When you walk into the store you are warmly greeted by the owner. He is very knowledgeable about all products and is very helpful! The shop itself is large, clean, and very organized! There are lots of vape juices, mods, cbd items, hookahs and hookah tobacco. The display cases are bright, clean and are filled with high quality products. It is very nice to see that precautions are being taken during Covid. The store is sanitized after each customer and the owner requires masks to enter the store. I highly recommend you go to Tonic, its a huge store with lots of selection and great customer service!

Vape store with an excellent selection. They have all the newest vapes, juices of all flavours and strengths, and replacement coils sold as packs or singles. The store owner is also very knowledgeable and can help you pick something out if you dont know what youre looking for. They have a great selection of glassware and hookah supplies too. The interior has a very high class, luxurious feel to it, unlike most other places that have a college dorm, head shop vibe to them.

The gentleman who helped me was pleasant and happy to help me. I ended up buying their houseblend shock therapy due to being out and waiting for a online order. I have to say I am pleasantly surprised by the enjoyable flavor, topped with a reasonable price. Needless to say I will be returning here whenever I am in need of odd and ends, as well as their house blend flavor.

If you want a hookah or parts and flavors looks like hes got a good selection I heard him, the owner, making a good deal for a local kid who bought one a few months ago. He also price matched a nearby Vape shops Price just to be nice so I would go back there right next purchase it from in the area food he doesnt have the best selection of apes or juices but the prices are fair and around the usual shop prices good righty of all kinds of things here But mainly Babe glass hookah and other smoking tensile

Honest review from someone who works in a high-end customer service industry.Ive been going to Tonic for years and years and I honestly wouldnt want to go anywhere else. Ive definitely had to visit other smoke shops in the past because of things like needing a juice late on a Sunday or just being completely out of the area but when I have a choice, I always go and visit Sam at Tonic. Ill break it down by each category from a vaping perspective.Pricing: This is probably the most important category for a lot of people during this time in our lives; although this might be interchangeable with cleanliness. Anyway, Sam always has the best prices. Before coming here I would go to some of the other shops in the area and their pricing for things were kind of just outrageous, even the smaller brands sitting at premium brand prices. Obviously there are some of the premium brands like Cutwood or Naked that are just going to be more than other brands but Tonic carries a lot of brands that are priced really well and give you the best bang for your buck. The coils and mods are all well-priced too.Cleanliness: Sam is very big on cleanliness in general even before the pandemic happened. He stands on the if theres time to lean, theres time to clean island with his employees when theyre there and is a very concerned citizen about about whats happening in todays world. Hes always wearing a mask when a customer comes in and keeps a distance to keep you and him safe. If you go into his shop, youll see that everything is very organized and easy to shop.Product: The shop itself always has a nice array of flavors that everyone can enjoy and is consistently getting in new ones, even in small batches, to see how they do. Theres a certain dedication to keeping his customers coming back by introducing new flavors that I usually take a swing at and enjoy. I like that hes honest about how he feels about some juices that hes had in the past being what we like to call coil killers and usually doesnt bring them back, so leave him feedback on things if you try something new! Having good flavors that will make you just have to buy a pack of coils to vape is kind of a back-handed shady business practice so being honest about those things should be very important to everyone. Its good for the shop and good for the Tonic community, even if we never meet one another. He also doesnt bring in fake coils or mods that you can absolutely authenticate when the possibility of authenticating is available (IE: If the vendor site isnt down for some silly reason).The Service: Sams here to make money, just as we all are however, I appreciate the honest business practices. Ive never been pressured into having to update a tank or a mod. At this point, Ive gotten a few new tank upgrades over the years because I was a big Aspire fan and theyve kind of fallen off the market and tried to find one I enjoy. I used the same Sigelei mod for years and Sam never once pressured me to upgrade as it was a fantastic mod (and he knew it too) and lasted me until I put it through enough pocket wear and tear (YEARS) that it could no longer hold a battery. Hes ready to answer any questions I have about anything new that comes in and give me the honest reviews that hes received, researched or tried himself. Good business practice states that you need to fairly assess product that you have. He being able to do so, honestly and diligently, keeps me coming back for the quality that he dishes out. Theres nothing shady or fake coming from behind that counter, only a friend keeping me coming back and it kind of makes you feel like youre walking into that bar where everyone knows your name. :)

Went in to get a new vape pen. Im skeptical about most vape shops because the workers are usually more interested in playing with their vaporizers than customer service. After reading reviews I decided to give this place a try and Im glad I did. The gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable and didnt try to sell me some crazy overpriced rig. I told him what I was looking for and he helped me pick out a nice set. While they didnt carry my favorite juice I found some I did like. Will definitely be back and recommend to others. They also had a wide selection of hookahs and accessories.

Excellent staff. This shop focuses half on hookah, one quarter on nicotine vape products, and one quarter weed products. They carry the common replacement items, like bangers, coals, butane, and glassware regularly. New laws have ruined many local head shops, but Tonic makes up for it by providing knowledgeable customer service and good prices. They have an IG page too, where they post daily deals. Very cool.

Definite coming back even though they didnt have a flower bowl that fit my rig, I loved the guys charisma and they store looks awesome. The seems the guy for me to go to, as I want a vape but dont know the best ones and really just want it for flavor, and that itll help keep my cannabis lasting longer, as sometimes I smoke for taste as well.

This shop has such great variety and the owner is a delight.That said, recently I purchased a couple Puff Bar (large size) vapes and when they died after only two days moderate use, I was confused as they usually last 2-3weeks. The outer packaging was slightly different, the vape itself looked wholly different at where one inhales and even the inner wrapping was different but I just figured that the brand had changed up packaging and such. Sadly I learned this morning at another vape shop, counterfeits are a real problem. I dont have it in my heart to give this store anything other than five stars, but heres hoping they begin to check their incoming inventory. 🙏

Poor customer service from the representative on the phone to ask questions about the laws at hand and models and makes seemed quite a bit in a hurry and if thats the case then manage your tasks and your time better so that you can make the appropriate time for customers on the line

Very clean store, wide selection, competitive pricing, customer service beyond expectations.I went in not knowing exactly what i wanted he gave me all the info and price ranges with pros and cons of different vape pens without over selling or upselling. After finding a product that met all my needs in my price range he gave me a detailed rundown on how to use and maintain it. Best customer service ive had in awhile

Rude service they guy doesnt stop looking at his phone when your trying to get help. He swore that a juice was really good and top seller, so I bought it to try it out. It was terrible. I tried to change it out to something else, and he said no returns. I told him but he swore it was good but I guess that didnt matter. If you refer a flavor you should stand by it if they dont like it and switch that person out, because thats whats right.

This place had really nice Hukahs! They featured a Tonic house brand line of vape liquids. I didn’t buy any because they had no liquids with 60/40 or 50/50 pg-Vg ratio. Only 70/30 and up here. There was a decent selection of other brands of vape fluids but again only 70/30 pg-vg ratio and up. Nice big clean store and I was greeted and served immediately. I asked about some spare parts for my vape and there wasn’t a lot available. Nice shop just not for me because they didn’t offer my preferred vape liquids.

The worst customer service ever seenHi folks, I think I have to share my story, simply I went to buy juice for my Vape and i asked him which kinds of juice is the most popular for Arabic people? since his shop is located in the middle of a big Arabic community and absolutely he has a lot of Arabi customers, that’s what I guessed. He answered me with a loud, high voice and was nervous (I don’t like dealing with Arabic people). I wont to sell to American people only I don’t want to sale to Arabic people !!!!!. I felt embarrassing, I told him, so I am Arabic, Do you want to sell me or you want me to leave (with a smile and a a lot of patience). I thought he going to apologize and he will say i didn’t mean to ignore you, but he was more than rude, he said (IT’S UP TO YOU) with a loud voice and a lot of nerves. I told him just give me the same Juice as the last time I bought, then he gave me this one, when I want to pay he said it’s $24.99. I told him two weeks ago You sold me this one for $20 only! looks like he didn’t believe and he said did you pay as cash or credit? I told him credit. He checked my name on his computer and he said that’s right, then I paid him $20, he said do you want receipt? I told him yes please, and I left.I swear I’m not going to come back and I will share my story and i will tell all my friends and the people who I know and my followers on YouTube and Facebook please please please, don’t go to this shop.

I have been into this Vape store three separate times and every time it has been a problem the very first time I came and bought a new tank for my Vape pen told me it would work did not work, then I came back and had to spend more money on a brand new device that I was told would not leak I was also told at that same time that I can come back And buy coils one at a time for my Vape device so I come back to buy one coil and I was again given the problem when I said that I don’t have to bring my business here I can go somewhere else the guys very rude to me and says go somewhere else don’t take your money there these guys are rip offs and he’s rude doesn’t know how to deal with customers, And then to top it off as I’m walking out of the establishment he follows me out and blocks the door of my truck for me being able to get in and start harassing me about the situation

Attendant knew which coils were best for my smok baby beast and he even gave tips on how to prime them properly. He said if it didn’t work for me that he could give me a refund but it works great!

B4 YOU SPEND LOOK ACROSS STREET THERES A LITTLE VAPE SHOP CALLED CULTIVAPORS, WHERE THERE 5☆+ SVC./PRICE/INVENTORY HAD ME $75 SPENT AND HAPPY,A COMPLETE OPPISITE OF TONIC A 2☆ at best all flashy but a dud.This place is a giant space with a horrible selection, basically stuff looks like they bought cheap in mass volume and sell at full retail.The service if you could call it that was terrible. They were less interested in helping me than they were informed on the products they sell. I bought a butane refill bottle for $8,99 just because we drove 15 min to check it out. Gas stations sell the same for ~$5.

I live very close to this shop and drive by its location daily; because I noticed the sign on the building from Tonic, I thought to myself, Thats a new sign and I think Tonic is a shisha brand. Ill stop in very soon and check it out! Stopping in is just what I did!Upon entering, I noticed many hookahs and hookah accessories lining the wall on the left. Hookahs were set up in the middle of the store on tables and it seems as though you can smoke out of them. I didnt ask the guys working if that was what those particular ones were for because I seriously was more interested in finding a new shisha flavor to try out. I had a nice young man help me and I swear he looks just like the comedian Gabriel Iglesias! Anyways, he helped me and I smelled some recommended flavors. I ended up taking home 100g of Purple Mermaid to try out - if I really like it, next time Ill buy a 200g can. He was also nice enough to show me the Tonic brand hookahs that they have. I truly needed to buy a new hookah to replace my current one that has a rusted stem so I ended up buying a Tribes hookah for $35!!! Thats right my friends, $35 for a nice sized hookah! The great thing is, Tonic hookahs come with a year warranty in case something happens to your hookah! Score! There are many more hookah accessories in a smaller room in the back of the store and they carry many brands of natural charcoals like Coco Nara and Coco Mazaya. I love this place so much as a hookah smoker and Ive visited only once!Not only am I a fan, but ummm Twisted.....who??!! Sorry Twisted, but I think I found my new hookah shop to go to regularly and if they start carrying Tangiers shisha, its over for you guys!!

Where do I start? Overpriced, counterfeit products everything down to the CBD is garbage. Return policy changes from day to day. Not to mention it smelled like someone soiled themselves in there. I will never return and if you are thinking about visiting this place RUN

The store seemed to be pretty stocked with product when I visited, and I found what I was looking for, however the staff did not seem as motivated to sell as I was to buy, the employees attitude although helpful was pretty indifferent which made the shopping experience pretty mediocre which will make me think twice when visiting and/or recommending the store to a fellow vaper.

Tried to call to see if they had what I needed before heading over. No one answered, twice. Its 3:00pm on a Tuesday. Drove down to the shop, dont have what I need. Literally only one type of Juul pods available.

I went in for coils on my alien model and they were completely out of stock. The parking at the location was quite inconvenient because it was packed(no other costumers were in the shop).
