I had a great experience purchasing cigars at this local shop. There are 4 humidors with a large selection. Prices are quite reasonable and the owner was kind and assisted me to pick out a variety. It does not smell smoky at all and the owner is very nice.

Bought a piece for my water pipe and ASKED specifically if it could be exchanged for the right size if when I got home it didnt fit (unused, obviously). I was told absolutely. Call the next day and they say they dont have that size in stock but to keep checking throughout the week. Long story short, it was never in stock, and an employee told me to stop calling and hung up on me.

We drove down at the beginning of the week and got an awesome water pipe and my husband put in for the july drawing and got a call that he won. Today on the way home we go to pick it up and it matches the one we bought and we are extremely pleased with the service and we definitely will be coming back next time through.

Terrible customer service!Went in there to buy a vape pen and the girl there at the time sold me a top of the line pen...It broke on me within a week (thru no fault of my own) so I brought it back in to see if they would replace it or reimburse me. So she tells me to bring it in the next day and the owner Tom will work it out.So when I get there the girl tells Tom the guy with the faulty pen is here. But instead of getting out of his chair and walking out of his office to talk to me face to face like a man, he just rolls his chair back like an oafish slob a little so I can see his face now and doesnt even get up to look at the pen. He then asks a few questions, mostly condescending and accusatory hinting that I broke the pen and its my fault.So Im just about over it and thinking this guy is the worst business owner in history to treat customers this way, when he tells me theres nothing he can do and hell try to get the maker of the pen to reimburse me and I need to leave the pen at the store. Then he turns away from me and goes about his business like I wasnt even there, Im literally standing at his counter awestruck at the lack of common decency this guy has. And he sees me standing there just kinda dumbstruck and asks me if there was anything else I needed (doubt he really cared though) and I look at him and Im like yeah, dont you want my number and name or email so (when you get out of your chair and stop being lazy) you have a way to contact me if they do reimburse me?Tom then says why? youre in here all the time just talk to me again when you come backTom... Im never coming back to your store! Theres 100 others just like it in Saint Augustine, youre not special.

FINALLY!! I have been to every smoke shop in saint Augustine and nearly every shop in Jax.None of them have come close to excellence the way Time Warp has.They sell only high quality products but at a third (at least) less than anyone else in town. Their ejuice costs HALF what I expected to pay and just happens to be one of my favorite brands.The place is spotless and orderly. No excess merchandise, no wasted space. And super chill customer service.Time Warp, you’re the one for me. :-)

Time Warp Smoke Shop is great! Small, family owned shop that caters to their customers needs. The only problem with their incense is that its impossible to pick a favorite!!! You can spend more time than you realize smelling and selecting your favorite scents. I grew up Catholic and a child of the seventies, so I love all types of incense. However, my husband finds a lot of the traditional strong Indian incense to be overwhelming and chokey. The Time Warp staff helped us select several scents of incense that even my husband enjoys because they are light, a little fruity and crips scents instead of super smoky and overwhelming.
