Will NEVER give this place my business ever again. Two massages canceled on short notice in a two week time period. The manager refused to call me back in a timely manner or offer any sort of resolution, so both my birthday and my friends birthday (which was the reason we booked the massages) were ruined. Terrible customer service, terrible management with no accountability, and absolutely snotty when they finally did call me back two days later. What a joke of a “high end” service establishment. Next time I’ll go to the four seasons!

I was using the swimming pool every weekday during the summer. I got the sick with Covid variant September 8th and after being in a hospital for a month forced me to do classes online. I love working out and look forward to trying new classes. I especially love the ballet barre classes. Everything is perfect.

I love this gym! It is spacious, great variety of classes, super clean, cafe, indoor and outdoor pool, spa, tons of yoga, loads of bikes and treadmills plus a huge weight training area. Best gym by far in the area!!!

Dawn is fantastic. My color is staying so much better than at other places and my hair is so soft. She is a welcome addition to your team!

High price point but with all the amenities, it makes sense. This place has everything.
