Hands down the best vape shop. My favorite thing is probably their rewards system. Every time you shop and put in your number you have a chance to win and get things like a free coil, which I’ve won multiple times. And it’s really easy to stack up points and use your rewards to take money off your purchase. I appreciate them doing that for their customers and I’m really glad I heard about this smoke shop. It’s been my main place to go ever since. The staff there are always so great! They’re always patient and helpful when it comes to getting what you need.

Always quick and friendly service. This shop is the only one Ive found in the area that offers the coils I require, my tank only takes one brand. The staff is always nice and laid back which is a huge plus- if you frequent vape shops you have probably experienced the loud, know it all guys. This is not that, theyre quite helpful. This is the only shop I will go to since discovering them a couple months ago.

Even those who are indecisive, they will give e-juice suggestions of their favorites, top sellers, and will even tell you which ones to avoid unless you ask for that flavor/brand.Just had an incident with a device I purchased two months ago. It quit working today, walked into the store today and explained what was going on. They attempted a few fixes but with no success. They willingly offered to replace it even after i was expecting to pay for a new one, i walked out with a brand new device. I used to be loyal to other local shops but once i stepped foot into Smoking Monkey once, I have yet to go back to their competitors.Keep up the awesome business everyone! 🤘🏻

I find it rude and a lack of customer service to not help the person with the questions who was in line first and may be willing to spend a little extra money to get what they want

Went into SM today in search for a new vape. Recently bought a Mipod at another local vape shop and just wasn’t loving it and wasn’t getting any guidance from that said shop. Immediately went walking in Luke was super welcoming and excited to help me (unlike my previous experiences elsewhere). He listened to my preference and concerns and recommended a few vapes. He helped me pick out some new juice and I got a new vape that I absolutely LOVE. it was an awesome experience and I’m so thrilled with my Sourin air pro. Thank you so much! Also, they had a ton of inventory to choose from which was also really nice. 10/10 recommend!

This has probably been our 3rd time being in smoking monkey and everytime we go in, the staff is super nice and very helpful. Today was the best experience we probably ever had in a vape shop period!!! We normally get our juice from online but I think we decided that we will stop getting our juice online and just keep going to smoking monkey from now on... we will keep driving 40 miles to clown town which is what we call St. Cloud just for smoking monkey. Being an owner of a company I understand the value of customer service. All the Smokin Monkey employees have been very reliable and go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you want. Very satisfied with this company and always promote and recommend it!

Best place to get vape juice, coils, mods, and atomizers in St. Cloud. Staff is friendly and quick to help when asked. Prices are good, and the selection isnt half bad either. Theyre always getting new stuff in, and if youre like me, its a great place to go and pick up a new bottle to try out.They do have a reward system that you can sign up for that gives you points back for every dollar spent. These points can be used for free coils, discounts for both their home juices and the brand name ones as well, and even free mods and atomizers if you have enough points.

Employees are always amazing and always happy to help you out with whatever you need. Very knowledgeable and will answer questions. The new remodel looks amazing!

Guy working the shop was very informative and gave his opinions and suggestions without being pushy. He gave the facts and let me make an informed decision. I go in here often, as someone who only periodically vapes when the urge to quit smoking hits, I definitely am not an expert on the topic. So I always have a lot of questions when I go in, and the customer service is excellent, no matter what question I ask they never make me feel stupid because I don’t know what I’m talking about LOL. Told me I had a fake id…. Been here numerous of times and had 2-3 other people check it and never told me it was fake. You guys need to teach the guy working today what a fake Id is and I even have a rewards point…. Great job!.

In the early days of smokin monkey there were a few employees at each location that would grind my gears but over the years theyve managed to weed them out and each time over the past two and a half years Im welcomed warmly! Great service! Great products! Great people!

It’s great to have a store that is totally fair with their point system. I spend way to much on vape stuff and could save so much by ordering online. I’m literally getting screwed by convenience. Smokin Monkey is truly the only vale shop I know I can walk in and get my expensive a** juice and a coil for under 10$ because of the points I’ve accumulated. No hidden bs , no bogo sales and they tell you how much points you have without letting you forget about it. The customer service is right to the point. My favorite shop in the central MN area 🤞🏽

My flavor seems to always be in stock, the rewards program tops other competitors and overall I can quickly walk in get what I need and get right back to what I was doing.

**** The actual shop was hard to find! It looks like the plaza is undergoing construction, and all of the signs are down. Hopefully the property management will get their act together so these businesses dont suffer too much!!There is a sign that says All businesses are open, but if you are not from the area (which Im not) you wouldnt know which businesses are here.That said, my experience in the actual shop was surprisingly educational and enjoyable!Jesse explained the vaping options; he made sure to explain the differences as they pertain to budget. We talked about popcorn lung, which I hadnt previously understood.5/5, would give more stars if I could!

They told me not text in the store, because they suspected me of texting my friend who was also in the store who was buying juice for his bday. When I asked if he wanted to see my ID he said nah. This is after a time of going with the same person and being denied juice for having a new ID

The smokin monkey is the #1 place I choose to go to, to buy all my ecig needs! The staff is educated beyond any othet shop ive experienced. They treat their guests with excellent customer service and respect. The mods they carry are always up to date and you can expect the new products that are out to be there. The juice lines they carry including their house juice are excellent and great quality.

My first time in this shop. I’m new to vaping and staff was very helpful helping me get the correct juice I needed.

I was not impressed with the service. My partner was looking for a different kind of vaping equipment from the e cig we were both using. The employee spent a lot of time belittling my e cig, which was insulting because Im not using to be a vaper. Im using an e cig to quit smoking and he was really rude about hating those things that look like cigarettes. Wow. But my partner was interested, so focusing on me was absolutely stupid. Instead of pushing vaping culture, how about try to welcome all people through your door by matching people to equipment that fits their needs? Some of us are older and curious about what is out there, so we might be able to get into what you have to offer, but youve got to bridge that gap, young one. Insulting what people are doing to kick a cig habit is NOT the way to go. Not to mention, the guys in the back kept yelling at us, were closing! What the hell....
