The massage involved some very deep stretches, but the therapist ensured I was comfortable throughout. The combination of stretching and massage was incredibly effective, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I would highly recommend EmbodyTouch to anyone interested in Thai massage. Being in Lauras sacred space and presence is an activation all on its on, but taking her Kundalini class was like stepping through a portal to the next level of my Self. I cried many times throughout the class, felt emotions I had no idea were still there and I connected to my heart and family so intensely that after class I had a text from two family members I hadnt spoken to in months back to back. Laura is a powerful Spiritual Teacher, Leader and Guide and Im grateful her studio is in St. Pete, my new home.

She was excellent! Top top rated. I would recommend her to anyone, she made it very comfortable ( room could be a little warmer or a heater on the table) I wish the room was more sound proof from hearing people laugh and talk, outside, breaks the mood. All in all it was very very awesome massage. She knows how to handle the body and knots! I am returning forever:)
