Do not ever shop and this chain of vape stores ever! They do not practice clear consumer disclosure.I bought a box mod there that crapped out after a week. its a known problem from the manufacturer and the store will not just do an even exchange. At no point in their selling process do they ever even mention that there are no refunds or exchanges. They just point to a sign or refer to a sign when you ask to exchange. Its the duty for the sales rep to mention that there are no refunds or exchanges before you purchase. I will be calling my bank and getting a charge back and never shopping there again.

Average vape shop. Selection of equipment was lacking. Asked for a certain product and got told on a Monday that an order could be coming in on Thursday, maybe. The lady seemed to care less if I was there or not. She acted like I was a hassle to her day. Really. Wont be back. Recommend avoiding.

Knowledgeable staff. Large selection of juice. A little more pricey than ordering online, but brick and mortar shops usually are. I believe this chain has 3 or 4 stores around the greater Sacramento area.

I’m giving this vape shop 3 outta 5 stars and it would have been better but I had a terrible experience with an employee named Saiphan. I had been in before and Rob was the employee that helped me out that time he was awesome, super helpful knowledgeable and eager to find just the right products for me... but the experience im referring to in this review left me questioning whether or not I would go back... due to the convenient location and good prices I decided to give it another shot... BUT I won’t go in if Saiphan is working. He was rude, and while I was trying to pick a vape juice he said “just hurry up and pick!” After that he made sexual comments about a female employee who was there at that time on top of that he was not knowledgeable about the products and he made me set up my own equipment when that’s what I came in for help with...Furthermore he would roll his eyes and sigh loudly every time I asked a question.I know it isn’t the shops fault that he’s incompetent but I think he should at least know the basics and be able to assist customers without belittling them or acting like it’s an inconvenience. Since that’s his job!I’ll be back in when Rob is working but otherwise. nope!

Love these guys and gals. Very helpful and knowledgeable! As new to the Vape Comnuity, they made me feel comfortable and very helpful and helpful! ThX will always be my only stop when I need my fix... Juice! 🚭JUST VAPE! 💪🏽

All I can say is WOW. Ms Toni knows her stuff when it comes to the shop. Bought a DRAG, great mod, but I initially started using my old tank, batteries and coil. Took it home and almostright away something seemed wrong. Could not get that strong sensation in the back of my throat, the cloud was very minimal. What the hell?? ?The following day they opened at noon, and guess who was the first customer? Well, me ofcourse. Toni was working so I felt confident she would figure it out. And ofcourse she did, BUT.....it took at least an hour. It was like a puzzle to her, which piece was not working, the coil? The battery ?? The mod itself??? Or could it be the tank?I was ready to walk out. I do not have alot of patience. I just wanted to hit the damn thing. Toni on the other hand, kept her cool, kept on smiling and SHE FIXED ITDAVE, you have a great employee in your shop. Make sure you keep her. She deserves a high five, a. at-a-boy and you know, an increase in her wages would be the best way to show her your appreciation.You definately have a steady customer in me.Toni, thank you🤗 I love my DRAG.See you soon, Evelyn and Bailey🐩 🐶

Always a great experience here. they always have the juice and coils I need and the most friendliest staff there is. Always a must for all my vape needs 😁

Great place to get ejuices, they dont really have all major ejuice brands but still good prices and lots to choose from. Oh and wonderful (very helpful) staff which will answer all your questions.

Ive never done any kind of apron before it looks like they took care of me completely you showed me how to work my vape recommended rate flavors for me exactly what my taste wanted Im a customer for life now

This is a nice shop with everything you would need....however they mark the prices up % 200 on most hardware. That is in my opinion bad business. If they would lower the prices Im sure they would make up the difference with sales quantity.

Super friendly, chill staff, that managed to somehow let me use my card on an iPad while all of the comcast internet for midtown was down so thats impressive in and of itself and I feel speaks volumes.

Friendly staff who remember things that I dont, like which flavors I usually get. Good prices, and good location fairly close to a lot of Midtown spots

They always ask donation for the military, which is really annoying. Why would i want to donate to the military when they spend $500 billions to $900 billions a year on the military. I rather donate to the homeless ,hospitals, people that really need donations. I wont come here nomore.

Tried to buy some juice from this shop on my lunch today, the counter person spent about 15 minutes trying to get their debit card reader to work before I just gave up and left without purchasing any products

When I arrived there was a sign that said be back in ten minutes. After waiting for 15 minutes I got some of the worst, most uninvolved service Ive ever gotten. It was like she was annoyed I was there.
