Fog E-Cig Tobacco & Cigar

Stopped in because I ran out of e-juice. Fog was the closest that didnt look like a tobacco shop or anything but a dedicated vape shop. Easy to find big lit sign. Walking in its bright and minimalist. Mods down one wall, juice on the back, jewel cases full of merch. Dude running the show was a little quiet and needed a poke to make a recommendation but chatted a bit when I asked about a new tank Id seen online.Price seemed fair for their house line.Would definitely stop again if in need and in the area.

Called just to get some basic information about whether they would be on New Years Day and if they had Zero Nicotine disposables. The man that answered was very defensive about my TWO questions and said I was asking too many questions and are you a even a customer?. When I said thank you at the end, he simply hung up on me. SO RUDE! Definitely not going to visit this shop just by this experience.

Wife and I just started vaping. Had been to a bunch of places, basically me judging service, quality etc. Have absolutely nothing bad to say about this shop. Stop by and just say hi, very friendly, knowledgeable staff, clean and welcoming atmosphere. They dont carry junk and the juices are killer. Check out the stash collection. I always support those that support us Veterans as well.

Best place in town. Has everything you will need and with prices you cant beat. Great Customer service very knowledgeable. They also have 5star points.

Was in a few hours ago asked for a specific vape juice I got the menthol version did realize until I got home to change my coil. when that isnt what I asked for I stop at this shop whenever Im in the citys it has the some of the better prices but I probably wont come back now wasted money on a juice I wont use and a coil

Great selection but the one time I went there the person behind the counter didnt seem to know very much about mods and tanks. Ive been vaping for a long time now and although Im not an expert I do know what questions to ask about new products to determine what is best for me. He was unable to help in my decision. Vapes are confusing to those just starting out. I wouldnt feel confident sending a friend who has never Vaped to this store.That being said, they have a fantastic selection and do have most of all the latest and greatest products. So if you know what you want and need it now then its a great place to go.I also bought a bottle of their house juice and it was very good.

They were awesome, I didnt even have the vape they carried yet I was helped to a different place including directions. Got to respect that, this is a solid business.

Great service. Only thing I dont like is you cant try the juice before you buy it. Ive gotten several flavors that were not very good, and very harsh on the throat. Alien blood seems to be the only one Ive tried that doesnt burn my throat. Also the strawberry cotton candy was very lacking, didnt taste like cotton candy at all, just a very subtle strawberry taste.

First time ever in this store. Just bought a new mipod ecig and a simple battery. Neither of which work. Went back to the store to talk to the guy who sold them to me and they had closed the store almost 10 mins before 8. Not happy.

I rarely write reviews but this experience warrants one. I bought a pack of coils here and told the lady working that night I had a baby prince tank. When I got home I saw they were the wrong coils.I’m not normally in the Woodbury area so it was a few weeks until I got back there. I showed him the transaction receipt and told him what happened. He then proceeded to call me a liar and that he doesn’t have women working for him, only males. (That seemed odd and very sexist). After a short argument to prove that I’m not scamming him I left the coils on the counter and left.As I was getting in my car he opened the door and threw the coils at me. I can’t believe how unprofessional he was and I’m disgusted at his behavior as a business owner. I will never be shopping here or at any other Fog ecig store again.

My husband goes here for his ecig products so I dont know much about it. He likes the pricing for coil replacements and the staff is very helpful and will recommend mods or vape flavors.

Went in to find an e juice that was great, the gentleman recommended the top flavors and the quality is amazing. I will be going to this place all the time! Great prices too!!

Really helpful staff. I bought a kit , the guy helped me get it all ready to go by priming the coil. Really cool and helpful of him a++ experience. Way way better then smokedale byfar!

Alien Blood is the best, and most reasonably priced, vape liquid I’ve found. Highly recommended. And they give a student/veteran discount too.

I literally only shop here now everywhere else either is overpriced or has bad juices. The people there are also very informed ab9ut all the products they sell. Also rewards program. Also student/veteren discount(10%).

Have good basic knowledge of flavors and accessories. However very impressed with their customer service, very happy experience and will go back.

I drive about 100 miles each way just to go to Fog. It is the best ECig store, with the best selection of affordable e-juices, mods, and tanks. Go check it out!

Fairly good hardware selection. I prefer to go somewhere with a bit higher standard for the e-liquid they carry.
