The service was great! Everyone that worked there took the time to make me and my wife feel appreciated and welcome. We got a couples massage and the two therapists where very professional and focused on our needs. Awesome service and would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting St. Louis. I went to Massage Envy for years, then their policies changed and my favorite therapist quit, so I quit going there. So I was very glad my sister found this place and gifted me a massage. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Ive had massages from Brennan, Aaron, and Jen and I have no complaints! There are a few parking spots in the back and Ive never had an issue finding street parking nearby either. And as a bonus, Cafe Piazza is right across the street if you want a good quick bite after your relaxation session.Update:My initial review was from 5 years ago, now I actually live closer and still get my massages from Brennan. So, I’m now 9 years in. Cafe Piazza now has an arcade attached if you need another way to unwind after you unwind. 😉

I LOVE indigo. They are always so welcoming even to this day. I’ve been going here for over a year and have built a great relationship with Kelly. She is the best massage therapist I’ve ever encountered. She truly cares about my physical wellbeing and offers up great advice and even better massages. I plan on never going anywhere!

My experience at Indigo was amazing! I walked into a calm and positive atmosphere. The receptionist was so pleasant and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Also my masseuse was great, I felt comfortable and covered the entire time. The massage itself was EVERYTHING!

Ive been a massage therapist for 12 years♡ and when I say that I had a fantastic myofascial massage with Ryan. My arms and hands have felt better then they have in quite a long time. I only expected to have a relaxing couples massage with my husband but was pleasantly surprised with his capability of myofascial work!! He was very comfortable and checked in as a therapist this ment a lot not only as a woman but someone who appreciates the attention he was paying his client to make sure they were reacting well to the therapy!! Indigo Massage and Wellness is an awesome place. They offer a wide variety of services. They also have products you can purchase but are never pushy. Indigo Massage does not operate like the typical chain massage shops. If you sign up for the wellness program the $$ on your account can be spent how you choose. Very highly recommend!!

My family and i have gone to Indigo Massage on Arsenal for several years. Currently, I see Jennifer for Thai massage: Coaching the Body and the results have been wonderful. The staff is unfailingly kind and helpful. The atmosphere is restful. Using the MindBody app makes scheduling very easy.

I recently had an express facial experience with Lauren that fell far short of my expectations. To begin with, there was no explanation of what would go on my skin after the online consultation form, as promised in the description of the service. The estheticians touch was so light that the product was not applied evenly or thoroughly. What disappointed me the most was the complete lack of massage or exfoliation, which is what I expect for any facial. Frankly, my morning routine involves more massage than what I experienced. This experience was a total letdown for $70. I didnt feel refreshed or rejuvenated afterward, and I didnt see or feel any noticeable improvements in my skin. I was shocked because I have had the most lovely massages and services here otherwise!

Fantastic experience. Very respectful, warm environment. The therapist took the time to ask if I had any concerns or focus areas, gave me some advice, and was extremely professional during our session. 100% will be back!!

Wonderful place, I have been using since early 2019. Everyone is amazing and very professional, all massage therapists are top notch, I am just happy when one is available I have no preference because they are all great which is rare!

Love this spot in Benton Park! I’m part of the wellness program so I get a 90 minute massage monthly. It’s a fantastic way to stay on task with your self-care. Kalani Bone is the therapist I typically go to. She’s wonderful. She’s super flexible. She’ll ask you before your massage what to target. She’ll chat during the massage if you want to. She’s great! You can tell she cares about your relaxation and experience. ❤️

Derek is the loveliest person you will ever meet. And he’s very good at what he does! You can tell he cares. If you walk in feeling tight and stiff, you will leave him feeling all loosey goosey and with a big smile on your face. The staff here are just so kind. Best place to get a massage in St. Louis!

In town on vacation and wanted a massage. Considered the four seasons, but was a little too pricey for my taste. Luckily, I found Indigo. I was able to make an appointment online for the next day and had Jennifer for my 60 minute massage. It was incredible! Ive had MANY massages and I have to say this was one of the best! Soft hands, perfect pressure, relaxing atmosphere, friendly employees, even got a discount for being a new customer! Nothing could have gone better! It was perfect! I highly recommend!!

Anne was great to work with as we set up chair massages for my staff at two different locations on two different days. The therapists were wonderful and managed to make the small space we used feel like you stepped away from work. The staff really enjoyed their 15 minutes of total relaxation. The total fee was extremely reasonable for the services provided. Totally recommend Indigo Massage and Wellness!

I think I found my new massage go to. I had been going to a chain, Massage Luxe, for years. Great price Id locked in through a deal through my former employer, but got so tired of getting short changed on time w massages not lasting through the end of scheduled time and then having to argue to get credited back. All in all, I wanted a massage studio that actually left me relaxed at the end of the interaction!Well, finally, I found it!Like everyone else notes, super relaxing atmosphere, front desk person was super chill, great energy all around.They have great covid safety protocols, I feel safe that my masseuse is being protected and so am I.Easy scheduling. My original therapist had a medical emergency and they found a same day reschedule.I also like that they seem to be very LGBTQIA+ friendly here, and they offer diverse types of services for all types of clients, like binder massage, and forms with gender choices that arent exclusionary.Julie is the best. The best massage Ive had in years. Fell asleep and caught myself snoring (dont tell anyone 🤫). I asked for firm pressure and haaallp w my mountains of back and neck knots and she delivered. Absolutely perfect pressure. Also, she started the session off w Reiki and it totally set the tone.Another thing, I was a little worried that since our session started a little past the half hour she might end at less than 60 minutes. Decided to just chill and not even mention it. She still gave me the full hour ( and honestly a few minutes more if Im not mistaken). I really appreciate the high quality of service and professionalism.Reserved parking out back.

Complete and total bliss!!! I literally just walked out from my massage and HAD to pause to write a review so I wouldn’t forget to later. My brother purchased a prenatal massage for me for my birthday and OH. MY. GOD. It was 80-minutes of complete and total perfection. I have never had such a thorough and relaxing massage in my life...and I’ve been fortunate to experience many massages.Mandy is incredible! I absolutely will be back SOON!!!UPDATE (March 2019):As always, Mandy is amazing. I leave these massages not only feeling relaxed, but like I am standing taller, have more range of motion and ready to take on whatever comes at me. I adore her and am so thankful for her!

My husband and I are part of their Wellness program which allows for a massage a month at a discounted rate (which is amazing and so!! cost effective). We have used a number of the therapists but we have stuck with a few of our favorites. They are all amazing. I cant say enough fabulous things about Indigo. The therapists are wonderful. The place is serene, clean and comfy. Anne, the owner, is so kind and runs a great shop. We do not go anywhere else in STL for our massages.

If I could rate this place higher, I would! Everyone there is so welcoming and understanding. It was my first time getting a massage, and it was awesome! I definitely plan on coming back soon!!

I’ve had about 20 massages and only twice with the same therapist. I’ve never been able to find the right one until now. Indigo massage is a relaxing, well-appointed environment and Ashlee gave me the best, most thorough, productive massage I’ve ever had. I’ve now found the person right for my needs. Also, I’m chatty and Ashlee willingly and compellingly engages in conversation (even if she prefers to work silently. You’d never know). Truly 5 star massage. Thanks.

Visited this place for Mothers day. Upon entering this salon, I felt like stepping outside of this crazy, stressful world into some other peaceful, tranquil galaxy. Salon is beautifully decorated; it seems like a lot of thought was put into every single detail. Receptionist desk is a creative work from a local artist- whats great piece of art. Soft, relaxing music was playing in the back ground. Salon staff was kind, professional, soft spoken- all of that contributed to such as calm, tranquil, inviding atmosphere. Shortly after filling out a paperwork, Liz escorted me to one of the rooms upstairs. She was easy going, pleasant, laid back, yet professional at the same time. With ten years of experience, you can tell she knows what shes doing. Massage was such as relaxing experience. I enjoyed every minute of it and Liz was quite generous with her time. I want to thank Liz and all the staff at the salon for a such as wonderful experience, and excellent costumer services- you just dont have this kind of costumer services very much nowadays. Thumbs up, guys. If I could, I would give you six stars.

Ive been to Indigo many times over years for massage, yoga and acupuncture and always appreciated the sensitivity and care in the environment that they create. I recently had my first acupuncture appointment with Dr. Nicole Anderson at their Maplewood location and it was transformative. Her awareness, compassion, intuition and skill left me with so much gratitude. I cant recommend a session with Dr. Anderson more highly. Thank you, thank you for the support!

Been feeling some aches lately and decided to treat myself to a massage. Checked out a few places from Google and Indigo had best schedule that worked for me and made an appointment with Jennifer. The atmosphere walking into Indigo was very zen. Came in early to fill out a survey which didnt cut into my time. Before the massage also consulted with Jen on what was hurting and specific places Id like her to focus on. She was able to work on everything we talked about and even more. There were places I was tense I didnt even know I was. She was very attentive and made me feel very comfortable. The music and lighting was very relaxing as well. After she even gave me some tips and stretches to do at work to loosen up. I will definitely be looking forward to making another appointment.

Ive been a monthly massage member at Indigo for a few years now. I cant give Anne and her crew enough stars for their amazing massages. You cannot go wrong with any of the therapists here - they all have their special touch. Anne is my favorite, but Brennan and Lenah are two other therapists whom Ive always enjoyed going to when Anne isnt available! Highly recommend.

Intuition of problem areas and focus were perfect.The new space is definitely slightly bizarre but proprietor did great in taking away the clinic feeling. This is my favorite place for a relaxing and theraputic massage. There are a number of excellent therapists on staff. They also offer yoga classes - from beginner to advanced. Katie and Dianna are both wonderful instructors. If youve ever even thought about taking a yoga class, youll be happy you took a class with either one of them! And, youre body will thank you too!

Absolute best massage Ive ever had. Brennan really took time to understand my history and make sure I understood the steps it would take to get my body back aligned. For someone who has had a history of back problems, Im stoked to have found this place!

I recently had a horrible massage therapy experience (see my review of Morgan Ford Massage Therapy - yikes!) and had met Anne, massage therapist and the owner of Indigo, at the Tower Grove farmers market last weekend. She did a chair massage on me, and was super friendly and nice. She actually gave it to me for free! So, after my hellish experience at Morgan Ford, I called and made a next day appointment with Anne. Time to undo some of the negative juju!!The location was very attractive and clean. She greeted me and remembered meeting me, and both she and the woman at the desk were very friendly and welcoming. Before the massage she reviewed my paperwork and asked me lots of questions to make sure that she would be providing what I was looking for. The massage table itself was super comfortable (I dont normally notice that but it was extra padded or something - same with the knee pillow). My massage was a combination of styles, including the deep tissue I had requested and trigger point work. I like very firm pressure, and often the therapist doesnt give me the pressure that I like. Anne checked in a couple of times to adjust the pressure, and was able to determine exactly what worked best for me. It was an excellent massage and she was very kind and professional. I felt totally comfortable and relaxed.When the massage was over (65 minutes, I checked!), she did an additional stretch on me once I had gotten dressed, and showed me how to do some other stretches for my problem areas. It was a great session and I will absolutely be back to see Anne.(TIP: This is a great local business to support. They dont offer Groupon, but DO offer awesome discounts! Look for their booth at TG famers market for a great price - and there are tons of discounts listed on their web page).

I have worked with almost every therapist on staff over the past three years. I havent ever had a bad massage! Also, the wellness club ensures that I make time for regular self care at a great price.

I just left the arsenal location and Ive been in the military. Ive been in a car accident. Ive trained in multiple combative sports for years and workout daily. I got a massage from liz and my shoulder and back that has been bothering me for quite sometime feel 10xs better. This place is extremely covid aware and safe. They have all kinds of precautions and even check your temp at the door. This is the 1st time in over 10 years that Ive had a massage and I immediately scheduled another next week. Highly recommended!!!

My wife bought me a gift card for my bday which was 120 with the tip. She bought another $100 gift card for Christmas. I became ill with the flu the night before my appointment so I called to cancel. I kept getting their answering machine so I left a message. I didnt receive a call back so I called as soon as they opened the next morning and was informed it would be $35.00 to reschedule. I could have went in with the flu and infected everyone or I could get beat out of my $100.00. Fortunately I have more morals than they lack. Dont waste your money on this fraud.Update: 6 years later and they’ve never attempted to make this right.

Went there for a bachelorette party, and the massage and facial were AMAZING. The owner, Anne was welcoming and nice. The place was clean, the people were nice and welcoming. The locations is great, right in historic St.Louis right by the Budweiser factory.

Accommodating and professional. They tailor your massage to your personal needs! My wife and I did the couples massage and we would go back again very soon! Reasonable pricing!
