Massage Envy

I wanted to get my wife a massage for her birthday present this year and was told about this place from a friend. I went to the Saint Cloud location after work one day to get a gift card for a 1 hour massage. I was asked by the lady working if my wife had ever been there before, I said that I did not know if she had been there before, she then asked for my wifes phone number. She looked up the number and told me my wife had been there and then sold me a 1 hour gift card which came to just under $90. Today my wife called to make an appointment and was told that since she was not a new customer that her massage would be $130 not the price I was given when I purchased the gift card. The lady that helped me did not say anything about the difference in price after looking my wife up in their system. This is classic bait and switch. We will not be doing business with this place again.UpdateMy wife was given the price I was told when I purchased the gift card. She loved her massage from Jay. The experience went from 1 star to 4. They made it right.

This was my first message with Richard and the experience was very positive. He listened to my concerns and had some good suggestions. I usually enjoy my messages in quiet but Richard and I had a great conversation. I appreciated his attentiveness and knowledge.

I’m filling this out for my mother. Her experience was great with Josias! She was very impressed on how well he did. She came in with a sore back and walked out feeling wonderful. She definitely is going back!

Josias did my massage he did a stellar job, much more detailed than I expected with troubled areas. Had some chuckles very relaxed through whole process, went for a couples massage. I will definitely be coming back even going to look into their monthly program.

Tanya is very knowledgeable of the human body. She can feel where you need extra work done and completes the massage so that you can heal and have little to no pain. She also Listens to the body and understands how far she can work without causing more pain. I also appreciate how her massage strokes are slow. She is very good at giving deep tissue massage, but listens to your needs and adjusts when needed. Her hands are very healing!

Paid for a 60 minute massage, got maybe a 45 minute massage by the time they got me from the waiting room. I gave her 2 areas I wanted her to focus on the most and neither area was addressed. At times she was massaging so lightly I could hardly feel it .

The massage was wonderful, however, the scheduling dept. was terrible. I booked two massages 80 minute, at 1pm and 1:30, on two different phone numbers. Than a few days before called to add on another massage for 2pm.When we arrived we were told our appt. were for 2pm and 2 :30pm and the third appt. was for the next day!!Then after the two massages, one massage was charged to my daughters bill. When she returned home there was an additional 25. Added. My daughter called and was told that was for added amentities.I was considering returning as my massage was great, but never again.

Chelsey is AMAZING!! Facials, massages and any service she provides is great!! Always is upbeat, positive and educational! You can tell she cares about her clients!! I will miss her when she goes on maternity leave!!

Dallas was wonderful. But, my booking got messed up, I tried to cancel and they said it would cost me $71 to cancel same day however because my booking was screwed up they only charged me $60 to get the massage so I’m not quite sure how that works. The massage was great but was only about 30 minutes long because of the screw up. Not Dallas‘s fault

Echo gave me a fabulous facial and hand massage. I will definitely be going back to her. She gave me a short explanation of the benefits each product and also gave me a recommendation of 2 products.

My second visit to massage envy was with Josias. He was amazing! I did not have a chance to get a membership at that visit, but will be getting one and requesting him.

Dallas was professional, asked questions before and during my massage to ensure my experience was the best it could be and he was able to relieve some of the galf ball size knots that I had when entering. I even signed up for the year membership. I will be back in 3 weeks. Thank you.

Marie slayed, I had a wonderful experience with her and her professionalism. We consulted about exactly what was wrong and she accommodated to my liking as far as pressure. Definitely when I come back will be requesting Marie. (Also the front desk was lovely and very helpful and informative, idk what these other reviews are on about.) Booking was also made very easy when I called making an appointment for my husband and I. Definitely try this place out!!

I understood my massage therapist was in pain and had to go to urgent care, but I was only in my appt for maybe 10 minutes and was made to pay for half a massage I didnt get. Disappointed. Couldve had better remedies to please your customer. I wont be back. Thankfully, my daughter had a good experience.

Jay does a wonderful job. I am a completely different person when I leave that place.

PATRONS BEWARE: One of the worst massages I’ve ever received!1. Paid for 90 minutes but received 70 minutes of actual time once they asked me the same questions 3 times in a row (paperwork, front desk person, and massage tech), made me wait after appt time had started, and took 10 minutes for dressing time off the top automatically. I arrived early for paperwork but all stages seemed to stall to waste time- especially the massage tech asking the same question in different ways over and over once in the room.2. After the massage the first thing I was asked was “Do you want to give a gratuity?” which was invasive instead of asking how I liked the massage.3. I expressed my frustration with the shortened time and the staff (2 at the desk) became defensive and hostile instantly. A third person even joined in on attacking my criticism while walking by and didn’t know the full situation. They also deflected from the time issue and tried bringing up other topics like, “Didn’t you like the pressure?” unrelated to anything said.4. Alyssa called me as a follow-up to the issue defending the unprofessionalism of the front desk staff. She ultimately told me she would check the “iPad times” that the massage tech logs (these could say anything in my opinion) and call me back today or tomorrow. I never received that follow-up. I didn’t complain about anything beyond the time and front desk staff due to everyone’s lack of receptiveness to complaints.5. The person giving the massage was VERY inexperienced, untrained, or improperly trained. The techniques used were damaging and painful. For example, one area of issue of several was extreme pressure into the soft area under the jawline.6. Finally, the facility will nickel and dime you. I was told the use of hot towels was extra. Also, the bed here was hard and the only time I’ve ever been quite uncomfortable being face down. I’m not even large chested and it was an issue so larger cup sizes beware.7. I’ve been in so much pain after this visit that you couldn’t get me to go back even with a gift card/paid massage.

Jason was awesome! He applied the perfect amount of pressure and worked the areas that were most painful for me.This was my first massage ever and it felt so good I signed up for 6 months with him.

The message therapists were okay to great, but had several run ins with management, who were rude and defensive.

The staff overall is extremely knowledgeable and kind. They offer many services and packages to fit most peoples needs and budgets. I need message due to medical issues (such as having an extra cervical rib) they are well trained in being able to work with issues such as these. I am not a bot, I am not being paid to pay this.

I signed up for an appt online, expecting the price I was quoted online. After the massage I was quoted a different, MUCH higher price, because I wasn’t “new” ( I went there once in 2018). I also requested the essential oil massage, and not only did I not receive that, they also charged me for the service. The massage was ok, I usually like a firm massage, but knew going in this would not be firm, but it was so gentle I feel no difference at all. Overall very disappointed with the whole experience, and will not be coming back or referring others.

Deli is so wonderful! I leave every appointment completely satisfied with my experience. She always caters my massage to my needs. She is very personable, which I greatly appreciate.

The massages were fine but the management is either predatory or incompetent. Had to call 3 times to ensure cancellation had occurred and to stop them from charging. They claim to have lost my email and my documents too so make sure you have your own copies when you cancel. After getting it all sorted out they didnt charge me for 2 months but are now charging again. Dont waste your time with this unprofessional business, support a small local business instead

The front desk staff is horrible. They were discussing clients personal information and gossiping . The manager was recently fired for being awful too. They hate admitting they make mistakes and fight you on it . They even refused to freeze my account because 4 session credits didn’t qualify ??? What utter nonsense. Only the estheticians and message therapists are the only good part about this place . It’s so much drama I just canceled , bad business management. Don’t waste ur money , they will try to pressure u to stay with offer promotions but honestly not worth it it . Look at message envy threads on Reddit, I thought it was fake but reality hit me hard.

I have always had great service here from when I walk in the door to when I leave. They do a great job. The last massage I had was Katie and she was awesome. Keep up the good work.

I have had a monthly membership with massage envy for the last 5+ years and I just had my last massage appointment. I had to cancel my membership since I am moving to another state and want to get settled before I commit to another massage therapist. The single reason I have maintained a membership for so many years is because of my therapist Marie. You can see I purposely left out the word “massage” before the word therapist because Marie is so much more than a massage therapist. Marie is as good as it get in terms of massage, as real as it gets in terms of a person and her passion for her craft has built an extremely loyal clientele. Whoever gets the opportunity to lay on Marie’s table since my appointments will no longer be on her calendar…. You are welcome!If I owned the Massage Envy is St. Cloud, MN I would make sure I did what I needed to do to retain Marie as an employee!

Its $80 now. And they no longer let you simply cancel your account. They make you leave a phone number with the manager to call you. And surprise, we left a phone number twice and no phone call. Left a different phone number the 3rd time, we will see. This cost us an extra $80 massage because THEY didnt call us.Beware.I was finally able to cancel (attempt 5). Trust is gone though.

After almost 10 years of being a member my friend and I cancelled our memberships. We signed up because we wanted a nice date night once a month to make sure we got our girl time in. Nothing has changed with our schedules but Massage Envy has been canceling our massages almost every month and of course at that point they cant seem to find another time to make a couples massage work. Very disappointed to see all our favorite therapists leave and no one seems to want to work evenings anymore. A few years ago if they needed to cancel our massage they would always offer bonus time on our account. The last couple years when they cancel we get nothing but headaches trying to reschedule. The really bummer part is they didnt seem to care at all that 2 long time members were leaving.

As a first time customer I feel the treatment was well explained and discussed prior to starting. Treatment started promptly. And I greatly appreciate that they did not try up-selling me products or additional services.I have experienced up-sell pressure before at other places and found it to decrease the therapeutic effects of the treatment.Thank you so much for doing a wonderful job!

If for any reason you fall behind on using them, and decide to cancel the account, you will loose the previously paid sessions. They will try to get you to do a freeze plus which still costs money and is only good for 3 months. If you dont remember to call and continue the freeze plus, they will automatically start charging you again at the full rate. The management is terrible.

After my first massage in October, I became a member! Last week I had the best massage of my life. Rebecka B was amazing! She got Into all the right spots with the perfect blend of pressure. Its been a few days since my appointment with her and Im still relaxed. I cannot wait to see her again! The facility is clean and everyone is professional.

Jason did absolutely amazing at a deep pressure massage! He got a ton of knots out out of my neck and shoulders and the pressure was fantastic! Ive never had someone have deep enough pressure and he absolutely rocked it! I will be back soon due to it!

Vicki is awesome! She always takes the time to listen and address my concerns. She tailors the session to work on problem areas identified by me and does a great job giving suggestions on ways to feel better moving forward. I’ve had poor experiences in the past with other therapists but I will return to Massage Envy because of Vicki!

I would recommend going to see Minah at this location. I was struggling with neck pain for weeks and made an appointment with her. She is very good at locating tension and working it out without causing extra pain. It is the day after and I am not as sore as I usually am after a massage. I think it has a lot to do with her technique. I slept so good last night and I feel like I can conquer the day. I will definitely be going back to see her regularly.

I went in for my first prenatal massage and Amber was absolutely amazing. She made me feel soo comfortable and we clicked very well. She is extremely kind and I felt so much better after the massage.

The massage was perfect. Payment however was not. I called 2 days prior to my appointment and asked if this appointment was covered. And the lady said I had 90 minutes on my account and I was covered and didn’t have to pay anything, that’s the only reason I didn’t cancel this appointment, is because I was told that it was covered. Went in, had my massage, came back out to add a tip as I always do cause the service is always amazing. And was told I owed 90 dollars today. Not happening, so I told them I called. They somehow got it down to 60 bucks. Still furious. I paid the extra, and now my car payment is going to be a month behind, I didn’t have the money to pay the 60, which is why I called and asked 2 days prior to my appointment if it was completely covered, I was told it was. Come to find out it wasn’t. Super unhappy about that.

Michelle does a great job of deep tissue massage. I have been experiencing a slowing down of my digestive system. I have been getting a massage from Michelle almost every 2 weeks and my digestive system has increased processing and I have felt more energy, healthier, and less stress. I have been a client at Massage Envy for about 10 years and they are always professional and caring. They are always willing to help. Michelle is by far the best Massage therapist Ive ever had.

Madison is PHENOMENAL!! I will miss her when she pursues her dream. However Massage Envy is a great place with awesome massage therapists and such a friendly staff. Love going here once a month and doing something just for me.

Chelsey, specializes in face and back facials, is super perky and sweet! This was my first facial, so I was expecting small talk or some type of awkwardness but Chelsey made me feel comfortable. We talked my entire appointment about almost everything, lol! She gave me great advice on what to improve on and how to also improve on taking care of my skin.

This was my first massage ever, Cassandra did a great job! The set up of the room are very serene. I will most definitely be going back.

Maryn was fantastic! She focused where I needed the most attention during my session and we had great conversation throughout the 90 minutes. I left feeling super relaxed!

I haven’t been to massage envy in quite I few years Because the last time I got a facial the gal had burned me with the steamer so that was my last time there. After some years I thought I’d give it another try I booked with Chelsey and it was probably one of the best facials I’ve ever had I was amazed at how my skin looked in the week to follow. Chelsey answered all my questions and was very professional. If you want a good relaxing facial ask for Chelsey. I I’ll be going back!

The entire staff at massage envy is wonderful! They always treat me with respect even when I am calling to have to cancel or arrive late for appointments. Morgan finds all the spots and makes them all better! My only wish is that she was available more often ( like in my home every morning and evening right)!!

My massage last night with Morgan was the best Ive gotten with Massage Envy in the whole year of my subscription. It might actually make me renew my subscription instead of canceling it. She deserves a raise! Definitely an intuitive sense and skill with massage compared to other massage therapists I have had. I really cant stress enough how awesome it was to get that kind of relief and attention to the spots that had been bothering me so much which no other massage therapist really did a good job with, edited to add: I just hadnt found my personal fit although I have had other good massages too with massage envy.

Maryn at Massage Envy is wonderful! She applies the right amount of pressure to make me feel relaxed. All the staff there are wonderful!!Update: Maryn is still awesome!! I went in for a quick massage, I had tweaked my back. She got my muscles to start loosen up. They just needed her to give a gentle push in the right direction.

Ive been a lap swimmer off and on for years, decades. With retirement I just returned to my fitness hobby. For years on about the 18th lap, 1/2 mi, my right hand starts going numb. Yesterday Katie at Massage Envy did a very thorough session on me. My first professional massage. Today I swam 1.5 mi/56 laps and absolutely no tingling or numbness in my r. hand. Not sure what button she pushed but she found the right one. Thank you for a super thorough job. It was fantastic!! I walked out of there as Mr. Jello.

Keep close track and use your credits or you might find them disappearing!Ive been getting massages for lifelong PTSD & a host of medical conditions, as regular massage improves mobility & mentality for about 25 years. Ive been a member for nearly a decade at this Mssage Envy in St. Cloud, MN. & this place has gone significantly DOWNHILL!! Theyve fired all but a few of their good massage therapists, (so they obviously dont treat employees well either, so its not just their members of nearly a decade they treat badly). They cancel appointments AFTER you arrive on numerous occasions and never provide credit for such events if youre too nice to ask and I havent asked, so I dont receive. They have more scheduling issues that I can even begin to cover.The last scheduling issue was today. I get no confirmation messages, reminder texts, nothing until today when a number that dont even show up as Massage Envy, (it shows up as spam), says that my provider is ready for me. I tell them I dont have any appointment today. They argue. I ASK WHY THEY TEXT ME THAT MY PROVIDER IS READY FOR ME AT 11:11 FOR AN 11 AM APPT, AS THIS IS NEARLY 15 MINUTES AFTER THE APPT SHOULDVE STARTED, (SO SHE WAS LATE, BUT IM EXPECTED TO BE PUNCTUAL FOR AN APPT I DIDNT EVEN BOOK)?Instead of apologizing for the issue, they basically tell me that Im absolutely being charged 100% for this appointment and if I want to cancel theyll send me the form via email. They also pretty much threatened to cancel my future appointments, therefor not allowing me to use all my prepaid credits, (& theres A LOT OF CREDITS, as they fired several therapists, so theres been even less availability to get in)!On May 9, they had to cancel another appt on me. This time it was due to a wonderful massage therapist getting into a car accident, so although I drove to town and waited quite awhile in the tranquility room before being told they needed to cancel, I absolutely understood and was more worried about the therapist naturally. I never ask for credits, even when I had several cancelations in a row last year with a prior therapist thats no longer there. In May 9 there was a man and woman working front desk & was told I wouldnt be charged for that May 9 visit obviously and I had 6 credits remaining.However, after todays incident and them sending me cancelations, theyre now telling me theyre taking my last credit for this missed appointment! Wait...Last credit? Missed appointment? No, theres no way Ive lost 6 credits when I havent been in more than once and that was last week. Watch your credits closely people!!To all the therapists Ive had over the years, (although theres really only 2 of you left there), thank you for everything. To the owners, awful management and whoever was texting me from this number today at M.E., who refused to even identify themselves, (you might want to read the FTC, FCC guidelines), you need some major help...I hope you seek it.

I had my first massage in years with Meagan and it was great. She was super nice and we talked about our pets throughout the appointment. It made the appointment very comfortable, and really helped to settle my anxiety about being naked in a room with a stranger lol.

Madisons education and talent makes her the best. She really puts all her effort into relieving my muscular issues! Her skills and understanding the muscular skeletal system goes above and beyond! Madison has helped me tremendously!!

This location often has extremely limited availability and appointments are often not within 3-4 weeks. I was on a cancelation list and made an appointment. This was done after being contacted and confirmed the day, time and who the appointment was with. I walked in to be told no appointment was made by staff for me. Despite showing the communication I was told there was nothing they could do. I have a membership here and encourage anyone thinking about one to NEVER get one. A massage should relax you, and this company/location does anything but that.Additionally I was told the manager would contact me after Fridays issue. That did not happen. I was then contacted to schedule an appointment and I expressed being dissatisfied. I was told the manager would contact me. Again I waited and was then told there was nothing that could be done. Other then personally calling and scheduling appointments with her to make sure they are made.

I’ve never been to a Massage Envy before but my friend gifted me a prenatal massage for my birthday so I was excited. I made my appointment for the following weekend. Got a call the day before my appointment saying that there was a “scheduling conflict” and they had to reschedule my appointment. Not the end of the world but because of their availability and mine my appointment was about a week and a half out from the original scheduled date. A few days before my appointment I get a call to confirm whether or not I needed a prenatal appointment. I said yes because I am pregnant and they said “well unfortunately we will have to reschedule your appointment because your upcoming appointment was booked with someone who is not certified to do prenatal massages.”At this point I’m a little irritated but go on to reschedule my appointment and I make sure the receptionist double checks that it is a prenatal certified masseuse. So the day comes of my twice rescheduled appointment and I drive twenty five minutes to the Massage Envy location until I get a text that I can come inside and check in. I go through all the prompts on the tablet and then the receptionist sits down with me to talk about why I’m there and whatnot. I tell her I’m excited to get a prenatal massage because I’ve been in a lot of pain... cue her staring at me with an odd look then asking me to hold on for a minute. She goes in the hack and I can hear her talking to the manager but can’t hear any words until the manager tells her to come out and apologize. So she comes out and says she’s terribly sorry but the person who booked my appointment did NOT book it as a prenatal massage and there is no one else there today to give me my massage. She then reschedules me AGAIN for two days later.I had to wait almost an entire month because of THEIR scheduling issues. I got nothing but their apologies in return. The massage was good but I was so disappointed by all the scheduling issues on their end that I will not be returning.

Amber is the best masseuse I have had at Massage Envy! She is kind and knows her clients needs and health issues. I always feel so much better after seeing her and my fibromyalgia has improved just by maintaining every two weeks with massage! It truly hasbeen a life changer for me and Amber is the reason!

Chelsey was a treat, and I enjoyed my time with her! Jason is a fantastic massage therapist. Made followup appointments to see him again.

Madison is THE best!! I regularly see her as my therapist for the last few years. She knows that I travel from a few hours away and usually see her for a 2hr session. She offered to stay late for my last appointment. Since I was the last appt of the day for her and only had a 1 hr scheduled she stayed and did our usual 2 hr appt. On a Saturday night even!!She knows how to treat her clients!! I have been a member for about 10 years and Madison is THE best therapist I have had at the many locations I have visited thru the years.

Katie always gives a great massage. Her skill allows her to target the exact area of concern. I’ve never been disappointed by my massage experiences with Katie. She is always on time.

I called, set up an appointment and because I got called into work I asked to reschedule and they charged me half of the 120 minute session and they never told me that would happen. All they told me was in order to book the appointment they needed a credit card number and never once mentioned being charged should I need to reschedule! So I didn’t even want to give 1 star as they don’t deserve to have any for a shady business. $200 later and I have nothing for a situation I had no control over! Bad communication and bad customer service! Don’t go here EVER!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!I too got talked into the 12 month plan not fully aware that it would “Auto refill”. Due to my own errors, I’ll admit and some banking issues, I had no idea that each month I was amassing more sessions, sessions that I was trying to get rid of because of medical and scheduling reasons. When I finally did complete the paperwork to have payments stopped, I was told I had 60 days to use up the remaining 14 sessions I had already PAID for. I asked to have them “gifted out”. Again, their clever little rules and policies only allow for one gift per month. Seriously! What difference does it make who uses them. I’ve PAID for services NOT rendered. I took a census of friends and family and everyone agrees this is an unrealistic and unreasonable amount of time to get 14 massages / facials. I am admitting I made some mistakes, however no attempt at a reasonable compromise or solution was made. I have worked in the service industry for over 22 years and I guarantee none of my customers would have ever walked out of my establishment feeling as angry and dumbfounded as I was!!! At this point I am out over $600. Again for services I DID NOT receive. This is a horrific way to treat anyone that works so hard to make money these days. ( And theyre in the business of alleviating stress. How ironic).I have lived and worked in the St. Cloud area for over 60 years. I know hundreds of people. It seems to me that by gifting my massage sessions, there was a potential for 14 plus NEW customers. As it stands, I’m feeling quite the opposite will happen.As far as the services Massage Envy provides, I do not have any complaints and feel they do a wonderful job and the facility is relaxing and beautiful.

My visit was amazing! I was greeted by a friendly face when I walked it. Everything was explained and my therapist listened to my needs and followed through with what I needed! I walked out feeling like a new person!

My frustration comes from the fact I can never get an appointment at the time that is convenient to me without scheduling like 2 months out. I also bought a 6 month membership with the idea that unused months would roll over but at the end of the 6 months they withdraw money from my account. Massages are great but the ability to schedule is a nightmare. Will not be renewing my membership either.

TERRIBLE!!!! HARASSMENT from front desk personnel!A young girl called me from them for a monthly appointment, and when I asked a manager to discuss the best schedule for unused massage, she refused, but told me about tons of ridiculous policy restrictions they have. I asked if she wants me to cancel, but she said I am bound by a 12 moth contract... I asked manager again, she said I would hear the same answers... Very rude. I said she would regret this attitude, and hanged up.In one hour I receive a call from... a police officer!! YES, POLICE OFFICER! He told me that they complained that I called (A LIE! - she called), and I threatened to put her in jail (stupid nonsense lies!!!), and that I am not allowed to call them nor trespass to their property! Can you believe that??? I brought them 2 family members as clients, and I have 6 x $39 = $240 credit, and they tell me they through me out!!! They called police on me!! What a relaxing massage! ((((Well, I am filing a complaint to BBB and Chamber of Commerce, as well as will write to Massage Envy Headquarters in Arizona. If I am not getting a satisfactory apologies and reimbursement, I will be seeking legal actions against them

The music track needs fixing...It abruptly starts and stops...very distracting. Also no upgrades were suggested. Vicky did a great job being in atune to pressures being applied.

I love the service and the staff is friendly. My massages are always custom to what I want. BUT I pay for the membership and can hardly ever get an appointment. After calling 4(!) Different locations, I FINALLY was able to get in!

Wonderful place and the therapist are great, I see a lot of people complain about how hard it is to get in and sometimes yes it is sometimes hard to get in but keep in mind that the therapists are good and people pre-book with them so they dont have to fight to get a spot. They are open early to late 7days a week to help people with different schedules. I have always been treated with respect when I have gone in. I recommend everyone I know to go there because they care and they show it

Rip off! Only get 50 min of the 60 mins paid for. Way over priced unless you commit to a 12mth membership. No 30 sessions. Quick Fix is just as good, offers 30 mins sessions, and no gimmicks (12mth term contacts) for about the same cost per hour. Very disappointed with Massage Envy!

Very hard to get an appointment that works for my schedule and then when I do they leave a message that it has been changed to a time that wont work for me. Took 20 minutes to find a time that would work. Very nice to you to get you to sign up and then dont seem to care to help out at all to schedule an appointment. Should not be so hard to get an appointment that works with my schedule. Very stressful! Maybe thats how they get you in is to stress you out. Wont be back when my contract is done!

When I first started getting using massage envy monthly I thought Ill try this out for 6 months and see how it works that was two-and-a-half years ago Ive switched masseuses several times because they have moved and each time I ended up with a better more capable massage therapist Jason is mine currently highly recommend the him...

1 is a joke. First of all can never get in. Secondly i was gifted a massage and when i finally got in and checked in they tell me i have to reschedule becauase i was expecting. Family emergency arose which made me unable to go and when cancelling i was told they would take my massage because i called to late. Even though i called prior, and told them this was never explained to me. The lady treated me like an ignorant child and told me it was scheduled by an asst manager so I KNOW IT WAS. All around very unaccommodating rude and so much wasted time. Massages are SUPPOSED to be RELAXING not the case here when trying to get one is more stressful than why i am going in!

Really, I am not understanding all the bad reviews~, Ive had nothing except great service. The only issue I have is most times I have a difficult time getting in, especially if I want a two hour appt. I dont like the fact that they wont apply my essential oil that I brought in, only using their product. Thats it, the massages are great!

Its too bad the girl that gave me a massage works at a place like this cause she was great, but their policies are trash. I accidentally got the date wrong in my calendar and missed an appointment that I had. They charged my account $96.88 because I missed it on accident. They left me a voicemail asking if I was going to make it to the appt cause it was 10 minutes after my appt was supposed to start, saying if I didnt call back they were going to mark me down a no call no show and charge me the full amount. I called back immediately and said I was too late and they were going to charge my account anyways. I asked to speak to the manager, she said she wasnt there and would call me back the next day. Wait the next day with no call, and call back again and had to explain it all over again to a different lady on the phone the next day. She said she would have a manager call me back and took my name and number. I havent heard back. Just cause you have someones card information doesnt give you the right to use it and steal money from your customers. I made a simple mistake and Im literally paying 96 bucks for it.The manager commented on this told me to message her for resolution, but ultimately emailed me only to tell me I was wrong and they were right to steal money for a service I didnt receive.

I do not recommend massage envy st.cloud at all. I told them I was going abroad and that I needed to pause or cancel my account, I got no assistant with that at all. They told me I could just finish the rest of my contract and be done, so that’s what I did. Paid 6 months of fees that I could have canceled. My contract was up in January and they are STILL TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I am furious and so dissatisfied with their willingness to help me.

I have never had a bad massage from Emily. She is very professional and can read your body to know exactly your stress spots and can work them out.

Tanya is one of the best massage therapists at ME. I was pain free the whole evening after my massage and this is rare with arthritis. I highly recommend her!

I will never use this facility. I have called on 4 separate occasions and I have been unable to set an appointment within a 2 or 3 day period. I am not trying to get in for maintenance but to rectify an issue. Im sick of calling them and them not having time for me. I will find someone else and never recommend this location. If you notice there are two predominant ratings either 5 or 1 not many in between this should be an indication of service.

TanyaR is awesome for deep tissue! She gets the out knots is the muscles. She gets in deep so you can feel the intensity during but I feel so much better the next day.

This place is a scam. I was told I’d be able to cancel my membership at the end of my pregnancy but yet they’ve charged me $210 since I called to cancel it. I’ve called numerous times since and they refuse to reimburse me or cancel my membership.

I have no complaints about my massages. My complaint is there is not enough available appts. to get in for massages. I have 6 massages saved and have not been able to fit any to use any. I find that when I complain they apologize but do nothing to help solve thus problem. I would not recommend anyone to become a member at the St. Cloud lication.

Unethical sales practice.After making it clear that I did not currently want any massage contract, the saleswoman let me know that it could be beneficial to sign up just in case I changed my mind, and that I could simply place the account on hold and then if I ever changed my mind I could simply unfreeze it to get the same benefits. That made sense, so I filled out the paperwork…just in case. Fast forward 6 months and without my consent they call me to tell me my account has been unfrozen and my massage therapy will now resume. Even after explaining multiple times to multiple people how I was mislead by the sales person, they refuse to do anything what-so-ever. I cant recommend this company to ANYONE. Very unethical and extremely poor customer service.

Leaving a 1 star review because they use the BBB as proof they do nothing wrong. The Better Business Bureau offers business way to settle complaints for money. No matter what if the business sends some sort of response they are found to have tried or tried in their best Effort to settle the dispute but the customer was unwilling which still means, the business responded, the customer was unhappy, but because massage envy is part of their program they are automatically found in the right and that no matter the response it was an attempt to right the wrong. Simply put, you use the BBB pay to give you a good name policy, you are a company that need, NEEDS to pay for a good review or rating.EDIT: After looking some more I found that in fact Massage Envy is an accredited BBB business. So they did pay the company, and they do receive an A+ rating no matter the complaint or outcome as long as they reply.
