I recently visited Pristine Spa and had an exceptional experience. Vilma, my massage therapist, was highly professional and provided an outstanding massage. The front receptionist was both attentive and courteous, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. The spa itself is impeccably clean and offers a truly relaxing environment. I can’t wait for my next visit!

In two words: Absolutely Amazing! Every time I travel to Florida, I’ve struggled to find the perfect lash place. This time, I reached out to Pristine Spa and was fortunate to speak with Dawn. She was incredibly kind, professional, and understood exactly what I needed.I scheduled an appointment with Tatiana, and I must say, the results were flawless. I left feeling Incredibly Satisfied!!! My lashes look completely natural, sexy, and have lasted wonderfully.A special thank you to Dawn 😊for the outstanding customer service and Tatiana 😊for her patience and attention to detail!!! I’m thrilled to say that I’ve finally found my go-to spot in Florida.

If I could rate 4 3/4 stars :)My husband and I really love pristine spa. The massage therapists here are very professional and listen to which areas you need more attention to and work out those sore muscles.Our only negative critique about this place is that they don’t give their massage therapists time in between to turn around/clean rooms. So if you pay for a 1 HOUR massage, you’re only getting 40-45 mins of the massage time. The rest of the time is used for you to get on the massage table and for them to show you out and clean up. I’ve been to spas before that will massage you for the FULL time you paid for and they have time in between to clean, stretch, and get their next client without running into the client’s time slot. I didn’t remove a “star rating”for that because it’s no fault of the massage therapist… but only how the business utilizes their time slots.

It was our first time and it was an amazing experience.I decided to book a visit with my daughter just being mindful of our skincare and experience it together.I learned so much at times it was overwhelming but Danna reassure us, she taught us so much and more than anything what I value most is that we were treated with so much kindness. The products she recommended are amazing for at home, Im really glad I did this.

Had some facial waxing done today by Bella. Great experience. The salon itself was clean and very relaxed. The front receptionist was attentive and courteous. Bella herself was friendly, professional, gentle and attentive to things like if the wax was too hot. I will definitely be returning here.

The attention was very good and the masseuse of Brazilian origin (its a shame I dont remember her name) was very friendly and the massage was excellent.

It is the perfect place for self-care. Brittany does my facials. Amazing. The front staff is amazing. I recommend becoming a member to force you to get a massage/facial every month.

I had the most wonderful one hour massage with Amy today. She has worked on my many sore points around my neck and shoulder, as well as the full body massage for the last 3 times I’ve been there. Really talented with getting into the points of knotted muscles. I recommend Amy highly. The reception staff is also very welcoming.

My normal massage place canceled on really short notice and I really needed a massage. I called Pristine Spa and they were able to get me an appointment in 30 minutes. I was booked with Nathaniel, and when I say he was by far the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I had so much tension in my body and I could literally feel every single knot leaving my body. I will definitely be seeing him again!!

I am in town visiting and decided to schedule an appointment for a Brazilian wax. I’ve had both great and terrible waxing experiences. Bella was great and very informative on post-wax maintenance. I expected my first wax in a long time to be very painful but Bella is a pro! I also had the goji berry mask done after the wax and it was very soothing. I will definitely be scheduling another appointment when I’m in town next! Thanks Bella!

Ive gotten several facials with Melanie and she has been, by far, the best esthetician I have ever met. Since day 1, she has answered all of my questions and gave me great recommendations on my problem areas. Shes doesn’t try to just sell you a service… she genuinely cares and will give you alternatives & combinations that will give you the results you want.

I had my first facial at this location with Zulfia. She was very gentle. She really gives her 100% to make sure you leave satisfied and with noticeable results! Her facial, neck and shoulders massages are the literally the best. If I could book two hours or more with her I totally would. It would be worth every penny.I can’t wait to book another appointment.💕

Best place I ever been for a spa! Did a massage today and added the strawberry and chocolate oil for Valentines and a facial and was the best ever! From the front des staff to te therapists. Wow!! I found the best place for relaxation!

Today had a massage with Saline which was so relaxing and incredible. She is Amazing, then had a facial with Zulia that was outstanding never had my face massage like she did to me and I left with glowing skin 😍 thank you Pristine Spa for making my day when I go there 🙏🏻🫶🏻

Its been a few months since I visited last but when I bought the membership pass, it was ALWAYS a simple process and amazing experience going in! I would always use Zulfia for my waxes and facials and honestly, Id still be going today regularly if I hadnt moved and wasnt so far. You truly get what you pay for.

I had insane back spasms causing serious pain. My doctor recommended that I get massage therapy. I had never gotten a massage but took my doctors advice. After only 1.5 hours (2 visits) Oscar fixed my pain. He is the best! I will definitely keep coming to Prestine to get regular massages. Highly recommended!

Update: don’t go by the reviews since the manager will call you to get a deal if you delete. That’s the only condition to give you a refund for poor service. Keep my money! I will not delete my true experience so you can brush it under the rug.Spend $90 on my eye brows and I don’t see a difference at all. VERY expensive compare to other competitors. I have done henna and other treatments before and decided to try this spa… very disappointed with the results.

These women don’t know how to give facials only how to steal money for poor services. Facial did not last one hour only 40 minutes. Never coming back here again. Do not fall for the subscription unless you want to give to their charity cause you aren’t gonna get quality service for your money.

I did all my sessions for laser hair removal plus some extra sessions as well and i feel like they can do a better job of being attentive. did a brazilian and many places she hasn’t gotten in the right places or enough. i still have a lot of hair even upper lip!! legs are also still pretty hairy after so many sessions ! i rate it like 4/10 didnt work well for me.

I’ve had a few things done at the spa. I’ve had the classic set of eyelash extensions done earlier this year which was my first time, I can’t remember the lady who did it for me. And they looked absolutely amazing. I’ve had a facial done by Jessica recently and she made me feel amazing. I’ve had henna tint done by Daniella and that was my first time doing this. She did an amazing job. It looked beautiful and natural. And today my husband and I had massages done this morning. I had Kristi and my husband had Christine. Kristi was amazing. She was the best masseuse I’ve ever had. I’m going to book again with her for next month! Love this place. You definitely have to check them out!

This was my first time ever going into a Spa. This was a B-day gift that my adult children gave to me. The place is immaculate clean. The receptionist were the sweetest girls ever, so professionals. My appt. was for 2:00pm and I was called in at exactly 2:00pm. I went in for a Swedish Massage and a facial. For the massage I had Jeannie. Jeannie made me feel so comfortable and at ease. The ambiance in the room was perfect. Perfect lighting, and the sound of the ocean and instrumental music were on point. Jeannie hit all the right spots and she kept asking me if I was OK with the way or pressure she was using. It was wonderful. Then for my facial I had Natalia and oh, my goodness, another gem. She also made me feel so calm and at ease and she made me a believer in getting a monthly facial. She was so knowledgeable and so gentle. Too bad that I will be moving out of this area, and because it will be a three hour drive for me, I wont be able to return. If you do happen to live close by, please make this your SPA place. You wont regret it. I came out of there feeling so refreshed. Thank you Jeannie and Natalia for being so great.

I went for my very first ever facial on Halloween as a cap off to my incredible bachelorette weekend! It was an entirely comforting experience and very professional. Isabella did my facial and eased me into the process. She is the reason I am giving 5 stars! I felt completely relaxed and pampered by her. I will be coming back!

Dana for facials is the absolute BEST! She is truly the reason I keep my membership active. I always leave her room feeling refreshed and relaxed no matter what crazy is happening outside of there.

My absolute favourite place for me time, totally worth the drive. You always feel so welcome and taken care of. Janet is amazing, its her massages that got me addicted to pristine spa in the first place. Ive also had a lash lift done (got their gift card for my birthday) and a couple of facials with Jackie and after getting so many compliments, Im definitely going back for those again.

My wife Carla and I used to do massages with Janet every week here when we live in Harmony.Great environment. We are happy that Inga and her partner opened another one in Lake Nona. We would love to have Janet back though.

My wife and I recently moved to Florida from California. For her birthday we decided to do a couples massage at Pristine Spas. The staff there are very friendly. When you walk in you get hit with this relaxation and calming feeling. We had to fill out general information and they make sure you are not sick to protect you and the staff members. On the sheet you can mark where you need the most work done and select the any extra massage add-on you like to do. I selected the aromatherapy with eucalyptus scent. Using this infused oil, it placed me in a relax state during the massage. I had a few knots on my back which they were able to get out. My wife is very picky with massages but she really enjoyed this one. They took out some knots where most of her stress as tighten those back muscles. Immediately after we were done we knew we wanted to continue to come here so we did the membership for $49.95, which is equivalent to 1 point to be used for a massage or facial massage every month. I also gifted my mother a facial massage for her birthday and she came back loving it. Additionally, my friend came from New Jersey, who never received a massage before, also enjoyed how relaxed his body felt. Overall, it’s clean, the masseuse are very knowledgeable and are trained very well to accommodate your body during the massage. I want to mention booking appts are very easy, either on the app vagaro and look for the spa or online. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a spa.

I bought a 90 minute massage. AMAZING!!! Why 4 stars? I paid for 90 minutes and got 72 minutes. Started late and ended early. I paid the the amount owed and did not complain because the massage was great! If it was the full 90 minutes then I would have given 5 stars. My masseuse was so good I dozed off for a bit. She found the sore spots without me pointing to them. Just wished it had been 90 minutes.

Giselle is amazing! I see her once a month for a massage. She is very knowledgeable and always takes the time to talk before my massage to discuss any problem areas. I leave every appointment feeling relaxed and pain free.

Pristine Spa is the place to go if you are looking for great messages for a reasonable price. They even have a membership at a great price too! I love Giselle, she always give you a great message and really focus on the areas you need relief in. Great front staff too! They make you feel so welcome! I love the atmosphere all around! Brought my wife here for a facial on her birthday and ended up getting a massage for myself. Best experience we ever had in any such place. The staff is super friendly and treated us like valued customers, even taking time out to chit chat and really get to know us. The ladies who did our massage and facial were super professional, especially since the esthetician explained everything step by step to my wife who ended up doing a chemical peel. All the staff is licensed for their craft and apparently trained very well. I knew my wife would love this place, but Ill be back now too.

I went here a few times in the first half of 2021, and the service was okay. I had 2 points left to use from my subscription I signed up for, and wanted to know if I could still use them. (I had cancelled my subscription in about June/July 2021) I called up and the front desk person nicely said I could use my points, because they never expire. Great! I book an appt...This is where service turns. The massage I received was okay. Then I went to pay for the tip and use one point. I was then told I had to pay the full $70+ tip... They said I could use my point if I resubscribed (and likely paid at least another $55-60 anyway). I declined and just decided to pay for the full service plus tip. This made what was supposed to be a relaxing thing, sort of stressful.I then sent 2 attempts to talk to someone at Pristine about my experience (first was day of, then next was a week later. Writing this review a week+ after my second attempt to talk to someone.), through their website, and neither was replied to. I feel I should have been allowed to use my point, since their employee said I could use it, when I booked the appt... Wouldnt recommend here, due to what seems like loose ethical behavior and poor customer service, from the management.

I highly recommend Pristine Spa! The staff is very sweet and welcoming. I have worked five weeks of overtime and really needed some relief to make it through one more. I called to book an appointment and was on the table an hour later with a massage artist! Kristi L did an awesome job! I feel amazing! As if Ive been on vacation! I will be returning soon.

Walked in everything was clean and the music was calming very quiet and nice. Went for our brow wax and Sophia was so friendly and nice. She took time to understand what we wanted and how we wanted it done when she was done she asked us to check and make sure we were happy with the service. She asked our names and didn’t treat us like a number. Very very happy we’ll be scheduling again soon

I am so thankful I came across Ksenia. She is amazingly good. I love how she is courteous professional and respectful of your time. She takes her time and doesn’t rush through. I had a girls day with a massage here and my massage with Edith was AMAZING!! My friend had Giselle and said the massage was great, but she talked and tried to upsell her on other products through her whole massage, our rooms were next to each other and I could them talking. To me the atmosphere was more like a doctors office then it was a day spa. Ive been to other days spas and this one was nothing like the others, but was nice for a last minute appointment.

Had a Massage With Luis today. Probably one of the best massages I’ve had! I don’t typically do memberships but today’s experience makes me want to have one here ! I have services done regularly at Pristine Spa and the entire staff is always professional and kind. Highly recommend!

I am so happy and relieved to have finally found a Spa in Saint Cloud that offers waxing services for men. I went today for a Brazilian Wax from Elizabeth and she was just awesome. Made me comfortable from the moment we met and the conversation during the process was very welcome since we all know how nerve wracking a brazilian wax can be. She did a thorough job, making sure to catch all the smaller hairs and address any ingrown hairs. The receptionist was absolutely pleasant and provided me with additional information about the other services provided at the spa. As I told Liz today, they gained a new client in me.

I just got a massage with Natalia and it was one of the best massages Ive had. Everything from the technique to the room ambiance was amazing to say the least. The whole team does an excellent job from the moment you walk in until you leave. Everything about this establishment is perfect. You will not be disappointed!

Beautiful spa !! Extremely clean and welcoming. Staff is very friendly and warm. I received a massage and a facial, and because it was my birthday they gave me a free upgrade which was a nice surprise. They dont pressure you to buy their product but inform you on whats good for your skin.

I was with Danna for a facial, she is so nice bubbly and professional. It was not only relaxing but she also took care of all of my skin care needs and set me on the right path for skin care at home to ensure I would see the full benefits.

When I called to get pricing, I specifically asked for a price on a deep tissue massage. The lady asked me if it was my first time and I said yes it was. She then quoted me a price of $49.95 for a one hour deep tissue massage. I scheduled the appointment. The massage was ok but she didnt seem to really know where trigger points are. When the session was over, I was offered a bottle of water. When I went to the desk to pay, the receptionist said $69.95. I asked why and she said because deep tissue was an extra $20 upgrade. I told her that when I scheduled I specifically asked for a price on a 1 hour deep tissue massage and was quoted $49.95. She did not honor what I was told and said sorry for the confusion and still charged me the $69.95. Also when you go in, they give you a menu of services that are VERY misleading. The prices on it are in addition to a base price. The place was clean with a relaxed environment but I wont go back for the simple fact that I was lied to. I should have a right to know the accurate price and to be charged what I was told on the phone.

Very reliable waxing services from Isabella with times that are convenient for my schedule, I would recommend! Also splurged on a facial from Danna and it did not disappoint

The ladies that do the services are great...however front desk not so much. Multiple times Ive gone in for products and they are out. Front desk will put me on a call list when they get it in...but I never receive those calls. Then when i randomly pop in the product is there. I feel they shouldnt offer something if they cant follow thru.

I had my first facial today with Zulfia. Im retired and spend a lot of time outside. She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything she was doing. I loved the quiet atmosphere and music. Been going here for over a year now, and have loved every minute of it. The staff is always polite and inviting. This last visit I had the pleasure of being worked on by Leanne. Prolly gonna request her. When she did the hot stones the application felt like liquid butter..omergersh. Super sweet and attentive. Everyone really is. I have social anxiety and don’t usually carry conversation during and she made me feel comfortable. Truly love this place.

Beautiful and clean throughout and very professional staff. I have been to several people for waxing and let them know I have sensitive skin that burns easily. This is the first time Ive had the person listen to my needs and I got a great wax without any redness, swelling, or burn marks. I highly recommend Pristine Spa!

I booked a couples massage package with extra add-ons for my husbands birthday. He really loved it! The room was nice, pretty dark, with relaxing music, and nice aromas. We were offered a glass of champagne with strawberry while in waiting room. Our massage professionals were awesome! Definitely recommend the Pristine Spa to others.

My girlfriend took me here twice. I had Morgan my first time who was fine, then i had Edith the 2nd time and she was great! I like it here, the management and staff treat us really good. Will be going often.

I got my lashes done by Ksenia and I am just so in love with how they look. She has a very gentle touch, I almost forget where I am. You will truly sleep, but dont get too comfortable because she is not only gentle she is fast. Ive had my lashes done both fast and very very slow before and both results were horrible. Either poorly placed or tacky styles too much glue or not enough lash etc. Her work not only looks natural, they lasted me 3 almost 4 whole weeks. And I still had plenty of lashes. I am never going anywhere else. Thank you Pristine Spa for a spectacular experience, from the hospitality at your front desk to the service and quality in the rooms. I got the facial and my mom got a massage and the facial was the best I have ever received! It was relaxing and gentle. She gave fantastic recommendations on skin products and makeup. My skin looks and feels amazing!!! And I have extremely sensistive skin so for it to be this fantastic is incrediable!!

I will never go anywhere else for my lashes! Ksenia takes her time and makes your lashes exactly the way you want them. She is always being creative and doesn’t just put the normal set of lashes. She always adds her own touch to classic, hybrid or volume set to make your lashes POP! She is the eyelash queen ✨

Christine is AMAZING!! After a very painful fall 8 months ago I have found no relief until trying the decompression cups with her. Though I was skeptical at first, I couldn’t believe the relief it created. I can’t wait to go back for my next cupping session. It will leave marks on your body for a few days because it’s your body’s way of releasing the toxins but they do not hurt whatsoever.

I had an amazing experience yesterday with Pristine Spa. I recieved a facial with a very professional and knowledgeable eastician (Ill update later with her name when I can). She answered all of my questions regarding their services and offered me the best advise for my skin. I had originally went in for a chemical peel and facial but instead opted for an enzyme and facial for my first time there and was super pleased with the results. My skin was immediately smooth after and the facial itself was very relaxing. Then this morning I woke up with no active acne or new white heads which hasnt been the case for me in months. Im going to return to start a chemical peel series to help with scaring and very excited to see how that goes.

Edith is amazing, and really profesional. If you even need a massage this is the place to go, wow, what an amazing experience. I will continue to go and get my massage more frequently. The service at this spa is amazing, from everyone.

The staff is friendly and professional. The right amount of pressure for all the massages. I get the CBD oil because of my past injuries and surgeries, the combination of both the oil and massage it helps tremendously. After a hard work out or sparring session this is perfect. I walk out feeling like a million bucks.

If you suffer from R/A, fibromyalgia or have pulled a muscle, Giselle is the therapist for you. I had been through many massages in my life, and since doing deep tissue massages to relive my muscle pains my body does not feel as sore, nor am I pulling my muscles as much as before. Giselle is a truly amazing, caring and talented massage therapist, if you book with her you will not be disappointed.

HORRIBLE!!!!! At first the treat you amazing and then when you go often they are HORRIBLE!!! They mix up your appointment days and times, they don’t put you on the schedule but they say they do. Do NOT go to them. They will say you’re scheduled and then you show up and you were never actually scheduled. They will also schedule you and then call you MULTIPLE times to reschedule you because they made mistakes with other people. NOT PROFESSIONAL!!!!!
