DO NOT SHOP HERE. They knowingly sell defective products then lie about it. I bought an item that didnt work, they told me I had 24 hours to exchange any defective item, I tried to exchange it literally 15 minutes later, then they wouldnt exchange it. Terrible management and terrible owners.

Great place to shop for for E Cig needs. They have great prices, even on discounted vapes/items, especially if you’re in a pinch! I got a good 5% nic vape for under $6 with a great flavor and nic feel. I’m an avid Raz/Elf bar user and their discount selection is just as good as their normal priced options that I typically go for. Great place to shop all around!

The owner of this store is super knowledgeable about everything in his store and when/if he can get something delivered. Always an upstanding and cool man!

My boyfriend and I came in for the first time today and were super impressed. The man who helped us was knowledgeable and friendly and the shop had a great atmosphere. The decor was warm and inviting. We were happy with the prices and the service and will be back!

If you have to drive farther to get there it’s completley worth it. They’re big on customer service and have a decent selection. We probably won’t go anywhere else lol. Bought two vapes and one was defective. Defect was no fault of retailer and product was exchanged to questions asked. I was given a free cartrage for my trouble. If you want vape things at fair price at a peaceful and friendly location; this is the spot.

Prices are competitive compared to other shops in town. A mod that cost $90 at another store cost only $75 here. The store owner was working the counter and personally greeted me the first time I patronized his store. They dont have the widest selection of juices, but they rotate stock pretty frequently. Honestly, this is the nicest looking vape store Ive ever entered, and you can tell they have put time and effort into presenting a nice store-front and great customer service.

Really cool little store. Ive only seen the guy with glasses there so far, and he was really pleasant to talk to along with being a lot of help.Really cute store too. Didnt expect to see what I saw when I went in. Really enjoyed my time there and the vape juice I landed on was really good.

Let me start by saying I don’t write reviews for places. I don’t traditionally shop at Mape Vape as it’s a tad over priced, but that isn’t my issue. I suppose a few policies have changed since the last time I was in. Mainly they have the counter roped off now. I assumed it was the line, so I stepped over the rope (no one else in the shop) the worker proceeded to be all types of condescending. “Oh you don’t know there is a virus going around.” No dude I wasn’t aware you guys changed store policy in the last 3 weeks, because last I was in you guys didn’t have any sort of policy like that in place.

Great little shop. I originally came iso a concentrate tank, but to no avail. Man running shop was polite and informative, the merchandise was competitively priced as well. If it were not for the fact that they didnt carry precisely the item that I was looking for, I would have rated 5 stars.

I found myself needing a pair of charged batteries. I called about an hour ahead of time and they put a pair on the charger for me. They were at 100% when I arrived.The shop itself had an awesome selection and good atmosphere. The staff and customer service sent them over the top. I will definitely visit again.

Wonderful place wonderful customer service. #1 place i recomend them to everyone. They are the best. Gentlemen that worked today was just so amazing. Good job. Clean store welcoming. Everyone needs to go there and get what they need.

My fiance and I are religiously loyal to this place. We dont shop anywhere else unless we find ourselves in a bind and cant reasonably get there (its not the closest vape shop to home or work for us). This place has the best customer service.. every one of the guys who work here treat me like a long lost friend whenever I walk through the door. Aside from the top notch service and atmosphere, they have great prices and deals. And every few months or so theyve been holding events where they have a band and free snacks and beer - no complaints from me.

Ive been to almost every vapor store in St Louis area, this place is the best!! the knowledge and friendliness of the staff cant be overstated. they have the highest quality juices Ive ever tasted and still have awesome prices. I always end up hanging out for at least an hour everytime I go there!!!

Incredibly friendly clerk who was able to give me a quality product in my price range. He even let me sample flavors and answered every question with amazing customer service. Adorable shop, great location. I will be shopping at Mape Vape from now on!

Just bought my first vape setup from MapeVape. Drew was incredibly helpful. He walked me through everything I would need to know and helped me setup my mod for the first time.When he was recommending mods and tanks he was truly helpful and didnt automatically recommend the most expensive products and informed me that for my uses, a cheaper setup would be better.The atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming with a strong sense of professionalism.I will be back!

Joe and Dru at Mape Vape have both been such a big help in my struggle to stop smoking. The two times I went in to the store, I received the best customer service and support! Before coming here I knew nothing about e-cigs. I had no idea where to even start! I read many reviews on Google and came across Mape Vape which is not far from my house! The reviews were excellent and after my first time going there, I knew why!! Dru helped me and explained everything! The second time I went there, I had the pleasure of meeting Joe! Good customer serviceThere might be cheaper places butCool people work here, and I enjoy the spaceThe quality control on some of the cheaper vapes isnt the best. I recommend staying away from some of the lower end vapes. The one I got has a button that sticks and it just goes till it kills the battery/coil. This isnt a reflection on the shop, however they did swap it out for me for one that wasnt faulty!

Terrible...To be honest there wasnt much of an experience at all. I ordered 2 bottles of Lady Luck, then waited and waited and waited. Nothing was ever sent. Then I tried to contact them several times, then, waited and waited again. No response. So I dont have much good to say. There will not be a repeat.

Great place. Pretty much the only shop in town Ill go to. Its like the Cheers of vape shops. They greet you by name and its always a good time. I even occasionally sit down and watch a game if theres one on because of the chill environment

Ive never felt so welcome as I did walking into Mape Vape. The staff was incredibly friendly and knew exactly what I needed when I handed them a ziplock bag of what was left of my ecig (lost some stuff, long story). On top of that, they didnt try to up-sell me on anything. In fact, they respected my wishes to stay cheap and I was in and out of there in no time. They made a customer for life.

This is a wonderful shop!!! staff is friendly and personable, and very knowledgeable. I find myself coming back to Mape Vape over and over again. I have even found myself buying things from them that I would normally just get from an online store.

Amazing! Guy helped me with my broken mod. Walked in pissed off and he easily made everything better by treating me awesome and hooking me up with a new mod and some tasty juice. By far my favorite store now and I have been there once! Go check this place out

Mape Vape is where you want to go if you are trying to quit smoking cigarettes. I went there today with very little expectation and left very happy. David helped me figure out which vape would work for me. There was zero upselling what so ever. Thank you David and Mape Vape! I will be back

This place is awesome. Its the Cheers of vape shops. It doesnt matter if its Drew, Mark or Joe behind the counter, Im greeted by name when I walk in. Wide variety of e-liquid and nic salts available. Mods in all shapes and sizes. Tanks galore. MapeVape is everything you could want in a vape shop. Go see these guys, they will take care of you whether youre a seasoned cloud blazer or a newbie just starting out. I highly recommend this place.

I went to Mape Vape for the first time today to get some help with transitioning to vaping from smoking. The guy that was working at the store was VERY helpful and didnt pressure me or my boyfriend into buying some expensive item we couldnt afford or knew how to use. He was patient with all my questions, suggested a less pricey device to start with and took the time to set it up and instruct us in how to use the device. I plan to go back all the time for my vaping needs and suggest others to go as well.

Way too expensive. Was happy to hear they had the vape I wanted in stock, however was unhappy to see that the price was over 2x what any other retailer sells the vape for. Wont be utilizing this store again in the future.

This place is legit. Its right down the road from where I work so obviously I already wanted to stop by. They treat everyone with respect here. They kindly answered my newbie questions and let me try unlimited flavors until I found a few I liked. Im sure weve all visited a vape shop and found DIFFERENT experiences... Good times to be had at Mape Vape. Try their house Ecto Cooler flavor if you like lime. Soooo good. Highly recommend this place and itll probably end up being my go to vape shop.

Everyone is friendly and prices are good.Went in there to pick up a vape to try to quit smoking cigs. Mark helped me pick out a vape and learn how to use it as well as let me try different juices to find the perfect ones for me.Great store! Even better people.

I knew relatively nothing about vaping walking into the store with a goal of smoking less. They were extremely helpful in explaining the technology/options and getting me hooked up with a set up that works for me. I have immediately come to love it. No more cigarettes!

The worst vape juice I ever had it smells like Maple syrup What I was smoking in around a few people they told me it smells like burning celery or something very disgusting everything taste like Maple syrup I dont understand why theyre the only ones that have that nasty flavor to their juice
