Small Indulgences Day Spa

This Spa was perfect for me and my bridesmaids. They were very accommodating for about 10 ladies. We told them ahead of time what services wed like and they were able to schedule it out with the little staff they have. All of us got our treatments on time and I was able to see all of my ladies through out the morning and afternoon. They were very welcoming, kind, and service was top notch. Couldnt of asked for a better experience!! I will return again when Im in town. 😊

These wonderful ladies worked my husband and I in at the last minute! We did a 50 minute couples massage and it was truly amazing. It ended with a complementary drink with a relaxing wind down on the screened porch. We will definitely be back when we come back down on vacation. Thanks Heather for getting us in promptly! I would not recommend getting ANY service by Jennifer. I asked for curtain bangs and recieved a mullet (she made a huge triangle on my head then cut all of that hair off and called it bangs). Jennifer made sure to tell me she was sorry about my hair as I was walking out. Thats a great thing to hear as your leaving a salon. It is going to take me years to grow my hair back. My gel pedicure from Jennifer had all peeled off less than a week after. The worst salon experience Ive ever had in my life. I will never trust another stylist to just do what I ask for. I will be watching every movement from now on.I was styled by Tori last year and it was great. I definitely recommend her. Unfortunately, she is no longer there.

Absolutely amazing!! We came in for a SPA day package, and one of the best experiences ever!!! We had massages, facials and manicures and every single person here was so personal and professional. We will most definitely be coming here every time we are in town!!

While on vacation, my daughter and I booked a deep tissue massage. Lisa did an amazing job on me, and Amy provided my daughter with an amazing job. This was an experience with superb quality of attention to every detail. Customer service was great from answering all my questions prior, from check-in to check out. Highly recommend!

OMG simply heaven. By far the best experience I have had at a day spay. The therapy before the massage and the massage was heaven. Lisa was the best she really knows her stuff. Then onto the facial my face has never felt so good. Each member of the staff seem to really enjoy each other and love where they work. Which is not any easy thing or so I have found. The it was off to hair wash and blow dry. I don’t know what they use but I want their secret. My hair feels so soft. Then nails and toes. She was patient and amazing. Oh did I forget we had lunch ceaser salad with mimosa. Yes mimosa how fantastic. Even the front staff is caring and thoughtful. Throughout the day Heather made sure we had everything we needed. Heather is absolutely a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer service. I apologize if I have not used every one by name. Truly thank you for a day my mother and I will never forget. You have earned your 5 stars and we will be back

I have been going to Small Indulgences for a few years, and have been using Jonathan as my stylist from the start. He is wonderful and the salon is delightful.

Wow! What a great experience. Down in the area for a week and wanted an all out spa day. Went in with my mom and brother and we each did the stress relief package (massage, facial, pedicure). All the therapists were kind and engaging. Massage was magical-even included my scalp. Facial and nails were wonderful too. Really felt like I was someplace special. For what was included in the package, I thought the price was more than fair.

If you are not a local and looking for an amazing massage, GO HERE!! Ive been to several places here, not knowing where to go and have been disappointed, but not here. Great place!!!

Every time I go go Small Indulgences I have such a pleasant experience. The staff is so kind and welcoming. They are knowledgable in their practice and about any product or service they offer. I highly suggest this place to anyone who needs to relax, looking for some self care or for giving a gift card to someone you care about.

I am soooo glad we chose this cute, quaint little place as it is simply beautiful! Every photo shown on their website is exact. Monica as well as her staff were very professional & accommodating, and the environment is immaculately clean and fresh!It has been several years since I last had a massage and even then, it was nothing like this.The day just happen to be rainy, so it made the massage services even better...more relaxing.Angie & Amy, our MT were simply PHENOMENAL! They made us feel very comfortable and did a splendid job massaging us.We also added the hot stones and aromatherapy, so that along with the relaxation music & the rain, I actually dozed off....One of the best hours of my life! After our massages, we were offered our choice of wine, mimosa or water, which was very refreshing.We then had the manicure and pedicure done by Tory & Jenna who were just as amazing.Anyone looking to be pampered in the best way, you have to visit Small Indulgences Day Spa! Ihave every intention of returning

My husband sends me here every time work gets to be too much. I’ve gotten deep tissue massages here as well as facials and a blowout. The service is always personable and great. AND I just found out there is a 20% discount for teachers! Woo hoo!

My husband and I booked our first massages and they were fantastic! We were visiting St. Augustine on Vacation. I had a prenatal massage & my husband had a Swedish massage for 1 hour together. His masseuse was Angie & mine was a male (I forget his name) and both were amazing! Really took the time to look for tense muscles and help us feel comfortable. Very impressed ! If we are ever back in the area, I would definitely book with them again.

All around amazing experience! I got the relaxation package which was an aromatherapy massage (incredible) a facial (it comes with the European facial but I opted for an upgrade) and a spa pedicure! Each member of the staff that I interacted with knew me by name and knew what my next service was, which I thought showed great attention to detail. They have complementary mimosas that are delicious! Not too strong so you can relax and have one even if you have to drive somewhere afterwards. Ive been looking for a massage spot in St. Augustine, and Ive found it! 150% will be back soon!I also wanted to add: the spa has a very intimate feel to it and the building is just gorgeous. There is parking and its not located in a super busy part of downtown which is nice!

The experience was great. Booking our hot stone couples massage was a simple phone call. When we got there, Jen and Lisa were prepared for us. Speaking for myself, I had the best massage ever. Jen was amazing. not only did she work on my lower back problem area, but the pressure and technique she used on my hands, feet and legs was outstanding. I highly recommend this spa. This is not our first trip there, nor will it be our last!

Let me just say heavenly! I took my husband there for a couples massage as a surprise for our anniversary, and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Everyone there was so friendly from the owner to the employees. The two ladies that were with my husband and I were awesome--both with the massage and conversation. As a special treat we brought our daughter so she could enjoy a manicure and she was very happy! She very much enjoyed her treatment as well. I was so excited the spa was open on Sunday since we had done so much walking around the previous day. We will definitely visit again our next trip to St. Augustine!!

Loved my experience at Small Indulgences! I asked for French tip dipping powder nails and they are beautiful! Exactly what I wanted! Carolina was so professional and meticulous. She is by far the best nail technician I’ve ever had. And the shop is so cute and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my afternoon!

I’ve been going here for about a year now and usually have great experiences! The esthetician I usually go to is no longer there so I tried someone new. She was very nice but I received a sales pitch the whole time and tried to upsell me on service. The facial was good. Although the experience was a bit off putting. I’ve had great experiences with massages and pedicures that I’ve gifted family. Overall the place is nice and the receptionist is great as well! They use great products for their services too.

From the moment you walk in the atmosphere was so inviting! Check in was easy. Angie was my massage therapist and I can’t even believe the level of service I have been missing out on until now. She was fantastic! Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! She took the time on my tension spots. Then to top it off at the end they offered a delicious mimosa. They have tons of great services and packages. I will definitely be back and be bringing some friends with me to get pampered.

I took my wife here for Valentine’s Day! It was our first time here but it won’t be our last. The spa is in quaint little house and the staff from the time you walk in the door from the time you leave treat you like you are the most important people there. We both got a massage but in separate rooms and different girls. They staff was good enough to get our massages scheduled at the same time. Just one more thing they did that impressed us. As a guy I have to be comfortable with someone when I get a massage from them and my girl Melissa made me comfortable as soon as we met. She was amazing. It was our first time here but these folks made us feel so comfortable it felt like we had been there many times. I highly recommend this place to any who is considering a massage or any other spa service. My wife as got your eyebrows done and they looked great!!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Tori did my pedicure and its the best Ive had in a long time. She was super sweet and professional and I am very happy with the service. From scheduling to check-in and check-out, anyone I interacted with was very polite and professional. The atmosphere in the spa is wonderful - very calming and clean and I was instantly comfortable. Parking is a breeze, too, with their private adjacent lot - a definite plus! I will definitely be back. =)

Angie is a talented and focused massage therapist, be ready for an effective treatment! I loved the environment so much that I decided to get my hair cut and colored by Tori, another welcome find! She knows how to cut hair as well as color. Seems like these days there are more stylists here that focus on color but not ok try cuts especially for long hair. Highly recommend

This is the place to go if you are visiting St Aug and looking for a self care experience. I have been to Small Indulgences several times and they never fail to provide a top notch, relaxing experience. It feels like a small getaway every time. The staff will take their time to provide you the highest quality service. I love getting a gel manicure and pedicure there. Their massages are also lovely and pain relieving. Always well worth the price. They book up quickly for good reason.

I took my daughter here for her birthday and we both had our first and unforgettable experience. The environment and staff were very welcoming and friendly. Every service we received from the one hour aromatherapy massage, facial and manicure was just what the doctor ordered! We will be returning for great indulgences

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. I had a basic pedicure. The nail tech did a decent job, but she wasnt very friendly or personable and it felt like she rushed through it. I thought she was rushing because another customer was coming behind me, but when she finished, she just sat there messing with her phone. I also had a massage and my massage therapist was friendly and worked hard to do a great job. I plan on returning in the near future, but will try to find a different nail tech.

We were on our honeymoon. We were in desperate need of some relaxation. My husband and I.decided on a couples massage. I’m sorry that I can’t remember the ladies names who attended to us. But they were fantastic! They were on time, professional and knowledgeable. It was the perfect amount of time spent being that we don’t get worked on regularly, so as not to leave us too sore. The ambiance was perfect as well. Don’t hesitate to book an appointment.

We had the couples massage, facial, and pedicure as a surprise birthday gift. My wife was escorted first, while I sat and waited for 45 minutes without being acknowledged (Took a nap) or receiving any spa-like treatment. I know this isnt Manhattan, (times are hard with new professions and hiring issues)but the owner & Receptionist sat there and watched my wife be treated and didnt communicate that their was only one person doing facials therefore, wait periods are longer than expected. Needless to say, I went to Dunkin Donuts for a cup of tea and some donuts. Moving forward, my masseuse appeared uninterested and deficient in a number of areas. So, while my masseuse was very accommodating in oiling areas I had forgotten about, I left feeling exactly the same as I had arrived. They did accommodate the removal of the facial service because I declined the facial due to a call-out and additional time spent waiting with no activity or accommodations. The overall experience was very bad However, towards the end the nail technician from Columbia was friendly, did a great job on our pedicure and left a lasting impression. Were adventurous and love trying new places especially quaint, family-like establishments from the West coast to East coast. So it was a bummer since we drove almost an hour just for the experience the cost was not Worth it...wish we wouldve saved our funds and went to the Asian nail salons for a quick 30 min at $45 ( I Kid, JK) but hopefully it was just a bad day. I booked facials and massages for a friend and I for her birthday. Everyone we worked with were incredibly professional and did an amazing job. We had a relaxing day and enjoyed all of our services (not to mention some mimosas as well)! I’ll definitely be back!

I want to preface this review by saying I am incredibly picky when it comes to massages. Yesterday I received a deep tissue from Jen and it was one of the best Ive ever had! I have a lot of aches and pains, and she really listened to me and my body to bring my muscles some much needed relief/relaxation. The room and spa area itself was also very clean and tranquil. Overall it was such a lovely experience and I cannot wait to go back to see Jen!

I was gifted a prenatal massage by a family member and wasnt sure exactly what to expect. The receptionist was very inviting and got me checked in quickly. The house is absolutely beautiful and such a relaxing atmosphere. I had my appointment today with Lisa Marie and she was amazing! She not only heals with her hands, but heals with her words and kind spirit. I would recommend her service to any expecting moms looking to de-stress! She gave me some wonderful insights and tips on how to manage labor. She was very thorough by asking about any problem areas i wanted to address and took the time to pay special attention to areas that bother me. I left feeling totally relaxed and ready for my baby shower this weekend! Will definitely be back.

The spa itself is very nice and most of the people there were very courteous. My daughter got her first facial and was very pleased.My situation was not nearly as pleasant. I had a massage this past weekend that was less than professional. Our appointment was for a large party and they did their best to accommodate our party which we appreciated. There was confusion about whether my massage was a couples massage or not. Apparently the masseuse was not happy that it was a couples massage in order to accommodate us and took it out on me. To begin with she did not give me any instructions on how she wanted me to lay to start the massage and then got upset with me for not knowing how I should lay. She proceeded to yank the headrest out of the bed and tell me we would start the massage however I wanted. The beginning of the massage was less than pleasant as she aggressively positioned my leg to begin the massage. I had also requested that she concentrate on my shoulder blades but not much time was spent on that area.

I do not recommend. When my husband arrived t they would not do his massage without a doctor’s note. This should have been shared when the appointment was made.

Oh my goodness! Im in love! Me and my husband had a couples massage and we loved it. Ive had plenty of massages in my life and this one was by far the best. This was my husbands first time and he was alittle skeptical about it but wanted to try it and but after they were done he was very relaxed. The receptionist was so sweet. The masseuses we had were wonderful and very calming. If we are ever back in st. Augustine again, wed definitely be back for sure. Thank you again.❤

Vanessa was my massage therapist and I can only say thank you! Its been awhile since Ive had a massage and because I received a gift certificate to use at Small Indulgences, I decided to give it a try. I wasnt disappointed. The ambiance is nice, the staff is friendly, the appointment started on time, and the massage was wonderful. Vanessa helped relieve some serious stress in my shoulders and back. I was quite impressed and look forward to my next session.

I absolutely love this place! Not many places around here that I can get a facial, manicure/pedicure, and my hair done all in one day. Jenna and Jamie have both done a fantastic job on my nails. I can get at least two weeks out of the manicure and possibly more out of the pedicure. Debbie always customizes a facial to the clients needs. Jonathan is a very talented hair stylist. Very good at listening to what you want and tailoring it to whats best for your features. He also knows how to fix problem hair. Expect a fabulous blow dry to finish off your look. Overall I definitely recommend small indulgences.

I had a deep tissue massage with Sarah! The massage was perfect! Sarah was very attentive to sore areas and sensitive areas (arthritic shoulder.) The vintage feel in an old house is adorable. The room for the massage was very calming and relaxing. The front desk attendee was very friendly. The complimentary Mimosa topped it off! I will definitely go back for massage or other treatment in the future.

Had a spa package booked for my boyfriend and I. Both received a massage, facial and pedicure and I got a manicure. Our massages and facials were great but when we got into the nail room for our pedicures and my manicure, thats when things were mediocre at best for me. While Tori shaped my nails really well, she didnt fully cover any of my nails and now all of my gel polish is peeling off. I got my manicure on Friday and today is Tuesday and I was on vacation, so I havent done anything with my hands for this to happen. She finished up my manicure and moved towards the pedicure station and before we moved, I had to ask her for lotion which she said she would apply, and did a quick second massage on my hands. I have never had a basic manicure that didnt include a lotion massage so this was very strange to me. The pedicure stations are just a chair with a small sink under your feet, so not the most comfortable. Tori spent most of her time cleaning up my nails and in the meantime, my boyfriend, who was being serviced by Victoria, was enjoying what he said was a wonderful massage. Victoria spent a very long time massaging his legs and he really enjoyed it, and he looked over to Tori and I to notice that I didnt get the same treatment, and could tell it wasnt very good at all. Overall, I would go back just for a massage and facial.

Went there for the first time today. Jenna did my cut and color. She took time to figure out what I was looking for. I was very comfortable in her chair and at the spa. I will be back.

My husband and I had a couples massage, which we thought would be a bit out of our comfort zone. However, the staff of Small Indulgences made us feel very comfortable, and the massages were perfect! So relaxing in a lovely atmosphere. If ever we travel to St. Augustine again, this place will be a must do again! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

I tried this salon after being given a gift certificate. First, I had a pedicure by Jessie and received a horrible toenail fungus, which Ive never had in my life. When I complained, they denied responsibility, placed blame on me and were unsympathetic. Ive been trying to cure it for months now. Incidentally, the pedicure setup is very awkward and uncomfortable. It was not a thorough or relaxing pedicure. Second, I had a haircut by Pamela. She was late, explaining that she was learning to give manicures. She was very distracted and then rushed by the receptionist for her next appt. Overall, I was made to feel very insignificant. When I went to work the next day, no one could even tell I had gotten a haircut. Not a professional or welcoming salon, is very pricey, and I would definitely not recommend.

Everytime my fiance and I come here it has been absolutely wonderful! We get greeted with a warm welcome and a very delicious mimosa before our massages. The staff are very professional and attentive. I highly recommend anyone to try this place out! After I go home this is the one place I always brag about!

Susan and Angie were our masseuses for our couples massage. They were very friendly and left us both feeling relaxed and refreshed. Mimosas afterwards were delicious. Spa facilities are very cute and comfortable.

Massage was great but all the services were not. Hairstylist cancelled at the last minute. The wax they used for my eyebrow was too hot and my pedicure was horrible. The person who did my pedicure was very unprofessional and rubbed my heel too hard also she talked too much about her personal problems.

This is a mixed review. I gave it 3 stars only because of the ambiance and the attention to detail by its owner to the decoration of the place. Very nice. I was given a gift card from a loved one for a European Facial at this location. My facial.... was...okay. I feel that it was mostly a sale pitch to buy products. The facial consisted of the application of one product after another. Which felt very nice indeed. However the facial massage and cleaning was minimal at best. During the facial I was not informed that certain products and or procedures were extra. Not nice. Also my loved one had requested that her esthetician would do my facial. It was not to be. Oh well.

If youre looking for a relaxing comfortable atmosphere with some of the best customer service I have ever encountered then this is where you should go!!! As soon as I walked through the door they did what ever they could to help me relax for my wedding day, including letting me bring in my wedding flowers and keeping them cold so I could enjoy my spa day stress free. Any bride knows that less than optimal customer service can give you and anxiety attack, but all I know is that they went above and beyond to make me happy. Thank you to the wonderful employees! I will definitely be back!

From the minute I walked into Small Indulgences I was at ease with the immense serenity of the environment. All of the staff was incredibly kind. I recently had cosmetic surgery and have been experiencing back pain. The massage I received completely relieved all my pain! In addition, I was given additional advice to help with any pain. My experience was more than I could of ever expected! What a dream!

AMAZING facial with Andrea! She was friendly, confident, knowledgeable, and sweet! She understood my needs, suggested services that would help me in preparation for my wedding, and provided guidance in moving forward with my skin care routine. To start with, I received 6 confirmations for not appt. I brought my own nail polish thankfully as the base and top coats they used were so thick that my polish pulled off in a sheet 2 days later. When you pay spa prices, I expect quality products and toss them out when they are too thick. They do not use pedicure chairs. They simply have old 4 legged chairs and a small sink for your feet, not comfortable at all. I will not return nor do I recommend.

Been there for every service offered. I’m a regular for my haircuts there. Johnathan is the quintessential hair cutter. I believe hair cutting is an inherent art. Either you’re a natural or you’re not.Johnathan is extremely gifted. Period.For my late wife to have Johnathan cut and color — and be thrilled - says it all. He’s truly awesome!They have an Italian line of hair products (shampoos, etc) as well as an endless assortment of Archipelago candles. Today I got “Positano” —- a combination of White Nectarine, Persimmon and Pomegranate. Smells incredible!The facility is truly elegant. It offers extraordinary tranquility and cleanliness The latter is a categorical imperative especially when availing yourself to the sundry of spa services.Thank you Johnathan; thank you Small Indulgences.

Cancelled an appointment since I had a slight fever and wanted to be extra careful and courteous. Instead of being understanding they charged me despite being a frequent and regular customer. The quality of their massages has not been to par as of late. Between the lack of care and the down turn in quality I will no longer use this salon and do not recommend.

Beautiful environment but I felt my $80 body wrap was rushed and certainly not worth the price. Once wrapped, I was instructed to lie there “just a couple of minutes” before migrating to the tub to rinse. Then literally after 3 minutes in the tub my therapist was knocking, wanting to know if I was out yet.This spa’s website doesn’t offer much information about their body wraps, so ask questions! …my fault for not asking I suppose. But I’ve had numerous other experiences where I was allowed to lie in the wrap for at least 20 to 30 minutes to let it work. Isn’t that the whole point ??

My husband got me a gift card. There were some money left after I use for my massy. When I called year later. They were able to look at my account but I was told the GIFT CARD was expired. Unbelievable how gift card can be expired.

I have set up a few spa visits for my wife over the passed few years which she has loved, until more recently, when there has been some sort of issue with each of her last visits. Her most recent experience was no different and suggested using a different spa due to the staff being unfriendly.For me, my experience with them has been that each time that I have paid as a surprise (wife was going there with other people and I did not set up the visit) the staff assured me that they would not say who paid, but each time the staff ended up divulging who paid anyway, which of course, ruined the surprise. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I am sorry to share this horrible experience with you all. I planned treat myself to a nice massage. I had to cancel the day of due to health issues. Their rceptionist put me on hold for over 5 mins. Then when I finally called back they they charged me for the service anyway. Then decided it was good customer service to lecture the customer about policies. Then when I said dont lecture me she hung up. WOW. What was supposed to be a nice experience turned into a miserable one. Dont book here.

My tween daughter enjoyed a wonderful facial yesterday with Barnedette, she helped us learn about how to cleanse her skin, to avoid breakouts even writing down the steps and products. We love going to Small indulgences anytime we can. It is such a peaceful place with such sweet, friendly staff, the prices are well worth the quality care we received!! We will be back!!(:

I dont even want to give them one star. From the beginning, I was not pleased with this establishment. I would not call it a spa. My sister in law was getting married over the weekend, so we went there to have a beautiful experience before her wedding. They put us in a tiny back room with three chairs for pedicures, and two stations for manicures. They promised us 5 technicians to work on 8 of us, but they only had 4 technicians for us. When we complained they blew us off and treated us like we were the bad guys and idiots. Because of this the time spent there was 4.5 hours. With me being pregnant and forced to sit in a tiny backroom with no ventilation, the smells were awful and gave me a headache for the rest of the day. I would not have allowed this if I owned this establishment. They didnt even get started on me until after everyone else was done with their pedicures and only 2 girls had manicures left. The entire time that I was getting my pedicure, the technician was extremely unprofessional, and complained right in front of me about not getting her full paycheck because one of the other girls took another pedicure that was supposed to be hers. When youre trying to relax, having someone complain about anything is an automatic trigger to raise your blood pressure. She also put the wrong color on my toes. The technician who did my manicure rushed through it because she had an appointment in 15 minutes. My nails were not covered completely with the polish, she cut my hand twice while trimming my cuticles and I was bleeding and the treatments stung like crazy. She did not massage my hands at all, and just wanted to get through so she could get to her real client. Needless to say, I would have left if my services werent already paid for. Overall, our experience was extremely negative. The staff were rude, excepting one who waited with me while I was waiting for a ride. They were unprofessional, unfriendly, and did not understand true customer service.

Great experience. Mini facial was amazing and a real treat! Manicurist was incredibly fast and did a nice job. It is very tranquil and a nice spa for when you want to treat yourself!

I’m really picky about my massages, so I was a little skeptical when I first went in. But, I had a great massage and the therapist even made some good suggestions for stretching and self care at home. I upgraded to include the hot stones, and that turned out to be a great decision!

I purchased a gift certificate for a facial and a massage for my girlfriends birthday, when she arrived to enjoy these services she was pleasantly surprised. What happened according to her was enchanting and magical, she said she was treated like royalty. She said the services rendered were professional and she would go again. I enjoyed a facial and a Swedish massage for mental and physical self-care. They were worth every penny! The ladiea are exceptional at what they do. This wasnt my first visit here and it wont be my last even though I am moving across the state in a week.

Every person I had contact with had the same happy and positive attitude that made us all feel welcome. This is a very professional group that wore masks but you felt the smiles. We look forward to returning soon and highly recommend to anyone thats looking to get the body tuned up.

Went there for a manicure, facial and haircut two days before my wedding. Facial was good, manicure was OK and the haircut was bad! My hair was wet when I left and when I got home we realized it was cut unevenly, right side much shorter than left. Would not recommend!

I normally dont write bad reviews but I have to this time. I had a 90 minute Swedish massage with Jessie. I trust the masseuse to know what to do when it comes to relieving knots but she did not. She never asked how the pressure was and was very repetitive and forceful on my back. I should have spoken up but I was trusting her because she is the professional. I felt like I was getting a deep tissue instead of a Swedish because my back was in pain during, towards the end of the day and then for several days afterwards. When I went to pay it was more than what I thought it would because they charged me for the aromatherapy that I thought was included in the massage because when I booked the appointment I only asked for a 90 minute Swedish massage. Less than a week later I developed tingling in both of my arms that increased over several days before improving. I asked my husband to press on my back where my knot had been and sure enough my whole arm tingled again. I dont know how she pinched a nerve but she did and Ive had to rely on heat pads to heal myself. I will not be going back and warn others to avoid this place as well. I am no novice when it comes to a massage (several per year) and this was my worst one to date.

This place is amazing! I had Julia and my partner had David. We got a wrap and a massage. Admittedly, the wrap isnt what I was expecting but it still felt like I was in a nice warm cocoon. Julia did a great job giving me a deep tissue, then told me how I can stretch to make sure I wasnt so knotty. They take you around the back to a separate door right behind the back entrance for massages, which initially confused me but ended up feeling nice and secluded. They also have a hair care area out front, and an amazing porch area waiting room. It feels very comfy, AND they give free mamosas! It was awesome.

Visited the spa today as a bachelorette party of 8 ladies. Small indulgences was amazing and very accommodating! They made sure to get us all in and everyone we interacted with was wonderful. The spa is super cute and we had so much fun lounging around and getting our services. Shannon the masseuse was particrally wonderful! I highly recommend this spa for a group or if youre just flying solo!!

Love to visit St. Augustine and love to visit Small Indulgences. So much fun to go in for a massage and have my hair styled afterward. Nothing more fun on vacation than feeling relaxed and looking your best. Great experience and so comfortable. You will feel like you are in your home town spa. Always gracious and welcoming.

Loved this place. Their facials are amazing and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I love how many different options they have to offer! Will definitely come back for another facial and hope to try out something new as well such as a massage, or yoga!

Me and three of my girlfriends did a spa day filled with massage, facial and pedicure. Fabulous! Absolutely fabulous! Clean, cater to your every need, rockstars in every detail. We’re making it an annual event!

While the experience was nice for my husband, I am not enjoying the fact that my nails were not properly done. The young lady who did them was polite. However, it hasn’t even been a week and every single nail, minus ONE pinky, has fully lifted off. I do not work in harsh environments by any means, either. Very disappointed at the amount spent just to turn around and pay to have them fixed again. I almost didn’t post a review, but I’m that disappointed. If I didn’t live four hours away, I would be coming in and showing them. My thoughts are, if your nail professional hardly ever does acrylics, don’t promote them.

My fiancé and I went to Small Indulgences back in December for a couple’s massage and facials. The couple’s massage was wonderful and so relaxing. I’m giving this experience two stars because of my facial experience. It was the worst facial I’ve ever had. My esthetician did not have a consultation with me prior to starting my facial. She did not ask about my skin or any allergies. She steamed only the right side of my face and then proceeded to try and sell me a “hydration mask” for the remainder of my facial. I declined the mask and she used it on me anyways which caused a horrible reaction leaving me with a painful rash over my face and chest. She did not tell me any of the products she used or what they would do for my skin. A very horrible facial experience. My skin is still overly sensitive and has not fully recovered. I recommend the couple’s massage to everyone, but I would avoid the facial.

I just tried to call to ask a couple of questions and book three services here. The receptionist was so snobby and rude - Ive never had a spa treat me like that before. She told me she couldnt answer my questions because she was busy running a transaction. While I totally understand and wouldnt have minded waiting for a call back, her attitude turned me off. Instead, I booked at a different spa. Too bad this place has the wrong people up front representing the experience the customer can expect. Very disappointing.Oh, and when I emailed and asked for a manager to call me to discuss- no response. They truly do not care about the customer

I’ve waited for a manicurist for up to 15 minutes so when I requested that she wear a mask and was running 10 minutes late myself they told me that I wasn’t a good fit.Additionally they are the most expensive manicure place in St Augustine.(good manicures but mediocre pedicures)

Andrea Bennett is an incredible esthetician!!! Yesterday, she treated and removed my age spots, a cherry angioma and a skin tag. I cant believe how good I look!!! I highly recommend her to anyone needing cosmetic treatments or a routine facial. I highly recommend her!!!

The shop has an ambient appeal that is quiet and soothing. The staff is friendly and excellent hairstylists. Everyone makes you feel welcome and special. I truly enjoy my experiences and the results every time I go.

I had both my hair and makeup done for a wedding I was attending. I was extremely pleased with both my hair and makeup. In fact, the lady who did the brides hair asked who did my hair, because she was very impressed. Highly recommend.

I would like to address the negative report on the massage therapy staff. I went for two separate massages because I knew my neck was bothering me, during both times I became aware of another area in my upper back that had to date I was not aware of until the massages were in progress. I had no problem letting either one of them that it was a bit painful and both of them immediately stopped and took time to help me identify the area of pain. I then followed up with a doctors appointment with a orthopedic specialist, they put me into physical therapy and identified I had a real problem and it was resolved. Bottom line is if you have pain do not assume it was the result of a message appointment, it can have been there before the appointment, but regardless follow up with a doctor with a MD or DO after their name!

Dont use Google to find this place, itll send you around in a loop, anywho, this place is amazing, I have scoliosis and the woman I had, forgot her name, was fantastic, I got a deep conversation and super awesome massage, woke up this morning still feeling great, Ill be going back at least once a week cause its totally worth it

Small Indulgences makes a spa day what it should be! It will take you away to another world. The location is quaint and the staff is wonderful. The massage rooms are tranquil and spotless! After a mani, pedi & massage I seriously felt like I was floating, a smile on my face and felt relaxed for days!

First time getting a Brazilian wax, the lady didnt even remove all my hair between my curves. Right at the Christmas/New years and my husbands bday was on Jan 6, I looked like a lawn mower chopped my down stairs....I luckily got my money back after explaining it over and over.No experience at this place dont waste your time or screw up your hair growing process..

Great atmosphere, staff and therapists! They serve wine and mimosas in addition to herbal tea or coffee! Wow!!! You can have your body painted or massaged with sea salt and then take a soak in your own private boudior!

Its St. Augustine, oldest city so its to be expected the place smells musty. But get past that and everyone is wonderfully skilled and had an amazing time. A wonderful anniversary experience.
