Our first visit wasnt enjoyable, but the manager reached out and offered us an opportunity for them to make it right. Im glad we accepted because the experience was much better this time. Thanks to the manager for addressing our concerns, and to our masseuses Stephanie and Sandy for making it a wonderful massage experience. Well definitely go again.

Tonight, I had my first two-hour massage experience, and throughout the entire session, I kept thinking, this is my favorite part. Truth be told, selecting a favorite aspect of Andrews massages is simply impossible. He is a remarkably gifted and talented massage therapist and I feel fortunate to collaborate with him in this field of work.

I had a 60 minute massage here and was pleasantly surprised of how nice the spa was. The pictures on their page doesn’t do this place justice.The owners should hire a photographer and upload better photos to attract more people.I’m not in any way a photographer but I almost didn’t book here because the photos made it look, “meh”Glad I found this place!

Wonderful massage by Sandy! As a customer for quite a few years, I highly recommend this spa. Facility is always clean, friendly, professional and smells amazing! Pair that with the talented, kind and diligent hands of Sandy, and it’s an experience that I look forward to every time. (I couldn’t recommend Sandy enough, too.). Enjoy!

Book with Lisa and you won’t regret it! She has the best deep tissue hands. She really works out the knots and if you’re having sciatica issues, she’ll help you greatly! I added on a cupping service and she was very knowledgeable and the cupping really helped my back and neck pain decrease. She is the best massage therapist I’ve been to in a long time, and I can’t wait to get another massage by her.

Had a nice massageListened to me about my concerned areas. Also tried the infrared spa. The booth is in its own little room so you can periodically exit the actual sauna to cool down and then reenter itApprecitiated the cold scented cloths. It helped to de stress me

Sandy was fantastic! Checked in with me regularly to make sure pressure was ok, and did an incredible job taking care of knots I didn’t even know I had. Wish I would’ve gotten the names of the women working the front desk to spotlight them as well, but they were super friendly! Everyone I’ve encountered here has been tremendous, cannot say enough, will definitely be back!

Went in for a massage with Bradley. He was very nice and professional. He concentrated on the areas I was having problems with. He is by far the best at what he does!

Unfortunately the last 2 times I went to get a massage were not good experiences. In November 2023 got a massage and contracted an infection in my eyes, I have to go to the ED and I missed a day of work. But I’m a kind of person that believes in second chances and the last time I went to get a massage, last week, as soon as I was walking to the car I felt a excruciating pain in my lower back that sent me to stay in bed for the following 3 days, and the next day my eyes started to have a discharge again (infection). I don’t know if they don’t clean the area where one places the face or what, but this was the second time after getting a massage done at that place. I definitely won’t come back. People is nice and kind but I think the place is not very clean.

This was my 1st time, definitely not the last!! Amanda was very informative and thorough with my facial. She was caring and gave expert advice as to what products I should be using for facial care. Ramone was amazing with my massage. He took his time and concentrated on the areas that were most troubling for me. Both are professional and make a person feel relaxed and comfortable.

Bad experiences at other franchises. This one hit on point professionals know what they doing. Maria and Ellie know their job. I cam in so stressed walked out feel like jelly so relaxed. Very worth the time and money. Hard to get five stars from me this place deserves it

Have received great service at this location.My most recent appointments have been with Sandy who has been fantastic. She tailors each session to my requests and a great attitude. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.The front desk staff are always welcoming and responsive.

I had an amazing experience at this location. The front desk was very warm and welcoming and knew how to start off the experience with a calming attitude. The massage therapist I saw was one of the best I have ever had and I have been to a multitude of spas. The entirety of the spa was calming clean and extremely relaxing. I will most definitely be visiting there again, signed up for their wellness plan so I will be able to treat myself to such a relaxing place each month.

I had an excellent experience with Bradley as my massage therapist. He was not only highly skilled but also incredibly helpful and respectful of my requests. Bradleys professionalism and the quality of his work have convinced me that III definitely be returning for more sessions. Ill also be recommending him to friends and family because hes truly great at what he does.

Wonderful! My husband and I saw Jenni and Tom last night and felt like we lost years of stress in just 1 hour! We live in Green Cove and would gladly drive past other massage places to go here! The receptionists were so sweet and helpful, we even opted to use the big fancy room! So nice! We will definitely be back, and soon!!

I’m from out of town and was able to make a last minute appointment for the next day using their online scheduler. My massage was great and my back feels so much better. I had Winnie! Highly Recommend.

The massage therapist was knowledgeable and polite, definitely knew what she was doing, the place was clean but do not expect a high end spa . The front desk person was polite and professional, overall a good place to have a massage if you are not looking for a high end spa.

Called me the day of service and canceled for today. If a client cancels day of they do full charge but they can call and cancel your appointment 4 hours prior. Super unprofessional.A response to their reply.I was not offered any discount or upgrade. It was simply a “we need to reschedule you” & I responded I was looking for that day, I had scheduled a couple massages. She then responded “okay” and hung up. I totally understand life happens and people get sick. I also get that you work with various populations, that’s great. But, when dealing with personal services and people also plan and schedule for their appointment, when you cancel on someone you should offer an incentive.

Every massage therapist and aesthetician Ive worked with has been very accommodating and kind, not to mention good at what they do. Id recommend this place to anyone.

Jenni was my massage therapist today and I can’t recommend her enough! It was probably one of my best massages I’ve ever received. She took her time with all my problem areas, and even worked out strained muscles I didn’t even know I had. She made me feel super comfortable and her techniques were thorough and spot on. Thank you Jenni!!

My husband and I went for the first time for the couples massage and sauna. Everything was going great until we got to the massages. My husband had Noah and I had Bradley. Noah did a great job with my husband’s deep tissue massage but I can’t say the same about Bradley. My massage was nothing to brag about but I was a good sport because my husband needed and deserved the massage. About 10 mins before our massage was over I was told by Bradley to basically shut up because my grunts were “offending” him and that I just needed to breathe. Mind you, my husband was in the same room as me, grunting when he needed to and Noah did not say a word. He just coached my husband to breathe through the massage. The “grunts” that he was so offended by was because he finally had massaged an area that was sore and needed massaging instead of just rubbing oil on me. He completely ruined what little of the massage I actually enjoyed and the experience at your facility which was our first time there. I have gotten plenty of massages and a have NEVER been told by my massage therapist that a grunt was offense. Trust and believe there was nothing “sexual” about my grunts. I don’t know what his issue was (even though I have an idea of what it is) but regardless of what your beliefs, sexual preference is or if your just not having a good day, he should learn to keep his mouth shut until the service is over. He is providing a service that he expects to get tipped on and yet delivered a less than pleasant experience. I would not recommend him to anyone!! Noah is great but stay away from Bradley unless you want a poor massage and to be told to shut up.

I had a 90 minute full body massage with Elly: absolutely amazing therapist.The front desk staff are very professional and helpful.The Spa is a really nice, calm, relaxing Environment.I would highly recommend this place.

First massage.. friendly and informative on the phone, welcoming when I arrived. The massage therapist, Ellie, did a great job of putting me at ease, letting me know exactly what to expect and offered some good stretching pointers for problem areas before I left. The massage itself was the perfect pressure and she focused exactly where I requested. It was a great experience!

Scheduling an appointment was easy to do online. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. The waiting room was relaxing with the water feature. The massage therapist was great and was attentive to my problem areas. I will return.

Since having kids my sciatica has never fully disappeared, in walks Alan. He is amazing. He is one of the mosy amazing massage therapist. Ive seen him about 4 different times and its always just as good if not better than the last. MG is lucky to have him and Im lucky to have found him

I came here as a gift from my kids. I was greeted with kind staff, walked back to my private room. The massage was amazing and the sauna with infrared lights was so soothing. I will definitely come again. Andrew was a great therapist for deep tissue.

I went to this place for the first time, and I was supposed to get a full body massage with hot stone, BUT it was BARELY a full body massage! it was laughable. Edith was I think the therapist’s name and I was surprised when she said I was done cause she hasn’t touched half of my body. I am so disappointed and will not going back again. Nothing at this place was enjoyable, front desk didn’t look welcoming at all with a straight face and no smile.

I had a great experience. The environment was nice and the front desk staff was friendly. My massage therapist Melissa was so professional but inviting and warm. For someone who was petite she had strong hands. I was very relaxed and the massage helped my anxiety and stress levels go down. I also did the sauna which was great. I liked how I was able to navigate the sauna application and modify it to my particular health programs and needs.

Im a newbie when it comes to Massage Green. They dont compare to other establishments in the neighborhood, in my opinion. The therapist talked the entire time throughout the first massage. The second one was good, however did talk for a while, but not the entire time. On the positive side my back felt great afterwards.We talked about childhood in the third massage, and she was personable, but she didnt listen to my needs. I requested a medium to mild touch. She applied pressure as if she were giving a deep tissue massage. I couldnt sleep that night because of the soreness in my shoulder blade. Ive never had that kind of experience at any other spa Ive visited, both locally and abroad.Ive only had one facial, and while I enjoyed how my skin looked afterwards, she continued to talk the entire time. Im beginning to believe its me. I guess I provide the impression.Theyre always booked, so theyre obviously doing something right with their other customers. If I call the same week, I never obtain an appointment at the times I need, therefore my advice is to set an appointment well in advance.Last but not least, I will never utilize their website. Im always having trouble logging in.

My 1st time at Massge Green. Melissa was amazing and very personable! I felt extremely comfortable and she listened to my concerns about the areas I needed focused on. I will be back to see her again!We did the sauna package and I enjoyed that. Something I’ve never tried before. The salon was clean and relaxing as well. It was easy for me to get an appointment when I called to be put in around the time of my friends massage that was already scheduled.

Wanted to treat my husband to a couples massage for his birthday and we Had a great experience here all around. Amber at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, our massages were very nice and the couples room was very relaxing. Our massage therapist were wonderful as well. Following the massage we used the sauna which was a very nice way to end the massage, You could just fall asleep in there. We will definitely be back!

Scheduled a couples Massage, very pleased with the atmosphere. It really felt like a tranquility spa that if I lived closer I would there twice a month. Due to having a very busy I usually have to schedule last minute as most people do and usually book other places that I have had people talking in hallway, hear washer /dryers going on, or other outside noises. This was not the case here, it was well worth the trip! Massage Therapist Holly & Joyce was great!! Front desk was so kind and understanding for our late arrival and we still felt welcomed! My wife and I visited here for a couples massage.Shannon, my massage therapist, did a great job. Prior to the massage she asked if there were any concerning areas to focus on and also areas to be careful for in the event of tenderness or injury. Fortunately I had no concerns and she performed a full body massage that helped loosen all muscles.Green spa also has an elegant and still calming tranquil atmosphere.Two thumbs up and 5 stars.Thank you for a great start on a Friday evening.

I have done a lot of massages in my life and it is the worst ever !!! I paid for an hour and got only 45 min, bad and not fun and relaxing treatment, my husband and I celebrated an anniversary and we were promised a suite and when we arrived they said someone else had already grabbed the room instead and in addition when we arrived they said only one could come in and if we both wanted we would have to wait two hours! Unprofessional and not recommended at all

I booked my appointment on a Monday at 9:00 AM. My massasuese Octavia was 35 minutes late!!!!! The two receptionists had no idea where she was or was coming in or not. I was concerned that this person was in an accident or something. I FINALLY get back into my room and I was a bit upset as she did not apologize and was laughing about it cause she couldnt get her 8 year old dressed. Seriously? You couldnt call to let anyone know you were coming in late. I had my whole day planned as this was my only day off. I did receive free stuff but that really does not make up for the unprofessional attitude.

Just got my first massage ever here, and it was the best. Renee did mine and was absolutely wonderful. She was very respectful of my boundaries and made sure to check throughout if the pressure was okay. Definitely will be coming back!

I just want to make the higher management aware of this therapist -Maria who works at the massage green spa at Julington creek location-Jacksonville, Florida. She gave me the worst “massage “ I have ever had. So today when I lay on the table she hit my head with her hand and said he hit it by accident. A few minutes later she started poking my back really hard with her elbows and I asked her not to use that technique since it was really painful and it was hurting my back very bad. She said ok but started doing it again after a few minutes. When I couldn’t take the pressure and started moving uncomfortably in severe pain she said oh yeah you told me not to use my elbows..right? I just asked her to stop right away.I have to say I have been a member for more than few years now and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had ..my low back is hurting so bad and I may have to see a doctor about it.Please take some action against her and get more training of something. She’s not who you expect at a place like massage green spa.I’m seriously considering canceling my membership after this experience because you don’t provide customers with any background info on who they get their massages from. It is so random and you don’t have any clue about what to expect.

I am the owner and only massage therapist at Epik Massage so I need to look elsewhere for my self care needs. I tried other places but the quality of the massages was not that great. I asked Massage Green if they had anyone that did Neuromuscular massage they said yes so I booked a 90 minute massage with him. It was fantastic he new just where to go to release my knots. I have found my place for my self care.

This is the best massage place in Jax by far! I had Megan as my masseuse and she was amazing! My boyfriend had Joyce and said it was the best massage hes had. They have a sauna that you go in after your massage and it was heavenly. Very romantic when you do the couples massage. They have robes for you, towels, green tea cool cloths, and water for you. It was an awesome experience and we will definitely be back!

First time here and the service was exceptional from the receptionist Kendra and the Massage Therapist Melissa. She was awesome and knew just the right trigger spots. I ended up getting a membership there so I look forward for getting more awesome massages from Melissa. Definitely Recommend👍

Was able to book a couples massage same day on a SaturdayI usually have bad experiences at other massage parlors typically with the skill of the therapists. The therapist who worked with me here addressed and focused on the areas that bothered me and did not waste time anywhere else. I’ve had a horrible ache in my shoulder and I feel so much relief after my visit. If you love deep tissue massages, I recommend seeing Andrew. :)

Today I had the pleasure of having Patricia as my therapist. I was very impressed with her knowledge and skill.She is a very gifted therapist and I highly recommended her. I would also like to comment on the professionalism of the front desk staff- they are fantastic! Especially Kendal whom I spoke to yesterday to reserve my appointment.

Outstanding place to go. Purchased my massage through Groupon and they were very accommodating. They helped me with directions and the appointment process. The massage was amazing. I booked with someone and we were paired with a couple. The man applied great pressure for my friend and his girlfriend did a wonderful job for me. The sauna was amazing that was my first time in a sauna that used light and a tv on the wall followed by cold water and cold towels to seal the deal. Perfect place to get away

Although the place is very nice and the therapists are great, the administration of your monthly membership is something you will need to track. They dont apply the credits accurately and if you have the sauna package and dont use it at the same time of the massage, you are losing that credit. Despite attempts for a Manager to return the call to resolve, I was greeted with cancelled appointments instead. Then when I cancelled my membership, the same day they had charged another monthly charge to my account, despite advising there would be no additional charges to my account from the latest charge 2 weeks prior. And finally the part owner emailed to state they werent providing any credits and to in essence stay away. Wow....who says that without even speaking to the customer to hear their concerns.

Today was an awesome day. I had a massage by Joyce and she was fantastic. I used the steamed sauna. It was very relaxing. I fell asleep because I was extremely comfortable. When I was done. I purchased a monthly membership. Based on my experience. I will be returning at lease once a month. Highly recommend!!!

Pamela was fantastic! She took the time to maneuver my shoulder and work the knots out. And the infrared sauna is a nice bonus. I didnt think I would like it, but am so glad I tried it! It has so many health benefits.

Update:I had an amazing time here yesterday, I had the swedish and deep tissue one hour massage with Patricia. She listened to my concerns and really worked on the needed areas. I felt like a whole new person after my massage, and my shoulders as well as neck feel a lot better. I really like how thorough the therapist was while dispersing as many tight knots in my muscles.After a long week of packing and moving, this spa day was definitely worth it. The front desk receptionists are always helpful and accommodating. I also booked a 45 minutes sauna session after the massage and the detoxification was exactly what my body craves.All in all, I would definitely recommend this location, because its super quite and all of the rooms are clean. Check out their groupon for special savings.I love the decorations and the stone walls in the front, it really sets the calming as well as relaxing mood. I also had an amazing massage when I came here the first time. The lady named Torri, I believe did my body massage and it was exceptionally relaxing. Since have a one year old, constant carrying him is killing my back and I felt much better after receiving the massage from her.However, I came back the 2nd time, and my previous lady was no longer there. So I booked it with whoever that was available that time. My massage this 2nd time around felt much shorter than the first and she skipped my shoulders and head all together, which was weird because the other lady did all if these body parts.My main concern this 2nd time around was that the lady gave me the massage smelled like she just smoked and tried to cover it with minty gum. So, when she was massage my chest area, I definitely could smell her breaths on me and that really made me feel uncomfortable.I really like the optionalsauna room, which has different options, from wet to dry sauna. I on my spent 20 minutes in it so I didnt feel much of a difference (temperature wise). But the design is pretty and Zen. Unfortunately, theres on my enough room for one or two people to use at one time since its a compact sauna room. They also give you a white spa robe to wear in the room which is nice, eventhough its a little too big on me.

The place was very clean, professional and cozy. I’m not a huge fan of massages but I wanted to try out a professional one, and I really loved it! It relieved some of my back pain and she got some tense spots I didn’t even realize I had. Would recommend this place to a friend, and go again.

This is a relaxing, zen and clean space to go for a massage, facial or just to enjoy the infrared sauna, the towels with green tea are a nice touch, the staff are top notch, very sweet demeanors.

Came to this location barely able to function due to pain in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. I did not have an appointment that day but the front desk was very helpful and I was able to get in later that same day with LMT Susie for deep tissue massage. She found tight muscles I didn’t know I had and I left with more range of motion. She also educated me on some stretching exercises to prevent my issues from reoccurring since my pain stems from repetitive motions in my occupation. I had a my second visit Susie again today and she found more problem areas and is very knowledgeable on how to relieve the tension causing my pain. I feel much better and appreciate the care I have received as well as the education provided. Definitely recommend this location, especially Susie!

I always leave feeling so relaxed! The masseuses I’ve had have all been great and there are several different styles and techniques to accommodate all of your preferences!

I’ve had better, more thorough massages. My massage was shorter than 50 mins due to paperwork both at check in and then additionally in the massage room, being called back a few mins late, and consult happening within the hour instead of 15 mins prior as it states online. Therapist (Pamela) used a more sharp poking technique rather than the rubbing my muscles were needing, even after I told her I preferred long strokes. She asked about my most high needs areas, but she did not even get to those regions within the hour. Kind people, clean facility, but I was disappointed to leave not feeling any relief.

MG has been amazing from start to finish. When my friend and I had to modify our services due to her health issues, they were very accommodating, patient and pleasant at every step of the way. We’re plannng on getting the membership and look forward to regular sessions.

Massage Green Spa has some of the most talented and skilled massage therapist in Fruit Cove. The staff in the front is super friendly and scheduling is always a breeze. This is why I keep my monthly membership active!

I requested that my therapist wear a mask. He refused. Front desk receptionist confirmed that their policy is personal choice of therapist, NOT safety or comfort of their customers. With the highly contagious Omicron infections seeing record infection levels in Florida I am not comfortable with an unmasked therapist breathing a couple of feet above my face for an hour. Seems that guest safety is not a priority at this so called “wellness” spa.

My girlfriend and I had a great massage at Massage Green Spa. Annie and Paul took great care of us in the couples suite. It was a very relaxing experience with music and running water. I look forward to going again!

I scheduled a facial over the phone a week in advance. I was looking forward to it. Due to being out on vacation the next week, I scheduled my work schedule around to make this appointment work. I show up for my scheduled facial appointment at 7 o’clock this evening, and I was told that they had canceled my appointment because they tried to call me and they didn’t have the right phone number on file. Since the person that answered wasn’t me and could not confirm the appointment, they decided to cancel my appointment instead. Even though they had my email on file, they never notified me of any of this. Instead I show up, and I am told that there is nothing they can do for me! I will never be utilizing their services again, I will be taking my money elsewhere. What a horrible customer service experience!

Ive had thousands of massages bc of severe neck and back injuries. Andrew is one of THE BEST massage therapists ive ever had. His technique is unmatched.

Susie is amazing! I’ve been here numerous times and always neglected to leave a review but not this time. As a mom of two, I aim high and self care is very important to me. I almost always fail to make the time so it’s a very special time for me when I finally make it in for a massage. I saw Susie today and she was so helpful and I left relaxed as can be.Case in point: I walked out to checkout and forgot my glasses. I accepted I felt blind because I was so sleepy and relaxed Haha not because I forgot my glasses.

Sigh....I was so hoping to feel relaxed when I left but my fiancé and I left feeling the opposite. We did the 60 minute couples massage and it was not very pleasant. They were 5 mins late taking us back to the room and didnt start on us for 10 mins. So they started 15 mins late total and ended 5 mins early. So technically our 60 mins ended up being only 40 mins. I was given a female and he was given a male. (He wasnt too happy about that but just decided to deal with it). The guy was coughing the ENTIRE TIME. I remember almost falling asleep twice and being startled by a loud rough cough. It actually caused me to jolt a few times. Not only was the coughing bad but he was sniffing every 15 seconds. It got to the point where my fiancé had to ask if he was sick....also, he wasnt quiet at all. My girl was nice and whispered so that was great but his guy was talking with an outside voice. You can roll over now. Etc...Lastly about his therapist.... he had bad beer breathe...my fiancé actually had to pull the covers over his nose because of it. The room wasnt anything special and you could hear people talking in the hallway entering and leaving. It was just a bad experience. If a therapist is sick, he or she shouldnt be there working on people. No one wants to be startled every 15 seconds with sniffing and coughing. Its unhygienic.Note: Weve always gone to the Alpha school of massage where its only 15 dollars a person for 60 mins (because their students) and they ARE AMAZING. Go look at their reviews. 5 star across the board. They actually massage your scalp, your face, take their time on your toes and fingers and dont allow you to tip. We received none of that at Massage Green. We shouldnt have tried somewhere new when we already have an amazing spa. Lesson learned!

Massage Green is amazing!! I have been with them for about 7 years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Tori is amazing, very knowledgeable and professional. I always leave feeling rejuvenated.

Ive been getting massages from Paul since November. He is wonderful. He knows exactly how to loosen my neck muscles to relieve my headaches. I definitely recommend Paul at the Jullington Creek location.

Do you even want to make money?Update: Got what I needed ordered. Online stuff is corporate and needs to be fixed. Able to get everything I needed over the phone so 5 stars from me.
