Gina and Timmer are awesome people running this local St. Cloud business. Very professional, extremely friendly, helpful, and the prices really cannot be beat. They have a great selection and know their products well. They have a local delivery option which is prompt and very convenient.

While we will miss their constant smiles and fun attitude when we went into the store, Im happy to report that their new delivery system works just fine now that theyve gone online only. Prices cant be beat.

I been shopping at vape depot for a few years now and its been nothing but a pleasant experience every time! They always have what I needed and as soon as you open that door you are greeted immediately! The two staff that work there are amazing and always have a very positive attitude and patient to hear about any questions or concerns that you may have with buying a device or questions about a device you may have. The shop is very spotless all the juices are organized and easy to find! Its a pleasure to shop here and recommend this place to anyone in the area!

This is my new vape spot! The place is very clean and organized. The man who helped me was so nice. He answered all my random questions and showed me step by step how to use,maintain and clean my new vape. I dont do alot of reviews Im a normal person just like everyone else but my visits to Ginas gl vape depot in Saint cloud florida in the past few weeks to a couple of months have been beyond comparable to the other shops it is such a well driven company the care and compassion are outstanding I had broken my tanks glass a couple of times and was unsure she would carry them well turns out she did timmer her employee also super awesome and nice he was prepared and ready to go even cleaned and fixed it for me the other favorite part of this store is the juices Gina likes to trade taste ideas around and has a big selection her selection of vapes and equipment is very good and awesome points reward system as well now when I tell you this is my go to shop I asked Gina to see if she could find or obtain a particular mod which I had been searching myself and was getting frustrated looking for it I only asked if she would loom she took the time and not only contacted me but also let me know the info as soon. As she got it wound up she had the particular vape and had it within I believe a week now that is the best service hands down thank you again Gina and Timmer

I liked them at first. My wife and I were new to vaping and bought 2 expensive mods. Mine broke after only a short time and was of course, out of warranty. The owner offered very little help trying to see if it could be fixed on my own and I felt “left out in the cold”. No offer of discount was ever offered on a new device so I gave up and started a search for a better vape store. Prices are average for St Cloud and Kissimmee but are way more expensive than the new store that we go to in Palm Bay. Sorry guys, not a satisfied customer here!

Very very good shop. Great staff, incredibly friendly. Came here as a new vaper, and they were very knowledgeable and helped me pick the product that was right for me. Juices is where this place really shines, they have a very wide array of brand and flavors. As far as devices go their stock is constantly updating, you can follow them on Instagram and they post whenever a new product is up, as well as weekly deals and raffles for products. They also have a points system in the store, rack up enough points and you can get anything from a free bottle of juice to a coil build. Absolutely fantastic store, if youre visiting stop by and if you live in the area definitely give this place a shot.

I went today and was greeted by a very professional and friendly gal, who made me feel comfortable and at ease with my purchase. I must say that the store was immaculately clean. It was one of the most enjoyable experience I’ve had shopping for vape supplies. I will definitely recommend this store and willAlways get my supplies from them.

If I could give 10 stars, I would..because GL depot deserves it! Its truly impossible for them to have an unhappy customer! I live in Kissimmee and pass a bunch of other vape shops on the way to visit them because not only do they have the most competitive prices (even their coffee is cheaper than retail stores and gas stations) but they ALWAYS have my juice ! Theyre really on top of the game.. And that alone shows their loyalty to their customers. They reward you and do giveaways just for following them on social media! The staff is incredible.. You walk in the door and can feel the positive energy. Gina is the type of person you cant help but love! Shes so cute and bubbly and extremely knowledgeable.. the woman knows her stuff..Timmer is so sweet and is ALWAYS happy to help.. I dont think he ever has a bad day & if he does his attitude and personality doesnt show it. Theyre like one big, fun, happy family who make you feel welcomed coming into their home. SCAMMERS. Over charged on credit card. Bought 60 ml juice and my credit card was charged US$30. I figure they over charged by at least $10. Didnt notice until I read my credit card state,net. Beware! Ripoff artists. Sadly I left the state before I noticed.
