I absolutely LOVE coming to Wild Bills in St. Johns! I always say Im going to visit my friends at Wild Bills. Matthew, Connor and Cassandra who work there and are absolutely fantastic! Customer service is next to NONEXISTENT anymore, so coming here makes me happy! I never leave this place without some laughs and a smile on my face! Thank you for a great experience EVERY time I come in. I appreciate all your hard work from such genuine people❤️

A girl by the name of Cassie went above and beyond to help me! Very pleased and from now on I will be driving to St. John’s from owosso she knew everything there was to know in the cigar room and I found some very very great cigars! They were the perfect price AND TOP QUALITY! very happy customer here and Cassie is definitely the definition of a rock star!

Beware of markup of flex vapes. $11 in town $17 in Dewitt, St Johns, and Mason and likely all locations not in Lansing. 45% markup because of limited competition , the response given in store. Comparatively, a 45% increase on gas at $3.25 is $4.68. The increase seems quite excessive and unnecessary.

Cassie was amazing! Helpful with tips tricks and making sure I was aware of deals. I appreciated her assistance and her friendliness.

Went in and was informed of all the very nice holiday deals and was given flyers to show my friends and coworkers. I was even helped getting all the necessary parts as a first time buyer of my new hookah and I’m very satisfied. Definitely will be spreading more good word. Insanely good customer service! Easily in the top 5 of any buisness Ive been to period. As far as smoke shops never go anywhere else. The guy working identified a broken product in one of the bags and went to extreme lengths to make sure we left satisfied where a lot of businesses would just pass it off. If I could give more stars I would.

If I could leave this place with 10 stars I would! Alison, Lana, and Ethan are the best at customer service! They always know how the products are and always have a smile! They have the biggest selection for glassware as well! Its the only place Ill go!

Masks being pushed here. The only place in town that I know of that is enforcing it. I had never been there before so I thought I would check it out. I walked in without one and the man told me I had to put one on. I told him that I dont wear them. He got an ATTITUDE real fast so I told him I would take my business back over to the competition across the street (Cork and Bottle) and he said fine and turned his back on me. Because of his RUDENESS, I Will NEVER return, even when masking is over.

Went to get a quartz nector collector. I was told by staff that it was quartz. Bought piece and used it, the piece was definitely not quartz. Will continue to go to Wild Wild West instead.

Just the neighborhood tobacco shop, sells all the major smoker needs along with a few others. Such a big babe came to a snake town and might wipe out its competition! Dont think the location is the best but well see!
