I was having an extremely bad day and the gentleman at the counter noticed it. He offered me a lighter for a smaller than normal purchase. That small gesture brightened my day even when I went back out to the car and it wouldn’t start. Great staff and selection of products there. I would drive miles out of my way to buy from this store. Keep up the great service!! Thank you.

Omg. This is one of the best smoke shops Ive ever gone too. Abdul is one of the greatest clerks, when I walk in I feel safe to buy my stuff and not have to worry about anything. Even when I move I plan on coming back every couple of months to show my support

I dont know if this is happening to anyone else but seems like every time I go up there which is about once every other week I get told different prices for the same vape I buy all the time. Its was 30 then it was 33 today it was 40. No shop is selling lost Mary mo2000s for 40 dollars. Im either getting scammed or ripped off.Went down the street and paid 32.62

Wanted to see if they carried a certain brand here, Guy I spoke to on the phone says thc pens are illegal and doesnt know of a single shop that sells them, tried explaining literally every shop in the twin city area sells them he called me a liar and then hung up lolAt least educate yourself before being loud about something

2 stars because the vibe in this store seems pleasant, however Ive been here a handful of times to buy lost Mary vapes and theyve either been complete duds or just not good quality like usual.

Honestly, one of the best or honestly the best to do business with pertaining to anything you need in their store. I take the bus there just for the prices they have and most importantly the costumer service! 20 out of 10!

Bought an expensive item, was not instructed on charging cycles at all. Battery stopped working after a week. Called the store and was told I should have been aware of battery charging cycles on these products. I should be able to plug in a brand new device in 2023 overnight without being out $100.Avoid this store, terrible customer service for generic products

The best part of coming into this shop is the nice people who work there. The night guy I think his name is Austin, he always helps me find my coils I need. It’s like he always knows where all they’re at, also he recommends the best juice. When the gummies got legalized he told me the best ones for my tolerance since I’m not ie to them. I highly recommend this shop just based on how this guy Austin’s service is at this busy location spot. He had lot of customers ahead of me and he made sure I got in and out quick!!!

Guy whos in there is usually so ride & dismissive of my questions. asked him if he could read off the flavors that were behind the register because i couldnt see them & we cant lean OR TOUCH on the glass display thats basically the barrier between the customer & the disposables, he said what flavors do you want? when i told him im not sure & that i wanted to try new flavors , & suggested he could just read off like 4 or 5 of the flavors from the $10 smokes , he said and i QUOTE, im NOT doing that . im not reading all them flavors out . just pick what you want. & i was taken aback . so i just took my time & went in my phone , found the brand , & went thru each flavor profile & found some i liked . but everytime im in there its always like pulling teeth with this guy. Hes never welcoming or has a friendly tone . & mind you when i asked if he could just toss out a few flavors for me , it was only ONE other customer in there besides me . i always have a negative experience when i go there so ive stopped shopping there . good prices , TERRIBLE Service 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

In short, the best and cheapest place to buy chewing tobacco. I stayed in the twin cities for 6 months. Gas stations cant sell flavored chewing tobacco, and I shopped around in Saint Paul mainly, this was the best place to go.Shop was clean, the scent of tobacco, and different products arent too overbearing. Definitely not a shady shop. Sales employees are nice and friendly and seem to really know their products. Id recommend this place highly.

Not the best tabacco but the most affordable. When you buy vapes from a manufacturer, you have an option to get the better kind or the worst kind for a product. They 60% have the worst kind and of course you cant get refunds for it you just have to stick with it. Definitely not the worst experience I had.

Stevens Tobacco is such a great establishment. They have the best selections as well as the best prices. The staff (Steve and Bryan in particular) are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They always point out the best deals about the products Im shopping for and give the best suggestions for new ones to try. The staff and atmosphere are warm and inviting. Terrible Experience. I walked in, and the guy was watching a video on his phone. He didnt even look up. I asked him a question eventually and he sold me some trash that they charged twice as much as Ive seen it since elsewhere.

Brought my visually impaired daughter to this store to purchase a specific vape. The person behind the counter was horrible to her. Refused to assist her even after being told she couldn’t read the packaging. He made the ignorant statement that she had glasses so she could see the print totally ignoring that she had told him she couldn’t see them to read them. Not only did he embarrass her publicly he refused to accommodate her disability after being told of its existence. Another customerTab assisted her istead and then he attempted to jump and be the hero. Absolutely disgusted with this behavior and will not be back. To top off this totally horrible experience the price on the vape she bought was a hell of a lot more than their competitors Tabacco & ECig just up Robert Street by Target.

I frequent this store consistently. It is a very organized and clean store . Staff is always friendly. They have a huge variety of products at a great discounted price. Highly recommend

This here store is a gem in the city of ST.Paul . They have everything smoking related with experienced and costumer friendly staff that answer all my questions and help me find exactly what I need. The products are all quality and real unlike many other shops I been too I’m the metro area. This is by far my favorite shop to shop from and the prices are fair.

Scammy. I was charged almost $50 for 3 cans of a THC infused drink. I looked up the cost of ordering it from the company and they were charging $22 for a 6 pack.

There Employees are clueless. They tell you if a product doesnt work bring it back with your original receipt and we can exchange it or give you a refund!!! Well thats a bunch of BS . I reported them to the BBB cause now I am out $43.00 for a tank for ecig that doesnt work and either does the coli which was $6.99. So BEWARE ON WHAT YOU BUY THERE LIKE ECIGS COILS ANDBTANKS

They sell counterfeit vaporizers. Didnt give a damn that they took me for 69.95+tax! Told me everybody sells fake ones! Actually tried to sell me another fake at half price, that was his best offer! I was a regular customer, but will never spend a penny in that place again!

Best deals on delta 8 products and anything tch except delta-9. Im glad they offer this at a reasonable price as I use delta-8 thc gummies for medical issues.

Prices here are very inconsistent. It seams like whenever someone else is working here the price switches to something else. Better off going to the one off Stryker. Stay away from this place its pretty sketchy!
