Wonderful!!!! I came in completely blind needing to buy some gifts for someone. I knew what I intended to spend and had a good idea of what flavors/notes they liked in their juices, and what they didnt like. The two ladies working here took care of me and were happy to provide recommendations and asked lots of questions about what they did and did not like. Sure enough, my recipient loved the juices I picked with their assistance. Id absolutely come back!!

Terribly over priced. Everything that isn’t a clearance item is pretty much upcharged. And clearance items are horrible quality. I literally hit the clearance vape a total of 5 times max and it just stopped working. I called the store and was told there was nothing they could do since all clearance sales are final. Studio420 is astronomically better. Better prices (good quality even the clearance items), variety, and service. Only came here because it’s close to my job.

From Ohio to Michigan to Missouri this is the only location I have ever found my pods. The employee upsold me in a courteous way. I would recommend this place to anyone. He resignated with my needs he understood everything that would make a customer happy to come back.

Awesome selection compared to what we have back home in Illinois. Had to stop in after a trip to the zoo and am so glad I did. They even make their own juices brand in house. Cant wait to come back.

Started coming here a few months ago after a friend suggested it.1st visit the cashier told me that if there was a burnt coil or I disliked the flavor I could swap out within 24 hours. Which I thought was unusual, I’m used to if you don’t like it too bad.So I went ahead and made Valorized the place I shop because of this. After trying multiple disposable flavors finally found one on 12/21 that was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. Came in today 12/22 and was informed that swapping out due to dislike of the flavor wasn’t an option. Flavor was so gross I had the kid at the counter just throw it away because I did not want to take it with me. I know one less person visiting won’t “break the business” but when someone states a policy on a businesses behalf and it doesnt get upheld that puts a bad taste in my mouth. Worse than the flavor of vape I selected.

Sammy did a great job with her customer service, as well as knowing the prices on hand. They pride themselves about making sure in having a wide selection, as well as having many brands that other stores don’t have. They also have mods, drinks, and stuff for other types of smoking.

This place is awesome , I bought my geek vape ,white one very pretty, very girly , the young lady who was working that morning was so helpful , it was my first refillable vape , she showed me how to use it , how to change screen color to pink , and filled it for with vanilla custard vape juice .

This place never seems to stop to amaze me!.....They sold me a so called FDA approved E-liquid that wasnt what they usually carry out in their product line and would not exchange for a better one even if I had the receipt for it!So Im just going to put a picture as side to show what not to buy as you will waste your money and time for their in house products!Look at the comparison they told me when buying it that i can return it if they dont feel the same but no I cant because the FDA WOULDNT ALLOW IT???????? Makes alot of sense i guess........?

Bought a couple discount disposables. Took the gamble and bought one I knew would most likely not work but they were cheap. Ended up not working and the rest on the shelf also didnt work. There was a problem and the cashier let me exchange it for another brand of the same price. Very good customer service, clean store, and no big hassle for defectives. Very good store.

I’ve been going to Vaporized for the last two years I left blue vapor to go to Vaporized. I’ve been using the same juice in the last six years, which is cabano by V God!!! I’ve never had a problem with vaborized. I always give them five stars until now. I show up there yesterday to get a new coil I prepped it waited 1015 minutes and it tasted burnt so I go back up there. Tell him what’s going on and usually they’ll just switch it out Considering it was only a day, and I had the receipt but the girl working today brown hair long hair charged me and it wasn’t even my fault And she go on and says that the owners never there and I can’t speak to anybody else that’s a manager or supervisor. I just wanted to exchange my coil that was it. It was burnt and didn’t fit in WORK# so then she sells me the one that has a black bottom instead of the red bottom when everybody knows when you salt Nic use the red bottom even though it’s universal now, it still hits better with the red bottom. I’ve been vaping since 2009 I have never in my life encountered somebody like that I could’ve literally did Her job for her times two!!! Not to mention, that was my second time going up there on a scooter!! Looks like blue vapor here I come you always treated me good and taught me well since 2009 in Wentzville and then now I have to go back to Ballwin. It’s definitely worth it after the Trouble I went through!! And the laughing in the talking underneath the breath, just unprofessional. when you’re dealing with the young generation.Monday July-31-2023, One more thing every time I come up there they always give me a military discount, considering my boyfriend did three tours in Iraq, but this time he wasn’t with me, but they’ve given it to me before without him being with me. So she wasn’t going for that either which is fine I’m more concerned about the hee hee and ha ha I’m laughing not realizing I know what I’m doing. I just needed a new coil. Basically that was it and now. I have a lower downgraded coil that’s only gonna last less than a week because of my salt Nic instead of getting the red bottom like I should’ve and then I had to pay for it again on freaking believable!!! I’m about to open the store and I will never treat my clients that way not one time!!!

If you like to vape you should check this place out. The shop is a nice clean environment and the staff are are very friendly and helpful.If you want a custom blend of your own they are the place to go.Ive been bringing my brother here for a year now. In the warm weather we bike across town to visit the shop. My brother vapes a custom blend and I bought a Dab vape rig here.

This has been my go-to shop for vape juice and supplies for years! Id give 5 starts except they have quit carrying my favorite juice...twice 😔 The staff is knowledgeable about the products and flavor descriptions and shop is priced competitively. House juice is great for the most part. We usually pick up a Harambee or Apple Gold. Vaporized carried a huge selection of premium juices from the major companies like Twist, Coastal Cloud, Pacha Mama, and Juice Head. Vape juice is not all they stock so stop in at any of their locations and get vaped.

Extremely poor customer service when there is a quality issue with their products! I was a loyal customer for 6 years. I had one tank that would not screw into the charger and another had the top come off I was told by the manager Elizabeth that she would not refund nor replace them. The batteries were 16.99 each and I have spent over a thousand dollars over 6 years with Vaporized beginning with the st charles rock rd location. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the manager and told me to have a nice day. I will find another store

Friendly staff that ensure you get the right product, compatibility, huge and awesome conference table with plenty of comfortable chairs.They will serve customers after closing hours if necessary, maybe throw in a free e-juice vial if youre purchasing and changing multiple coils, maintaining your tanks, etc.

In town from Arizona, going to Chicago. Needed to just stop in quickly to re up on some juice. The worker at Maplewood location wasnt very friendly. I was asking for a couple of different brands because I didnt have time to search through all the different kinds. He seemed annoyed and instead of just answering my question politely said you know theres a lot of brands. We cant carry them all. Obviously I know this but I was just trying to find something familiar. Probably wouldnt recommend this place or go back. First impressions are everything and this didnt cut it for me.

Large supply of disposable and non disposable vapes of both the juice and salt nic varieties. The staff could be a little more personable but the prices are competitive and the variety of elf bars and escobars in particular is beyond any other vape store I have personally been to.They also have a solid rewards system so you can save yourself a few bucks if youre a frequent customer here.

I really had an amazing time at Vaporized. Sami really made the experience great and was super helpful. Jeff was cool too, I liked Sami a little bit better.

I walked in 15 minutes before close and John and Scott treated me amazingly and answered my dozens of questions and helped me get a new tank, tip and custom blended 100ml of juice for under $60. Everyone here is very friendly and they have a great selection of different priced juice. Every electronic device Ive ever purchased here has broken within the month, though. They replaced everything with no problems but after so many broken items, I am now buying from a different place.

I highly recommend this shop. The staff are kind and very informative. They have a very good selection of flavors.I brought my vape into the store on September 29th, it was having an issue that I didnt understand and they took apart my whole vape cleaned it, changed my coil and when that still didnt solve the problem showed me a little trick to what the problem actually was. I would have never figured that out on my own.

My Vapor wouldnt take a charge using 3 different cables. I thought I was going to need a new one. Dan at Vaporized on St. Charles Rock Road was very helpful. I was able to get 2 new batteries and a battery charger for a fraction of the price of a new vapor. I was also having issues with my coil Spitting hot juice onto my lips. Dan Recommended using a different coil (one more suited to my wattage) and I am very Pleased! Great Job Vaporized and Thank You!Vape On!

I would like to start this review by saying this vapor store is very clean and nice looking, all staff that I have met is helpful and polite (hard to come by these days).Ok. Here is a little story. I bought a KangerTech KBOX sub-omh box (70$) at Vaporwize to use with my Aspire Atlantis. The KangerTech KBOX stops working after a couple of weeks. I took it back to Vaporwize where I bought it with the receipt. They didnt take a look at it and asked me what was wrong with it. I explained that this KBOX wouldnt read any tank or fire any tank anymore. They immedieatly said that it was dead, nothing I could do. SO! I bought a ELeaf 40 Watt sub-ohm with temp control box from vaporwize (70$). A couple weeks later the Eleaf starts not to read either. I took this Eleaf sub-ohm box to vaporwize with receipt. I got the same story. They didnt want to touch it at all, they just wanted to hear what was wrong with it. Same thing, everyone told me that there is nothing I could do at all. At this point, I was upset and dissapointed. So I had two boxes that werent working at all. I thought I was out about 140$ and some change. I looked up any other vapor shop around south county. I found Vaporwized on Big Bend that just opened up. I thought since Vaporwize isnt going to help me out at all and just say keep buying new things, I decided to try out Vaporwize.The employee name is Matt that helped me out on Sunday. (Very polite and helpful by the way) I explained to Matt what was going on with my sub-ohm boxes. He took in my words and said well lets take a look. FINALLY! Someone that is not going to turn away from my situation and say oh its just broke, just buy another one. Matt got some tools out and started to work with my boxes. Within about an hour I had each box working! I thought I was out some more money and had to BUY ANOTHER ONE, nope I was wrong. Matt fixed what was wrong with both of my boxes with no problems at all. All that was wrong was a simple pin problem. THATS IT!Long story short. Vaporized is a awesome store that is helpful and knowledgeable. I would like to thank Matt again for all of his help on my boxes. They both work awesome now! He didnt direct me to spending more money on a new one. Awesome guy.I am giving vaporwize a 5 star rating all the way! I wont go anywhere else.

Best house juice around - and theres 3 different locations so theres always one near by ya if this one isnt. Anything on clearance that isnt in your MG choice they will add nicotine to it to make it your favorite!

After vape online shopping, these past few months. I was in desperate need of Vaporozed huge selection of mods, atomizers, e-juice, smok coils, etc. Ive gotten my (rechargeable) batteries rewrapped before. Shatterproof glass pieces. The staff are very well educated regarding all of your products and super friendly at every location. And most you know I think its importantly they stock Pachamama: Apple Fuji strawberry nectarine e-juice.. my absolute fave e juice for 2 years and counting.
