And I would recommend giving it a try.• Gotten a Massage from 4 of their therapist• 1 Facial Treatment from their estheticians• Front Desk Staff are friendly, helpful and work hard to get you scheduled• All the therapists are very friendly. I DO believe that as time passes you may want to explore and find the best fit.• All therapists Ive had so far have had more than 10 years of experience and have given me great results• There are a large variety of add-ons: Aromatherapy, Hot Stones, Massage Guns, etc.• Facility is clean and professional• No one shows up to work sick• The bathrooms and hallways are clean and well maintained• Waiting room is what you would expect at any ME: Water, Mints and comfy chairs

I was actually using my last session and because I moved I am closer to this location and I got Brock - just know I re-enrolled at this location 10/10 highly recommend. It was truly a great experience all around. My massage was truly so relaxing!

My massage was great I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist however upset with the company if you have a membership research their prices before you go. My usual location charges $60 for membership massages and this location is $75 you will have to pay the difference. I understand it. I just wish I would have known prior to booking my appointment. They called me to confirm location but neglected to give that information. I also wish they included the total body stretch at this location although it would have lead to an even more upset at the checkout process

Very nice and clean, front desk help was very kind and accommodating and Ashley is a master of her art. Most amazing massage I’ve ever had. I didn’t know I hurt in places she fixed and I instantly felt 100% better. Definitely going to come to this office more often. Thank you all for such a great appointment

The St. John’s location is a pleasant atmosphere, very relaxing. My massage therapist really knows the muscle structures and gets my trouble areas. I always look forward to my visits.

The staff and massage therapists are wonderful! If you need anything, all you have to do is call the front desk and they will figure out how to work with your schedule and pair you with the perfect therapist.

The customer service is extremely helpful and very accommodating. The massage therapist was amazing. Highly recommend. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks

I don’t live here but have been here since June taking care of my mom who fx her shoulder in May. I have a membership to a ME where I live in S.Fl and have only been a handful of times since starting in Feb. I can’t say enough about the massage that Stephen provided on Wed night. I met him the weekend before when I tried to gift my mom one of my massages (*which they had NO issue with; the only reason she didn’t get one is bc I did not think to get a note from her doctor due to her FX shoulder. MY FAULT and I was told that they’d credit me back the session I had booked for her). But we left that day with some recommendations he gave me to try and make her feel better until I can bring her back for a real massage. So FFwd to Wednesday, I’ve been working FT while taking care of my mom and beat. He could tell when I walked in that I was tense and just needed to relax…. And relax I did. I didn’t realize how bad the tension was, until he started working through all the problem areas I had. Honestly it was the best ME massage I’ve ever had. I truly felt like he not only listened to me but was able to tell where my problem areas were and worked out the kinks so well. Walked out with a few more pointers to help me out until I can get back in - hopefully before I go back home to S Fl.Front desk staff was great as well!

One of the best Massage Envys that I have ever been to. Diya is amazing and us always willing to work with the customer on changes or scheduling conflicts. Even if there is an issues she is on the spot. Staff are very pleasing and professional. Dalina gives the best massages and can perform at all pressures. Definitely recommended the drive even if you arent close.

I feel so refreshed after my amazing facial today! I had a great experience with the microderm facial before, but this time I had a gift card and was able to enjoy their new Oxygenating treatment. I was SO happy with my results! The esthetician was very knowledgeable. She talked to me about the treatment and the products being used. She recommended a treatment that was appropriate for my skin type. I always have such a pleasant experience, which has encouraged me to become a member for my future visits and enjoy great skin services at a discounted rate. Cant wait to come back! :)) I highly recommend it!!

Awesome Massage Envy location.I schedule my sessions with the same therapist Ian every time. It makes it easy as she knows your need. They always work with you to accommodate your schedule. Highly recommend this location and staff.

The manager here goes out of her way to find times that works best for you and proactively reaches out when your favorite therapist is available. She cares about the service you receive. They have the best therapist I’ve ever had. Talented and very personable. I recommend the membership as it cuts the cost almost in half. Highly recommend this location and staff.

This location is wonderful. I have been a client for over 10 years through moving from other states and was having trouble at my last location with my favorite therapists leaving. Yan moved over here so I decided to follow her. She is amazing and always has a huge smile. The manager helped me transition and I’ve never had trouble since coming here.

Diya (who runs this location) offers amazing service. She will notify you of any last minute openings with your favorite therapist at your preferred time slots. She goes above and beyond for her staff and her customers. This location truly is like a family- unlike other massage envy locations. I’ve seen 2 therapists here - Brock and Carlos- and they are both phenomenal & can do a full range of light to deep preference.

I have been coming to this Massage Envy since they first open, I have tried almost every masseuse and they are all AMAZING! The staff is super friendly, always call to confirm the appointment.

I’ve worked with many massage therapists here and it’s always been great. They’ve been able to address a lot of long term issues I’ve been having.

I recently came down from Buffalo to visit my mother and sister and was pretty stressed out and was crossing my fingers that I could get in last minute. The staff was so extremely accommodating and sweet!! Then I received a 90 minute massage by Brock, who was 1 of the BEST massage therapists I’ve ever had!!! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service and hospitality. I will most definitely be back to this location on my next visit!! Until next time🤟

I’ve been visiting this facility to get sessions with Carlos, who is fantastic. I consistently receive wonderful service, and he is for sure one of the best therapists I’ve experienced. I always leave my visit feeling energized and just great. Highly recommend!

What a great experience! Dee always does her best to accommodate me and others (based on the telephone conversations I hear), but it holds true you can’t satisfy everyone all the time. She knows my like’s/dislikes and will call me when she has something she knows I’ll love. Unfortunately, my schedule doesn’t always fit. Amy does a great whole body massage and Taylor did my first facial. It won’t be my last. If you’re looking for a great spa experience at an affordable price, come see them. You won’t be disappointed.

This is an terrific Massage Envy! The front desk is spot on all the time and they really work to find you the appointment that you need. I love the facials-Taylor is awesome. There are so many good massage therapists that you won’t be unhappy. Dia runs the front desk and does her utmost to make sure that you’re getting what you want. This is truly one of the best Massage Envy’s I’ve ever come to and I’m not going anywhere else.

This was my first visit to the St. John’s location and it was an outstanding experience. First off, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the manager and the front desk staff. They were all so helpful and provided exceptional customer service. My esthetician, Logan, was amazing!!! Definitely will be coming back here!

I have been a member at Massage Envy for over 10 years. Recently switched my home location to this one due to proximity to my new home. I have not had a bad session yet. The team up front always helps me find an appointment that works with my schedule. I had Chris today, and as always he helped with sore muscles from my workouts this week as well as focused on other areas for relaxation. Thank you St. John’s team for your continued attention to detail.

I’ve been a Massage Envy member for over a decade across multiple cities and this has been my favorite location. They are so accommodating and considerate, and incredibly professional. Some ME locations can feel like you’re settling for less than a true spa experience, but not this one… I highly recommend.

Massage Envy (St.John) is one of best locations to have your massage needs taken care of. I’ve been to many other locations from California to here in Florida. St. John has the best staff ever. Diya and her wonderful front desk start your experience from the moment you walk in the door and as you leave, they cap off your relaxing visit. I’ve never had a bad experience with the therapists. They are all unique to themselves but give you the ultimate customer experience. I have other locations closer to me but I spend all of my time in St.John and you should too.

I so appreciate the hardworking staff here. Making appointments is so easy and they always follow up with a reminder phone call the day before. My massages have been fantastic and all of the providers have been extremely professional and communicative and ask questions and clarify what kinda of care is needed. I don’t feel pressured or uncomfortable and leave feeling much better. Glad I chose to get a membership here and focus on my wellbeing with their help.

Dalina has been great from day 1. This is my 3rd trip here and I have no complaints at all. Staff is always so nice and professional. If you are looking for a great massage please give them a call. They will take care of you and make sure you have a great experience.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. Every-time I visit here, I come to the St. John location.I have tried many service providers and they were all excellent. Their prices reasonable for the service they provide and way cheaper than Pointe Vedra spas. I felt sooo relax and enjoyed my dual services. Very well welcoming & educated staff!

Well organized location that has several top notch masseuse. With that said, after years of searching I finally found a masseuse that is nothing short of excellent. Worst massage place I ever been, facial only finished in 25 mins for 50 min facial, change me 120 dollars. The owner is a super rude woman, insisting that they finished all the steps for facial. Please don’t go here, don’t wasting you money!

I was thrilled to see a Massage Envy open near me in St Johns. This new location is fantastic. The owners take pride in their service with professionalism and kindness. I have only had Brock for my 90 minute massages. And don’t plan to change that. Brock knows what he is doing and shows great consideration in the needs of his customers. I am more than pleased with this Massage Envy and plan to remain a customer for many years!!

I have been a member for 8 years now. When I moved to FL (from IL), I was expecting the same service, therefore looked t other options. But I was so wrong. This location is AMAZING! Diya (the office manager) is fabulous! She remembers my name and knows the therapist that I like - Chris is also FABULOUS! Shell call me anytime there is a late cancelationI have no desire to go anywhere else. I am very content at Massage Envy St. John.

Everyone there is absolutely amazing! They make me feel so welcome every time I come in and always greet me by name! The therapists always ask what’s been sore and make sure to work over those areas thoroughly, and always find other areas that need work too! I always leave feeling happy, relaxed, and stress free!

I have now had an amazing facial and massage. This is the best location in the Jacksonville area. The front desk staff is helpful, they have the products I need, and they are open to recommendations.

I had left Massage Envy because I had moved 52 miles away from where I had originally signed up. When St. Johns opened I gave them a try since they are 22 miles from where I live now and theyre very close to some large stores in which we like to shop. I have been given world class treatment and renewed my contract with St. Johns. My therapist is superb and management goes out of their way to inform me when she has openings. I have flexibility to go at the last minute and I appreciate having that option.

Think twice about transferring your membership to this location whose owner loves an upcharge and is a stickler for cancelation fees. Whats most hypocritical is her being able to consistently cancel client appointments without penalty, only to reschedule you with someone other than your preferred masseuse. As a business owner, realize that if you charge a customer 50% for canceling an appointment, its reasonable to credit them back the 50% if you consistently cancel/reschedule them with someone other than their intended masseuse. Or, rather than lose their future business altogether (worth more than your 50% cancelation fee), ask yourself, should I let this customer that comes AT LEAST once per month reschedule, versus charge them a fee? A good businessperson would have weighed the costs, especially since they were pointed out to the owner before this last straw.

I absolutely LUV Massage Envy with my therapist Yan!! The front desk greeters are excellent as well. They provide great therapy here!! Definitely recommend

I love this location! The staff always communicates clearly, is professional, and friendly. Ive had hit or miss therapists at other locations, but not this one. The massage therapists are amazing and listen to my needs for the session. The location is great if I ever want a bit to eat or need to do some grocery shopping afterwards. I never have any trouble with parking or getting here. I recommend this location to anyone that mentions they need a massage.

My massage at Massage Envy with Leah has been an awesome experience. Leah is probably one of my favorite massage therapists. She provides the right pressure where I needed the most. If you are like me who likes a lot of pressure, Leah is for you. She has a great personality and fun to talk to. I also want to thank my friend JoJo who referred Massage Envy and Leah to me.The front desk staff, Diya has been great also. She is willing to work with my crazy schedule and calls me when Leahs schedule opens up sooner than my scheduled appointment. Walking in and checking out the front desk staff and manager were very accommodating and friendly!! Have seen both Chris and Brock for massages and both do a phenomenal job!! They ask about and address any ailments without trying to oversell. I highly recommend.

Location was the first in the country to charge an upcharge due to a price difference on accrued credits. My wife and I have had memberships for years. Owner and manager were argumentative, provided no resolution other than I saw you left a negative review and that hurts our business. I simply told them we would not be visiting this location and would take our business elsewhere. Just a heads up to anyone trying to visit this location and it doesnt happen to be your home location (which I would advise against membership here), you will get nickel and dimed. The owners flagging of this review is yet another attempt to falsely discredit a legitimate negative interaction with this business. Do business with this location at your own risk.

After having a not so nice experience at a different location, St Johns on cr210 really convinced me that my membership was smart. Logan is hands down the best esthetics professional I have ever had. Came here to redeem Massage Envy credits that I pay a monthly fee for, only to be told that I had to pay them more money on top of what I already paid for the credit, because they charge more for credits at this location. I was not told until after the massage was complete.

I continue to come back to this location for Zorah, she’s amazing at sports massage trigger point and working with tough spots for females in particular like the QL & IT band! Hard to find a really good therapist at ME sometimes but she was worth it!

First time visiting this location and I was very impressed. The new facility was very clean, the staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and very welcoming. I received a personalized facial. When getting my facial, I was listened to about my skin concerns and received the best facial I’ve ever had.

I enjoy this location. Chris, is a great massage therapist. He does a great job at making recommendations for other needed services too, I.e. stretching sessions. Thanks Chris!
