I called right as they opened hoping for same day availability as soon as possible. I was not expecting to get in on a Saturday without scheduling in advance but I was desperate after an extremely stressful week working in a prison. The massage therapist answered my call and my prayers reserving an hour deep tissue massage 10 minutes later! My shoulders, neck and head were so tense, I barley slept the night before. This was my third visit to Sunflower Massage, I knew I was guaranteed im finding relief and the therapist did not disappoint! My head felt like it was going to explode and I am not exaggerating but I think she saved my life! I need a lot of pressure and honestly, usually book with male massage therapists. Is that sexist, probably. Nonetheless, say good bye to my ignorance, headache, knots, stiffnes. Behold! A woman truly skilled and perfected in her techniques! You will not find a more affordable massage anywhere! The place is spotless, smells so good and sheets are always crisp and clean. There is calming music and lighting in the background the whole environment is an oasis. Get in there people! This is probably the last service available where you get more than you paid for. Youre all welcome, treat Sunflower Massage well and dont forget to tip.

By far the best massage in twin cities. Ive gone several times and have had deep tissue massages. The massage therapist is kind and can read your body for problem areas easily. Ive looked for 5 years for a massage spot here in the cities and finally found it!

Booked a 60-minute Swedish massage and first time here. Storefront is appealing and professional. Reception is warm, inviting and smells amazing from essential oils. My therapist (Amanda) was welcoming and delivered an incredible massage. Perfect pressure and worked out the knots - just amazing. Ill definitely be back and glad I gave them a try.

The massage was okay, especially for last minute walk-ins. you have to pay in advanced and they force you to tip at the end of the massage. there’s only two people working there so they had to manage the front and give massages. i’d say you can find a better location with service somewhere else. if you’re desperate and want a last minute massage, come here.

We ran late so we didnt get our full time. However our couples massage was great. My masseuse was was Tara and I truly appreciated her. She focused on the areas I was having issues with, even used techniques Ive never felt before in a massage and she easily adjusted when I felt she may be going too hard for my liking. My husband also enjoyed his massage very much. We purchased a Groupon and we did have to pay the taxes on it at the end of our session but it was only about $14. Not a big deal when we paid $140 for two really great massages. Well definitely be back on a regular basis!

We went to BoDeTox today for the first time and had a wonderful experience! We were greeted warmly when we arrived, the massages were FANTASTIC, the steam sauna was so relaxing and the owner, Veronica is a great employer! As a small business owner myself, I always try to support other independent, local businesses and I highly recommend this little gem in North St Paul!

The massage was very relaxing. Avery did a great job of addressing the areas that needed the most attention and I left feeling great and refreshed. The spa was very clean. I would highly recommend getting in the sauna after the massage. I will definitely be back very soon. I use to think of massage as a luxury but I now see this is a necessity. Worth every single penny!

I had my first sauna steam session at BoDeTox this morning, and Veronica was extremely pleasant from the moment I walked through the door. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service she provided; she took time to explain the details of using the sauna as well. I had a wonderful experience in the sauna, with no distractions, and everything I needed was in the room. Environment was clean, cozy, serene. I will definitely be returning for a second round.

I just got my first massage here and I will def. be back. I had an amazing relaxing experience. The manager was so kind and the spa was super clean and tidy! Parking was super easy and convenient also.I highly recommend getting a massage here and I am already looking into my schedule to book my next one.

I had a massage with Tara and it was probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had!!!! She was soooo skilled at finding the tension in my neck, shoulders, back, and glutes! She found tension in places that i didn’t even know I was carrying! She was so kind and even gave some tips for at home stretching based on where the tender spots seemed to be. I did the sauna before my massage, which was also great. They have a membership program that I’m considering. They also have a variety of other services that I’d be interested to try since this service went so well! Thank you! :)

I had a relaxation session with Rosa. It was my first time there and I am planning on coming back for more. Rosas hands are like magic. I didnt want her to stop because I was feeling relaxed. This is my second experience going to a spa and the techniques that Rosa used on me were very soothing and relaxing. This is definitely a gem in the area.

Wow! I bought a Groupon (as I often do to try different massage companies) & I was very pleased with my experience here. I don’t normally write reviews but Avery gave a fantastic massage & the sauna was so relaxing beforehand! I would highly recommend BoDeTox.

This place is amazing. I am more than well-versed in getting massages. I have had them done at many places, have had different styles done, different add-ons, ect and this place is hands down the best. I have gone here a few times now and have had the pleasure of experiencing a few different massage therapists. All of the therapists I have met have been professional and amazing at what they do. The rooms and sauna are clean and well set up. The therapists and receptionist are all following covid guidelines and were wearing masks as well. My most recent massage (August 2021) they were still all wearing masks but were fine with me not wearing one (in the session) as I was fully vaccinated.They do have a mailing/email list you can sign up for and doing that they will send you deals. They make it pretty easy to book online for things, although if you are using a groupon you should call them to book to get everything set up correctly. They make it easy to add anything to your booking after the fact/onsite. If it is possible for them to do it, they will. Groupons do not account for state tax so you will have to pay for that when you leave but you can use your card and add a tip at the same time too, so convenient for those that dont carry cash.For those of you looking at all reviews please read the mentions below:1) There is no dedicated parking/lot for this business. It is located on the main street of No. St. Paul. There is lots of parking all along the street but if its busy you may have to walk a few yards.2) Information buy/selling. When I signed up for their email list they stated they do NOT sell their clients information. One reviewer didnt know how this business got her info and wouldnt tell her, other than they didnt BUY her info. Probably true that they DIDNT buy the reviewers info, they probably got it from a client using their reward program. You refer your friends email addresses and qualify for rewards. If I was a business owner, I would have handled it the same, few people would be satisfied with being told they were referred by a friend. Many people would want to know WHO it was and personally I wouldnt be comfortable with giving out my other clients info, but I would let them know that we would remove all of their information from our systems. You know just like it was originally handled.3) Pricing. They honor all terms for what you purchase. So if you purchased a package on groupon and use it with in the timeline you dont pay anything extra (see the tax thing above). If you dont use it within the timeline (hasnt happened to me yet) they honor the price you paid to apply to a service they provide. That said it is easy to do add-ons, but be sure to BOOK it ahead of time/at the time of package being booked or you might not get what you want due to availability. Or as one reviewer posted the price might change. Have the common sense that was missing with that one and just place the fracking booking if the price and time work for you, guarantee that if you do that they will honor the pricing that was there at the time of that booking. Most places do. But shop around/wait and no, all bets off. Look gas was $1.50 back in 2000 but you dont see me hustlin Speedway. Economy changes and prices changes.Overall, this place is the best. Great massages and great ambiance. Super clean.

This place is hard to find a little bit got lost going here perhaps a bigger sign will do but walking around I did find it. I went here recently during covid-19 and the place was very clean and through with checking temps and survey so I felt comfortable to know they were doing that because some places arent it wasnt very busy during that afternoon so not very noisy was nice as well. Anywho I did the sauna for about 15 mins and had my massage after for 60 mins the service was very nice and attentive to my needs of back pain she asked me how the pressure was. And the prices and ambiance are typical prices and ambiance of a massage parlor . Be aware there isnt much parking . Yes I will go here again.

Awesome spot for a couples massage! The woman at the front was so friendly and welcoming, and our massage therapists were excellent! A perfect gift for my husbands birthday, he loved it.

I tried to cancel my membership with Bodetox. I messaged via FB, left a voicemail and asked if there’s anything else I needed to do. Went I went in to speak with Veronica in person she tried to talk me out of cancelling. It was awkward and uncomfortable. I had specifically asked at signup what availability looked like. They assured me there was plenty of appointments. But it turns out that’s not the case. They do Groupon deals and they are always booked out nearly two months in advance. So you sign up and then can’t get an appointment until two months later which is a waste of money. It wasn’t going to work for me which I explained. Veronica never offered me the “written cancellation” form which is apparently required to cancel. I really thought with 3 forms of communication we were on the same page. I stopped going to the spa because I thought my membership had been cancelled like I requested. Come to find out five months later she’s still charging my account every month. When I asked her to please refund my money since I WASN’T USING SPA SERVICES she refused. If it were me I would see that this customer was charged but not given any services and I would do the right and honest thing. But Veronica has a slick cancellation policy for a reason it seems. Really disappointed at the trickery here.

I walked out feeling like I had a brand new body! The front desk was super nice and Rosa delivered a service that was so fantastic! that was the best massage I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

I called on Saturday to book an appointment for today (Friday), and I got an appointment for 3pm. I thought it was odd the woman on the phone didnt get my name or anything. I showed up at 2:55 and the business is closed with a note on the door that says they are closed until August 5th. I tried calling just in case but there was no answer. Im so disappointed 😞

This was just what I needed Tia was excellent and took my pain from a 8 down to a 4. That is big when you have the highest pain condition there is.This is a new Spa and they have a very cute location right on Main St in N St Paul. Definitely check them out. Very reasonable and they offer many other services

Amazing massage from Veronica. I had very tight shoulders and she really worked on them. My husband had a deep tissue from Avery which he says was equally amazing. Highly recommend!

I left BoDetox feeling so relaxed! The space is extremely clean and my therapist made me feel very comfortable as a first time guest! I would definitely recommend and I can’t wait to be back!

My experience was great Veronica was great she knew I was a right hand person which was crazy. And she definitely got to my deep tissue, she told me to come back in 3 weeks still need to find time to come back, shes nice.

I work as a roofer for a living, that type of labor has bruised my lower back. I came here for a deep tissue massage with Tia, and left overwhelmed with how satisfying the massage was. I highly recommend everyone give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Found this place on Groupon and will definitely be returning! Got a 1 hour massage a steam sauna session. Felt so relaxing and the therapist was knowledgeable.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, the services r very professional and therapeutic and they educate clients on the benefits of the modalities offered and how it can fit ur lifestyle and promotes good health.
