I have been going to the same smoke shop for at least the last 10 years. I have never in my life been treated so badly as I was today. Theres a big guy that works there. Hes been there probably about 6 months. He was so rude to me because he didnt know how to add or subtract and then a month ago. There was new guy and he ripped me off 3 dollars, All I can think is they are brothers Because one was just as rude as the other one. I used to love this store.I will never ever go in that store again, I look for the owner to complain to no avail.

I have been a regular customer for over a year now. The staff here is absolutely great. Anyone that’s commented otherwise just doesn’t know these folks well enough.

Been going there over 20 years went in one day and was treated very poorly and everyone was rude .Big guy flashing his gun and grabbing his privates.

Cigarette prices must of went up or I got over charged. Two packs of PallMall cost over $16.00. I can get them $5.00 cheaper in the county.

I noticed a problem with my transaction from a couple of days ago (Aug 5th) & immediately called the store. Long story short, Tim & Mike researched the transaction & even watched the video to find that there had been an error on their part & that I was due a refund. All of this happened in less than a half hour. I’ve been shopping at this store for at least ten years & have always been happy with their service but the integrity displayed with this interaction really bumps them up to ten stars! Thank you Tim, Mike & Misty!

Discount Smoke Shop is the best!!!! Do not discriminate btwn best avail and best can afford. Ive been so pleased.

Friendly employees a wide variety of alcohol tobacco cigars and also has a really cool like little gambling room you know with some slot machines that you know if you feel like going in there and sit down and you know whatever winning some money and the store is pretty clean and the prices and I highly recommend this discount smoke shop

This place is dirty and high priced!! They use to have decent prices but when I visited yesterday I was completely shocked at how much their prices went up. You are better off going to dirt cheap. Their prices blow this place out of the water!!

I went to this place about an hour ago. I pulled up and parked in front in a yellow striped area and went inside where I was told I had to move my truck. Ok. I thought I’d just go to another place. But being handicapped I just had to turn around and open the door, still outside the shop and said maybe they should think about getting more disabled parking spaces. I was screamed at to get out and don’t come back. Well why would I with such absolutely rude employees. Not only rude but kind of stupid. I wasn’t even in the building. If they have that much distain for the handicapped I’m sorry for them

With a conveniently great store always busy all cashiers and customer service representatives are helpful knowledgeable and if they do not know they will get the engine for you. I had gone there recently to get something that I thought they would have and much to my dismay they did not and I had to go up the street to area 51. Upon my arrival at my next location of area 51 they were closed only 2 minutes and would not assist me so I didnt know what to do where to go stood there and thought to myself and I remembered theres a pakistanian or Iraqi and gas station right down the street directly across from Peter and Paul cemetery. Thats my pleasure and excitement and gratitude and had exactly what I was looking for Im so glad that I know I can go to this location if I need to get this again at a score of the moment last minute situation

Great store. ALL of the clerks/cashiers are just as nice & pleasant as you would like. I have seen them keep a smile on their face with some customers that are down right mean and ignorant. They go on to next customer with smile on their face and they dont say a word about the previous ignorance. Keep up the GREAT WORK!

Workers are always very courteous and sociable, and take care of you however they can. Good place to go. Im not going to take five stars down to four just because theyre ATM doesnt work though but just warning to everyone whos looking for an ATM theirs doesnt work but I hope they get it up working sometime soon. But you can go right down the street to a QT if you need an ATM that bad. But I would personally like to just make a one stop. Im sure they will fix this very soon because they seem to be on top of their game every time Im there. Good job guys!

Only 3 star rating due to generous cashier that allowed my purchase to be complete when $0.50 short. Would of given 2 star rating but feel 1 star is accurate. Low rating based on all products being over priced that my purchase would of been cheaper at any gas station, pharmacy store, and department store

Used to be the cheapest spot in town for beer. Not any more. Budweiser tall cans went from $1.79 to $2.99.... A 67.5% increase??? I get prices are going up everywhere but this is ridiculous. You now have the most expensive Bud tall cans in a 5 mile radius.

Not just the cheapest place to buy cigarettes in the area, but also the friendliest. While they do seem to turn over employees rather frequently, they seem to value politeness, willingness to help and personality more than most convenience stores. Im in the store once or twice a week, and at this point most of the employee know me by face if not name and several even know my brand. All in all, a much more pleasant shopping experience than one would usually expect from a cigarette shop. I sincerely hope that someone there sells me a winning lottery ticket eventually so that I can give them some cash for all their troubles (and I guess getting rich in this process would be nice too).

Walked in and didnt even get a hello or a may I help you. Steve sure did! Ijs poor customer service and the lady had an attitude. Stl business is going down hill really. THey the some of the friendliest people around! Store manager actually started getting a beer that I wanted so I didn’t have to go to the grocery store. If that does not tell you about the staff then I’m not sure you like customer service!

Bought a carton of kool longs. When I got home and opened them there was a box of shorts mixed in. Called to inform them, no apology... No attempt to make it right. Went back in today, to give them a second chance to apologize, nothing. Ill be taking my money elsewhere.

The WORST experience of my life and these people are scam artists. There employees are some of the rudest people ive ever met. They told me the wrong price and overcharged my card and they wont refund anything because all sales are final. BE CAREFUL PEOPLE!

They treat people like dirt!! Applied for a job last wednesday and they told me to come back monday morning.I did. Then they said job was filled, wasting my time and gas. Will NEVER give these inconsiderate jerks a penny or a minute of my time EVER again! They suck!

The African American woman that works there has the worst attitude I have ever seen.If you ask for a receipt, she huffs and puffs like I am inconviencing her. So rude.

Basic for booze, lottery and smokes. There is a big walk in cooler for cases of beer. Not a huge selection if you are stocking a bar. Just the basics. Some cigars and loose tobacco and a few pipes, I think. Always busy, but staff keep things moving.

Ive gotten a lot of General brand Swedish snus here, they stock more than some of the other locations. They also carry Thunder snus. They have a good selection of dip and chew as well. They have good prices and rotate the stock, and staff has been helpful. When I used to smoke I would get american spirits here.

Most staff is friendly. Usually best prices in town on cigarettes. And they check people out quickly. They got alchohol too!
