TABA Smoke Shop Novelty on Washington Ave

Absolutely do not shop here. They sell very faulty products I bought a $53 seahorse and they would not exchange it for one that works. I literally got home plugged it up and it did not work at all. They have a no exchange policy but I literally bought it less than an hour ago and have my receipt. I don’t recommend getting any products from them at all because they are faulty. It will not work!!!

Such an Odd Experience.I travel for work I walked into the shop to buy some eJuice. The gentleman on duty acted like I was annoying him with my crazy request to buy stuff. Seriously, can I touch the merch and read the label. I’m not gonna bend down and try to read through the display case.So 2 weeks later, I’m back in STL. Again, same hat wearing, gear head gentleman. This time, I’m looking for a new vape. The selection was terrible and I was talked down to about the few available choices.Go anywhere but here.Cheers!

They had me test a disposable vape before I bought it. Then it ran out of juice the next day. Avoid this place at all costs. Any and every vape shop is better than this.

Terrible customer service horrible. I walk by the place daily decided to stop in Im new from Saint Charles. Where they have the best store studio 420. Where I spend hundreds of dollars a month. I was asked after looking at 1 very cool unique dugout Ive never seen before. If I wanted to purchase it I said no. Not now for $32 but I definitely in the future. Want it. Thats for sure just cant afford it today. He asked me if I was going to buy anything?I responded really off cuff with I didnt know I was even coming in today I just wanted to look around and see if anything caught my eye thats pretty much it here. Maybe? More than window shoping bu5 sell than certain..?He then said if youre not gonna buy anything Im gonna have to ask you to leave. He said said well I dont know if Im gonna buy anything or not..? He repeated Im gonna have to ask you to leave.I said even if I buy something I just want to look around or I have to buy something just to look around? He just gave me a look and told me again nothing there for me. Wow.!On my way out the door I mentioned I may have smoked some before I came in did I accidentally say anything to offend you he said no. I walked out the door glad to have not purchased anything I cant wait to see whats in this space next time. Washington great I love the area everything and I love when bed stores are good they get pushed out by better stores. Do not give these people your money.

Always friendly staff, great hookah supplies. They are great in spite of the draconian laws on nicotine meant to hurt small businesses. They have a decent inventory. And even helped with a tank for an old vape pen. No matter whos working there is always friendly banter!👍🏾

Called to ask a few questions, the guy who answered was snippy and emotional. After asking only 2 simple questions, he asked is there something I can help you with or is that ALL?Well ok then, nevermind, glad I didnt spend my couple thousand dollars with this company.Terrible service by a rude, sassy, man child.

Not a whole lot in terms of selection and kinda off-putting when some police came in to peep the place and buy some cbd. However, the cashier was very nice and put up with me asking about all of the jars they sold and then proceeding to have him pull every one out and align them so I could choose from the many designs. Poor guy, extra star for his unwavering patience. 8/10

Had an excellent experience at this little shop over the weekend. Chris was more than helpful with setting me up with a hookah and taking extra time to show me how to properly use it the shop is clean and well kept and they have a good amount of product at good prices. Will definitely be back!

They have some pretty killer pieces and a good variety of other items in the store. Very nice and organized in the shop. Definitely a must go-to location.

I just visited this store today fort the first time and and had a really great experience. The guy workings name was Chris and he was super helpful! He was super patient and really informed about all the products in the store. I will definitely be going back!

Visited St. Louis and took in all the sights, including this shop. I would honestly drive the fourteen hours it takes to get there from where I live just to take advantage of the great deals and local glass. Very friendly staff and also a great location.

All I bought was a couple packs of cigars and he didnt even charge me for taxes. It was $2.00 even. Thnx will come back here

I purchased a hookah two years ago from this store, due to unfortunate circumstances I misplaced a critical piece for my hookah and was unable to use the unit. I spoke to Chris who is a employee at the store regarding the problem, at this point the extraordinary customer service was displayed.Chris truly went over and beyond and contacted the manufacturers of my hookah regarding a replacement part not once but twice, coordinateted a transaction between the two parties. I was truly impressed by the extensive knowledge and in dept understanding of the products sold to customers.This was a outstanding experiance in every way. Friendly staff and great experience coming here. Went to get a new subohm vaporizor battery and got some eliquid and a grinder. Sales associate even threw in a discount and a discontinued bottle of eliquid. Nice variety of glass and papers as well. Be sure to check them out if youre in the downtown St. Louis area!

Great store conveniently located in the heart of downtown STL. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly Chris is one of my favorites. The store has a great selection of E-cigs juices, and all your tobacco needs.

Bought 2 30ml ejuices. One was organic, but they both smelled delicious. Wanted to vape them, but the clerk was so busy. Anyway, i bought them. Got home n vaped the regular one n loved it. Vaped the organic one n it gave me a headache. Only hit the vape twice with the organic juice n knew i couldnt keep this. I called the store n they said they cant do nun about it since it was opened. Smh. So now i have a whole 30ml ejuice that i cant even use! 😖😖😖

I wanted to purchase something that purchased their numerous times and they look me dead in my face tell me they dont carry the item and have not carried it as if I was never there before or the other times purchasing what I was trying to purchase on this day telling me they never have sold it made me feel kind of stupid and embarrassed because I know where I had went to

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. CBD products , CBD prerolled packaged cigarettes (wild hemp brand) hookah, shisha, wraps and smoke supplies, kratom, glassware for small spaces or the most festive get together events. Cases for said glassware and fragile breakables. I think posters too... But I was honestly just way too enthralled with the selection of other items listed above (and more).
