to explain new items thoroughly. I only came in to get a small piece, but I already want to go back and get one of their Rick and Morty custom pieces 😂. Ill be back for sure!

I have been going to three smoke shops since I was in high school and The Outer Limits is one of them. After years of going to all three to compare deals prices and stock of brands and glass types I have decided The Outer Limits is the one I like most. My favorite brand they have is Diamond Glass. Quality brand pieces for a great price. Over the past year I have bought two Diamond water pieces, three bowls, and two ash catchers and I am always happy. Now I went yesterday and bought myself a new piece and found out the also sell tattoo ink!! Best smoke shop in Sacramento!

I came to this place around February and I got a pineapple piece which is really cool I was super excited about it didnt really look at it about a week later I noticed the bottom must have got broken off at some point and all they did was glue it and then sold it to me for 70 bucks just saying if they dont have the common courtesy to at least let the person know whos buying it hey this was broken at one point And we just glued it back together and if you will still like to buy it then okay there was none of that next time I will just suggest that everybody look at their glass make sure that its not pre broken and glued together because theyre worried about nothing but profit

I absolutely love this place!! I love the guys there too! Im a regular so they all know my order as soon as i walk into that door. I even showed up 10 mins after they closed but since the owner knows im a regular he came and opened the door for me after they closed! The prices are extremely fair and they cut deals on cigarettes as long as you buy more then one pack. They even cover me if im like a dollar short (thank you Brandon) bc they know ima regular and ill get them back, and i do! The guys are all really super friendly and have no problem BSing with you just for funzies. Love it love it love it. If i could give more stars i totally would. Ive never found a smoke place like this before where i completely love the surroundings, the people and the price.Fortuna lady :)

I love outer limits. Today we went to pick up tattoo needles. They were courteous and helpful. Pipes are a little pricey but they are usually willing to wiggle on price a little.

Been here twice, it would be good deals if it was american glass but the majority of there stuff is from china or india. went in and purchased some stuff most recently the guy sold me a half empty can of butane and a banger that I later found online for almost a quarter of the price and I talked him down a little. I understand markup and cost of business but if an online shop is selling them for almost a quarter of the price that they are selling them in store for they are probably getting these things for pennies on the dollar. Done with this place the only reason I went back was because the first torch they sold me broke and I didnt want to wait to get one shipped I could go on but long story short buyer beware.

There are headshops and then there is the Outer Limits, these Guys are the Friendliest and most Helpfull people you will Ever find, I just wish they sold food,gas,and all other products,then I would ONLY go to them! When I needed to take a drug test for a job I scrounged up $50 and went in to get the best kit I could,they said hey my man you dont need to spend $50 ,we have this synthetic urine in a bladder with a built in thermomiter,garenteed to work for $15 !
