I visited the nail salon for the first time on Sunday 5/27 for a manicure and pedicure. I got there on time for my 11:00am appointment and had to wait for the nail tech to arrive. My nail tech did a great job but she is very slow at her work it should not take 3 hours to to get a manicure and pedicure done. She started on my pedicure about 11:20am, I did not leave that salon until 2:15pm. I got powder nails and a regular pedicure and I have short natural nails. The tech she was friendly and I did like my nails, but today I noticed that one of my nails are already chipped, which should not be the case this is why I paid extra for the powder nails to last longer than 1 day. Then I think I got charged extra as I was charged for a manicure and the D&S powder, since when do you pay separate for the manicure? Isnt that part of the nail service? You are not going to polish my nail and not trim, and work on them?? I will be requesting a refund for the manicure and I was such in a rush leaving because I had to start work at 2:30pm and I was late due to time she completed my nails. I will be requesting that my nail gets fixed and a refund for the manicure because online with their pricing it states if you pay for the extras the manicure is included which makes sense. The service was good just very slow and if I get my refund and my nail fixed I will update this review.

Employees are very friendly. The salon is very clean and the massage chairs are amazing. I have the opportunity to meet the owner they are very polite and professional. We will continue to come to this place.

Every time I go everyone is so professional and nice! The salon is super clean and they genuinely care about making sure you love your sets! I tell everyone I know to go here cause they are so good! They take pride in their work, I attached the nail sets they’ve done for me! The price is worth it too cause my nails last 1month sometimes over 1month

The girls were nice, however, I’m really disappointed in the gel services I received. :( I went on January 27th for a gel mani and pedi and within 3 days, they began to chip. I usually get gel manicures and pedicures and have never had this happen. Shortly thereafter, I decided to go back to get them fixed on the 5th day as their policy states. (Feb. 2nd)The manager was very sweet and fixed them for me, however, the next day they began to chip again.It’s now day 4 after they “fixed” my nails and my pedicure is chipping which I once again, have never had happen to me. As well as the 3 nails that were fixed, all chipping again. 🙁This is just my personal experience, however, I really don’t plan on going back there. I’ll just stick with Lee Nails & Day Spa down the road.

I took my grandma in to get her first ever pedicure for her 94th birthday. They did such a great job! The place was beautiful and very clean. Bianca took her time and explained what she was doing so my grandma could understand. Highly recommend her and this place!

Not everyone can do sculptured nails but BIANCA really knows her stuff. I love the way my nails came out. Absolutely beautiful all the way around. Would definitely recommend. Absolutely worth the money.

I had a really good experience when I visited this nail salon. The customer service was top notch. They did a really good job with my feet. Visited Florida from Illinois and I tell you, this is the best nail service I have had in years. The owner Chip really did a good job with this place. Guys you need to visit to experience what I am talking about. I am definitely going back.

I’ve been coming here for years and was nervous with the idea of new owners, but they are wonderful! Bianca did my full set of nails and made the experience very comfortable. I even got gems that she made sure to apply extra strong for me due to the fact I work a lot with water. It’s been 3 weeks and not one gem has budged! Try this spot out :)

My daughter and I visited Lacquer Nail Salon today and were so very pleased! The salon’s new owners, Mark and Bonnie, along with their staff, were so welcoming and kind. I received the most amazing foot and leg massage from Lynn with my pedicure and Mark did an exceptional and very meticulous job on my dip manicure. The salon is very clean and has a lot of new products. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this lovely small, local family business to others!

Ely was so nice, gentle and left my nails looking amazing and clean. Would 10/10 recommend and I’ll be coming back.

My wife and I enjoy coming here for pedicures, Melba and Lady are truly masterful even with my discomfort of my feet being touched because they truly make you feel welcome! My wife has also made this her go to place for nails, Melba does such an incredible job with her skills to create art, not a rush job, personality that makes you feel like family.

I miss the owners that left. They actually knew how to cut toenails properly. For $30.00 I will not go, I would be happy to pay more if they knew what they were doing. The other ladies who were doing other manicure kept telling the girl working on me what to do

I stopped in to get a full set a few weeks back and now for fill in. To my surprise there was a whole new staff. Mark, Bounie and everyone left. I was immediately greeted and offered something to drink. Although at first I was disappointed, the gentleman explained that there was a whole new staff who was ready to take care of me. The place is so clean now compared to before. It smelled nice and pleasant and there was no strong acrylic odor. The young lady who took care of me was gentle and asked if there were any areas I was sensitive. She asked who did my nails and I told her I had gotten them done here a few weeks ago. To my horror, I found out they were using illegal monomer on my nails. I asked her to remove the old set as I’m well aware of the health hazards regarding MMA. But she assured me that once the old acrylic was removed I shouldn’t have any issues. She was kind and made me feel at ease because I could tell she was a very skilled technician. My nails have never looked so good! I felt very welcomed and the staff was so kind and inviting. She even took a picture of my nails for me so I could keep track of the nail art I get done. This is definitely going to be the only place I get my nails done from now on. FINALLY, St Cloud has a great nail salon!

So disappointed… got my nails done here with the new management for $130. Loved the old owners where I had amazing service cheaper prices and better quality for $80 . Trying to go to the same place, I got my nails done very beautifully but so over priced! Was charged for designs, color, shape, new set. Just to come in 4 days later because my new nails new set were lifting. Tried it again and asked for them to fix them and they charged me $10 per nail to redo. Fine no problem but 4 days later they are popping off again. So disappointed really wanted to stay at the same location even if prices went up. But so disappointed two different ladies and it sucked both times. Won’t spend another dime much less penny here even if it’s last resort I’ll find somewhere else!I find it funny how you can recall telling me something but don’t remember me coming in!! Nothing was told to me they were to busy telling each other about there relationship problems! And about EDC. Your response made no sense if you can recall telling me about my weak nail beds why can’t you recall me coming in? Adding on the trash talk about past workers was also suprising because if I’m not wrong it’s the same profession! Adding on to maybe figuring me out funny how the owner doesn’t know Spanish for all the secret talks about him too!

Went here with my wife and I got a pedicure while she did her thing. Had a great experience, staff was personable and very nice! It was an enjoyable experience and we will BOTH be back again! 😊

I was there earlier for a pedicure and full set, Rossy was excellent, it’s so hard to find someone who pleases you with good acrylic nails and her work is perfection.

When I came in staff right away greeted me and offered something to drink when i said pedicure omg the best I have in years my feet feel like new Rosie clean everything in my nails she give me a lot of information about my feet very professional and my gel manicure came out great jus like the ones you see in the internet great team I feel super comfortable in the salon also very clean I definitely found my technician.

A few days ago I attended Lacquer Nails & Spa for a pedicure and I was blown away by the service. The staff were so professional and I received the best pedicure ever!!! I will definitely be returning and I would recommend their services for everyone.

Truly a HORRIBLE experience!! I was the first app. at 9am, we aid our goodmornings and I was seated and told to put my feet in ICECOLD water! I refused and Mark (Mac) drained some and heated it to lukewarm. I put my feet in and he reached immediately and started trying to push my cuticles back!! I should have left then! Then he started chipping away at my cuticles like a little weed eater and literally accomplished nothing I still have acuticals right now! Ive never seen anybody push cuticles back and trim them in that manner and I am a hairstylist! They acted like they were running out of Polish when they were painting!! super thin! My feet were dried out within 45 minutes of leaving the salon so I dont know what kind of lotion they used but it was horrible!! I dont usually leave reviews, but I dont wish this experience upon anybody!

Not happy with the service. I went in on New Year’s eve and my designs were rushed. Once I arrived home several of my diamonds were falling off of my full set and I paid quite a bit of money.

I have given this spa more than one chance, and each time they really test my patience. They do not honor appointments at all. I was left with foils on my nails for over an hour!! I had to beg a lady to take them off and she said yes the second time i asked her. Another 30 minutes later, i am told that after Kim starts and finishes one more persons nails, that I am next. 2 hours for a nail service? I went to Lee spa instead and they also do a great job. I also made an appointment with Tommy for my graduation party and he also made me wait like 25 minutes while my mom and sisters were already halfway into their pedicure. No professionalism here!

They are the best

I was in the area and stopped in for a pedicure. Apparently there was a couple of shifts of management recently. The place was less cluttered and CLEAN. I was immediately greeted, offered a beverage and didnt have to wait four hours for a pedicure. They used a plastic liner and a new jet fresh out of the disinfection liquid. Ive never seen that at any other salon Ive been to. Bianca was attentive, meticulous and asked if there were any sensitive areas she needed to be aware of. She left my nails clean , cuticles were well manicured & the massage was perfect! I felt that she was truly trying to give me the best experience & this was overall the best experience Ive ever had.

Got an amazing gel x set from Bianca , she’s so friendly & professional & the place is so pretty and clean thank you again !!! Xo
