Love their vape goods selection! They are one of the OGs. Also, they carry Kratom which I personally find super helpful because I dont have to deal with sketchy smoke shops and can deal with someone I know believes in quality. Shane and crew are the best, check them out!

Fusion vapor is my go to shop in Northeast Florida. The prices are phenomenal, the selection seems infinite and the big fella who runs the business is the nicest person I’ve ever met. I dont usually write reviews but I have to for this. Ive been going here for around 9 years now and it remains my favorite vape shop. Ive gotten the same flavor (roundhouse with cream) and still have not gotten tired of it. They always have it in stock and always have the best customer service. They are very helpful with whenever I need something else as well. Love this place

Been using Fuzion off and on for 10 years. Finally kicked a 25 year smoking habit with the help of their eliquids. Top notch flavors, best customer service ever! You will not be disappointed.

I have never had anything less then exceptional service from this store. Every one there is always more than helpful. They will let you sample any juice they have as many times as you want and never complain. They will let you actually hold and get a better feel for any product that they sell behind their glass enclosures. Shannon, Tyler, and Keith all do their job amazingly well and Fuzion Vapor as an e-juice company and customer service retail store should be the benchmark for all stores to follow. Ive met Shane and his family a number of times and they are wonderful people. To see that someone gave them a bad review because he was probably wasnt able to comprehend what they were trying to tell him is unbelievable. Not everything is perfect and I unfortunately have received a few bad products since their store opened in 2012 but have never had any issues when trying to resolve them. They have taken back everything from atomizers to e-juice to an entire mod because it just stopped working on me, no questions asked. I cant speak highly enough about this store and their staff. I am a truck driver and travel across this entire nation and have never come across another vape shop that I enjoy more than Fuzion Vapor, be it their juice or their staff. Keep up the phenomenal work Fuzion!!

This is the best place in the greater area. They offer a really good military discount, the staff is awesome and really helpful, and the shop is just cool. They have a nice set up if you want to come in and hang out, the displays are very accessible and the staff is really well informed on all of the different flavors and gear. I highly recommend it.

Needed juice and was not near my local store so I stopped by Fuzion Vapor. Lovely shop, both people I talked to were extremely helpful. The flavor they recommended, nice melons, was very good. I will be going back in the future, I just wish they were closer to TC!

This place is amazing!I first found this place when my friend needed a vape shop while visiting. Right from the start my friend was impressed. I was still smoking at the time but had fun listening to the conversation. A few days later I went in to buy my first vape device. Richie, Noah, Maurice and Shannon were super friendly and pointed me in the right direction. When I needed to upgrade a few months later I went back for a new mod and platform. The service has always been top notch, I am a customer for life!

I live way up in michigan, yep, where is snows. I have been ordering juices online for about a month and the customer service and quality of their products is fantastic. I cannot wait to get my next package in the mail, every week i get closer and closer to trying out every flavor. You do great work guys.

By far the bets vapor shop Ive ever been to. Very helpful staff, and the flavors! Oh my, these juices are fantastic. They use VG and flavoring, no PG, which I personally prefer. Also, all their juices are made right here in Florida instead of overseas in China. They do have a good selection of devices, though I havent bought any hardware from them at this point. Juice prices seem to be in the range Ive typically seen in Jacksonville, maybe a little bit cheaper than average. Give them a shot!

I love the fact that Shannon helped me to quit smoking cigarettes on my first visit. I am nicotine free now and have never felt so good. Thanks to all the staff and the owners. The prices are good and the juices are the best locally.

Knowing very little about the intricacies of vaping, I went into Fuzion today to get some new equipment. I was greeted immediately upon walking in the door, by at least 3 different people, and finally by Shannon (Im pretty sure her name was Shannon) when I reached the counter. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and helpful as she helped me select a new box, tank, batteries, charger, and juice flavors. After visiting Fuzion I can not imagine going anywhere else for knowledgeable help from people who truly care about their customers and their experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Today was my first time going to Fuzion Vapor. I am new to the area so I searched for vape shops near me and read all of the amazing reviews prior to my visit. I have to say that I was more than impressed with EVERYONE that I came in contact with! The staff is AMAZING!!!! Everything that I had questions about was answered. I purchased the Narwhal Blood vape oil and was super impressed with the flavor!!! I can honestly say that I now have a new Vape Shop to go to!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Fuzion Vapor!!! This is by far my favorite vape shop in the world. The juice here is better than any other place in Jacksonville and I have tried a lot of them. This is the only place I go and it would be really nice if all of the vape shops near my house were this one and not what they currently are. I drive from University/Beach area, all the way down to the county rd 210 exit off 95 just to get juice from this store. So that should be evidence enough of the quality.

Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff members! I never go anywhere for my juice anymore! These guys rock! Lots of flavor varieties but Ive been stuck on one flavor for over a year now (red sky all the way!). 😅

Came thru here last week on my trip to manasota key fl. These guys make great e-liquid. I work for a shop in Indianapolis that carried some of their flavors and I love them. Great shop, great friendly service, and great products. Youre goofy if you drive past here and dont stop in! Keep up the good work!

Best Ejuice in Jacksonville for sure and definitely one of the better juice companies stateside. Employees are very helpful and resourceful. They have a great knowledge of their products and mods they sell. Love this place!!!

My experience 2 days ago was excellent the store is well stocked with all the greatest flavors, mods, tips,coils, liquids and the staff dont get me started on the staff the staff are phenomenal they treat u like family Shannon is a lady that is very nice and very respectful and Tyler is cool gentleman and they both know how to greet costumers and and help u to find what u are looking for they dont rush u like other vape stores they treat u like they would want to be treated if they were a costumer I rate this vapor shop a 10 and p.s. to the owner u have hired 2 really awesome staff cheers to u🍻

Terrible experience today. I have been purchasing juice and supplies from Fuzion for several years. I recently bought a device from them that stopped working about 2 weeks after the purchase.I stopped by Fuzion to see if they could figure out what was wrong or replace the defective device today. I was told by the manager that she had already swapped too many of those that seems like a pretty ridiculous statement. I was told that this was a known issue and the manufacturer would hopefully replace it. I took some advice on how to contact the manufacturer and left.After thinking about the interaction for a few minutes, and trying to get ahold of China to see about replacing this thing; I really started feeling mistreated. Ive spent a lot of money with this company over the past few years and really felt like they didnt give a crap about my business today. I could understand if their policy was to not swap devices and to refer back to the manufacturer. But to be told that they had already swapped too many, Im sorry but thats crap. Youre either selling bad hardware or you have an issue with YOUR supplier. That shouldnt be the end consumers responsibility this early for a product. I talked with a friend of mine who bought the exact same device from a different local supplier. He had the same problem and and was able to swap his device out no questions asked.Sucks to have to do this but I had to call out this terrible service. I failed to mention that this is actually the second device I purchased from Fuzion that broke within a few weeks. I was met with a similar response last time but chocked it up as a loss.I wont be buying anything else from Fuzion but wanted to warn future prospects, from my experience they do not stand behind their products.

Not a lot of vape stores sell their own product therefore they dont really care about the quality of The vape juice its just a business not for fuZion vapor its deep for them they really care and you can taste it in the juice

Nice people and great juice. Stopped while in town from Indianapolis and got a great deal on leftover 15mls clearanced out and a couple more bottles for very reasonable prices! Definitely recommend.

Went in yesterday to buy juice and the rep said they only had one bottle left. When I got home I realized he sold me the tester bottle that was about 1/4 gone.Took care of the situation and went above and beyond to fix it.

We are by no means experts in the vape world but we know what we do and absolutely do not like. Living in Riverside we have a plethora of shops to choose from. But the issues have always been either lack of quality (too oily, burns quickly, or inconsistency ) or price. My husband works in St. Johns county and stumbled upon Fuzion one day. And oh what a glorious day! Within minutes he was matched with a flavor much like the ones we were already using and for a fraction of the price we usually paid. Unicorn blood, then krankberry, then narwhal blood and a last minute splurge on Alice in vapelands April moon. These liquids have a beautiful burn and seem to be adding longevity to our wicks. We are officially lifers for Fuzion and cant say enough about them!

Other than the fact that their vapor is amazing Im pissed off about paying for a three day shipment from Friday the 24th and probably still wont receive my stuff till Tuesday forcing me to buy more juice their office closes on weekends and at 5 here in Texas its only 4 but time zones change that..
