I always have a wonderful experience at Salt and Sage. Stephanie is a wonderful massage therapist with a vast amount of knowledge of her craft. Her team is trained in so many techniques. Aside from the typical styles of massage they also offer lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, craniosacral, and so much more. As a chiropractor, I regularly and confidently refer my patients to Salt and Sage.

From the moment I walked into Salt and Sage I knew the journey was about to begin for my healing. Stephanie and Nick greeted me with warmth and love. Their energy and peacefulness add to the professionalism they exude. I had the best sleep last evening after an amazing lymphatic drainage, cranial sacral and reflexology massage from Stephanie. I am looking forward to Samantha working with me for more of the same, Nick for reiki sessions and to meet Will along the way for more healing treatments. Excitement abounds as I start peeling away the layers of damage from a life of overworking!

I went to him last night for a lymphatic drainage massage which I’ve been wanting for months! He ended the session with hot stone and hot towels on my feet. I seriously have never felt so relaxed after a session, I could’ve fell asleep there lolI already feel less swollen and bloated. I can’t wait to be back for a round 2 and other types of services.

I have been seeing Stephanie for three years. She is amazing! The space is cute, cozy, clean and always smells nice. The sheets are soft on the beds (important!). She always listens to what you have going on and tailors the treatment accordingly, often suggesting things I would never think of. She is very educated and very well trained. I look forward to my monthly massage all month long!

I came in today to treat myself for my birthday and Nick did a FABULOUS job. It was the best massage I’ve ever had. I had a 90 minute hot stone deep tissue with a free scalp add on. Nick listened and focused on my problem areas. He is very attentive to detail and worked out random knots that I would never guess I had. I plan on coming back next month!

I would rebook with both Stephaine and Nick for some of my favorite massage services on the menu such as craniosacral, quick lymphatic drainage and reflexolgy. Stephanie is so awesome at deep tissue massages. Nick helped me with some much needed back and shoulder bodywork and neck pain relief.

Salt & Sage is an amazing place for a massage. All of there therapists are extremely skilled specialize in their own thing. Steph always finds those deep knots and has me feeling new again. Nick helps me out with those bad trigger points. I also should mention the lymphatic facial.. it is amazing and takes a few years off my face!

My partner and I had a 90 minute couples massage that truly put us in heaven. Stephanie and Nicholas were our therapists and they were both exquisite. I had my first massage today with Stephanie today and Im so happy I found her. I have a lot of knots in my shoulders and back and needed a therapist who was ready to really address my concerns. Stephanie was great at communicating with me to ensure there was not too much pressure, which I really appreciated. But she also was comfortable really getting in there and giving me the pressure I wanted to help alleviate the tightness. She really focused on my areas that needed the most attention and I felt she was aware & present during the service and expressed care with a goal to help relieve my pain.I had a great experience, and have already booked my next session.

Nick is truly a master at his craft. If you have issues with neck shoulder or back he will help you day one. He is a quiet Mastermind of the anatomy and healing of muscles and tension. If you work on a computer or have manual labor I think it is essential to have those muscles cared for. Nick has been doing this work for a very long time and is truly a master.
